The buffet was a signature service at 25 BP per day. They serviced a full English breakfast with machine made cappuccinos. My wife rated Zappos at 3 for their weakness; Illy, however, was a five; a coffee shop that is onsite within the hotel.

Beware that if you agree to signing up for their rewards program and agree to decline housekeeping services, the option for a 10 pound voucher is NOT good for their breakfast. We were told it was when we signed up and then was told at the breakfast venue it stated that it WASN’T good for breakfast on the voucher ( it did not). It was supposedly good at their restaurant (evidently the brunch area isn’t considered a restaurant), bar… no mention of where it wasn’t good at.
The breakfast/brunch was ok, but not worth the 25pounds per person we paid. We actually had a more extensive brunch at the Derby Holiday Inn, the week before, which was included in the room rate.
Also, they had an announcement one afternoon that an incident had occurred and to stay in our rooms for further announcements. Shortly, another announcement stated there was a fire and to leave the hotel. No fire doors were closed when we walked in the hall to the steps. We went down 7 flights, along with other guests and were escorted out the building. When we asked where the fire had been, several hours later, we were told by two separate employees that it had been announced it was a drill and not to worry about leaving the hotel. Clearly, that message was NOT what we heard and there was no concern shown that the fire doors weren’t activated when the alarm went off. I found that concerning.
Other than those incidents, the room and facility was very nice and employees were helpful.

We had a good stay at the Park Plaza for 9 nights. The location is terrific, short walk to Uber Boat, Westminster tube and Waterloo train station. Great views of Big Ben and Parliment buildings. The room was comfortable and clean. Primo Bar, Ichi, and Illy Cafe all had great service and food. Disappointed with Brasserie Joel, food was over cooked and the staff were not friendly at all. They have \"prawns\" as an appetizer but they were more like salad shrimp. The filet was boring and chewy. This restaurant was not busy and I see why. The hotel is worth the money to stay there.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The location can’t be beat for walking to so many attractions. We even walked to the theatre district to take in a show. The rooms are clean, the breakfast has anything you would want. The staff packed us a breakfast “to go” on our final morning as we had to depart before breakfast opened. Will continue to stay here in the future.

It’s our second time here in Park Plaza Westminster. I love how spacious the rooms are. I booked a studio room for 3 persons. Location is tops, near the London Eye and Elizabeth Tower. There are bus stops between a 3-5 min walk. Nearest underground is Waterloo which is an 8min walk.

The Park Plaza Westminster Bridge is a great hotel for couples and families. The are located within walking distance from Parliament, Elizabeth Tower (Big Ben), and Westminster Abbey. There is a magnificent view from the breakfast area of it all! The hotel is very beautiful, clean and quiet. The selection from hot and cold breakfast items is very good. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive. The security staff are very helpful. In particular Abigail who went above and beyond when we had a medical emergency. Not to mention St Thomas’ hospital is directly across the street from the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge. This centrally located hotel is perfect for sightseeing the major attractions. There are many options from the underground, which is a short walk away. To the taxis, and public transportation that stop at this hotel. We had a wonderful stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge!

I booked a superior room for three nights, I got a nice room but it was an inner room with absolutely no view just other room windows about 2 metres away. Opening the curtains did nothing to let any light in.
I ran out of shower gel on the second day which was not refilled. Nor was it refilled on the third day despite me leaving a large note in the shower asking for it to be refilled.
The room was not cleaned after the second night despite being empty most of the day and me not hanging a do not disturb sign so I had to ask for it to be done so. They did clean it after I had asked but left no towels.
I mentioned all these things to reception on my check out to which I was assured I would be contacted by hotel management, but I’ve heard nothing.
I wouldn’t stay there again despite the excellent location.

The room was great. Our check in was lovely - really quick and gave us the room an hour early. We had a really nice room and the pool was great. You need to book a time to go. The ac was on in the pool area which made it quite cold in the space but the water warm.

No problems with stay. The only thing I didn't like was that the room had carpeted floors; my preference is tile or laminate because you can't clean a carpet as well as a tile or laminate floor. Also, the bathroom door was made of opaque glass so there's less privacy than with a wood door. Other than that, the staff were great and hotel is in a good location that made walking to the local attractions very easy. The hotel is also very close to a London Underground station.

No plugs by the bedside to charge phones. No hooks in the bathroom to hang towels up after a shower. You can’t turn on individual lights but have to select full or mood lighting.
We asked to switch rooms and were told there were no rooms available to swap but when we explained some of the lights weren’t working there was suddenly a room available for us to check in to. The shampoo bottle was empty and had to call twice to get it refilled, it took over an hour for staff to replace the empty shampoo container. Check in staff did not advise us the pool was closed for maintainance and we only found out when we went to the pool. If you want room service you have to remember to call the staff and ask them to clean your room. Overall a very expensive hotel which lacks basic amenities like plugs by bedside and hooks for towels. Staff could have provided a much better service. This hotel is not worth the price paid although it is in a good location the room is very basic!

Wonderful 8 night stay, May 2026. Everything was as expected. Very nice and clean. Only issue was every time you enter from outdoors, ASSAULTED ( no other words work) by some pumped in “ scent”. Not just us, everyone walking into hotel was like Wow!! Not a bad smell, but when it burns people’s eyes, or gives them a headache. Not good Turn it down already. Constant, no matter what time of day or night

Beautiful hotel in the heart of London.
Park Plaza Westminster Bridge is right in the middle of everything — you can walk to most major attractions, and Big Ben and the London Eye are just outside. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. We really enjoyed the bar in the evenings, a great place to unwind after a long day. In the mornings, the coffee and croissant in the café were the perfect start. And throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly helpful, which made the experience even better.

Housekeeping was a little rough. We had to keep asking for wash clothes. I stayed at this same hotel in August and we had robes, slippers, toothbrushes and there was none of that. I had ask for wash clothes twice and they didn’t do a great at cleaning the room.. completely different experience.

Onion rings had very few onions. Mostly batter. Very difficult to use A/C controls. Very little light in room from light shaft, yet this room category is “Superior”. Very misleading. No exhaust fan in bathroom. No refrigerator. Upholstery was quite warn with little padding - you could feel the chair frame under your seat!

We booked a room for 6 nights and arrived extremely early in the morning. We asked for an early check in and was told that there weren’t any rooms available. After a few minutes of checking the computers we were offered an upgraded room and early check in for a minimal charge. We accepted and were in our room a few minutes later. The employee was extremely helpful. The room was clean and everything were in order. The complimentary mini bar was a nice perk. We had a beautiful view of the London Eye and Elizabeth Tower from our room. An overall amazing hotel. Would definitely stay again.

The location of this Hotel is excellent situated between Big Ben across the Thames next to the London Eye..
The room was clean, with a typical old English shower, slightly bigger than a phone booth. I thought the \"suite\" was designed poorly with the bathroom situated between the king bed on one side with a \"roll out sofa bed\" on the other, which was quite uncomfortable for my 71 year old body on the other side. I was traveling with a friend so the configuration isn't workable. When I made the booking I requested a room with twin beds. We asked to be moved to just a twin bed but was told we were ungraded to a suite; our request was denied and was told they would split the king bed by about 6 inches. If you want personal privacy this hotel is not for you. If you are traveling with a small family it provides privacy you would like. As a single traveler usually with friends and not a significant other this hotel is not for you. A thumbs up on the breakfast buffet and kitchen staff and an ice machine on every floor,

If you want to maintain a 4 star hotel status you need to check all plumbing including drains and electrical units to keep them up to pare on a monthly basis. I shouldn't have to notify cyustomer service every time the bathroom drain is plugged or a light switch isn't functional. The room while vacuumed and the beds made should includes a little more dusting as well. Look you've got a exceptional hotel and I like to see it kept that way. To myself it appears that since opening the little things I've mentioned are slipping in terms of the overall ambience of a stately hotel. However love your hotel and it's location. It wouldn't take much to incorporate the fixs to these relatively small issues.

Dear Hotel Management,

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the handling of my recent booking and cancellation request at your hotel, where I have stayed regularly for the past 15 years whenever visiting London.

After the Middle East conflict began, my flights were cancelled and I contacted the hotel requesting cancellation of a booking, but I never received any response.

Recently, I again chose your hotel for a one-night stay. Due to flight delays, I arrived at 6 am and appreciated the late checkout extended until 5 pm. After my London–Rome flight was cancelled, the airline initially rebooked me two days later, so I extended my hotel stay for 3 nights through Expedia at a cost of about AUD $1600.

Only 30 minutes later, the airline advised I could depart the same day. I immediately spoke with reception and was told the booking could be cancelled, and I was given a cancellation number so Expedia could process the refund.

However, when Expedia contacted the hotel, the cancellation was rejected. Expedia is now asking me for the receptionist’s full name and role, which I find unreasonable. Guests should be able to trust information provided by hotel staff.

This situation has seriously damaged my trust in the hotel. After 15 years as a loyal guest, I feel this matter has been handled unfairly and I respectfully ask management to review and resolve it fairly.

First time in London and we will be back! The Park Plaza was exceptional. A few minutes walk to the metro, the hop on bus stop steps away and easy pick up spot for ride share made it the perfect location. We stayed in a Big Ben studio room and the view was amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked beautiful. Having a café, bar and resturants right downstairs was an added bonus. We can't wait to stay again!

A couple problems, we were offered an upgrade to a view of Big Ben and instead we were given a view of half of the London Eye and charged more than the original upgrade price. I’ve been waiting for a manager to review and contact me for 3 days and as I’ve reached out to them more than once I keep getting a “someone will look into it and get back to you reply” The 2nd issue was the pool, sauna and steam room were closed or not available and we’d planned to use these amenities during our stay . The first day they were already booked up for the day once we checked in and the second day they were closed and not available. Had we been made aware of a planned shutdown we would have booked a different hotel.

Rooms were clean, but had to contact management several times to put away the fold out sofa, which we had not requested or needed and to unlock our balcony door. We were charged an upgrade due to needing early check in at a rate of £110 a night, total of £330 for 3 nights. This felt like a scam.
