2nd time back nothing like the first -
1. Had to walk to a second property down the street unclear when booking
2. Room smelled like smoke and reported to front desk they said there were people smoking in balcony earlier and should not be
3 WiFi poor needed to walk down to lobby to watch an event on a laptop told the front desk nobody did anything
4 same services not available at second property like ice afternoon 3 kinds on mail property only water 2nd propert
5. Had to call front desk multiple times because housekeeping did not leave towels
6. Manager chased us down apologized and said give him a chance to make it right never got back to us
7. On checkout asked for a receipt to email never got anything
8 sent a review to marquesa they sent no response
For 1k per night we expected better - looks like this property in not being run like it was a couple years aro
