Great stay near Christmas time, loved the Christmas trees, pool was warm and fun. Hotel was great and pool was a kid favorite! Breakfast was VERY basic.

I spent many hours each day in the pool. The water was clean and the water temperature was warm. The pool area itself was well maintained. The hot tub area was very clean and comfortable. I observed the man cleaning the pool and he was very thorough. The chemicals used are not harsh yet very effective.

My only issue was that we only had housekeeping come to our room two days out of seven and I had to call guest services to make that happen. We did have our do not disturb sign on the door until about one 1 o’clock every afternoon but supposedly they work till 430 so there was plenty of time to do our room.

DO NOT STAY HERE: due to work I use Hotels a lot, trust me..They put us in a first floor room that had no windows, the room opened by a sliding glass door into a atrium but since it was on the first floor people could see into our room when they were walking by. The room was so smelly like mildew and full of mismatched furniture. When we asked for a room change, they said they didnt have any rooms, when we asked for a refund they said it wasnt policy and they didnt need to refund because they already had our money, this was the worst experience, we were on vacation and had no room. This was the worst room I have ever seen and I once had to stay in a motel 6 in LA. Dont stay here!!!!

Upon arrival there was no where to park. I had to park across the street at the golf course to check in. Currently theres a solar company working on the parking lot, limiting parking. This contractor is allowed to play on a loud speaker rap music with some being Illicit music in content. The room was musky. Could be deorderized.

This resort is absolutely beautiful. While we were there, they were doing some construction, which made parking a little bit difficult. I would highly recommend the resort. The walls are very thin as we did. Hear a lot of noise such as kids and dogs barking through the night. But I would highly recommend it while visiting the green valley area.

We stayed for five nights and every single staff person was extremely friendly and very helpful. Suites are great for longer stays - w/d and kitchen. The pool, hot tub, fire pits are all terrific. The views and area are beautiful The resort is a bit worn but very clean and the staff is lovely. We have family in the area and we will definitely stay here from now on whenever we visit. I have not experienced a a better hotel in the area.

Our room was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. However, it would of been nice to be informed of the construction of the parking lot. There was nowhere to park, we had to park in a dirt lot and carry our stuff a long ways in the 100 degree weather. Then at 7 a.m. the workers began drilling, dumping, jack hammering outside our room. We would have not stayed there if we knew the construction was going on as it was just a spur of the moment get away for us. The pool area was beautiful.

I think they're under construction in a lot of things online it says that the grill on the green has full service for restaurant and everything but when we got there they did not. For dinner we could only have a sandwich or a salad and that was that. So that was a little disappointing. I really think that they have a great potential here but they need to make it all inclusive for guests. The property is beautiful the pool was lovely I don't golf but the golf course was I guess okay. So overall rooms were very nice bed was a little squishy for my taste I like more solid. You got to remember this used to be a timeshare resort that they converted into a hotel. Also breakfast was pretty decent cuz it's included. Green valley is very scenic and there is a lot of things to do around there you just have to look it up so to stay here and do things in Green valley it's a nice resort I'm sure there's a lot of places to eat that the locals would recommend.

This is my best stay in any hotel/resort ever. Beautiful view, incredible pool, the most comfortable bed ever other than at home. The room felt like I was in a friends house. Even though it did not have a view but the enclosed court yard was beautiful. Staff super friendly, breakfast wonderful omelet. I would have to try really hard to find something negative for this place. Although there is no restaurant or bar here but just a 2 minute walk from across the resort is a cozy Golf Course Restaurant. I definitely will stay here again. My only regret: I was only here for 1 night here. I will be back that is a threat LOL

Everything was good, the room was great & comfortable. The a/c was really hard making hard to sleep at night. Also, the pool was full of people drinking and having alcohol in glass containers and blasting music, sad because we were looking forward to peace and quiet at the pool area.

Our TV didn’t work, which required us to change rooms — an inconvenience that could have been avoided with better quality control.
The complimentary breakfast was underwhelming. While the price is fair, the food quality was quite low and everything was served on styrofoam, which felt a bit cheap. Additionally, the staff in the food area were noticeably unfriendly, which detracted from the overall experience.

For designated rooms, there was covered parking. You only needed to tap your room key rather than slide it to enter. The room upkeep was outstanding--no scuff marks anywhere, and the furniture was in good condition. The walk-in, lighted closet next to the immaculate bathroom was a plus. A full-length window looked down on the courtyard and across to the mountains. I was impressed that the maids had nice uniforms; the staff was gracious. We came to enjoy the pool which was beautifully landscaped. A sloping water fall emptied into a crystal-clear pool. We were shocked to see a lovely body of water between the pool and golf course. While wading in the pool, we watched the golfers dash off to the next hole. Towels for the chaise lounges were obtained at the office and returned there to be credited back to your account. The included breakfast was just delightful. After telling the cook at the first window which ingredients you wanted in your omelet, you could ask for sausage and potatoes at the next window. Pancakes, fresh fruit and Greek yogurt were also options. At other stations were toast, oatmeal, cornflakes, juice and coffee. What a nice way to start the day! There was a jar if you wished to tip the cook; outside the breakfast room, you could purchase \"special\" coffee. The exercise room had a bike, tread mill, impressive weight machine and free weights. Our one disappointment was having to leave the pool early as the palm trees above it were being trimmed.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite for one night. The couch had large tears in several areas. Their way of solving the situation was to have housekeeping put a cover over it. Don’t stay here if you expect a resort
You need to reclassify this hotel. It is not a resort. I expected resort amenities and there were none. The restaurant is was not a restaurant. It looked like a VFW hall and I had plastic tables and chairs set up and you had to poke your head through an area. I would not recommend a stay here unless you’re comparing it to a La Quinta or Comfort Suites not worth the money.

We chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the Tubac area. We were quite pleased with the service at the hotel and with the omelettes cooked to order for breakfast. We needed a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine and the front desk was able to provide one and even opened the bottle for us!
