The stay was really good, friendly staff and kind people overall. The only reason I have a 4* is because of a partly not so nice experience in one of the restaurants with the service there (not the food at all as I quickly left afterwards and ordered my food online instead)

As you enter the lobby of the hotel, the first thing you notice is the elegance and gorgeous scent ! The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a nice size, modern and clean.
My only issue was the air conditioning wasn’t very cold so I had to keep the curtains closed when the sun was streaming in the windows. A bit too warm for me at night, and this was in mid-November!

The hospitality of all the staff were excellent. They made us feel at home and the vibe was very welcoming. Special thank you to Gherlyn and Suraj who made our Anniversary dinner unforgettable and to the staff at the reception who booked us at the restaurant - Le Bistro, unfortunately I forgot to ask her name. The foods served that night were luscious.

First room was disappointing. Shower pressure inadequate, broken chair, overlooking noisy construction site. Moved to a better room. Much improved but dirty ironing board and leaking iron.

Wellness disappointing - not adults only so load of screaming kids treating and sauna barely functioning. Staff were ok but surprisingly few Maltese or European amongst them.

Big problem with tour desk. Bought tour had ticket and when I went for pickup st 08:20 my name was not on list. They didn’t fix it and I was not allowed this tour which was one of the main reasons I came to Malta. No refund to date and I worry there won’t be one. I sent a request immediately

Property is in a quiet location but within walking distance of St George’s Bay with beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife. Room was spacious and clean with a large balcony. Bed was firm but comfortable however some furnishings looking a little tired. Plenty of sun loungers available especially at The Edge area of the resort. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hot and cold breakfast choices were plentiful and tasty. Overall I’d recommend this hotel.

Our stay was fantastic. The hotel's seaside location was incredible, reminiscent of a luxury cruise but with superior comfort, service, and dining. We also found a great variety of dining options both within the hotel and in the surrounding St. Julian's area.

Fantastic hotel in an incredible position in St Julian's. We, 2 adults and a teenager, booked a junior suite with sea view and I would definitely recommend this room as it offers separate bedrooms (using the lounge as a bedroom.) The room had everything you could need including 2 small fridges, hairdryers, iron and ironing board, slippers and robes and water was replenished daily. The hotels position also meant that a sea view room was an interrupted view of the Mediterranean from an enormous balcony accessible from both rooms. The shower was a little lacklustre but that's the only thing we could criticise. The hotel itself has 3 pools, 2 of which are connected by a small slide for kids to use. You also have direct access into the sea which is great for snorkeling. Although close to Paceville, the clubbing area, you cannot hear any noise at all from the hotel. Hotel grounds were kept immaculate during our stay. We stayed B&B and the breakfast was superb so would highly recommend that basis. We did eat a main meal at the hotel once during our stay, at the Edge restaurant. The food was nice and view incredible but we preferred to go out and about to eat. On that note, there're some nice restaurants very close to the hotel and a million and one restaurants if you walk a bit further to Spinola Bay / Balluta Bay / Sliema. Alternatively you can get a bus, the bus stop 'Profs' is very close to the hotel. We would happily stay again in future.

Breakfast had a lovely selection and tea and coffee served at the table was a nice addition to the buffet. Dinner in the restaurants was also enjoyable and reasonably priced. We will definitely return and highly recommended this hotel.

Had been to this hotel a number of years ago and was excited to return but this time wasn’t as impressed but it still was very enjoyable. The breakfast room was fabulous. Great variety for breakfast and good quality, loved the kids station but would like to see some healthier options at it! Bedrooms were a bit dated(old phones, no usb plugs etc) but still have everything you need (hairdryer, iron etc) and are comfortable. Indoor pool area is also a bit dated but outdoor pool areas are well kept and are what make the hotel! Could spend all day there! Would recommend the hotel but it is expensive. Also, lots of construction work in the area that you walk past when going into St.Julians.

Check in took 40 mins, room was set up wrong, said they would change went I went out for evening, only to come back and find it was still same wrong bed arrangements

The hotel does not have an airport shuttle as advised on Hotels.com but a taxi can easily be booked for 20 Euros each way at airport. Great buffet breakfast choice. Good pool facilities. Great restaurant choices. Great location for St Julian’s. Saturday night buffet was excellent. Overall very good holiday base.

It has everything one needs for a well deserved break away from Spa, several swimming pools, several restaurants and bars… I will definitely return there many times in the future and will also bring my family there to experience the joy of being so close to the sea

Overall we enjoyed our stay! I would say the pool staff are rather unfriendly at the wet bar and after seeing the same guys everyday for 2 weeks you would think they could crack a small every once in a while - not the standard of a 5* hotel.
However, the Chef at breakfast, I believe Sef was his name. Was lovely, he always went above an beyond to meet our requests.

Service was excellent, staff were very welcoming and polite especially the lovely lady who checked me in. Unfortunately I forgot her name. The hotel was very nice and clean just a few things I stayed in were like the hallway leading to the room had a moist smell, could do with a diffuser in the hallway. Also the bathroom in the room I stayed in had the door edge splitting away. Some of the grout inbetween the bathroom tiles had slight mould which is probably due to lack of deep cleaning. The pool could do with a daily clean as that’s the usual practice I have seen when staying at 5 star hotels. The facilities were great though at the hotel. One thing I did not like was that I could not get late check out for the rooms but I guess this was due to availability. However the reception team did allow me to check out an hour late on one of the two rooms I stayed in. So thank you for that.

Unfortunately our stay with Radisson Blu was not as enjoyable as we expected it to be.
Starting with the overall cleanliness of the entire hotel, from room to gym to pools to toilets, you name a space and it was dirty. All areas are tidy, but they are not properly clean. After using the gym on the first day, I had to go to reception to ask them to send someone to mop the floor as there was hair and dust everywhere. The pools are not cleaned with the frequency needed and you can see mold on the sides and debris on the water.
The gym also did not have enough equipment and it was very small.
PLEASE AVOID THE BREAKFAST BUFFET! It’s not worth what they charge you for it. The pastries are not fresh, the variety is not great and the quality of the products served is not good. I had food poisoning twice in a week after having had breakfast there. The yoghurts are kept in a cooled surface, but they stay there for hours and the whole room feels warm. I must confess that I should have ditched the yoghurt after the first food poisoning episode, but I insisted and it didn’t end up well for me.
The facility looks dated and they even keep broken furniture in the corridors. Why?! I have no idea, maybe just bad taste or general bad management.

The kids loved the buffet breakfast & there were lots of dining options close to the hotel. A good central base to explore the islands by car. We had a leak from the room above at the end of the stay but otherwise highly recommended.

Spent a week here in July 2024. The hotel is a short walk into the town which was very busy with youngsters. We ordered Bolt taxis and went further afield. The hotel is nice enough - not sure it is 5 star. The pool areas get quite busy. The pools away from the main hotel area are sea water. The sun beds at the main pool are dark and get very hot in the sun.

This is the best resort i have stayed at in my life and i do some traveling. From the staff greeting you and the staff assisting you with your luggage right when you enter. The breakfast is amazing. They had an omelet station, Italian cheese n meat section, pastries, scrambled eggs, English breakfast like their bacon, baked beans, sausages, Maltese pastries, breads and warm crosaints, cerals, fruits, orange/pineapple/apple juice, smoothies, a juicer with vegs, mamosa's, and more. The beds are super comfy and we had a balcony and at night they had live entertainment in the center so you could enjoy on your balcony. Spa services were the best. Resturants were awesome with exceptional service. And we had a trouble with the airport shuttle picking us up and the concierge checked on us and called to make sure they got us. They were an hour late so i recommend just Huber to and from the airport it was only like $15 one way. The pools were also amazing. They also have robes and slippers in the room. I can't say enough of this place. They have everything u need and in a safe area. You need to stay and see for yourself.

However, on arrival, depite booking for three people, there was just one double bed in the room and it took a significant amount of time for the anticipated extra bed to be setup.
There was also a considerable amount of building work taking place around the local area to the hotel. Whilst it did affect immediate access to the hotel, it made it harder to navigate the immediate local area.

Walking in to the hotel we were welcomed warmly by staff. Each one of them were polite and helpful. No shortage of staff and all queries were dealt with quickly. Didn’t really have to wait for checking-in either.
There are four lifts that take you to the rooms. So again waiting time is minimal. The carpets in the corridor and rooms are a bit dated, and so is the furniture (the lobby looks fresh and modern). However, they are kept well. The heating and air con were effective and had no issues. The shower cubicle could be cleaned better though. We also had a bath tub. So there was a choice. We paid extra for the suite and the balcony was massive. Worth spending a bit extra for sea facing views.
Breakfast was a good spread. All staff were polite, attentive and smiling.

Good service etc., which is what I would expect from a Radisson Blu resort hotel. However, the management let themselves badly and put non-residents before residents one night, by hiring out the dinning area overlooking the pool and sea for a mega corporate dinner event with music which didn't start until 9:00. Residents had been bared from the area from around 4:30pm. This event should have been held in the hotel's large ballroom. Many residents' complained but I suspect that won't stop the hotel management allowing similar bookings at another time. It was a really poor decision by the hotel Management.

In the indoor pool and the outdoor pool there is chunks of hair and in the indoor pool it had both hair and dirty tissue. House keeping staff weren’t to great at completing jobs in rooms, glasses not collected bins not emptied. Staff around the pool were rude apart from on young girl. Not enough transportation around the hotel unless you did taxis consistently.

The property is in very good condition and although at a walking distance from dining and shopping options but the hotel itself is somewhat secluded being at the end of a private road which lacked the surrounding entertaining ambience other 5-star hotels around had.

Amazing hotel, lovely location and staff were wonderful. Facilities were great. The only minor downside was housekeeping were not the best at cleaning but we were 3 women so there was a lot to clean around to be fair!!!! Definitely stay here again x
