Room was clean. Staff was great. Staff gave me an extra hour to depart when my clothes got locked in the washer/dryer. That was nice of them.

The hotel was conveniently situated and really nice. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was clean, although a little cold. There was a very large dance festival taking place at the hotel with extremely loud music which did spoil evenings in the hotel as we couldn't hear conversation very well. I also had an issue with the room next door playing extremely loud music at 1am. I did complain and it was dealt with. I managed to be moved the following day. Due to the festival people were very noisy throughout the night. However, i guess without the festival it would have been a lovely stay.

This was my first staying at this Hotel and I really enjoyed it. Staff is very friendly, everywhere is clean. Room is nice, cosy, comfortable. Breakfast has wide variety of choice. Easy to reach center of Riga city - by public transport, Taxi (we used Bolt) and even walkable. Definitely recommend to my friends and gladly stay again. Paldies

Everything was wonderful except we were staying for four nights and I needed to do laundry. I have a single laundry machine on the seventh floor that is your typical European combined washer dryer and they operate horribly. I’m not sure why they call them eco-friendly after approximately 3 1/2 hours and still soaking wet clothes, I had to go find a local laundromat to dry my clothes. Very inconvenient.

Great place to relax and unwind when in Riga . It lies in the middle of a big park and is strategically located on tram lines 1 and 5 which is a short ride from downtown and Central Station.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and go the extra mile to help. They are all fluent in English.

Being in a convenient location right on a route of public transpot from Riga city center to the Airport makes it ideal place to rest before or after your flight.
However the walls are quite thin and TV playing in the neighbouring room did not help to get a proper rest.
The hotel offered well equiped complimentary breakfast, wich was a good surprise, as it was not mentioned on the booking.
There are no swimming pool, but there is a spa, but visits must be booked in advance.

The hotel was in a great location, not too far from the Christmas market, walking distance but with the option of public transport as well.
Only downside was finding a table for breakfast in the morning, very busy, but if allowed time you would get one eventually.

Great property, just away from the city centre looking onto a nice park so it is very quiet, but the transport links are fantastic, right outside the side of the hotel is a tram stop, bus stop (including number 22 airport bus!) and a 10 minite walk away is a train station. The breakfast was lovely and there was a decent choice of food and drink available. The rooms are clean and modern. The reception staff are available 24 hours and are very helpful. Couldnt fault this hotel at all.

Big hote in the outskirts of the city. Ideal for big groups.and conferences. You are bound to have lunch and dinner at the restaurants, but service canbget over their heads. The bed was not confortable, since Inhad a double bed made up of two twins together without bothering filling the gap.

The hallways had bad air and were smelly due to the air, old mattresses and hotel being animal friendly - not sure if it's cleaned frequently enough. Gym had very minimal equipment - basically a few old cardio exercise machines. The bench for bench-press was very old which had alot of duct tape on the headrest - so it was unusable. They had some dumbbells though - I think until 10 kilograms?
The hotel room itself was okay, clean and air conditioning worked fine. Steady walls but unfortunately the doors were basically paper so you heard every noise coming from hallway / other rooms (ex. dogs barking, people talking).
Breakfast was good and the restaurant was pleasant. Also the wellness room was nice add since it had jacuzzi and steam room.
Reason for my detailed view is because they claim the hotel to be \"4-star superior luxury hotel\" on their website, but that's not true.
It's a decent, 3-star hotel at its best with an additional breakfast which is above average as well with the room of relaxation. A big plus for helpful and friendly staff which I thank for and the park nearby was nice.

We had very good stay. Staffs were helpful and kind. Parking was free and the hotel has electric vehicle charging station. Moreover the hotel has tasty breakfast. Location is good.

Hotel is located on the other side of the river Daugava looking from the city center, but not too far and provides good connection by trams and buses.
In general my room was OK, except the shower in the bathroom that definitely requires deep cleaning at the bottom line. Black sediments and mud is not what guests would expect to see in the shower at 4.5* hotel.
As well housekeeping service requires improvements. Looks that there is no quality control system in place. My room was cleaned carelessly, bathrooms sink and shelf above it wasn't touched at all and shower jelly and liquid soap wasn't filled up despite both were empty (and almost empty already when I checked-in, looks there is no full housekeeping before new guest arrives). As well bed was made unprofessionally.

Your car is not safe here.
Our car both side mirrors were stolen from the hotel parking lot. It seems like it is a regular occurrence and the hotel do not do anything about it. The cameras are non existent. If you bring your car here, park in some other safe place.

This hotel is in a convenient location, the staff was friendly and the room was very clean. However, it is also very dated and worn around the edges. There was sagging floor and very old carpet in my room on 5th floor. It was also impossible to get a good rest because of all the noise from street and other rooms. Always someone yelling. There were also loud events in the park next door and busses loudly warming their engines at 6 am. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.
It was cold at night (very drafty windows) but then very hot during the day because sun shines directly into the room. The desk is facing the window and it’s impossible to work there because of very bright light.
Breakfast was ok but the same food every day, bad coffee, and tables were frequently dirty. I stayed a week, it wasn’t awful but I couldn’t wait to leave.

Great service from start to finish. I arrived early after my flight but was checked in on arrival. Front of House staff (Olga) was very helpful, friendly and chatting.
The room was a good size, clean and tidy, as was the bathroom.

Great service again from start to finish. Despite the hotel being used as the main hotel for the Baltic Karate competition, it didnt seem over crowded or too busy at any time. The Front of House staff again were helpful, friendly and chatting.

Excellent value hotel on edge of city centre across from a large park. There are regular trams into Old Town and City Centre with stop just outside hotel. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms and whole hotel were clean and modern.

We have stayed in several hotels in Riga on our visits. This was farther from Old Riga, but gave us a chance to ride the Tram, which was very easy to navigate (masks required at this time on public transportation only). The hotel is beautiful, nice size rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. The restaurant was good, food was good with several choices, and a nice bar. Would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel is nicely set back near the park and within good walking distance of the City. Interesting feature is the outside lift which offers anice panoramic view of the City. The Bed was super comfortable, loved the matress. The breakfast was quite nice with plenty of offerings. Very pleasant staff.

Our room smelled of drainage and the A/C of dead animal, we asked for a different room, and where quickly re-assigned to one that had not been cleaned! the third room was ok. The hotel is dated and poorly maintained, they are not even clearing the snow from their driveway, difficult to drive or even walk into. Overall this is really a three-star hotel, not 4.5 as advertised, so set your expectations accordingly. Breakfast buffet was probably the best part of our stay.
