The hotel was centrally located which made it easy to walk to many attractions such as the Trinity Market and The Royal Armory Museum. The staff were friendly and ready to help. The breakfast buffet included many hot breakfast items, as well as pastries, yogurts, and cereals. The gym overlooks the courtyard and was well equipped.

Brilliant stay. All staff were friendly and courteous. We left our bag there before check in and also after check out which was a brilliant perk. The room was amazing and the toiletries were lovely - the handwash smelt devine. Breakfast was good, plenty of options but it was very busy so things did run out but the staff were very quick to refill them. Handy location for the train station. Would stay there again.

We had a very pleasant stay. The only negative comment was that we were expecting the room to be made up on a daily basis and it was only later, when we read the leaflet given to us on check-in did we discover that this only occurs on a weekly basis. It would have been helpful if this was highlighted when we checked in.

This hotel was extremely well located. The staff were super from housekeeping , dining and bar to front desk. We loved our room. Spacious and comfortable. Plus had a coffee pod machine. However there was no light where the machine was so it made it difficult to see how to use it. Also the breakfast was very tired and cold. What could have been a very good buffet turned out disappointing. Otherwise we really liked the entire experience.

Lovey friendly staff especially Emma and Charlie. Went above and beyond and very welcoming. Breakfast was lovely, room was wonderful.
Advice going forward - a sheet to help understand the air con unit. We struggled and was very cold one evening as it would not turn off or onto heat. Housekeeping even tried.
100% stay here again and recommend. Shame rooftop was not open as cold would have completed the experience. Will be back

The hotel and rooms were excellent, clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful the only let down was at breakfast. It was manic! Limited staff to restock, cook and cear away tables. Food was cold due to waiting for items to be cooked. Drinks machines ran out and the whole layout just didnt work.

We stayed on the 10th floor. It was so quiet with a great view of the city centre. The room was like a studio flat which was fab.

Breakfast was very busy and there was clearly not enough staff to keep everything stocked up. Apart from that once we did get breakfast it was good.

The restaurant was lovely as was the rooftop bar

Coffee machine in the room with only one pod, additional requested but never arrived - either provide them or do not have the machines in the room.

Appreciated the facility of the fridge, sofa and fitted wardrobe, but the light from the microwave clock was very bright (had to search for the switch to turn off at night!)

I had high expectations of our stay at the new Hyatt but the experience was disappointing as the room we checked into (in Hyatt House) was full of dog hair, had a dirty toilet and was very dusty. It came to light that every room in Hyatt House is dog friendly. The reception were however amazing and luckily there were rooms available in Hyatt Place and we were moved quickly. The breakfast was disappointing as the food area is too small for the number of guests that stay. There was no coordination to ensure that there was a steady supply of hot food. I don’t think we’d stay here again which is a shame because I like the brand and style of the hotel but I think I’d experience better elsewhere.

I had a great time on my birthday and anniversary. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Only had an issue with the ventilation , it was really dusty. Make sure all cleaners always clean that area and it should always be double check by someone else.. mouth was dry during night stay. Apart from the that great hotel. Will go back again
