The room was not smelling good, and The staffs were not very motivated to solve the problem.
After , they finally offered me an other room .The process took about 1h30 min .The other room was by the entrance of the hôtel and I could hear the bisses that didn’t stop their engines for 30 min +, at a time . Moreover everything is less than average and the rating does not reflect the service and the accommodation.
The beding is also less than average

Just back from a week's stay, big hotel but you never get the feeling of being crowded. Our room had a kitchenette, which had enough equipment to make simple dinners & breakfasts. No air conditioning in the room, but not a problem as was cool in evenings/overnight. The staff were very helpful - overall a great place to stay in a nice part of Tenerife.

The property is good value for money, the apartment had everything I needed and it was very clean and in good condition.
The bad points are - no air conditioning! (In Tenerife!!) and it was VERY noisy in the evening and morning due to my location being directly above a restaurant. I would have asked to move but I imagine a higher floor would have been even hotter and unbearable with no aircon!
Also the parking situation is rather expensive.

Very disappointed with Eden! No air conditioning or ceiling fans, it was like waking into a sauna when checked in. Had to pay 20 euros deposit for a small heater/fan which was noisy and didn't blow cool air. The building is on a very steep hill making it difficult to go anywhere without taxi or pre-arranged transport. Building is a quite old and needs refurbishment including the bedrooms. Had mosquitoes, spiders, insects and lizards in the apartment and the room phone was out of order during the whole stay. Wifi only works in the main reception area, there is no Wifi signal in the bedrooms. A typical 3 Star premises.

Not a four star hotel!!!!!!
Very nice staff but the building is very old and dirty, the apartment I booked was very uncomfortable, couldn’t access the stove because there was a door blocking it. The bathroom had a sewer smell very nasty and the shower was so old that it looked dirty.

Three star hotel uphill from city center

On my opinion there's not really anything to justify the 4th star. Beds are very basic level. Design, service, etc. Everything is on the level you would expect in a three star.

Building is a little old only partially renovated. There seems to be some machines that make some noise, not sure if it's the elevator or something else. Anyway it's quite noisy. The freezer inside the fridge was missing the door, so fridge was leaking some water and the damage on the floor was visible. Cleaning was good.

For the amount we paid we really cannot complain. We only stayed the one night & it was sufficient. The gardens are beautiful & the staff are helpful & friendly but the hotel was a bit run down & lacking character or vibe. We personally wouldn’t stay any longer than 1 night.

Hotel 15 minute walk on steep hill to main town. Hotel runs hourly shuttle bus to and from town but finishes at 19:30. Rooms clean and comfortable but no apparant heating or air conditioning.Small well equipped kitchen area so cooking is an option. Good choice for breakfast with many hot and cold options with daily changes on some items.Did not eat in for dinner but this again seems to be a buffet.Free wifi only available in main reception area , daily charge if required in room. Safe in room but daily charge for use.No English TV channels could only find German and Spanish options.

We found this hotel by an incident and spend two nights there. Apparently, the facility is presented with 4 stars but we experienced as cheap hostel for elderly people. Small and inconvenient “apartments” and a lot of mosquitoes. The negligence of the staff at reception was something exceptional: no attention at check-in, wrong information (we missed our paid picnic breakfast, was necessary to wake up the slipping clerk at check out. Shortly, not our Eden.

We have stayed at Eden now on five occasions and have enjoyed every trip. The weather was cloudy for much of our stay which can be a problem with staying in this part of Tenerife but we still had a very relaxing holiday. We stayed B & B and as always the breakfast buffet was great.

The hotel was surprisingly good. Beautiful garden is all around. The room itself huge and comfortable with a terrace.
Restaurant service is very friendly. The food was exceptional. Nicely decorated and plenty of everything. We didn’t have half board but had dinner twice for a very reasonable price.

Yes, the hotel itself a bit old fashioned. But they do a lot of things for guest. Every night there is some sort of music. Couples were dancing. Salsa lessons every night.

Wi-fi works only at reception for free. We paid €3/day to be able to use it in our room.

There is a massage chair in the common area which is very cheap and powerful.

I guess people underrate the hotel because of the pool. Yes, it’s not a luxury one. But big enough with chairs around. The small one for children is separated from the main one.

Even the shuttle bus service seemed useful it goes all around for half an hour and not even close to bus station. Cannot see any other reason to use it than carrying suitcases. We walked every day and it was a good exercise.

I really enjoyed staying here and would go again.

By walk it’s a bit of exercise to walk up there and walk down to the beach.

We stayed for 4 nights in November 2017. In general we thought the hotel was very good.The food was excellent, and the room and hotel clean. It is a bit far from anywhere though (except small supermarket nearby), but there is a free shuttle-bus into the centre throughout the day. Nice pool areas and entertainment in the lobby in the evening. The guests were a decent, older crowd, mainly German and Finns, which made for a peaceful atmosphere.

Negatives: the lift broke down for one day and we were on the 8th floor, so that wasn't good. There was building works across the way from our room which was loud in the mornings (however this is a problem at pretty much every hotel I've ever been in). Wifi in the room cost extra.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Enjoyable stay at Parque Vacacional Eden

A very enjoyable stay at this hotel. We did find our room very hot and it would have been good to have had air conditioning both in our room and in the restaurant. Overall the food was good although not always as hot as it should be. There was a private party on in the restaurant one night and we felt like second class citizens as the waiters were all dealing with this party. There was a lack of service from them for us and also less food than normal.

It was very nice to stay in this hotel.Room is big and the bed is very comfortable. They have free bus to take you to the town cerntre.Staff are very friendly,offer us a glass of champagne when we arrived. We will come back to stay here again when we back to Tenerife.

Lovely place to stay

Me and my partner and our 2 yrs old daughter stayed in this hotel for 10 days. From the 06th to 16th of feb 2016. we have really loved my stay there. the staff were really nice. they were all easy to talk to, and approachable, always ready to help. We stayed one bedroom flat with open plan kitchen with a balcony. It was a really nice flat. The food was lovely we had a load of varieties to choose from. However there are little things that need improvement such as the internet connection in the room. My partner purchased one week internet for the room so that my daughter can watch her movies. Unfortunately she could not because the connection was cutting off all the time which end up upsetting my little girl. In addition to that, the TV was another issue. All the channels are either in German or Spanish only one English channels which is the sky news. They really need to get more english channels. Furthermore the cleaning,The first day we got there we could not use the toilet because it was not clean properly there were still some droplets inside the toilet. I am really thorough when it comes to toilet. So i have to get some bleach from the local shop and pour some in there overnight and by the morning it was ready to be used. Finally i think a microwave in the kitchen will do. There was no microwave in the kitchen so it was difficult to warm up our food.
Apart from that everything was fine. I will definitely recommend this place.

Christmas in the sun

It was a Christmas break for some sun. Travelled on Christmas day, collected the car from the airport and drove to the hotel. We were in a superior studio in the Eden Luz building which is where the restaurant is, so it was convenient for meal times and close to the covered heated pool. The rooms are a good size so we felt that we had plenty of space and facilities to cook if you wanted to.

The food was buffet style but plenty of variety and a small freshly cooked section if you wanted to wait. We felt the variety was excellent and they seemed to offer something different every night.
The staff were good and friendly and everyone made an effort to make sure you were happy.

We didn't make use of all the facilities but the naturist area on the roof of the main building was a bonus. This consisted of a terrace with sun beds and un heated pool which was great to cool off but too cold to swim unless your made of sterner stuff. The area was popular especially as the weather was good with views of Mount Teide when the clouds lifted.

The Hotel is situated away from the town centre but is in easy walking distance. We walked down every day to different parts of town and the Orchid Gardens and Botanical gardens are an easy walk. The walk back up was not so easy, but you take your time and get a bit fitter every day.
We didn't go with any expectations, but found it a great place to stay and will go back again.

Good family holiday

We found the hotel to be family orientated. No thrills but good quality. Our 5y/o enjoyed the pool and mini golf. Playground is fine but not a lot of equipment. No English channels on TV. But: breakfast choices were great, rooms clean and well furnished (we stayed in an upgraded studio and gran in double room), hotel provides bus shuttle to town's shopping centre near the beach and pools. All in all, very good, peaceful family holiday.

Breakfast food has large range, but only average quality, lousy coffee, terrible orange juice, scambled eggs dry and unappetising. Did not eat other meals at hotel. Beds hard and uncomfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Good wifi in lobby, but none in the rooms. Supposed to be a film channel, but was absent, so only english channels on TV are BBC news and Sky news.

Wir waren zur Karnevalszeit auf Teneriffa und waren froh, einen Parkplatz zu haben, dieser war zwar kostenpflichtig aber unbedingt notwendig, es wird in Puerto de la Cruz immer schwieriger, einen Parkplatz zu finden…
Die Anlage hat einen schönen Garten, die Häuser sind zwar alt, aber innen ist alles schön renoviert, alle sind nett und geben sich Mühe, wir würden das Parque Vacacional Edén wieder besuchen.

Bella struttura con parco bellissimo, piscina, e un area verde con attrezzi ginnici. Cibo ottimo, e anche troppo abbondante. Personale molto gentile, anche se l’italiano è un po’ tabù. Si trova un po’ distante dalle spiagge cittadine, e purtroppo i parcheggi sono difficoltosi. L’hotel è in una zona tranquilla, ma Puerto de la Cruz è caotica. Ci tornerei? Nell’hotel sicuramente, ma per il resto non credo.

Bien dans l'ensemble surtout par rapport au prix, cependant l'hôtel est quelque peut vétuste,le ménage des chambres est acceptable mais pas top non plus,je ne vous conseille pas de prendre la pension complète a mon sens juste un ou deux repas ferons l'affaire car le buffet n'es pas génial (il font payé l'eau)et les restaurants ne sont pas très cher.Ne vous fiez pas a la description aucun employé ne parle français ce n'est pas grave en soit mais certains ne parle même pas anglais ce qui est un problème.
J'ai quand même passé un très bon séjour ca fera carrément l'affaire pour un voyage je me permets d'être tatillon pour donner un avis objectif.

Huoneissa oli iltasin ja aamusin todella kylmä. Katossa oli iso reikä, josta tippui jatkuvasti valkoisia paloja lattialle. Arvostelut hotellista olivat tosella hyviä, joten odotimme vierailua kovasti. Huoneet näyttivät kuitenkin ihan erilaisilta kuin kuvissa, joten olimme vähän pettyneet. Muuten hotelli oli mukava ja kivalla alueella.

Nos echaron a perder el fin de semana, nos vimos obligados a buscar otro hotel a las 8.30h de la noche y con niños pequeños para alojarnos porque la reserva de otros compañeros que estaba confirmada no era así y los quería alojar en otro complejo en un apartamento lleno de cucarachas

Die Zimmer sind modern und ansprechend, das Frühstücksbuffet sehr lecker und vielseitig.
Nur das WiFi nervt. Immer wieder muss man sich neu einloggen und dann kommt die Meldung \"eingeschränkt\" und es geht nicht.

Hotel Parque Vacacional Eden is situated beatifully in a very large subtropical garden. To this add the peacefulness and chirping birds a relaxing stay is guaranteed.

Weekdays the Hotel offers a shuttle to and from the city center.

Renholdet var bra, reint og ryddige på rommet, personalet trivelige og hjelpsomme, og maten god.

Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Das Frühstück in Buffetform hat für jeden was zu bieten und war immer ausreichend bis zum Schluss. Roligt beliggende hotel med dejlig park.

Dejligt hotel med stor park. Lidt op ad bakke, hvis man vil meget ned i byen. Fin morgenmad og meget rolig beliggenhed. Perfekt udgangspunkt for mine mange ture rundt på øen.

Un bon choix pour séjourner à Puerto de la Cruz

Hôtel situé sur les hauteurs de Puerto de la Cruz.
Très belle vue sur la mer depuis notre chambre.
Le personnel est très agréable et attentifs à nos demandes tant les serveurs pendant le service du petit déjeuner que les personnes aux étages.
Le petit déjeuner est un grand buffet, très correct pour le prix.
Il y a un superbe jardin très bien entretenu.
L'hôtel est idéalement placé pour partir à la découverte de l'île de Tenerife.

Bien los apartamentos, todo y que dicen que tienen cafetera y son hervideros de agua. El jardín y la piscina muy bien. Como punto débil, les falta actualizarse bastante, sobretodo en recepción.

Хороший отель. Сначала дали номер с видом на стену, но по моей просьбе поменяли на номер выше и лучше. Спасибо Кармелло на ресепшене. Сейф за отдельную плату, wi-fi тоже. Пульт от ТВ дают за депозит в 10€. Уборка ежедневно, горничная уточняет менять или нет белье. В отеле три бассейна, один для нудистов на крыше, по спец.пропускам. Завтраки отличные-шведский стол. Бесплатная парковка. Шаттл в центр города каждый час.

Deze accommodatie geeft een meerwaarde aan je verblijf. Het personeel is bovendien echt vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De buffetten en het ontbijt zijn goed verzorgd. Het hotel is wel een eindje van centrum, staat echt op een helling maar mits goed te been is de afstand best te doen.

Sono stato in questo complesso alberghiero per trascorrere una di settimana di vacanza nel mese di settembre.
L'albergo è molto carino dispone di vari servizi tra cui piscina, campo da tennis, ping pong, navetta gratuita che ti porta in centro e un area massaggi che non ho provato..
La colazione è a buffet molto abbondante sia nel dolce che nel salato alcune preparazioni vengono fatte al momento con un cuoco in sala dietro i fornelli..
Il parco dell'hotel e abbastanza curato con piante e fiori.
La mia stanza era un monolocale molto accogliente con cucina attrezzata e un balcone pulizia discreta.
Piccola pecca e il parcheggio gratuito che aimé non e abbastanza capiente per tutti gli ospite ma ne hanno uno dislocato dietro la struttura a pagamento 5 euro per giorno. Personale cortese e cordiale.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hotel charmant, notre studio était très bien agencé, propre et confortable.
Nous avions l'option petit déjeuner. Le buffet est absolument incroyable, tellement varié. La terrasse est absolument très jolie, fleurie, avec des bananiers qui ont des bananes!
Le personnel est majoritairement très sympathique et bienveillant. Femmes de chambre, jardiniers, barmen, hotes de salle....

Seul bémol, le parking... Ne comptez pas y trouver une place si vous rentrez un peu tard. Et il n'est pas simple de se garer dans le quartier...
Ça c'est très pénible

Siamo partiti molto fiduciosi, ma abbiamo trovato una struttura parzialmente restaurata, ma tuttavia bella, il problema consiste nell’assenza di aria condizionata, del wifi a pagamento in camera (che non aveva abbastanza potenza neanche per effettuare il login) e cosa più ridicola, il parcheggio la sera intorno alle 19 risulta già pieno e non ti aprono nemmeno la sbarra per entrare. Nel caso in cui il parcheggio sia pieno hanno a disposizione il parcheggio dell’altra struttura, sempre del resort, ma prima devi andare a piedi dalla sbarra alla struttura principale per pagare 5 euro alla reception per poi tornare a piedi alla tua auto, fare il giro del quartiere per arrivare all’altro cancello, parcheggiare ed andare alla tua struttura. L’hotel è comunque carino, ma non lo consiglio.

Les couvertures jamais changé il y avait du sang dans leur couverture...
Un grand lit séparé en deux vous tomber au milieu du lit,
Le matelas est horriblement inconfortable le metal du matelas vous fait mal au dos..
On toque à votre porte à 7-8h du matin et on rentre de force!
Wifi payant, coffre fort payant, parking toujours full
Endroit à éviter pas confortable du tout

Es un complejo grande, pero las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado. El aspecto es de los años 60 pero renovado. Según en que habitación te pongan escuchas rudios de picina, barbacoas o motores (como fue nuestro caso). Está lleno de rusos y alemanes.

Un \"puente\" perfecto en Tenerife

Un hotel súper agradable, con todos los servicios que te puedas imaginar. Trato excepcional y, a pesar del gran tamaño del hotel, nunca estaba saturado. La pega está en la distancia a la playa y la cuesta, pero lo solucionan con un bus gratuito. Repetiría
