I'm astounded. I've stayed in hotels around Europe for years, and NEVER had a hotel offer satellite/cable TV ONLY in their native language. Confusing to the hotel staff too, as they told me that I should at least get CNN & Sky News, but when they triesd to access it themsleves they then changed their story and said they were unavailable. They should perhaps advertise the hotel to German speaking visitors only. I specifically booked a suite, with 2 TV's so that my partner could watch TV whilst I was working. A complete waste of money. I would have booked elsewhere if I'd known. Perhaps the hotel needs to decide if it is in the luxury end of the market, although to be honest I have stayed in budget hotels around Europe and even they provide better facilities. Very disappointed.

We enjoyed being able to walk to the central train station. Having laundry machines in the apartment was important to us and we found them easy to use with soap provided.
Fully equipped kitchen was wonderful and we were able to quickly walk to get groceries. Would recommend this apartment.

Staff was courteous and helpful. First assigned room's A/C didn't work/2nd asssigned room's work fine. One elevator was out of service so there waiting times to use the 2nd elevator (an inconvenience). Location was good (near a S-Bahn stop and close to the HauptBahnhof). Very few restaurants near the Adina but with public transportation, easy to find others. Two supermarkets within walking distance. Breakfast selections were good but limited compared to other hotels/not a big deal for us). Would recommend this property due to the value, room size, cleanliness and great staff.

One elevator was broken and the stairs were alarmed, so there were very long backups for the one remaining elevator. It took us 15 minutes to get off the 1st floor one morning. No communication from staff about the issue and not much urgency for fixing it.

We enjoyed staying at this property. The location was great for our needs. The hotel is located close to the tram, and the central metro station, which made it easy for us to get anywhere we wanted. The only thing we weren't used to was that we got one free bag of coffee the first morning we were there, but for any additional nights we stayed, we had to pay for our own coffee after that. Whenever we stay at a hotel in North America, we would get a package of coffee each day. This is something we had to get used to, but just thought we would comment as it was new to us

We had a really nice stay at the hotel. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful, the apartment was spacious and well maintained, also very quiet. Great location to walk to all of the major attractions. Would hope to return some time.
We did have some issues accessing the lifts as 1 was broken causing quite a bit of waiting time. Not a big issue but it would have been nice to have the option of using the stairs but these were reserved for emergency use.

This hotel was perfect for my husband, my daughter, and me. The beds were comfortable. I like that they had a washer and dryer. Also, we were able to check in early, which was a huge relief after traveling for almost 11 hours. Everyone was very nice!

This turned out to be a perfect selection for our small family group. Very close to the central HBF and a reasonable walk to numerous sites and restaurants. Lots of space and a nicely equipped kitchen area. Washer and dryer were appreciated near the midpoint of our trip. Price was very reasonable as well. I would definitely consider this place for future visits.

We booked the Adina Apartment Hotel Berlin Mitte for our 6 night visit to Berlin this month. What a great place to stay! The rooms are very spacious and breakfast was absolutely fantastic. We loved having the flexibility of having a meal in the room, thanks to the well appointed kitchenette. The staff are very profession and helpful. The hotel is in a great location - just 5 minutes from my husband's conference site, and a 30 minute walk to all the major sites in Berlin. Plus lots of restaurant choices nearby - highly recommend the Italian restaurant one block away (Il Porto/Porta Nova) - excellent pasta and salads for very reasonable prices.

Room is spacious and clean, very quiet and comfortable for a family of 4(3 generations) to share. We didn’t use the kitchen since it was holiday and most shops were closed, hard to get basic grocery. nevertheless it’s nice to have the kitchenette to prepare coffee and toast etc, the washing machine and dryer is a plus, swim pool is great. Location is great, within walking distance to tourist attraction and easy to go around with public transportation.

The property was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The only notable downside was that the air conditioning did not function optimally. Additionally, there were occasional instances of loud individuals who were intoxicated and were congregating outside due to the presence of a nearby nightclub. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, as we only encountered the “loud” individuals on one night out of the several days we were there.

Room is larger than most European hotels. Well located, an easy 20 minute walk to the Reichstag and area. Reasonable selection of restaurants in the area and a short Uber ride to many more. Had a small kitchenette and with a grocery store being 5 minutes away was easy to have breakfast on site. Property is modern and quite comfortable.

The property was well situated and the are was great for walking into the main city, or sightseeing around mitte. The area felt safe day and night.

They had lost our booking so we had a stressful arrival. We were \"upgraded\" to a 2 bedroom apartment from a 1 bed. It was well appointed but the carpets and shower tray were stained. 2 of the 3 mornings we stayed we were told at breakfast that it wasn't included (although I had paid extra for this).

The pool is fairly cold so don't expect to be lounging in there but it's ok for a quick dip. You have to ask them to switch the sauna on so make sure you do a while before swimming as it takes a long time to warm up. Also check they've switched it on as they may tell you they have done only for you to find it's cold.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It was great to have a washing machine, dryer and small kitchen after weeks in hotels. I can not fault the hotel except for the location. It is a 10 minute walk from the main train station which was great but it is in a bit of a quiet area (lots of government style buildings around) so it’s a 30 minute walk or further to the main tourist attractions. However the public transport is really easy to use and right outside the door. Would recommend this hotel.

All the staff were very kind and always had a smile, so I felt comfortable asking them anything. There aren’t many shops nearby, but there’s a REWE supermarket about a 10-minute walk away. You can walk from the central station, or it’s just two stops by tram.The room was spacious, and I felt like I was at home.It was equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, and a washer-dryer.

Good location (7 minutes walk from Berlin Hauptbahnhof and close to Brandenburg Gate). Apartment clean and has everything you need for a short stay including washing machine and tumble dryer, cooking facilities, fridge with small ice box. Staff friendly, however rooms were unseasonably warm. We had a room with a balcony, ideal for a smoke before bed. Overall good apartment, sofa maybe needs updating as quite lopsided but clean and good facilities.

The Adina Hotel in Mitte was a really great choice for our family. We had one of the two bedroom suites that includes a kitchenette. I'd say that the room was a little bit worn out and could use some updates. Also, the room could have been a bit cleaner when we arrived. But, overall it was a terrific location and the staff is outstanding! I've hardly seen such helpful staff at the front desk. They were so nice and accommodating and welcoming. Additionally, the location is good. It's far enough out to be quiet, yet walkable to most everything...or at least public transport if going further out. It's walking distance to the main train station which is a bonus when arriving via train.

First time we’ve stayed in an Apartment hotel and whilst the room isn’t that much bigger than a decent sized hotel room, having a little kitchen area was helpful. The room and bed was very comfortable. We had a balcony which would have been nice in a warmer season/time of year. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is situated very conveniently for a tram stop which gives you access to the city and is very easy to use. I recommend downloading the BVG app on your phone and either buying a day pass or multi day. We bought day passes at 9:90 Euros which was great value as individual trips are 4 Euros and we used the tram at least 4 times a day.

Very enjoyable. Arrived by plane. Easy train and streetcar trip to hotel. Excellent streetcar and U-Bahn connections all around city. Room was very comfortable with separate bedroom and living room/ kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wonderful full hot breakfast each morning. Safe, clean, quiet surroundings adjacent to a major hospital and wellness campus. We would definitely go back.

It was home away from home with the added bonus of excellent cleaning service. The kitchenette and large refrigerator was nice to have especially when you have a picky eater for a child. Dishes were also very clean. The washer/dryer in the suite was an added convenience to have. Hotel was quiet, staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a great Italian mom and pop restaurant next door. Location was great! Easy walk to the hbf.

The worst hotel room in all my travels over decades. Including a disability bathroom - shower curtain, toilet bars, buttons, cords & ……. Not unlike a hospital bathroom from the 1980’s. Hotel offered no apology or compensation. They moved me after one night. Not a 4 star hotel.

So we were really disappointed at this property. The hallways were always dirty, flooring chipped and cracked. Our fridge door and trash door were broken. The air conditioner only worked well in the separate bedroom - the one in the living area not at all. There were dirty silverware in the drawer. There were no wineglasses, wine opener, hardly anything to cook with. Would never stay here again.

Meine Familie und ich haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen. Die Zimmer waren nicht nur blitzsauber, sondern auch sehr ruhig, was erholsame Nächte garantierte. Das Personal war äußerst hilfsbereit und korrigierte einen Fehler, den ich bei der Reservierung gemacht hatte, innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Und das Frühstück? Einfach köstlich. Auch die Lage des Hotels ließ keine Wünsche offen.

There are better options in Berlin

The toilet clogged v easily. After the first use and after telling the hotel staff multiple times (3 times) it was still not fixed after more than a day. They forgot or were too busy to come. We and our kids had to use other bathrooms. They don’t do housekeeping every day and I’m told you need to ask for it. The place was dusty as well. Imagine coming back to a dirty place after a tiring day out with the kids and not being able to use the bathroom! Pls get the basics right. Home away from home? You’re truly very far from that.
