I only booked this hotel for one night as I was on a road trip around Tenerife. I wish I could have stayed longer. The hotel is in such a fab location with Plaza del Charco just a couple of blocks away and the pedestrian walkway to Martinez close by in the opposite direction. The hotel was fantastic value for money and would recommend this compared to a catered hotel, because the money you save, you can eat out in proper restaurants. Would definitely chose this hotel again when I next visit.

Avoid at all costs. I’ve been here eight days and I haven’t slept One night peacefully with screaming kids staying in the rooms constantly and the hotel staff doing absolutely nothing about it running around banging on doors shouting at all hours of the day. Not to mention the Wi-Fi doesn’t work whatsoever. Very tired and run down. They clearly have zero Respect for their guests

Worth the money.

Room was tidy. Mattresses are firm. No car parking on site, but only a 5 min walk to a car park. Staff were friendly. Wifi didn’t work at all for 9 nights. When showering, make sure the front power switch is on or the water won’t heat up. The location is perfect. Township right at your door.

Perfect location and clean hotel. It needs updating but it is clean and the staff is so helpful. The worst part for me was the breakfast choices. Ended up having a simple breakfast with coffee and muffins. Other things offered were not for me.

The hotel is starting to show its age and will need to be renovated soon if it is to remain a good place to stay. The staff are pleasant and cleaners do a good job but it is difficult to hide the need for refurbishment. Rooftop pool is quite small but very pleasant with an amazing view. The sunbeds look to be quite new so hopefully the pool tiles will be renewed as well before long.
Well-placed for restaurants, shopping & beach. Easy walk to the newer part of town.
I would love to stay there again but only if it has been updated.

I had to change a room next day after arriving.There was constantly noise from the roof side and communal area (teenagers). The second room, actually bathroom had an issue as well, water on the floor every day, I guess from the sink. I was tired to ask for anothe one and move my staff again. The hotel accommodate many families so the pool is quite busy, not too much chance to swim because is very small. Overall stay was ok, but I wouldn't book the hotel again.

The hotel is very well located, 1 min from Plaza Charco, 10 mns from Martianez or Playa Jardin. Many rstorants around, Breakfast is super good for the cost of 5 euro. Gorgeous views from the terrace, good pool. Will definately come back if stay in Puerto de La Cruz. Thanks!

Nice place, great location

It would be a good idea for the management to put a sign in each room reminding guests that there are other guests around and to keep their voices down. On 3 occasions we had to tell other guests to quieten down as they were shouting into their cellphones, or sitting outside the rooms having conversations at the top of their voices - on one occasion at 3.40am.
Makes for an uncomfortable situation and hard to sleep also.

Amazing hotel

great hotel in a beautiful location next to two black sand beaches and lots of restaurants. the staff at the hotel are amazing speak English and are incredibly helpful. right next to the strip of clubs/bars hiwever the hotel is far enough for you not to hear any noise. obly complaint would be that the church bells ringing are a bit annoying but if you sleep with the windows closed you will be fine.

So on arrival we had no hot water in the bathroom (sink or shower). Because it was weekend they could not get an engineer to fix it. As the hotel was full we could not change rooms so they offered us the use of the bathroom in a single room on another floor. That had no hot water either. Luckily our son was staying on the floor above us so all three of us had to take turns to use his bathroom.
There was also an \"end of course\" school trip staying for the weekend. We had a large group of fifteen year old running up and down the corridors from 2am until 3.30am. The hotel did nothing despite us complaining. I would not stay here again.
Avoid the breakfast at all cost.

Great Hotel 4Dreams Puerto de la Cruz

This hotel is in the center of everything.
No hills to climb and right by the square and lots of restaurants and stores.
About a 10 minute walk to the bus terminal which is up hill.

Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Eggs, fruit, yogurt, cheese, meats, buns, juice, lots of choice.
Staff were all great and the cleaning ladies were the best.

There is no air conditioning but I was there in April and the weather was perfect. They have fans if you ask for one.

Good location but some noise issues

Enjoyed our stay and the situation is very good, close to all amenities. We were there during carnival so there was some noise from the main square. This was not excessive but not so good if you are a light sleeper. We were disturbed more by the noises from other rooms due to them all connecting to a central light well which acts as a natural amplifier. Thin curtains meant that our room was illuminated every time the corridor lights went on.

Spent 4 nights at this hotel in February 2017. The location was great, right in the heart of the old town, close to bars, restaurants and shops. The room did not have a balcony and was hot (even in February) as there was no air con or fan. The room was clean but the windows needed a good wash. The breakfasts were adequate, some mornings better than others. The sun roof terrace was nice, but the pool was really cold. We would return to this hotel because of the location, but would def book a room with a balcony.

This hotel is very well situated, right in the heart of Puerto Cruz and yet quiet as it is on a pedestrianised street. My single room was quite basic, but clean and good value for a budget price. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We opted to have our meals out, as there is so much choice in the town of good restaurants and food prices are so reasonable. Puerto Cruz is a lovely town, and a great base for getting around the north of the island. We hired a car, but didn't really need it as the bus network is so good!

A little gem in Puerto

Some mornings, the hot water did not come on until 7 am. Not so good for an early riser. Apart from this, our stay was very pleasant. The hotel was right in the heart of Puerto, great for evening strolls. The breakfast buffet was sensational, I don't know how they do it for the price.

Great Hotel in Central Puerto

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. It is located in the heart of Puerto De La Cruz, exactly where I wanted to be. I liked the details of the room, it was clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend and would come back to this hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay as the location was great, pretty much next to a beautiful port and all so close! There were bugs on our bed when we checked in (first floor room) but they moved us to a room on the second floor which was very clean and perfect!

The room was basic and felt a bit old, but a good size and always very clean. I was woken up by noise coming from other rooms a few times when there was excessive noise (dog barking or people screaming), but in general I wasn't disturbed by normal level noise. The location was great, right in the middle of the center with the seafront, shops, restaurants and tourist attractions all very close by. Good value for the price paid and I would return.

This hotel is located in a quiet but very central location. It is showing its age, but our room was large, clean and very well equipped, the fridge (not minibar) being a real bonus. The free wifi worked well, and the safe boxes were large enough to take tablet computers and located near reception. Although we had no view, we enjoyed the large furnished patio. In all, the hotel is amazing value for money.

No isolation balcony doors from noise from the str

Room we got was big and clean. Breakfast are fine, normal for the price. However it could be open earlier than 7,30 am. If you have an excursion or surfing lessons at 8 am. you will get no breakfast.So before ordering room with breakfast you have to know what are your daily plans.We got room 212, this room windows faces another street Calle San Juan.Really bad experience. There was a bar in this street which played loud music, and is open until 3Am, Sunday Monday 1 Am. It could be nothing bad if isolation in the room would be perfect. But the balcony doors closes and there are whole between doors and wall. You practically hear all the noise coming from the bar, from the street.Its like sleeping with opened window all night with loud music in your room. You should not book this hotel if you have a car. No place to park at all.We had to park car, 5km from the hotel and somedays even more. If im gonna return to Puerto de la Cruz i would not choose this hotel again.

Central, good value hotel.

We arrived with the use of our SatNav and deposited the suitcase before I hunted for the communal parking area, which although not far away as a walk was a fair drive in unfamiliar streets. As you would expect the streets are narrow and it was difficult to tell if you could drive on some of them. That was part of the town's character as well.
The hotel is bright and friendly and the check in was without issue (take ID, though). We only met the receptionist and the lady who 'administered' the breakfast. Both were friendly. As the Canarians are.
Our room was a very pleasant surprise. I t was large and decorated with distressed style furniture. The bathroom was a good size too with a wet room style shower. The water pressure is not high so don't expect a deluge from it.
Only down side was that the window faces onto the street and because there is no AC we needed it open to cool the room. However the noise from the street as everything comes to life a 7am does disturb you if you are wanting a lie-in.
The breakfast is a basic buffet, but the coffee was from a machine (not good).
Overall, a good experience and we would stay again. For what we paid I am being overly critical. Enjoyable stay.

Amazing staff, tough neighborhood.

While the staff at 4Dreams hotel are one of the most helpful unfortunately it turned out that my window is facing school - every morning there would be a lot of racket etc.
This is probably not the case during the summer but for us, people that spend their holidays pretty active - this was tough.
Other than that there was a lot of mold in bathroom on ceiling. Like a lot of it with all patches of paint coming out. This didn't affected us though so it was good.
Reception and cleaning staff was amazing. We asked for kettle and extension cord and they were nice enough to go extra mile to get them to us.
Also location of a hotel is pretty much amazing (besides the school of course) making it great summer destination.
Close to everything needed - sea is just 3 minutes walk away, 2 minutes walk away there is large supermarket (Hiperdino) and main square around 5 minutes away.
There is no parking that we know of next to the hotel but there is huge free parking next to the see and a bit more than 5 minutes walk away from hotel. It seems secure also since everyone in the city parks their cars there.
Overall for the price it was a good deal. If we could get mold removed and some better quality windows with double glazing this would be perfect place to stay!

I won't recommend it to anyone

It's just impossible to sleep there. There is very loud bar on the ground floor and window had no soundproofing at all. More precisely, there was no window in the usual sense - only sliding glass door that has 1cm gap when \"closed\". So you will hear all people and music from the bar as good as you were laying inside it between tables. TERRIBLE.
WiFi signal is too weak and works well only near room entrance.
Some food on breakfasts was in a poor condition. Dishes and tableware are not washed good enough sometimes.
The only good thing is hotel's location in the centre of the city and it's relative cheapness.

Lovely traditional hotel

Lovely traditional hotel in the hub of Puerto de la Cruz. Easy to access, we came via public bus. Lovely spacious double bedded room with a patio. Roof terrace with a pool surrounded with sunbeds and other areas to sit with tables. We were fortunate enough to have an amazing view of snow topped Mount Tiede from here, there also views of the sea from the roof.
Breakfast was adequate and the staff were friendly and helpful. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes all within a few minutes walking.

Conoscevo già questo hotel e ero rimasta mediamente soddisfatta, valutando il rapporto qualità prezzo.Questa volta però mi è stata assegnata una stanza singola molto sacrificata (la n. 106) in quanto affacciata su un cavedio che sarà stato di 2 metri x 2. L'impressione era quindi di un ambiente soffocante. È vero che la tariffa era molto bassa, per cui non mi aspettavo certo una suite, però dovrebbe essere specificato il tipo di affaccio, che non può essere classificato come cortile o cortile interno. Anche il bagno richiede un restauro in particolare la vasca sembra antidiluviana. La pulizia generale però mi è sembrata buona.

Eigentlich gutes Hotel zum günstigen Preis und super gelegen, aber Zimmer sehr sehr laut , man kann die Nachbarn bis spät Nachts hören und oft Zigarettenrauch der anderen Gäste , der ins Zimmer rüber zieht. Geht leider garnicht. 🙈

Zimmer war ohne Fenster ins Freie, sondern war in einem Schacht.

Un rapporto qualità-prezzo buono cosí é veramente difficile da trovare : 27 euro e a luglio, e prenotando solo qualche ora prima ! In piú, arrivavo da un lungo viaggio ed erano ancora le 11 di mattina, ma nonostante neanche abbia chiesto se fosse possibile non dover aspettare le classiche 14-15 per fare il check-in, in qualche minuto ero già in stanza

God oplevelse på 4dreams hotel

Et nydeligt lille enkeltværelse med balkon og udsigt over by. Badeværelset var fint, men badekarret meget lille og lidt svært at stå i. Ellers var alt perfekt, hurtig check ind og ud, meget venligt personale.

Hotel excelentemente ubicado en el centro del Puerto de la Cruz.
Personal muy amable y servicial.
Las instalaciones antiguas y algo deterioradas.
Mala insonorizacion, escuchandose coversaciones y ruidos procedentes de otras habitaciones.
Aceptable para pasar dos o tres noches a muy buen precio.

Horror Hotel! Dreckig, alt und alles kaputt. Es gibt keine Worte für dieses Hotel. Wir mussten nach einer Nacht, das Hotel wechseln, da es unzumutbar ist. Geschenkt ist noch zu teuer. Das Personal war bemüht und wirklich sehr hilfsbereit, aber das war es dann auch.

porque es muy familiar . Está ubicado ,mejor imposible.Tienes acceso a pie a tiendas,perfumerías,la Iglesia ,Plaza del Charco,farmacias,bancos .
