The hotel was great. They were nice to give us an extra large room since we were traveling with 3. One of the only hotels that gave water out which was so nice! Breakfast was excellent. My only issue was that 'maintainance' came into our room without knocking, and it was 3 men. We were all dressed, but easily could not have been. That felt a little violating.

The Hey Hotel is stylish and modern and centrally located. The hotel appears to comprise 2-3 connected buildings, so finding the proper place to enter and the proper hallway to get to your room can be a minor challenge. The main restaurant is touristy and nothing special, but the breakfast room was large and beautifully appointed, and the breakfast buffet was larger and better than average.

The hotel and staff were great. We drove a car to the hotel… it was a little confusing on approaching the hotel. The road in front of the hotel looked closed so we went around the block a couple times until we noticed that you could drive to the check-in.

The bathroom is very small and its design is very inconvenient. The shower has no area/rack to hold anything that you bring. The shower head wouldn’t stay still and kept turning around when I shower. The water kept spilling from the shower area towards the toilet and I had to use a towel to block the water. The sink area is small and had little area for you to put your stuff.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Clean modern, felt spacious for the size of room. Had a king bed and sofa. Nice tv with international channels. Small safe. The breakfast was nice. Comfortable. Staff was very friendly and convenient location about 10 min walk to Interlaken West. Bathtub had curtains - not a deal breaker but had 2 sinks. Wish it included a mini fridge but not a dealbreaker. I would come back here again.

This is an excellent property to stay with family. In the heart of the city connecting both interlaken OST and West. Staffs were extreamly cooperative and liked the room size and the amenities in the hotel. Even if this place is offered for free, do yourself a favor and avoid it. Truly a horrible experience from start to finish.

The Hey Hotel exceeded our expectations! The hotel is only a short walk from the Interlaken West train station, close to shopping, and food. The staff were lovely! The breakfast staff were so nice to our three kids and the housekeeping staff went out of their way to arrange their toys in a fun way around our room which the kids LOVED! I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would stay here again!

They moved us from the 5th floor to the 1st floor, and they had to provide us with a fan, which still wasn't enough. What I disliked most was that this hotel policy wasn't communicated to us when we made our reservation.

Hotel is nice for a quick stay, room was spacious for 3 people. The breakfast was good and the restaurant attached was also great. Good spot for walking everywhere and near the train station. It does list that there is AC but the vent is so small and blows warm air so if you’re looking for coolness you won’t find that here. Also the beds were rock hard.

For a 4-star hotel, the rooms were not in very good conditions. We even had to move rooms because our first room did not have a working A/C and the room was located on the top floor with a slanted ceiling. The 2nd room had an A/C that worked better, but the room needed a lot of work, felt very run down. Also amenities are missing, no toiletrie items, no glass ware, no creamer, just too nasic for the price we paid.

The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices. The location was perfect. Lots of shops around. It was approx 5 mins walk to Interlaken West and approx 17 walk to Interlaken Ost. The walk to the Interlaken Ost was so nice with such beautiful views but if you don't wanna walk then there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Would love to return back in future.

This is a convenient and reasonably priced hotel in Interlaken. A 5 minute walk from Interlaken West and 20 minutes from Interlaken Ost. Staff were friendly enough. The room was incredibly hot however as the air con did not seem to work properly. We asked for it to be looked at and they said it was working, but we were unable to sleep comfortably whilst there.

Check In Man with glasses, was terrible. He seemed frightened to talk to a guest. It was the check in guy at the next desk who was serving someone else, that shouted over to me \"Welcome to The Hey Hotel\". My own check in man then told me that room 530 was on the 4th floor. What an idiot, needs to be dismissed. Another problem was that there did not appear a full container of hand soap and the bath one as well appeared nearly empty. On Day 1, the evening, they both ran out. On Day 2 after my room had been serviced, BOTH hand and bath gels had NOT been replaced. So I had NO hand soap and NO bath soap. Despite me alerting reception, these were not replaced. Reception appeared very busy with a Japanese tour group checking In, and the maintenance man was busy because someone was stuck in one of the lifts.

Amazing hotel with great staff. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and location is fantastic. Bus stop is right outside the hotel. You can get to any train station you want, Interlaken OST or West in bus right from the hotel exit. We had a great time. Highly recommend!
