Rooms were modern and updated. Be aware that there is no microwave in the rooms, or on the property. This was an issue as I had brought my own food to avoid spending a fortune eating out every night. The layout of the hotel is also confusing. It will take you a couple of days to figure out how to get to your room. There are a lot of hidden stairway and corridors. The pool/resort area was also undergoing renovation. So areas were blocked off by barrier walls and caution tape. All in all, it wasn't terrible. But I have had better amenities at much cheaper hotels.

The pool deck was half under construction, but still usable. It looks like it is going to be so great once completed. We stayed the night here before our cruise and did the park and ride through them - was SO easy and price was reasonable. Definitely will be staying here and doing the same again!

The floor in our hotel room was dirty and sticky. We did not enjoy pulling our luggage over the uneven brick walk way from the front desk to our room. I waited in excess of 30 minutes for the shuttle from the airport and the short ride to the cruise terminal. We were not impressed @

This is a great place to stay with one exception. The pool does not get the staffing it needs. While we were there it ran out of towels. Ash trays were left filled for far too long. Abandoned coffee sat for hours. Spilled drinks beside the pool were left for hours. Disappointing when so many other things are done well.

We stayed at the property the night before a cruise. We were able to check-in around 12pm which was great. The rooms were updated however the outside walkways are narrow and I noticed those with scooters struggling a bit around columns and room service carts. We enjoyed the pool even though parts were under construction. My only criticism of the resort would be the shudder blinds in the rooms. The blinds were fine for privacy and changing but did nothing to block outside light (particularly the pathway light) at night. The entire room stayed lit up. We even looked for a pull down blind thinking we were missing it. My recommendation would be for the property to add an additional roller shade between the shudders and window.

The shower was nit a wakk in shower so we had to climb into it. Our friends on a standard room had regular beds and a walk in shower?? We were disappointed in that.
The restaurant was not accomdating to our large party. We called a few weeks ahead of time to make a reservation for our large party. They said it was not needed. When we came a few hours prior to our dinner tome they said they only take reservations???? We then ssked fir a reserbation and they said they could not accomodate us. Very disappointing.
The young lady who checked us in was super friendly, patient, and accomodating. I cant remember her name but you mus5 be able to see who checked us in.

The first room we got was not ready. They fixed that very fast and gave us a room closer to the entrance. We flew in and was in Orlando at 11 am. Check in was for 4pm. They let us check in the moment we came from the airport at no charge. The staff was quick and friendly.
