The hotel is well decorated, and the food on the bed breakfast and dinner package was absolutely fantastic, with the normal breakfasts but with things like smoked salmon added for real luxury. The bedrooms are quite basic but clean and comfortable, and you don’t go to Saint Anton to sit in your room. The restaurant is amazing. I did not use the pool and sauna, but other guests told me they were lovely

location is good, but a 10 min walk up a slight hill at the end of the day or a 9 euro taxi. Views are great from most of the rooms ( non road facing) road is very quiet so no issues there. Staff were excellent. Food was very good and that includes breakfast. Remember t9o bring indoor shoes for the sauna and a means of getting there ( robe?).

Good traditional Classic smart Austrian decor within the hotel.
We were at the last 6 days of the season so it was not was not busy.
The staff were helpful,but obviously some were weary from the long season .
A Very good breakfast , but the dinner was rather disappointing .some strange starters.

and it was not their fault they had no one.? I would have thought that could have been anticipated
The free parking is a bus ride up the road. Not ideal. we had a hire car, and as a non skier needed to use it daily.
The bar and diiner and soft drinks are very expensive but its not a cheap resort.
I needed to ask for thicker mattres which was brought immediately.

I was grudgingly offered two plastic green chairs out the back where the staff sit fora break by the laundry room !
I would go back again , but perhaps not without a car as the walk to the ski lift is 20 mins back up hill fron thre Galtzig bahn./Rendl .

This hotel far exceeded our expectations! The rooms were lovely, staff amazing and the location was stunning and very convenient! Only a short walk down to the ski lifts. I would highly recommend the Half board package- the food was amazing! Incredible value for money! We would definately stay here again. Thank you

We are so pleasantly surpised with this hotel. Really lovely staff and nice food for a very reasonable proced. We never used their shuttle service as preferred to walk down into town (leaving our skis and boots at the rental shop)....the walk back up the hill was a bit of a killer though! A very happy stay at Kertess and would definitely recommend to others.

A lovely hotel - very comfortable and beautifully decorated. A lot of time is obviously spent keeping everything in tip top condition. The pool is great.

I stayed here for 4 nights, it was early in december so the hotel was fairly empty but I was suprised at the facilities and the quality of the foode. The staff were friendly and even drove me to the train station the evening after I had checked out.

A great traditional style hotel not far from everything (10 minute walk downhill to ski lifts, cafes, shops, etc). Room was good size with great views from the balcony (we had a \"comfort double room\"). But the best part were the included meals, especially the dinners. From the email I received a few days before our trip and to being dropped off at the station at the end of our stay I cannot fault this hotel.
All the staff were friendly and helpful and any request was immediately dealt with happily.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. Our room faced the road side and I will ask for a mountain view when I next stay. However, our room was fine.

Best breakfast bacon ever!
We got a surprise and got \"bumped-up\" to a suite, so my review might be even more positive, but I would definitely recommend this hotel. The place was charming. The food was fantastic! The service was always prompt and friendly. Diverse groups of people had drinks in the bar in the evening, which is fun. The hotel ski shuttle was convenient in the morning and the free town shuttle went right by at other times. The only two things to consider when booking: We had a \"toilet\" room and then a bathroom, which is inconvenient. And it's a 12 min steep walk from the lifts when you get stuff between shuttle times in the evening.

Hotel's half board was good value and quality. Single room was ok size, bathroom large. Hotel is quite far from lifts but they offer free shuttle and buses coming back so not so much issue. They have good sauna area, and a small pool too.

Owner needs to remove or tie up her german shepard
The owner kept a loose German Shepard free in the lobby, which attacked my dog which luckly I was able to pick up my dog before any injury could happen. We informed the owner to tie the dog or to remove the dog from the hotel, but the owner stated it never bite any dog in the past eventhough one of their staff mentioned the owner's dog got in a fight with another dog which the owner denied.

The only disappointment is the SPA is not available at the weekend when we were there. (open only 3 days in the week) - so this is only a 50% SPA hotel

Amazing Food, Super Friendly Staff
I loved my stay at Hotel Kertess. Having a pool and a sauna to relax in at the end of a hard day's snowboarding was great, the ski bus was really convenient and the staff were incredibly obliging. On my last day I left for the train station too early to catch breakfast so they made me a lunch pack and brought it up to my room! I was stunned by that to be honest, so thoughtful. What impressed me most was the food. I've stayed in a lot of Austrian hotels with half board and I expected the usual slice of toast with ham in the morning and a bowl of gruel in the evening with salad buffet. The breakfast was fantastic and the evening meal was even better. Six courses every night cooked to a very high standard, real gourmet dishes from a chef that is clearly destined for bigger things. The hotel is up a hill and very easy walking distance to St Anton centre, walking home after a day on the piste can be a bit tough though so it's better to make the ski bus unless you're fit. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and the maids even creatively folded any clothing they found lying around which was a nice touch! All in all hotel Kertess is a great hotel and will be my go to place the next time I visit St Anton.

Kleiner Pool - leider fehlen hier Möglichkeiten, sich umzuziehen. Parkplätze etwa 600 m bergauf. Aber es wird geholfen. Insgesamt top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Fornøyd med oppholdet. Fine hotellrom og bra fasiliteter. Nærhet til sentrum. Hadde middag inkludert i oppholdet, her var det veldig mye mat. Denne var i litt tradisjonell stil og ikke helt i min smak, men det fungerte greit.
