Very clean room overlooking the city at the front of the property, lovely breakfast, great service from all the staff that I spoke with and it was a perfect location for my work trip. So much so that I am back in Leeds again tomorrow until Thursday for work again, I could have stayed in any other hotel but have chosen to go back to the Radisson Blu. Thank you!

Nice area, central and nicely decorated.
Didn’t feel as luxurious as I’d imagined radisson blu hotels to be with a bit more wear and tear than I would have expected in our room. Had someone’s hair on the bath and only 2 complimentary teabags and coffees which was a bit annoying..I suppose for £110 you are more likely paying for location.We used the pre pay parking at Q-park for £18 which was handy.

waited 15mins at a noisy hot reception to check in ,air con was loud so opened window to be keep awake by a nearby pelican crossing beeping every 5mins throughout the night and to top that the fire alarm went off at around 7:30.

Initial Room Issues (Room 352)
Upon checking in on the evening of the 16th, I immediately noticed an unpleasant, \"sticky\" odor emanating from the bathroom of Room 352. While your team was responsive and attempted a workaround after investigating, the smell persisted. I eventually had to request a room change, and I was moved to Room 423.
Housekeeping and Room Quality (Room 423)
While I appreciated the room move, the remainder of my stay was unsatisfactory for the following reasons:
• Lack of Housekeeping: On the evening of my second day, I returned to find that my room had not been refreshed at all. The bed was unmade, towels were not replaced, the room had not been cleaned, and the hospitality tray (hot drinks) had not been replenished.
• Disparity in Amenities: I noticed that Room 423 was missing a refrigerator, which had been provided in my original room. This left me feeling as though I had been downgraded in quality simply because I requested a room without a foul odor.
As a regular visitor to Leeds, I chose Radisson Blu for its reputation, but this experience has left me feeling undervalued as a guest. I hope you will look into why the housekeeping schedule was missed and why the replacement room was not of the same standard as the first.

Great location for the Arena. Breakfast was good. Check in painfully slow until a more experienced staff member came on to help.

What was really annoying though - the air con stopped as if on a timer every couple of hours and then the room became extremely warm. The windows opened onto the enclosed shopping centre so no air from there.
Meant we had a really bad night’s sleep, which is not ideal

I was given room 248 which has no out facing window. The room had a stretched out configuration with two single beds. The room was clean but dated. The divan bed was in need of repair, the sheets not fully fitted around the mattress and the pillows were dreadful. It was clean. There was only decaf coffee and only a space where once there had been a fridge. The bathroom had a bath but felt tired. The toiletries were lovely.

Our stay was below what we expected. The online check in we were offered the day before and took advantage of made no difference to our actual check in time as we still.had to queue at the front desk for 30 minutes due to lack of staffing. We were even offered a free drink from the bar to compensate for the wait, which should never happen.
The room itself was ok, but stains and marks on the white walls made it look dirty. Only 2 tea bags in the room, which was not enough for a 2 day stay for 2 people.
Breakfast was average, with only soya milk or while fat milk as the only options, no semi skimmed. The fruit area was full of tiny fruit flies buzzing around.
Altogether, a very disappointing visit and we would probably chose another hotel in central Leeds next time we visit.

Check in took 30 minutes - long queue - understaffed. No one at bar so couldn’t get drinks. Room was OK - only one towel provided and one hand towel which has a hole in it. Had to try ringing reception 15 times (they kept disconnecting us). Eventually got towels. One plug socket didn’t work, bedside wall lamps loose, hotel very noisy as well. Such a shame for this hotel as a good location and the staff did their best

I would also like to give a special mention to the young lady who met us when we got to the restaurant for breakfast this morning; you find in most hotels the hosts for breakfast are quite dry and not very welcoming but she was fantastic and so bubbly / welcoming!

The hotel is in a very good location and there is a good car park underneath. The room we had was good too. The main reason why the review score wasn’I higher was the TVs weren’t working. When I tried to call reception nobody answered. I tried many times and never had my call answered. When I went downstairs to ask about the TVs I was basically told nothing could be done about it. The receptionist wasn’t very helpful.

Hotel was very central and parking right next door, didn't even have to go outside to enter hotel. Breakfast had good selection however Sunday's cooked option was better presented than Monday, which was not refreshed quick enough? Room was nice enough however we did notice a sewage smell upon entering that lingered for the 2days of our stay, if staying longer would have complained. Over all a descent short stay hotel, would use again.

Eggs were hard and looked like they had been made a long time previously. They tasted awful. Non of the hot breakfast was fresh tasting. So disappointed.

The room was far too warm and the air con didnt work. The hot water tap in the bathroom was dangerously hot.
The check in staff were pleasant. Surprised the hotel bar wasn't open to residents around 4pm. Once returned to the hotel later in the evening approx 11pm, we were able to get a drink however nothing was said about the bar closing or being closed. Approx 10 residents were waiting to be served. I approached reception staff to ask. The staff member appeared to be stressed as there had been a few late check ins, but his attitude towards me was rude. He shouted that the bar closed at 10.30pm, which non of the residents had been informed off.
Poor customer service on a Saturday evening, only 1 staff member on. The bar not being open wasn't an issue at all but the lack if information and attitude of staff was not appreciated at all.
I have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the last 10 years, but I won't be staying again

The hotel is in a perfect location. The reception staff were unpleasant or unavailable and hidden. clients were a hinderence.
Bedroom cleaning etc was perfect.
Fridge cabinet door didn't fit so the light from the fridge was very noticeable top and bottom at night.

Our stay at Radison blu was amazing from beginning to end! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

The location was ideal, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend Radison blu in Leeds to anyone visiting the area. We’ll definitely be returning!

Room and bathroom a little tired. Pillows not great. Biggest issue was \"air con\" not responding to temperature set. It was just blowing hot air, so poor sleep as room got hotter and hotter up to 26 degrees overnight!

The water was not hot in the evening or morning when i wanted a shower. The bed did not face the TV .My partner had to look over my shoulder to watch TV in bed. Had to sit on the edge of the bed to watch TV. The 3 types of coffee PODS were not labelled. Not sure what type they were.

On arrival our selected room was not reserved despite me checking in on line that morning. Luckily they had a deluxe room available so free upgrade

Both me and my wife had to take cold showers. Upon checkout informed the reception of the issue. Although I explained I wanted a partial refund for the inconvenience I was advised management would need to be consulted and I would hear them later during the day. Still no call received at this time.

Room was very nice, modern & confortable. Easy parking at QPark, discounted through hotel link. Convenient for O2 gig.

Kettle & hairdryer issues & no warm water for shower either at 8am or 9am when my friend & then I had showers. Kettle didn't automatically switch off when boiled & caused smoke alarm to activate unbeknown to me as no sound. Male from reception was banging on my door repeatable & I panicked as no idea what was going on. I answered immediately & he seemed agitated with me through no fault of my own & at that point I didnt know why it had activated. After I was dressed I popped down to reception for more milk to make another cup of tea & point out the hairdryer plug prong was bent over & would not work in socket. I explained it may have been the kettle that had set off alarm earlier as where it was situated in the room was directly under the smoke alarm & it was built into a shelf part way up inner pillar wall area. 5 minutes after I boiled kettle again, standing by it to switch off as soon as it hit boiling point, the same man receptionist & a maintenance guy were at my door again. The male receptionist was again agitated, quite abrupt & rude towards me as seemingly it had set alarm off again, unbeknown to me. They demanded kettle from me & did not replace this.
This situation spoilt my overall experience & don't expect to be spoken to in this way as a customer stating at the hotel

Everywhere was dark and insufficiently iluminated
When fire alarms going off caused consrernation among many of the guests it was another guest who having spoken to the desk clerk, took the initiative and informed the assembled people that the alarm was false.
There was no hot water in the morning for bathrooms and showers. After breakfast it was on but even minimum settings were scalding hot the hotel might easily have incurred injury claims from guests.
Dirty grout and loose attachments in thr bathroom were unsightly and hazardous.
The room we stayed in backed onto an indoor area filleed with chain eateries and the sound insulation afforded by the windows to the room was not adequate.

Also had put a note in the booking saying we needed two beds and when we arrived the sofa bed still wasn't made up, but to be fair housekeeping rectified this by the time we came back from dinner. Having said all this, I would stay here again.

Checked in at 3pm and just dropped cases in room and went out for the evening. Room looked ok initially. Later in the evening when we came back to the hotel we noticed that the towels had been used in the bathroom as they were hung over the bath. There was no fresh towels, the bathroom bin was full, the bath mat was in place in the bath and there were toothpaste marks around the sink. I contacted reception to advise and they just asked how many towels we needed. The coffee mugs and glasses had also been used and I advised them of this when they brought the towels and they stated they would bring some fresh ones in the morning (they didn’t). We were tired and it was late so didn’t want to make a fuss but feel we should’ve been offered a room that had been cleaned or offered to have it cleaned or even an apology. Told reception of the issue and all they said was they’d pass it on to housekeeping. I made a formal complaint and they also said they would pass it on to housekeeping. I don’t feel this is fair compensation for having to stay in an unclean hotel room. Will not be using this hotel in a hurry again.

Fab location, OK service, disappointing breakfast

Check in was slow. 3 desks, 3 staff. 1 staff just stood there ignoring the queue going out of the door. Turns out her computer wasn't working but rather than putting a sign, telling people this or stepping out of the way so it appeared unmanned until the queue clear she just stood there. Very unprofessional. The room was lovely. Spacious and clean however we were placed in a room with a high up tiny prison like window that looked on to a brick wall. Very disappointing. I like to see where I'm staying and appreciate natural light. To be in a superior room with sub par window doesn't make sense. Breakfast was also disappointing. The heat lamps are useless. The food was cold. Getting the attention of the chef to ask for food topping up or a fried egg was a real task. They ran out of pastries and the coffee and bread are poor quality. Save yourself the cost and get to wetherspoons down the road.
The location is fantastic. The hotel is nice and presentable as well as quiet. I would recommend but as I say there's some tweaks needed and I will make sure I ask for a decent window next time
