The hotel DOES NOT have a parking lot and it is extremely hard to park around. I drove for one hour trying to find a spot. Good thing it was just for one night so I was able to made it work somewhere else, but still I lost my money.

Not too far from the city and i had a fantastic day at the animal park, definitely a big hit with kids. Only issue was that there was a bus strike at the time, which meant what i wanted to do in terms of excursions was limited.

Lovely little aparthotel. Simple accommodation, simple breakfast. Slept amazingly well and the pool on the roof is exquisite. We were not planning on having a car at the time of booking, however we did get one later and, when we arrived Saturday night, it was impossible! to find parking anywhere near the hotel. Even the lovely gentleman on reception tried to help us to no avail. In the end we had to park 2,5 miles away. Sunday evening we managed to park closer, therefore I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with a car, but otherwise superb!

Place really needs an update as everything seems really old and worn off. Kitchen was basically falling apart and had ants. Bathroom canal was smelly and the wall around the door including the door were all bruised and chipping off. The bed was probably the best thing about the the place as it was large and we found it comfortable but the place really needs some maintenance. Breakfast was ok and we think it would have been ok to not have it included.
However the staff were very kind, friendly and helpful and assisting any requests you may have with a smile

The hotel was very centrally located, good sized rooms with a kitchenette and lounging area. A nice balcony outside. The street parking was free. The pool on the roof small but v nice and functional. Good breakfast and overall great value for money. The property is walking distance from the beach and plaza.

We had room 4th flr which overlooked the pool & gardens of the BeLive nxt door. Lovely views. electronic muzak played at the pool. Request a room facing the BeLive Hotel. It's worth it.
The rm is a studio with a bathroom, kitchen alcove, bed & balcony. There is air conditioning in the room but this is a hotel and the temp etc is centrally controlled. Beside the bed is a switch that has 3 settings. 1, 2 and off. Settings 1 and 2 control the air flowing into the room, basically, none or a whisper. You could just feel it when you laid on the bed. At night it was cooler outside the room on the balcony than inside & leaving the balcony door open was helpful. The bed was very comfortable. There was also a fold out sofa bed for additional occupants.
The kitchen alcove consisted of a sink, 2 ring hob and a fridge. No microwave though. The fridge turned off when you took your card out the electricity slot. There was plenty of cutlery and crockery to use and sufficient pots and pans.
Bathroom was good and the shower was lovely & hot. Hair dryer in the bathroom.
The small pool was on the roof & there were plenty of sunbeds to use. The area around the pool is covered in astroturf.
The staff at Reception were very helpful & check in and out was easy.
We used the dining area for a couple of breakfasts which at €6 were great value. There was live music in the evening.
No problem parking as we got parked outside the hotel. An easy stroll into restaurants.

The room was nice and clean, and the kitchenette with the fridge was just what I needed. Also, it was great that the TV in the room had UK as well as all the Spanish TV channels.
The hotel is in a good location, a walking distance from the bus terminal.
What was not so good is that the cleaning staff were sometimes extremely noisy in the morning. Even if you put the do not disturb sign there was no guarantee that you would not be woken up after a late night !

Pool area good with comfy beds, breakfast adequate with plenty of choice, croissants could have been fresher. Kitchen area in studio basic with no microwave. We were given an awful room on ground floor at first and told Hotel completely full but managed to get a higher floor few days later but still not on sunny side and opposite a Sports Centre which was very noisy at times. Overall we enjoyed our five night stay, staff were very helpful.

Visited the restaurant one evening. Must have changed chef. Walked out, as the offerings were extremely poor. Use to be wonderful canarian food on offer. Bacon at breakfast is \"processed\".
Was not impressed by receiving a wakeup call at 7am, that we had not booked. They need to confirm name agaist room number.
Even less impressed to find 50 teenagers on a school trip staying. Took over the pool area, while the school teacher paraded round in her string bikini.
Same event happened same time last year to us.
This hotel is predominantly booked by the older generation.

Great choice

Friendly, helpful staff, spacious comfortable room with small kitchenette, peaceful nights for a good sleep. Really enjoyed my terrace and view from 5th floor, and the rooftop pool with fabulous views, and sun or umbrellas for shade as you please.

Oddly, they provide the dishes but you provide your own dish soap and sponge - but everything you need can be found in the hotels shop.

Convenient location - a block from bus station (yet quiet) so it’s a superb base if you’re taking self guided day trips (bus system is really good), and just blocks to beaches, shops and superb restaurants. Very walkable!

I enjoyed my stay (would have extended it but it was booked) and would definitely stay again.

The hotel was so-so - about what I expected for the price. Pros: close to the beach and Loro Parque. Room has mini kitchen, couch, table. Staff were helpful and nice. Cons: hotel feels very outdated and is kind of musty. Location is good in that it’s close to attractions, but the area itself isn’t particularly charming. Overall it had what we needed for a decent price, but we wouldn’t be clamoring to stay here again.

Slightly away from the centre but that was a good thing.
The staff were all excellent and welcoming. The roof terrace was vey good with a mix of loungers and chairs. The bar service was efficient and friendly. There was some re carpeting going on when I stayed but they made sure that guests were not inconvenienced.
I stayed on a b&b basis but did use the restaurant for dinner on one evening (10.50 euros) and it was dreadful. All food was cold and overlooked. Little choice of desserts. There are so many good restaurants and cafes nearby as an alternative.
On my last night the barman said goodbye to me even though I hadn't told him it was my last night - nice attention.

Walking Distance to Loro Park, Beach and the lovely city center of Puerto de la Cruz. The hotel is fine, although we chose the self catering option the meals looked adequate when we toured the dining area. However we prefer patronizing the multitude of restaurants in the town center. The hotel is great, especially for its accessible location. The only negative is very limited parking. After 15 minutes of circling the block, we found street parking 50 m from the hotel. The Manager behind the desk and all staff were very friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay here again!

Beautiful place, weather was fantastic. We didn't eat at the hotel however the food around the local bars was really good. We didn't eat a bad meal. Hotel was lovely too and very clean, I only had one fault and that was the bed but in all it was a great holiday and I would recommend to others.

Dejlig morgenmad. Meget kedelig aftensmad. Ikke særligt venlige tjenere. De blev dog sødere på dag 7. Meget sød kvindelig receptionist. Fik værelse mod øst. Ingen sol efter kl. 10.00. Så vi fik ikke brugt altanen.
Fin tagterrasse med venlige livreddere. Der er både liggestole med hynder og borde/stole. Vi havde 7 dage på halvpension og 4 dage uden pension. Dejligt med et minikøkken og specielt godt med køleskab og vandvarmer. Ok fitnessrum.

Pâtisseries très ordinaires, café médiocre, machine à jus très sucré, pain carré b’snc et brun seulement, oeufs froid et aucun fruit frais tranchés. Seulement quelque banane et poires avec la pelure.

Mauvaise odeurs assez forte dans le passage pour se rendre a notre chambre.

De plus, je suis très sensible a la fumé de cigarette et avec la proximité des balcons le

It was my first time experiencing service like this.
First of all, if you have “all inclusive,” be prepared to ask for drinks during meals. We waited, but no one came to our table — we were simply ignored.

Second, the food was exactly the same every single day. After 9 days, we were just dreaming of normal food at home.

Third, the cleaning service. We hung the “Do Not Disturb” sign, but they ignored it and came in to clean every day anyway. This is unpleasant and feels like a violation of personal space.

Another big issue is the attitude of some staff. A young waiter, after learning we were staying with an all-inclusive package, simply stopped noticing us — it felt like we were treated as second-class guests.
The way they treat guests who speak Spanish is very different from how they treat those who speak English.

Of course, there are exceptions — one bartender, a waiter, and a chef were truly amazing: friendly, attentive, always smiling. But the rest either ignored us or looked unhappy to be there. This really spoiled the overall impression of the hotel and the vacation we had been waiting for all year.

A particularly unpleasant moment was on my birthday. The day before, another guest was congratulated with a cake and candles, but on my birthday the hotel did absolutely nothing. It may seem small, but it left a bad feeling.

Overall, “all inclusive” at this hotel does not mean comfort — it means constant asking and repetitive food. And judging by other reviews, we’re no

Zimmer waren sauber und in einem guten Zustand.
Essen war leider schrecklich, teilweise war das Essen schon kalt. Bei All Inklusive ist nur eine begrenzte Auswahl an Cocktails inbegriffen. Cocktails werden mit Fanta gemixt anstatt mit Saft, was denn Geschmack sehr beeinträchtigt. Zahlende Gäste wurden bevorzugt und All inklusive-Gäste mussten lange auf ihre Getränke warten oder lange warten bis sie überhaupt bedient wurden.

Hotel muy céntrico con todos los elementos básicos necesarios para una estancia agradable. Me soprendieron gratamente con un parque cuna que nos tenían preparado para el bebé y una cama adicional para la mayor. La estancia limpia, bien distribuida, ventilada y cómoda.
El desayuno buffet podría mejorar en cuanto a variedad, pero sólo fuimos un día, quizás en otras ocasiones sea mejor. No nos resultó tan complicado encontrar aparcamiento en las inmediaciones a pesar de movernos en el coche varias veces durante el día.

- Rezeption sowie das gesamte Personal ist immer sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich
- bei meiner späten Anreise habe ich noch ein kleines Abendessen mit Sandwiches, Joghurt, Banane,Apfel und Wasser bekommen,
das fand ich sehr nett
- die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral gelegen, gleich um die Ecke befindet sich der Busbahnhof sowie ein Supermarkt und alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen

- das Zimmer (Studio mit Balkon) ist in die Jahre gekommen, mit Weitblick konnte man das Meer sehen, ansonsten fiel der Blick auf den Innenhof bzw. auf das gegenüberliegende Gebäude = eine Turnhalle, die fast täglich bis abends genutzt wird, leider mit einer respektablen Lautstärke
- die Badewanne müsste erneuert werden, hat einige Schadstellen, die schon geflickt wurden
- bei meiner Ankunft waren die 2 Handtücher bereits benutzt, wahrscheinlich wurden sie vergessen auszutauschen
- der Kühlschrank ist von außen schmutzig/verklebt und das Gefrierfach total vereist
- ich hatte Vollpension gebucht, was ich nie wieder machen würde, denn das Essen war für mich katastrophal: es wurde sehr auf die englischen Urlauber abgestellt, was gebratenen fetten Speck zum Frühstück beinhaltete, jede Menge Hülsenfrüchte morgens, mittags und abends, fette gebratene Würste, halbrohe Spiegeleier, Rührei aus Pulver angerührt, Gemüse bis zur Geschmacklosigkeit zerkocht und es gab jeden Tag das Gleiche - ab und an gab es Ragout, das war gut

In Bezug auf das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist die Unterkunft schon in Ordnung. Auch haben wir nicht wirklich viel vom Essen erwartet. Dies könnte allerdings etwas liebevoller hergerichtet werden. Auch mit einfachen Mitteln dürfte es möglich sein, etwas mehr Geschmack in die Lebensmittel zu bringen. Dass sich das Essen oft wiederholt hat, hat uns aufgrund des Preises nicht so gestört. Es war eher die Qualität.
Auch die \"Snacks\" an der Bar waren unzureichend (teilweise einfach ungetoastetes Brot mit Salami dazwischen, ohne Butter, Salat etc.). Dann lieber außerhalb der Restaurantzeiten nichts anbieten.
Das Personal ist aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schwierig, wenn man einen Mietwagen hat, welcher auf Teneriffa auf alle Fälle zu empfehlen ist.
Wer ein preisgünstiges Hotel sucht, ist hier richtig. Man darf dann allerdings nicht zu viel erwarten (gerade nicht vom Essen).

the food breakfast/lunch/diner is average, in numbers a 6 as you don't get sick.
the warm food is overcooked, is left to long lying waiting for clients, make less and make it tastefull and fresh. chicken breast is cooked to dry meat. the best to eat where the bun's when that's the highlite it is not that good.

Breakfast and deserts(yoghurts) keep them cooled just a little more effort but makes the experience. In effect to the meals, put some love and pride in it. the ingredients are good but the preparation fails. Rooms are nice and clean, carpet in the hallway may be replaced I will give the room an 7.5 due to the not so nice gym(next door complex) next door with a horn sounding during the games, shouting and whistle's

La zona de la recepción y comedor está reformado y está muy bonito. Pero las habitaciones necesitan una reforma. Los muebles y las puertas estaban estropeados. Las camas principales son cómodas, pero las supletorias no son nada cómodas. Dormí dos noches en una de ellas porque mi hija no quería dormir en ella porque el colchón era muy duro...Y me levanté con dolor de espalda. Los baños bien, aunque los incluiría en la reforma. La piscina no es muy grande, pero está bien. Cierra a las 7 de la tarde. El desayuno es muy completo. Las cenas terminan a las 21:30, por lo que tienes que llegar sobre las 8 y algo para que te de tiempo a cenar. Para mi gusto demasiado temprano. La ubicación está bien, porque llegas paseando al centro, y también está muy cerca la playa del jardín.

El hotel estaba en obras, pero empezaban a trabajar sobre las 9 por lo que no nos molestaba demasiado. El bufett correcto, un poco más variado estaría bien. El personal del hotel (recepción, comedor y limpieza) muy amable y agradable. Las habitaciones necesitan un cambio de mobiliario ya que está viejo, las camas cómodas, el baño un poco pequeño.

Es un hotel de 3 estrellas... el personal es excelente, las habitaciones amplías pero necesitan reformas. Las instalaciones se corresponden con las de un hotel de esta categoría...
La piscina está bien para pasar un rato, de profundidad única (1,50 mts) y no estoy seguro si era climatizada.😅.
La comida normal para ese tipo de hotel, lo justo y no muy variado. Los zumos si son deficientes: agua con esencia a fruta..
Las cosas que realmente no me gustaron básicamente fueron 2: en el régimen de medía pensión las bebidas no están incluidas y NO TIENE PARKING; dada la ubicación del hotel es un punto a considerar pues la zona es bastante concurrida y se pierde mucho tiempo buscando donde dejar el coche en los alrededores..
