A weeks break.

Hotel in ideal position,5-15 mins from supermarket,restaurants,beach and main square. Bus station is 3 mins walk. Checking was easy. Rooms are ok but could do with a update. Swimming pool/area was well kept. I rented a in-room safe which didn't work (battery needed replacing) went to reception and was offered a security box till it was replaced, it was replaced with-in 2-3 hours. I would stay here again because for the price it is ideal.

Great location, near to the beach bus station and super market. Apartment is old but in OK condition, they clean the room every day. But there has no WIFI inside of the room, have to go down in the lobby get WIFI, which is not working for me. I have to work 2-3 hours a days even traveling, no WIFI is killing me!

I couldn't have asked for more for the price. Quiet and peaceful place. Friendly, helpful and nice staff. Polite guests too.

The only snag was the Internet as it is only available in the reception area and not very reliable. I simply got myself a €10 6Gb SIM card and the problem was solved.

Good loacation. Short stroll to main areas

You get what you pay for. So I got exactly the quality of my expectation. Very clean throughout. Short stroll to busy square and about 15 mins stroll from main centre area. If I was to return for a short week break I would have no hesitation re booking this apertment.

You get what you pay for I guess. Staff really lovely, for us we like to sleep in and the cleaners were there every morning (except weds) around 930, so many a time we had to jump out of bed and request they come later or not at all (they were very nice and friendly) the pool is fairly small, we only used it once and opted for the beach instead. The wardrobes smelt a little stale and mould in one corner!!! So we only used one wardbrobe and the drawer provided. The booking said sofa bed, it was a creaky sofa with cushions taken off and placed upon some shelving!!! Definitely not a sofa bed and with the light coming through from the kitchen window, no way would anyone sleep well!! Our son is 5 so we pushed the single beds together and slept well that way. Location wise it's good and lovely views. Very cheap stay considering the prices of other places - again you get what you pay for. The place isn't a dump but by far not a luxury stay! I wouldn't rule out coming here again if the prices were so good as we just paid. okay for a quick cheap get away! Kitchen cupboards smelt horrible like a stale smell, yet the cleaners came 6 days a week. Almost to the point of holding my nose going into a kitchen cupboard!! Also hoped for an ice box freezer in the fridge but there wasn't one.

The hotel was very clean and the maids came every day to change the bedding and towels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. the apartment was perfectly reasonable for the price. I had twins beds which were very small. Fine for children but very small for an adult. My friend is 5,8\" and choice to sleep on the sofa as here feet were out the end of the bed. Overall you get what you pay for and this hotel was great value.

comfortable apartment close to the beach

First time in resort. Resort is established, clean, safe, Spanish but tourist/visitors made to feel very welcome.Hired a car from Airport for the 10 days we were there as transfer from South airport to Puerto De La Cruz expensive. Travelled round island some of the days we wee there as weather was too cloudy for beach or sunbathing.
Hotel pool small but clean and pool attendant on hand if required. Staff at reception informative and helpful with advice and printing off our boarding cards when required.

What beach?

A restaurant was advertised,but there was none. Wi-Fi was virtually non-existant. TV was obsolete. Building smelled of sewage. This hotel needed an upgrade 30 years ago. It was given a 3 star rating. I would give it a 1.5.

Great location, excellent value

Perfectly located within easy walk of the centre and Playa Jardin but far enough away to be peaceful at night. It's also only two minutes walk from the main bus station making it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area and for getting to and from the airport (you can get an express local bus from right outside the airport which takes about 1hr 30mins to Puerto). The staff were helpful and friendly, they always said hello when they saw me. There is free wifi, although only in the lobby. The rooms were a good size, in good decorative order and cleaned everyday to a high standard. There's basic cooking equipment, a two ring stove (no oven) and a fridge. There wasn't a microwave or electric kettle, although there is a stove top kettle. Perfectly adequate for knocking up a quick breakfast in morning... I ate out the rest of the time...well I'm on holiday. A safe is also provided in the room although I never used it. I would recommend staying on one of the higher floors as there is live music Friday and Saturday night which can be quite loud on the lower floors. My room faced towards town so I had a view of Mt Teide from the balcony, a surprising benefit of not having a sea view is that you get the sound of the waves through your bedroom window which is rather relaxing at night. I would certainly recommend Apartmentos Teneguia to anyone looking for a well located, good value for money to anyone visiting Puerto

Dancing the night away

The apartment complex was in a good location, within easy walking distance from Puerto town centre. The apartment was clean, of a good standard and and the staff were friendly and helpful BUT,, what stops me giving no more than a 3 'ok' rating is the noise we had most nights from the music in the bar area on the ground floor. Fine if you enjoy music and dancing, but as we were situated on the 3rd floor, above the bar, the noise was intrusive. The staff did offer to move us. but we ultimately decided. to stay put and dance along.. The problem is easily solved because the complex is massive so just request a room on a higher floor away from the bar area. On that basis we would return, definitely.

We knew where the Teneguia was located, it was where we like to stay in Puerto Cruz. In our first stay at the Teneguia we were disappointed by a couple of things; there was no icebox or freezer compartment in the refridgerator and the availability of the facilities was not fully explained. (eg the gym and laundry, whilst being part of the hotel complex were not accessed from inside the hotel). On a positive note the layout was brilliant with views of both Mt Teide and the Atlantic available from each apartment.

Very good apartments offering excellent value

These are apartments which are very clean and with a good deal of comfort. They are well positioned near the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. The cooker gave some problems causing it to blow a fuse; however the management there organised an electrician immediately and it was repaired. So very good service there. Bearing in mind all the very good points; these apartments represent very good value and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Overall satified with Expedia - Good Value for money, but will have to investigate more the hotel advertised on your sites......Pool was OK, but as there were 14 floors – approx 20 rooms per floor, only 25 Sun beds around the pool and two umbrellas. My mine complaint was around the advertised Bar / Pool Bar that was shown in the Booking details - This was Shut all day, and only opened Fri & Sat evening at approx 2200..... When I ask reception - they said it was not managed by the Hotel

Very pleasant stay!

This was my 3rd time staying in these apartments! I have found them quite suitable to my needs in that they are very close to main bus station (with buses both from North & South Airports), close to the main beach, just couple minutes walk from the old part of the town with square and only few minutes walk from a main supermarket. The only change would recommend the hotel make is to invest in some new towels for the rooms! I would also recommend not having a room too close to the lift, as there is heavy doors that make loud noises with people coming in at night!!!

Wir wurden extrem herzlich und freundlich im Hotel empfangen. Leider sind die Räumlichkeiten schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Einrichtung ist abgenutzt. Die Betten quietschen und sind sehr klein. Dennoch hat es für eine Woche mit Kind ausgereicht und wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ziemlich gut, da der Strand fußläufig ist.

Mi estancia ha sido horrible porque un señor q se alojaba en estos apartamentos me estuvo acosando hasta el punto de ir a mi apartamento por la noche y tuve q abandonar tres días antes el apartamento por miedo de mi seguridad y la de mis hijos, esto lo dije en recepción y no hicieron nada y encima no me devolvieron el dinero de los dias esos que no pude disfrutar por miedo

Pas de parking et donc quelques difficultés à trouver une place dans la rue chaque jour.

La situation de l’hôtel est parfaite si on veut aller à la plage \"Jardin\" qui est toute proche. Il y a une supérette à 150 m.

Mielestäni kuvaus rento ja kodikas huoneistohotelli sopii tähän majoituspaikkaan hyvin.
Sijainti on loistava, lähellä rantaa, kävelymatkan päässä Charco aukiolta, bussiasema muutaman minuutin kävelyn päässä. Sekatavarakauppoja ja ruokapaikkoja lähellä.
Arvostin rauhallisuutta ja hiljaisuutta, äänieristys on hyvä. Öisin kuulin vain Atlantin huokailun.
Henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja huoneisto pidettiin siistinä lähes päivittäin siivoamalla.
Huoneistoissa on jo kuluneisuutta, mutta kaikki toimii niinkuin pitää.
Uima-allasalue on kiva.
Uima-allas on lämmitetty, omaan makuuni vesi oli hiukan liian viileää, kävin uimassa muutaman kerran, lapsi päivittäin useamman kerran.
Mielestäni tämä majoitus sopisi hyvin myös pidempään oleskeluun.

El personal de recepción entiendo que esten cansados y todo eso, pero mínimo una cordialidad y educación estaría bien, habitaciónes antiguas y muy pequeñas nada aue ver con lo apreciado en la foto, cuando veas la foto imagina eso mismo pero la mitad, jugaron bien con la perspectiva o me metieron en uns habitación que no era la de la foto, la chica de La limpieza me desperto tocando y tocando la puerta con fuerza cuando no solicite servicio d limpieza y sabia q sstábamos ahi.en definitiva, llevamos iendo a hoteles y apartamentos en el puerto de la cruz hace años, y la verdad que una d las pocas experiencias regulares tirando a mala, bajo mi opinión nada recomendable,HABIENDO tantos sitios mejores dd precio y con muchísima mejor calidad personal y d todo en general... Lo unico bueno que le veo es la ubicación cerca de la costa

Hotellet ligger et godt sted. Gåafstand til badestrand, Lore Park og centrum. Det er ikke meget at lave på hotellet, så det skal bruges af folk, der vil ud og opleve øens tilbud.
Der bliver skiftet sengetøj og håndklæder hver dag, og hotellet er generelt meget rent.

Nice and clean apartment. Simple. No microwave. No wifi. The apartment was big and comfortable. People in the reception very kind and helpful. Good location.
In the morning there was noise from the street facing the seaside. But ok if you keep the window closed.

The main minus is not to have wifi in the apartment.

Overall my stay there was very good and quiet. No music or entertainment.

Kaikinpuolin hyvä apartementos Ainoa vika oli ettei huoneissa ollut wifi mahdollisuutta.
Tv kanavissa näkyivät vain Espanjan ja Saksan kanavat. Tänä päivänä lienee helppo suunnata sateliitti siten että sieltä näkyisi edes pari Suomen kanavaa. Muuten kaikki ihan jeeees.

Für Familien super geeignet. Die Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Altstadt, den Strand, den Loro Parque, Punta Brava - eigentlich ist alles im Ort bestens fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und das sonstige Personal sind durchweg freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Apartments mit Meerblick sind in den oberen Etagen ein Traum. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet.

The apartments are basic, but clean and private. They have an excellent sea view and a nice pool. Although they could use some renovation, the apartments are quite nice for a stay in Puerto de la Cruz. The location is outstanding if you wish to be next to Playa del Jardín or Loro Parque zoo. The staff was attentive and friendly and the hotel offers free bread to start off each day of your stay. My only complaint was that my hot water heater was not working properly.

Los apartamentos son básicos, pero limpios y privados. Cuentan con una buena vista del mar y una piscina agradable. Aunque no sean recientemente reformados, los aptos son muy válidos para una estancia en Pto. de la Cruz. La ubicación es inmejorable si se quiere albergar al lado de la Playa del Jardín o Loro Parque. El personal era muy atento y el hotel le ofrece a cada cliente pan para cada día de su estancia. Mi única queja sería que el calefactor del agua no estaba en buen estado de funcionamiento.

Buena relación calidad precio. Lo mejor la calidad de la cama y las sábanas. Limpieza de la habitación y baño correcta. Lo peor, el apartamento se ve viejo, necesitaría una reforma.

Underbart havs- och strandnära!

Fantastisk havsutsikt från loftgången och även underskön utsikt från balkongen, man ser begyggelse långt upp i bergen. Personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående och vänlig, då det är ett stort lägenhetskomplex så kändes man dock lite anonym när man passerade expeditionen. Att få somna med öppet fönster till ljudet av vågorna var något som jag har drömt om länge och som gick i uppfyllelse här!

Loistava hinta-laatusuhde

Sain hyvän huoneen merenpuoleisesta nurkasta 8. krs joten näköalat oli loistavat ja nautin ilta-auringosta. Kaikki huoneessa siistiä ja toimivaa, erillinen pieni makuuhuone ja iso parveke. Toinen kahdesta hissistä oli rikki 2 kertaa 4 päivän vierailun aikana, mikä aiheutti pitkähkön odotuksen matkalaukkujen kanssa tai ilman niitä tietysti kävelin portaita.

Un service de ménage quasi quotidien, une vue superbe vue sur la mer.
Hotel situé à proximité de la station de bus. Convenable pour deux personnes, espace suffisant.

Equipements vétustes, chambre à coucher petite.
