Una joya de lugar, con una ubicación extraordinaria donde caminando a menos de 15 o 20 minutos puedes ir a todos los atractivos de Madrid. Estás al lado del JW Marriott y el Four Seasons pero a una fracción del precio de esos hoteles de lujo. Las habitaciones muy aceptables y espaciosas , y las instalaciones y el restaurant muy convenientes. Es la.mejor relación calidad - precio de Madrid con sobretodo la mejor ubicación a unos 100 metros de la Plaza del Sol. El único inconveniente es el ruido en la noche del sábado y domingo ya que Madrid está de fiesta hasta altas horas ,pero las ventanas de doble cristal aislan razonablemente el ruido y se puede dormir bien. un excelente lugar muy recomendable para familias, parejas o negocios .y las vistas son impresionantes desde las ventanas de la habitación .

Definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised. Not worth the money we paid. Poor quality overall. Soap, shampoo and conditioner pump bottles work poorly. Poor breakfast. No kettle, tea or coffee in my room. We checked-in online before arrival and entered all personal data, however, at the reception they did not find this information. Would never stay there ever again.

Great location. Close to everything. Across street from 4 Seasons and Marriott. It costs $50 dollars to check in early. Breakfast is not worth it unless it comes with room. Lots of places to eat around hotel. We had a problem with remote that was solved quickly. Rooms were small but bathroom was a nice size.

The location is excellent, 200m from the main town square and the same amount in the other direction from the main town street Gran Via. The rooms are not claustrophobically small, but they are not big either. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. If you like to watch YouTube or Netflix on TV, unfortunately you won't be able to because they are not smart TVs and the selection of programs is the same as in any hotel - uninteresting to watch. I stayed in this hotel 7-8 years ago and nothing has changed so replacing the TV would be an improvement that doesn't cost to much.

Its doesnt look like a 4star hotel, they say 24 hours reception but cant assist you with a reason mentioning only 1 person is available at full hotel. Breakfast is so disappointing. It was like you are having something at low star rating hotels, no doubt location is good but they need to raise up standard of hotel as to me and my colleague it was 2 star hotel.

This hotel is very well located. 1 minute walk to Puerta Del Sol and a few more minutes to Plaza Mayor and a few more to the Royal Palace. Also around 30 min walking to the Prado, train station, and Reina Sofia. The only slight issue is breakfast. The Spanish omelette had too many potatoes for my taste and some of the fruit (kiwi, bananas, and apples not included) came from a can and weren't fresh. I would stay here again if I came to Madrid and would reccomend staying hjere.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the breakfast is just fine. But there is nothing in the hotel, not even a small bar. The room is overall fine, but the bed is not comfortable and the mattresses need to be replaced. This is a 4-star hotel and there isn't even a coffee maker in the room. It felt like a hostel.

The most important thing, it is centrally located. You have puerta del sol and plaza mayor, just out the door. The staff is super friendly and accommodating.
My mayor complaint, is the WiFi… and I which they would change up the breakfast selection; my stay was for 4 days, after the second day of the breakfast, I had to go and try something different.

The location is central. Close to famous attractions in the city.The staff are helpful and friendly. The room cleanliness was not 10/10, they kept the same sheets and pillow cases for me for 3 nights although there was a stain on the sheet.The towels are worn out and of poor quality. The soap and shower gel quality that they use is not a 4 stars hotel standard. The room was on top of a club or a bar where people hang out every night after 1 am to chit-chat. It was too noisy, I had to wear earplugs to be able to sleep although I was on the 4th floor !

The hotel is basic, and a bit aged. I booked 5 nights and after the 1st i was ready to bolt because the building next door is undergoing construction. I asked the front desk to move me, and in all of those nights, they didn't! Amazing that they were sold out EACH and every night. More like, they just didn't care. Will never stay here again, it was also a bit dirty inside the room (dust everywhere, so if you have allergies, stay away).

Business trip. Have used this hotel many times over the years as it’s ideal for getting to all the amenities in the centre of Madrid.
Staff are always friendly and helpful, a good buffet breakfast is available if required and although the hotel doesn’t have a bar, there is a great little bar / restaurant right next door. And it’s walking distance to a whole load of restaurants and bars.
