Room was modern and had good facilites, was a comfortable stay. Hotel was close to everything needed, supermarkets, resturants, town, beach, transportation. Staff were great. Only down side was room got very hot but there is a fan provided.

The hotel us spotless. The staff are extremely helpful they could not do enough for us. It is spotlessly clean. We just wished that they had evening entertainment. The reception staf came to meet us as soon as they saw us walking in and if we had a bag they would take it to our roomfor us. Would always stay as this hotel.

Nice clean accommodation with kitchenette. Looks recently renovated. Balcony. Close to Playa Martinez & restaurants. Excellent staff. A special shout out to Aldira who was always there to help solve any problem! The only reason for not giving 5 stars: no wifi in the room, just in lobby area.

This hotel is in a very noisy area, alot of traffic noise, inconsiderate loud neighbours and with no fan or air conditioning you have to leave the doors open to the balcony as it is too hot otherwise. Our balcony looked out at other peoples balconies so there is no privacy for them or us. The only way you could get a sea view is if you were at the top of the building, possibly. I would not recommend this hotel for a peaceful rest or for a decent nights sleep, although it is convenient for shops, bars and its about a ten minute walk to the sea.

Die Lage ist perfekt, es gibt einen Supermarkt in der Nähe zum Einkaufen und einen natürlichen Pool, in dem man morgens schwimmen kann.
Was mir nicht gefallen hat, war, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt, was es schwierig macht, bei Hitze einzuschlafen, und dass der Gefrierschrank im Kühlschrank nicht funktionierte. Das Frühstück ist ziemlich mittelmäßig.

El aparcamiento en el mismo establecimiento es fundamental para alojarse aqui. Se requiere reserva con antelacion para el parking, pero con este tema resuelto, el apartamento es totalitario recomendable.

Positiv war das parken direkt an der Unterkunft da wir sonst ewig weit mit dem Gepäck gegangen wären, es war aber der letzte freie Parkplatz. Parken nur für kleine Autos möglich.

Was nicht so toll war: als wir ins Zimmer kamen war die kaputte Nachttischlampe am Bett, ist ja noch ok, haben wir gemeldet, da wir es nicht waren. Dann aber zurück ins Zimmer gesehen, dass der Kühlschrank komplett ausläuft und alles voller Wasser ist. Daraufhin wurde uns angeboten in ein schlechteres Zimmer zu wechseln oder selbst zu reinigen, haben dann selbst alles aufgewischt und getrocknet. Hätte mir dafür zumindest gratis parken für 1 Nacht oder so gewünscht als entgegenkommen.
Alles in allem würden wir leider nicht nochmal buchen.

Daraufhin wurde uns angeboten in ein schlechteres Zimmer zu wechseln oder selbst zu reinigen, haben dann selbst alles aufgewischt und getrocknet. Die Reception war um 14:30 nicht besetzt. Nach 15 Min.kam eine unfreundliche aeltere Dame und verlangte meinen Personalausweis. Meinen Reisepass akzeptierte sue nicht und verweigete das Check in und ich musste mir ein anderes Hotel suchen. Ich nehme an, dass mein Zimmer schon belegt warm

I wanted to stay in central PDLC, and Bambi Appartments are smack in the centre of everything. You are not far from anything. Huge Hiperdino supermarket just around the corner.
Check in was friendly and swift, and my studio was on the 4th floor on the sunny side (Teide View). As 4th is the top floor, and the weather quite good, the studio was like an owen, there was a fan available. A parasol on the balcony would be a huge relief, when aircon is not installed.
The Studio itself was exactly as on the pictures, new and fresh, bed was comfy and the kitchenette had what one would need to cook. There is a tv with spanish channels, there was skynews for a few days before it disapeared. My studio had wifi which worked fine most of the time.
Bathroom has a shower, unfortunately the water runs out on the floor which will not make it last for long. Shampoo is provided.
The premises are kept clean, and rooms are cleaned everyday. For my 2 weeks duration my linnen was changed only one time (after 3 days), with the scorching heat it started to smell bad.

Kein Hinweis, dass das Hotel mit dem PKW nicht zu erreichen ist, da keinerlei Parkplätze im weiten Umkreis vorhanden sind. Zum Ausladen des Reisegepäcks musste das Auto im Kreuzungsbereich im Halteverbot abgestellt werden. Kein Hinweis auf der Angebotsseite, dass die Buchung eines Parkplatzes möglich gewesen wäre. Da wir auf Nachfrage, wo wir am besten Parken können keine Antwort durch die zwar freundliche, aber offensichtlich uninteressierte Rezeptionistin - Standardantwort \"das weiß ich nicht\" - erhalten haben, stellten wir unseren Leihwagen im nächsten Parkhaus ab, Kosten 1,45 €/h. Erst am dritten Tag erfuhren wir von einer anderen Rezeptionistin auf Nachfrage, dass es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Hotel entfernt gibt.

Ja, nå var vi tilbake til Bambi igjen . Dette er et kjempetrivelig hotell med veldig servis innstilt betjening på alle nivåer. Leilighetene er enkelt innredet, men veldig godt renhold. Kort avstand til havbassengene,kjøpesenter og sentrum av puerto del la cruz. Ja hit kommer vi gjerne tilbake til og det blir ikke lenge til.

Olimme varanneet hotellin erittäin ajoissa ja varausta tehdessämme ilmoitimme että matkustamme sylivauvan kanssa. Huoneessa ei siltikään ollut sänkyä vauvalle,suoraan parvekkeemme alapuolella tehtiin erittäin kovaäänistä hotellin omaa remonttia,joka alkoi suunnilleen 8 aikoihin aamulla ja kesti koko päivän,jonka takia emme voineet viettää ollenkaan aikaa huoneessa ja nukkua päiväunia,mikä on erittäin tärkeää pienelle vauvalle. Toinen,huoneemme vessa oli aivan täysi katastrofi. vessanpönttö oli sjoitettú niin että siinä ei pystynyt istumaan,muuta kun sivuttain,koska muuten seinä otti vastaan,suihku ei toiminut kunnolla ja kuuma vesi kesti suunnilleen minuutin ja sen jälkeen tuli pelkkää kylmää vettä. Myös jääkaappi reistaili,se ei pitänyt ruokia tarpeeksi kylmänä. Ja huoneen koko oli muutenkin erittäin erittäin pieni,verrattuna anoppimme huoneeseen,jolle olimme varanneet myös yksiön. Hänellä se oli kaksi kerrosta ylempänä,vessa oli kunnollinen,parvee 3 kertaa isompi,tv isompi ja huoneessa oli muutenkin enemmän tilaa olla,viettää aikaa ja leikkiä lapsen kanssa. Hissikin oli kuin rotanloukku,jonne juuri ja juuri mahtui matkalaukku ,yhden ihmisen lisäksi. Vaunuja säilytimme tilassa jonne voi viedä matkalaukut säilöön,koska ne eivät olisi ikimaailmassa mahtunut hissiin.

A pochi passi da ristoranti, locali, discoteche. 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione degli autobus \"guagua\" da dove è possibile girare l'isola da nord a sud.
La camera che ci hanno dato era al primo piano, vista interna, ma la cosa non ci ha creato problemi...cucina dotata del necessario per cucinare, ma manca la moca per il caffè in alternativa c'è il caffè solubile; il bagno piccolino ma per una doccia va più che bene (attenzione alla tenda doccia, più è forte il getto più te la ritrovi spiaccicata addosso); i letti, comodi...cosa rara da trovare in hotel e vari, ma i cuscini no...bassi e piccoli, sembrano quelli che si mettono davanti alle finestre/porte per non fare entrare l'aria.

Die Zimmer waren für ein 2-Sterne Hotel ziemlich sauber, in der Selbstversorgungsküche war auch alles was man brauchte. Jeden Morgen kam auch die Putzfrau um das Zimmer grob zu reinigen, ich finde schon dass das ein super Service ist für den Preis. Außerdem liegen die Apartments mitten in der Stadt, nicht weit vom Meer, von der Busstation, von Supermärkten und dem Einkaufszentrum. Die Angestellten waren auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat war, dass mein Zimmer den Ausblick in den Innenhof zur Strasse hin hatte. Bei meiner Nachfrage nach einem anderen Zimmer konnten sie meinen Wünschen leider nicht entsprechen. Das wäre top gewesen. Zimmer mit Meerblick gab es wohl keine, obwohl es in der Hotelbeschreibung steht. Was ich auch nicht so gut fand, war die Internetmöglichkeit. Erstens ging das nur unten im Foyer also nicht auf den Zimmern und zweitens bezahlt man einmalig 15€ für den gesamten Aufenthalt. Das finde ich zuviel. Das Internetcafe 2 Minuten zu Fuß war günstiger für eine Woche Aufenthalt. Ich würde trotzdem wieder dort wohnen, wenn ich noch mal in Puerto wäre.

Servicio de recepción especialmente el chico que estaba por las mananas \"inmejorable\" el hotel en esos momentos se encontraba en reformas pero no alteraba la tranquilidad del mismo,, el aparcamiento dificilismo después descubrimos que por un precio simbólico de 7.00€ estaba el Parkinson del hotel.. En general muy bien ,, no vi cucas cucarachas ( menos mal ) excelente,, volvería a ir a apartamentos bambi,,,
