Room was comfortable but the pillows were overly floppy, and walls very thin (could hear our neighbours very clearly!). Breakfast was good, but dinner was average. Driest chicken I've ever eaten!

I recently stayed at the Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I checked in, the customer service was outstanding, staff members were consistently professional, attentive, and committed to ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. My room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment after full days exploring the city.

The hotel’s location is another major advantage. Situated in a highly convenient area, it offers easy access to a variety of restaurants and public transportation options, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.

The only minor area for improvement was the shower, which did not drain properly. While this was a small inconvenience, it did not significantly impact the quality of my stay.

Overall, I highly recommend the Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin and will certainly choose to stay here again during future visits.

The condition & cleanliness of the hotel was great. The staff were friendly & efficient. The location is amazing! There were a few amenities that I wish we had - such as hair conditioner, body lotion, and a sauna or spa. Other than those few things, the stay was amazing.

Hotel location was not that great but not a bad one either. I like to stay in locations where the action is. This is not the hotel if that is what you are looking for. Had to take the subway to get to everything. I did not care for the neighbourhood either. When I arrived, I was very confused about how to get into the hotel. And the room numbers don't match the floor you are on. Frankly speaking, this made it difficult to find my room for the first few days. Not a great set up.

This hotel is in the perfect location for catching the U bahn for your daily sightseeing trips with a station about a 5 minute walk away. The nearby cafe's and restaurants offer a good variety of food. The hotel is well maintained with a large staff to keep ypur room clean. Also, the Berlin Central Station is a 10 minute uber drive to make your connection to BER airport. 24 hour reception is a plus.

Hotel was fine, nice friendly staff, clean as it should be. Glad I added the breakfast on top of my reservation, amazing selection to choose from and set me up perfectly for the day exploring the city.

It's got some lovely restaurants nearby, each one doing something different.

I wouldn't say it's the best hotel as a base camp if you're the exploring type, I used an E-scooter as my means of transportation as it offered you the ability to get to the city centre more directly, whereas public transportation requires you to get on and off at various places which can be quite a pain if German isn't your native language.

I had a very poor experience with check in. I will not elaborate but it took 1 hour, after my arrival at 11pm. The following morning I went to Reception and the member of staff had not recorded the incidents. I made a verbal complaint but no one ever got back to me in the remaining 4 days I was there.

Difficult to find front of the hotel, it looked like a side entrance for staff. Difficult to access the lobby. Had to take elevator to 2nd floor, no one to help carry suitcases up to lobby or our rooms. Area was questionable, not very clean.Room was clean, although air conditioning really did not cool the room Opened windows for cooler air. No comfortable lobby to hang out in at night. Area where there were booths to sit, which was located near the bar, we were told we had to buy something or leave. I would not recommend this hotel.

This place is huge, managed to get lost trying to find our room. The room was huge and really great, staff were lovely the car was good the restaurant food was a bit pricey but some nice places outside the hotel to eat. Very handy having a supermarket below. Comfy beds and good shower, everything you could think of provided in the room.

There are great restaurants nearby, including a nice fish & steak place and a Vietnamese spot. It’s a bit far from the main attractions, but easy to reach by public transport. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay!

Staff were very lovely but room allocation isn't based by when you book, instead by when you check in. As a result we ended up with a room without a window as we had a late flight. We could have asked to change the next day and see if it was possible, but not until after 12 when we'd have been out. So we accepted it. Room was big but it was stuffy and air con wasn't great. No natural light so it was hard to get up in the morning and feel alert and we had no idea what the weather was doing. Water wasn't topped up on the other days we stayed either. It was more far out than we realised but the train is close so want too bad. Had to request another pillow as they were very thin and you only had the one. It's was okay, but more average. Not bad, but stayed in much better places for the same value.

There is a fantastic Gym on the third floor with all equipment in place, very organized and hygienic. We stayed at the Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin from 19th to 22nd February 2025, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience.

Location: The hotel’s central location is perfect, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants.
Rooms: Spacious, modern, and comfortable with all the necessary amenities.
Cleanliness: Impeccably clean throughout, from rooms to common areas.
Price: Excellent value for money, offering a high-quality stay at a reasonable price.
Breakfast: Delicious and varied breakfast options, with everything fresh and well-organized.
Staff: Friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist, making us feel truly welcome.

Everything was wonderful. Beds were comfortable and warm, lots of space in the suite for our family of four. Two bathrooms and wardrobe space. They cleaned our room daily. Highly recommend the buffet. Excellent service all around.

The Staff members were really arrogant, and I really did not like their attitude. So the reception members do not know even how to find your reservations, even if you have already paid beforehand, they can still ask payment. So, I can not recommend this hotel unfortunately.

I couldn't figure out the TV, with a long response lag, no program guide, and no audio options I gave up after a few minutes.
It was extremely difficult to get from one side of the hotel to the other, and I kept using the 'wrong' entrance.

This was a beautiful property. The breakfast was beautiful with all the trimmings, even champagne and sweet snacks for later. I will definitely be back and would recommend it to all of my friends and family. The store is right over a fabulous supermarket. Could not ask for a better location.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable and high standard of quantity. We had a spacious family room with bunk beds for the kids is a private cubby with sliding door. Breakfast was great. Located outside town but with great transport links with trams and trains a short walk away. There is a grocery store below the hotel and many other shops and malls nearby. We were very happy with the hotel and location and would recommend.

The room was nice and new but the corridors were long and shadowy. It didn't feel safe as anyone from the street can access each floor of the hotel but not corridors with rooms. It seems easy to be followed with little surveillance.

Front desk staff were barely responsive to my request for room cleaning when I returned to my room after 6 hours to an uncleaned room, although I hung the appropriate sign on the door. I understand that mistakes happen but the blasé attitude of the front desk staff was unacceptable - no apology and an argument that the cleaning staff were finished their shift in 15 minutes. Really 1 star service.
