The staff was great and the hotel, restaurant, and rooms are really cool. Probably the coolest hotel we've ever stayed at. The food was great and they even offer a free \"check in beer\" which I thought was a nice touch. I loved the pet friendly environment, too. The room decor was awesome and I even liked the cable set up on the TV. It's much easier to navigate than other hotels. My only critique would be putting a sign near the front designating the way to the hotel. That part was confusing. And even though I love the idea of the snacks in the room, I don't like the honor system. I got charge apparently for a snack when we didn't take any snacks. I don't have any way to even dispute it. It's not a big deal, but I didn't like it. But the bureau for the clothes was so cool. One thing I wish they had was a small fridge in the room. The only one they have is for the snack bar drinks. Other than that, a great experience and we will return every time we're in town.

Staff was nice but rooms need updates. Water in the shower never got hot. Even though I got an email asking if I wanted my room serviced and I replied yes (plus put the sign on the door requesting service) the room wasn’t cleaned. Left for the day and beds were still unmade, no fresh towels, down to a roll of toilet paper, coffee pods and creamer not stocked.

Some staff was great some not. When asked about the different types of beer they knew nothing. The rooms were neat but the drawers were too small for clothes and there wasn’t a microwave there couch was cute but not comfortable same with the sitting chair. It was nice and clean but no carpet in the room so definitely bring slippers or wear socks in the room lol

The staff was prompt with requests but the room was dirty and in general had a poor aesthetic, holes in the wall, dirty baseboards with bugs, and the door would not close unless the keycard was used. There was no hot water for showering, the hand soap was milky water that seemed to be watered down soap, and the Apple TV did not work, even after requesting for it to be addressed. We were given another remote without the staff ensuring it worked properly, which it did not, but chose not to call again because the staff said they weren’t exactly sure about the remotes. I discussed these things at checkout but staff did not seem concerned or apologetic.

I had a great stay at DogHouse Columbus. The rooms had a cool vibe and the lobby was a lot of fun. The staff was great and a good breakfast in the morning. My only complaint was that they couldn't get us into our rooms until almost an hour after check-in. Other than that it was great!

First off best hotel ever. Staff is incredibly nice and friendly. We had a 3 hour drive and furnace issues arrived at 9pm. We’re welcomed with a welcome beer and hotel staff called over to th kitchen to stay open so we could eat even though the kitchen was about to close. Meant the world to us. If you’re going to Columbus you have to stay here. Your room is right in the brewery. Rooms are comfy and fun.

We were going to get a glass and when I went down stairs to ask if I just take it out of the room or if I just take it out of the room she said she would get me one at the desk and it will be $10. were in the room the paper said $5. I said something to her about it and she said prices have changed. Then take the paper out of the room and put the new prices in the room.

This was really a nice small quaint hotel. The only thing I didn’t like was the flooring in the rooms and the guest above me on the 3rd floor were loud and bumping, maybe heavy footed. I would definitely say again and bring slippers!

We parked, checked in, received a check in beverage and then didn’t leave. Walked over to the brewery and ate dinner. Watched football and played pinball.

At 7p, they serve chocolate chip cookies and a stout.

I am 80 years old. I had lung cancer surgery 6 weeks ago. And, I had to carry luggage 100 yards to the check in desk. In the rain! EMPLOY some bellhops!

It was the Christmas season and I put out $20 and requested to have the room cleaned. When we returned that night,NOTHING had been done.This necessitated going to the front desk for more coffee pods and ice. Then sleeping in an unmade bed.

The Continental breakfast was cold and lacking supplies.
Very disappointing experience. I plan to share insight with our family and friends.

Not worth $450 for two nights.
Not a \"Merry Christmas\" day for us (!)
SAD to think about.

The hotel, restaurant and location were all excellent. We had only 2 minor complaints: the bed pillows are way overstuffed, and some slow closers on the guest room doors would eliminate door slamming after midnight when people come back to the rooms.

The staff was very courteous, and the room had a lot of amenities, however, the three star rating is for how the room is advertised. It is advertised as “sleeps 4”, but this is definitely not the case. There is one king size bed and a couch. Not a “pullout couch”, just a couch, where there is no way two people could fit on it to sleep.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay for two primary reasons.
1. It is a brewery hotel that touts option for a beer tap in your room (for additional fee.) I called the day prior to arrange for this addition. I was told that would be added and even received a callback asking which beer I would like. 24 hours later, upon check-in, the staff states that all the in room taps have issues. When pressed, they stated, “they were awaiting parts for the taps.” Why this wasn’t mentioned the day prior remains a mystery. Nonetheless, a reason for the stay was kind of wrecked.
2. Free stout and cookie between 7-9 PM. Unless you have dinner in the restaurant, close your tab at 8:30 to make the cookie/stout experience, only to learn, “the stout tap ran out of beer.” Literally was told that. Standing feet away from a 100,000 square foot brewing facility. They ran out of stout. Just like the room tap, no effort was made to remedy the situation other than being handed a wooden token for a stout in the restaurant we just left for the evening.
I loved the idea of brewery hotel and all the promises made; unfortunately, I’m bothered to have to give a negative review of my experience. I hope they improve their customer experience, as I truly would like to see this neat hotel succeed.

This is a very unique place. They cater to people with dogs and are obsessed with beer which is understandable since they are a brewery. The rooms are very utilitarian with bare concrete floors, a sliding bathroom door, fully stocked beer coolers in both the bedroom and bathroom. Beer holders in the shower and on the bathroom mirror. The shower had a very slippery floor and no grab bars. Beer cooler in bedroom had LED temp readout that was blindingly bright at night. Breakfast was fantastic! The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were awful. The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom did not work. But we usually bring a small bar soap with us because my husband doesn’t like liquid hand soap. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The candy jars near the elevator didn’t have any candy in them except for a few hard caramels. I would rate it overall a B.

Brewdog is an amazing concept with a beautiful facility. But there is a staffing issue that keeps people away and us from returning. I don't have enough words available to describe in detail. My wife and I flew across the country to meet some friends from Florida as a destination meet up. We do this annually. We made the best out of our stay, but it was brutal. Confusion, mis-communication and overall, we were not impressed. We were even told we could not have any additional coffee pods fort the Kurig coffee maker in our room. We needed to go downstairs for coffee. However the day before, the coffee wasn't available until after 8:00am. The hotel isn't in sync with the brewery. The wait staff and the bar staff do not work together. I have to think it is a tipping issue. I made several orders with a waiter while on the patio and they never delivered them. I think it was because we had an open tab with the bar. I saw a couple checking out a day early asking for a full refund. And several bar customers very upset over the lack of service, complaining and visually upset. So unfortunate. I suppose there is a solid enough population base to keep it afloat for some time, because I can't imagine repeat customers. Worst customer service we have had in a very long time. The stay was not cheap, coming in at just under $1k for a two night stay. Better off to stay off site and visit for a short evening.

What could be more fun than a place that sells fabulous beer, has rooms that make you smile, and welcomes your four-legged babies with pats and treats?

BrewDog is the BEST! Rooms are comfortable, spotless, and perfectly decorated. The food and beer is fabulous. The staff go above-and-beyond to make your stay perfect.

We stayed here recently twice, once on the way to drop my son off at school in Illinois and a second time on the way back. The first time we got there late so we weren’t able to enjoy the restaurant, but we were pleasantly surprised with a free beer of our choice upon check-in in the room was really nice and clean. We had a really nice breakfast and then left early morning. On the way back we checked in early enough to hang out for a couple hours at the restaurant and bar. Their beer is really good especially the Elvis juice. A room this time was nice but I was not happy with a few things that were in repair. First, we couldn’t close our door and lock it when we left so we had to call the front desk person to help us and she showed us a trick to close it because it was broken. that’s not cool. They shouldn’t have put anybody in a room with the door handle broken or if they were going to, they should’ve told us about this upfront and should’ve given us a discount. Plus the bathroom showerhead looks like it was recently replaced and nobody bothered spackling or painting over the ceiling area. Other than that, our stay was good. These are little things that can happen anywhere so I still recommend this hotel. Plus the shower pressure was really really good in the shower was nice and hot. The property was really nice too.

Amazing find, even without a dog. Room was clean, comfortable, and just a little weird. Bed was really comfortable. Only negative was the shower floor was really slippery. Could use a rubber mat or something.
The place was excellent. Great beer, better than average food , and a full bar for those who don’t like beer. We were staying on a Tuesday night, so they offered $3 tacos, which were quite tasty. Had a nice outside area, with fire pits, etc. Even had a decent sized dog park, so dogs can run around without a leash. Dog was welcomed everywhere. At the price, especially since they don’t charge those ridiculous pet fees, it’s really hard to beat. If we’re in the area again, we would definitely stay again
