Our bedroon curtains dont close enough to ensure total privacy or keep the light out in the morning.
Executive Room? I dont think so

The whole hotel needs a makeover.

The room was dated, the curtains didnt meet in the middle, was informed the restaurant was ope for food, but not the times of breakfast. The cleaner while cleaning the hallway banged the door with her hoover each morning. The mattress was akin to sleeping on the floor, it was that thin and hard. You wanna park near the hotel!! Forget it, all the bays are taken up with work vans, even the disabled bays. They have sold out to Welcome Break and sadly it shows.

Public hair in shower tray, room 207 over looked where staff sit to have breaks, door to outside noisy opening and closing through the night, cigarette ends strewn everywhere. Not the cleanest view.

Check in at 3..room wasn't ready.. Which was fine as we were going straight to meet family. I advised reception that we would be back at 11pm.
On return the room wasn't made up as a family room for 4.we had to remove the extra \"bed from under the single bed. There was no bedding so I went to reception.
The receptionist rook me in to the laundry room and asked what items I needed... The whole bedding set was required! He was confused as to what this consisted of as\" I'm not housekeeping\" a pillow and sheet from the shelf was followes by a duvet from the large pile of dirty sheets.. \"this do\"
The condition of the duvet wasn't the best.. Stained and tears! Daughter slept with her blanket she brought from home!
How can the night receptionist not understand what is needed in a guest room, he was busy talking to someone about there laptop tho!!
Room in general needs refreshing... Especially the cobwebs around the window handles.

Just off a motorway so it is convenient. Reception staff was nice both upon arrival and leaving. Surprised to read and sign the doc to say I could be charged for car park if I didn’t book directly - this was not mentioned before. I didn’t opt for breakfast so cannot comment but Executive room booked was spacious with two desks, Few stains and hair on pillows but otherwise okay, toilet and shower quite visibly appealing and clean and soap smelt great. Didn't explore around the property so can't comment.
Had an extremely tiring 18 hour day and just as I was about to doze off, heard water dripping and found my coat sleeve wet. Too tired to wrap my headscarf and go to speak to Reception, I put a few towels there and put my coat elsewhere. Forgot to turn the heater down as was shivering when I got there so woke up in the middle of the night (my fault) and couldn't sleep for ages. Could hear doors closing in the middle of the night which kept waking me up despite not being a light sleeper. Had a severe headache in the morning due to exhaustion from day before and possibly disrupted sleep - forgot to update the staff there about the leakage whoops. Nice place but could be renovated a little and cleaner bed pillows etc. Nice staff.

No food was out, when asked a member of staff he didn't care. Asked lady at reception and was told well ive been here all night as everyone has called in sick. Coffee machine didnt work at buffet and the one behind reception did but if you wanted a coffee you had to pay for it despite paying for breakfast. No milk for cereal

There’s only 3 criteria’s I have for a budget hotel stay. 1) cleanliness 2) comfortable bed 3) decent shower

Unfortunately, there was a dry stain on our bedding and the bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept in. The bed squeaked when you sat on it and you could feel the springs in the bed when lying down (I’m a light and 5’4 woman!). Was hoping for a good nights sleep but didn’t get that here!

The hotel was first view ok, but reception, staff were sat at the bar talking amongst themselves, checked us in ok, had a water cooler which was empty, walked into the lift area, the carpets are stained horribly, one lift with a small puece of paper says not working, the other lift stank of damp, had a constant caution wet floor sign inside, very unsafe feeling. Very juttery, we were on the fourth floor, got off and it stank again, very damp, unclean, the carpets were horribly stained. The floor was creaky walking down, got to our room, the alarm goes off everytime you open the door, our room stank clearly of damp, they had tried to cover with cheap air freshener. The air conditioning unit was broken and they had put a fan in the room, the fan was broken and tilted so couldn't turn it on without it wobbling. There was a lack of power points in the room, only two power points next to the mirror, none next to the beds, the tv remote did not work, it.turned on and off but the volume up and down and channel buttons did not work, the kettle was full of limescale. The chair in the corner was covered in questionable stains. The window in the room was covered in dust and spiderwebs. There was bits on the floor, it clearly had not been vaccumed so we wore shoes the whole time, the bathroom seemed ok but the shower curtain again was horribly stained and the shower itself was a very cheap showerhead caked with limescale and trickling water. Absolutely disgraceful stayed for 4 nights had the sign to get room cleaned every morning not one time did it get done no tea and coffee no toilet rolls no towel have to make my own bed on HOLIDAY!
Had to go to reception even they were rude about giving me the stuff.
Up until 2.30am as police arrive at hotel women screaming out side question the hotel staff the following morning no apology at all. Absolutely disgusting never am I staying here again

I wouldn't stay here again. Staff were pleasant. WiFi was rubbish in my room. Had to stand by the window to make & receive calls. TV options disappointing & complicated. Biggest fail is that the room was clearly not cleaned from the picture you'll see the mouldy spoon and other rubbish that was under the bed. The reception clerk offered another room but I declined this as having discovered the horrors of this one unlikely that another would be better. As I said I won't stay here again.

The staff were really nice and the breakfast was good. The rooms were very basic, the bathroom didn’t feel exceptionally clean but the noise from the other guests on the Saturday was pretty bad. There were children above were like stampeding elephants and since we were on the ground floor we had the car park outside our room so had headlights flashing through the window all night, we also didn’t really feel safe leaving the window open for the same reason, there was a cable securing the window but it wouldn’t take much to cut it. If staying here I’d certainly opt to stay on the top floor to avoid all of these things. For a basic hotel it, it was ok, but I wouldn’t stay here again unless I had to.

No air conditioning. It was very warm. We had a broken fan in the room, we asked receptionist to change it as it was really warm, she said she cant leave the reception and there is no spare fan. We asked her if she can change our room, she said she can but thats a smaller room. We said keep the room same but exchange the fan from that room, she refused to do that. Spare bed in the room was very uncomfortable. We had a terrible stay. Very unwelcoming and unhelpful staff!

It was just OK.. not as expected as Ramada.

We stayed one night. Overall experience was just OK. There was no drinking water in the room which I feel it is a basic amenity. I had to go to the reception for water and it was over priced (£2 for 500ml water). The weird thing was hand wash was kept in the shower area instead of shower/hair gel.
