NO HOT TUB. Dirty room, smelt like cigarettes smoke in a non smoking room. I had to sit it out with the AC and the open window. The counter top to the sink was all burned and marked up. Make up on pillow

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed! Super sketchy! There wasn’t even a blanket. Just a sheet and a bedspread with multiple burn holes in it. There wasn’t a full set of towels, but that was okay because I didn’t want to use the shower. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Roaches. Smelled bad. as someone with prior exposure to drugs. It was the smell of amphetamines.... The fridge wasnt clean or turned on. The table was covered in some sort of epoxy. The towel hanger by the vanity was off the wall. the linens had stains from not being cleaned. The gate to get into parking got stuck. And the door dousnt have a dead lock on it. Sovanyone with a key or encoder can just walk in whenever they want. The guy at the front dest was nice though. Even though expedia said no deposit, he required one anyways. Though i didnt have to pay much for the room. There is a sleep in for $10 more a night that is 10x better just a few miles away. Im never stay there again and do not recommend. I have 3 years hospitality experience and am a 7 year carpenter foreman. With 2 more years past remodel experience. That place shoud be gutted entirely. Otherwise it will be condemned very soon. Suprise it hasnt been already.

Stucked ob food as so ething exploded in there. I eould say staff did not cleaned the room. A couple were arguing kreping me and a baby awakr. I would not recommend this place.

My first stay I was in a double queen room and did not have a microwave in my room. The sheets had some mild staining on them and the floor turned my socks dark from being dirty. When I brought the no microwave issue to the front desk I was told maintenance would bring one. When I checked with the front desk again later I was told to use the microwave in the lobby and that maintenance was not coming. My second stay I had a single king bed. The room was in the same sub-par condition, but at least had a microwave this time.

this is the third time we hae stayed there when visiting our daughter. because of husbands disabliity we have been able to get the same room right nest to the office. the staff has been very friendly and professional to deal with. I love the fact that the Miner's Cafe is right next door with wonderful food and great prices. we really enjoy our stays here and will probably be back next time we're in town.

The stay there started when we walked into a room and my shoes were sticking to the floor, the mold on the bathroom ceiling left little to be desired as well as feeling unsafe to walk anywhere without footwear, the heater did not work, the TV did not work and when I went to ask for another possible room, there was no one to answer my phone call by calling either from the room phone or my personal cell phone, no one was in the office, the after hours call button left unanswered. If you’re unfamiliar with the area…it’s sketchy. Worst part though was the amount of ROACHES!! I opened the door and saw easily 20 live ones running across the floor. Several dead on the wall. It was a non smoking room but the smoke detector was removed from the ceiling? There were over a dozen cigarette burns in the bedding. And the TV didn’t work…I couldn't stay and ended up leaving. Charging anything over $20 a night would be a ripoff. Eww. Just eww.

I arrived after hours and followed the instructions to ring the bell for service, but no one responded for a long time. I kept trying until I finally decided to call the hotel, and only after the third call did someone answer and come to open the door. The man in charge was clearly upset for being woken up and showed no customer service skills at all.

This hotel was COMPLETELY misrepresented by the images AND the amenities on the website! When I opened the door to my room there was a puddle of water on the floor, tried to get a new room and the other two he checked also had puddles of water on the floor; no hand towels, one wash cloth for 2 person reservation, no toilet paper holder, cracked bathroom sink, closet with no hangers, LOTS of foot traffic in the parking lot throughout the night, people in the room above us and around us up all moving around, and a general EXTREMELY rundown property! This is an unsafe, unsanitary, rundown property in a very bad area of town. DO NOT STAY HERE! Hotels dot com- shame on you for not doing your homework and even having this property on your booking site…it doesn’t reflect well on your business and makes me NEVER want to use your site again!

We heard people talk and a couple arguing all night long . It was horrible , the out lit in bathroom didn’t work . Hardly any shower pressure .no continual breakfast that said they provided . It was overall not a good experience!!

The building is old and in need of renovation. Not very well maintained. Bed had metal enclosure around bottom and every time you move it would flex and sound like a gong being struck. The room was a king bed room and there was one bath towel for two people so I had to go ask for a second towel. The ice machine was out of ice. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The place is busted broke down. As I stood in a long line to check-in I overheard the front desk (might be the only staff there) guy scam three guests with different rates, fees and policies. Not as advertised AT ALL. They ran my card despite having booked through Expedia, and charged me for a deposit saying it would refund the next day. Still haven't been refunded. When I call the guy (same one) tells one lie after the other. He is about as slimy as the black mold that is throughout the property.

Check in was frustrating. Person spoke English but didn’t seem to understand English so we could not confirm details or ask questions and directions to our room in the 2nd building was not given and took some time figuring out the layout. Rooms and hotel itself stunk and were dirty. We found a roach clip in our window seal when we opened the window to try to air out the room. Mattresses were worn out. No blankets on the bed or in the room, only sheets. The smell was so strong, I had to cover my nose to get to sleep. The floor was filthy! One of our rooms didn’t have towels which can easily be resolved but my daughter in law and granddaughter didn’t feel safe when they were trying to get ready for the day to have someone deliver them to their room. Check out was good as I sent my husband and the manager who spoke and understood English was there. We will not stay at this property again. We do appreciate Expedia and their help with our change to one of the rooms.

Don't let pictures fool you. This place should be called destroyed inn. This is a very old motel that they tried to slap new tile and flooring on. Spiders in my bed. Sheets appeared to have pet hair on them. Very thin bed cover. Dirty, and broken bathroom door. Not in a safe area. We checked out a day early because the room was so dirty.

Well the pictures from the site do not remotely look like how it is so beware. Me and my Husband showed up and the guy at the front desk said they didnt have the king room we reserved, was rude at that. Finally got it sorted out. The bathroom door had a huge hole in it and the front door had a bunch of knuckle marks. The microwave was filthy. There was no sheet on the mattress just a filthy topper. My husband went down to tell them we had no sheet. Housekeeping brought a fitted sheet and a top sheet to the room. My husband said what about the microwave? She told us she was off and she would bring us something to clean it, never happened. This was a non smoking room but it smelled like someone had been chain smoking cigarettes in the room so much we had to wash all of our clothes the next day when we checked out. We were not expecting 5 star accommodations but we thought the room would at least resemble the pictures of the site and was clean. Oh and one of the lamps didn't have a lamp shade and all the outlets looked sketchy to say the least. Also outside there are what look like addicts hanging out outside. We seen a man sell some guy something in a pill bottle. The only positive I can say is my husband spoke to Frank this morning and he was very understanding on why we were upset. They wouldnt approve a refund to expedia but I would not recommend a stay here and they should update the pictures on the site. I took plenty of pictures.

This is an excellent hotel for the value. The floors are clean instead of carpet. They are periodically updating paint and wood work. Located convient to major train lines and major buses. Absolutely awful. Many flies in my room (123) since there is a garbage stroller without any lid covered next to my room. I did report to the front desk but no action was taken. Also, there is no hair dryer in my room which is not the same as what it is described. When I asked the front desk why there is no hair dryer in my room, he said he doesn’t know. He told me to use towel to dry the hair. My daughter has long hair and it is impossible to dry it with a towel. They never clean the floor as it is very dirty and dusty. I have seen cockroaches in my room hiding under the closet and the sink. This is a horrible and very dirty hotel I have never seen in my life. It is however not cheap at all. I highly do not recommend it and please think twice before staying.
