We used this hotel to break a long journey. City seemed run down but hotel was nice. Plenty of car parking. The breakfast was good. Room was big, clean and bed comfy. Staff was very good. I can stay here again if i was visiting this town again.

Decent hotel in a run down region

A decent hotel tucked out the way. I did walk around the local area and it’s nothing to shout about, it’s not an inviting area by any means.

The location of the hotel made me feel a bit unsafe. But the hotel staff was nice and the service provided together with the room expectations were more than what we needed. We ate diner at the hotel to avoid going out, there were plenty of parking, and the breakfast buffet had many options.

Comfortable hotel in a quiet, open, green area. Excellent large free car parking. Very pleasant dining room overlooking the terrace and hills beyond. Breakfasts were good (help yourself hot and cold buffet). Dinners were excellent with a limited but interesting menu of mainly Italian and local dishes - portions were large. Service in the dining room was excellent. There's no lunch option at the hotel so we used the Centro Commerciale just a block away.

Friendly staff. Nice bathroom and loved bidet. Quiet rooms, adequately spacious with storage and fridge. Higher price than Milan for same amenities, and not as new, but beautiful lobby and facility. Room amenities great. Difficult to drive into Genoa and get back out of town —but in Italy that seems to be common. Good location otherwise to drive to. Comfortable. Would recommend if you are driving to it. We stayed and then made a day trip to La Spezia and Cinque Terre, about 90 minutes away.

Lovely hotel for business people or travelers pass

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. Large rooms, electric kettle and mini bar. Helpful staff, free on-site parking, large grocery store and mall a block away. Located in an a light industrial area, but up a hill away from the offices. Expansive breakfast. Definitely recommend this place.

Great stop-over hotel close to Genoa.

Due to very late arrival of ferry into Genoa, I was a little concerned that we would be too late to check-in. However, even though we got to the hotel at 01:30 in the morning, the staff member on duty was very helpful. The room was fantastic, clean and well equipped. Breakfast in the restaurant was extremely good with very attentive staff.

Nice stopover hotel

Nice location travelling from Milan to Portofino as parking is available. Grounds are beautiful. Rooms are a bit old but it's ok if you're not staying for too long. Breakfast was a bit bland, I wouldn't opt for it if I stay there again. But overall, and with the price, not much to complain about. Would recommend it.

visit to Genoa for easter break

hotel is quite far from genoa's old town centre- no 7 and night bus no 9 route-45mins journey to old city centre. metro station is 10 mins from hotel- but not a frequent service. Hotel itself is very good- breakfast costs 10 euro-buffet- very nice-drinks- coffee+others-bacon/sausage/salad and egg-variety of sweet/ it's worth 10 euro.everything about hotel is very good-staff are very helpful/food/cleaniness. ONLY LOCATION-45 mins to genoa's centre-Principle station. I did not find Genoa's very attractive as it is a old town-but if you are interested in history-it's worth it. But outside of Genoa- eg- Pisa. we went to Pisa by train-54 euro included return journey- took plenty of photos at Pisa tower-peculiar tower- love this and it's really worth to visit.the next day we visited Portifino via Santa Margarita by train and then by boat-lovely view, nice blue clear water-sea food. on the last day-we visited Congali,a small island by train from Principle Station.-lovely view again

This is a great hotel rooms are spot on and restaurant is fantastic as are the staff. The problem is it is too far out of town and in a very residential area. The is no where else to go and the bus journey is 45 mins back to Genova

Nice, would sum it up. The Hotel is a 25€ taxi trip to the old city region which is where all the action and attraction happens. Located in a business/commercial area but was remarkably quiet. Staff are great. Overall perfect if you want a place outside the main city area. Plenty of free open parking area too.

The hotel is relatively close (by car) to Genova. The neighbourhood is quiet, green and the hotel is perfect to explore Genova (although Genova itself is not great as Tuscany or Emilia-Romagna).

Very nice hotel. Very difficult to find. GPS does not guide you to the correct place. Hospitality could have been better. We had two rooms. When we asked for a 30-minute extension for checkout, they refused, telling us that we could only have 10 minutes, since the hotel was full. That was patently false. There were hardly any guests to be seen anywhere. I was surprised to find the personnel so unaccommodating. It left a bad impression to an otherwise nice hotel.

The hotel is difficult to find since it changed names after they provided signage and the gps was kind of lost. The hotel itself was very nice, parking was convenient, bedding was great. Nice business Hotel.

Handy stop over

A great value for money hotel, not much to offer in terms of bar and not much nearby other than a supermarket. Really well positioned for motorway and airport. The room was a great size with a gigantic bed.
Breakfast was plentiful sweet and savoury and they were happy to help with baby's requirements too.

Great location

Conveniently located hotel to explore the Ligurian coast, had a nice clean room / a bit small - the reservation was double room with sofa bed, but what we get was just a double room with a baby cot! The stuff in the restaurant was unkind.

a good stopover if you have a car

likes: the rooms are in good shape,clean. the staff was helpful. food at the hotel was wonderful, but overpriced.there was a nice little pizza place around the corner that was awesome as well for those that don't like eating at the hotel. dislikes: fee based internet for the rooms, and since it was off season (june)??? they did not have ac working in the entire hotel !!!

Hotel is very clean and cleaners doing good job.But receptionist women doesn't know any information about Genoa,I don't know where is she from.When I did ask her about shopping mall she didn't know that,which is just 10 m away from hotel.Breakfast wasn't good,everything. finish before 8:30.Waiters very slow,looks sleepy or lazy.Service at breakfast more like 2 stars hotel.Good for traveling with a car.

We stayed at this hotel as a stop off on our travels through France, Italy, Switzerland and Germany. The hotel was pleasant and clean and the staff were helpful. The room was large which is a bonus whilst on a bike as we have lots of luggage and bike clothes. The room was clean although we did have to pay for wifi. As we were only passing through, we can't comment on the surrounding area as we stayed only in the hotel and ate there. The food was nice if a bit expensive. Would recommend this hotel as a stop over but beyond that we can't comment.

The hotel itself is lovely, our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The staff at the hotel however let themselves down, we encountered only one member of staff who was not downright rude and unhelpful, unfortunately this really impacted our stay.

Nice hotel, far away from Genoa!

Friendly and helpful staff but air conditioning in the room was broken and it's a 20-25 Euro taxi journey to and from the city because San Biagio in NOT in Genoa. The restuarant was average and overpriced.
