Parking has gone up to £6 a day now, Breakfast is great apart from their coffee machine which is terrible, it didn't use to be like that a few years back, they must have changed it. Rooms are clean to an extent but under the beds are filthy. We tend to have to push the beds closer together where ever we stay because my kids toss and turn a lot when they sleep and I worry they may fall off and hurt themselves as the beds are quute high. So please Orida maybe hover under the beds once in a while. Other than that everything is always perfect. Great pool and jaccuzi and gym, also sauna and steam room, so much to do at your stay here. We tend to come back regularly for a short break here at least twice a year.

Pre-checked in online, staff welcoming, explained where our room was, breakfast and took payment for parking.
Our room was on the ground floor, just before the main corridor of rooms to the left of the reception. Our door was opposite staff access to I think the restaurant, the window out onto the garden area.
The room was clean (although the net curtains were worn), spacious with a large bed, fridge, desk and fan. Bathroom was clean also.
The room was fine, but people seemed to gather outside our door as the corridor area was wider, looking for room numbers on the signage etc. We listened to many conversations, late into the night, hearing them continue to tell others in the party to be quiet when entering the corridor to the other rooms. We were woken at 3am to a group chatting loudly outside our door and again at about 6am to what sounded like staff moving trollies outside the door. The weather was not great, but i think in the summer you would have the noise of the bar garden late into the night too.
We used the gym at 7am, a nice well equipped facility, and the pool looked nice also.
The restaurant was ok, but expensive! We visited for dinner, my husband said the brisket was bland. The cheese board was nice, but no cutlery apart from a sharp knife was provided, and no small plates given to share. The staff were nice, but no check was done and we had to call someone over for the bill. Breakfast buffet was good, but the hash browns under cooked and the coffee awful.

Not that much. We are vegetarian. The Hash brown, not that cook well also we asked to make a omelette with onion but the chef doesn't know to prepare that and gave the half boil egg. Kids couldn't eat them.

My family and I booked this hotel as part of my sons 7th birthday and a trip to Leeds Castle. The staff had so very kindly surprised us with a birthday banner and balloons which absolutely made his day and added that special touch. We found all the staff from reception, restaurant, cleaners to be lovely, so friendly and great customer service. We will be staying again.

Good location, nice lobby and bar area. The other areas were very tired. We stayed in 118. The shower had very weak pressure, the bath enamel was peeling and floating in the bath. The basin was rusty. There was no sanitary bags or bin. We knew there were no toiletries as such. But the dispensers were muddled. Ie hand cream was shampoo.

Forget the bar for meals. I was forgotten the first night, over an hour for fish and chips and onky got them because i went back up to the bar and asked where it was.

It's a tired hotel, the pool/spa is the allure for both adults and children but it wasn't all open and often busy with both hotel guests and private members, and we had to queue to get in on one occasion. Also be warned that there are no lifts, so if you're on the first floor you'll be lugging suitcases up the stairs... Staff are pleasant and welcoming but also uninterested in any real issues or concerns (we have two small children, checked in early, and asked to be ground floor closish to the spa - and were declined, probably because of booking through hotels.com). We enjoyed our stay overall despite this, hence the 3 stars as an average review. Restaurant is average but expensive, and top tip you can order it all in the bar without the service charge (which probably doesn't get paid to the hotel staff either).

The receptionist was excellent and check-in was swift. The bathroom however left a lot to be desired. It is in desperate need of refurbishment, the sink bowl was very badly cracked and chipped. The bath plug hole looked disgusting. The finishes around the bath were cracked and looked dirty. The bedroom itself which was the junior was especially cold, even with the heater on. On the plus side, the mattress was very comfortable and the sheets very clean. We had use of the swimming pool, steam room and jacuzzi, all very enjoyable. Disappointed is the best I can say.Jacuzzi and steam room didn't work for 2 out the 4 days we stayed.Heater in the room didn't work on the last day and enquired 3 times .When I asked for a electric heater that was in the bar area I was told that I can come over to get it when they're close at 23:00.That was unacceptable to me and I don't think we're going to stay there again,bear in mind that we stayed 3 times over the years.
