The staff were friendly and helpful. I booked a studio with a balcony. Unfortunately the balcony facing a brick wall so there was no view and it was positioned over what I assume was the courtyard of private apartments. There was a lot of noise outside at night on a couple evenings. The air conditioning was turned off on 01/09 and so the room was too hot. Reception didn’t have any fans to give to customers or the ability to turn it back on. The room was also adapted for wheelchair users so the bathroom shower was very low and there was only access to the bed from one side and no table. We asked for another room as we were there for 7 days but none were available. The hotel is in a nice area approx 800m from the old town - easy walking distance or get the tram/bus no 1/11T. There is a shop but no restaurant. I would consider staying again but not in that room specifically.

My stay was very good. I loved the interior, design of the suite. Great windows - I liked opening them at nights. The view was comforting - I have always liked to look at the surrounding buildings and streets. I grew up in the apartment building two blocks from the Park Inn , and the view was very similar to what I was seeing many years ago. The only one thing was uncomfortable - the coffee maker which I could not figure out :). The front desk stuff was very nice and friendly. Overall, it felt good. I would certainly come back to this place on my next visit.

Great apart hotel in quiet area 10min wall from old town. Big bedroom, living room/kitchenette & terrace, nice healthy instant food (buckwheat!) in the reception snack bar that I was able to eat since it was too rainy to go outside when I arrived and yogurts I could get for breakfast the next day. Reception staff not always at the desk, but I was usually able to find them somewhere in the building.

Only stayed one night, but the room was very nice and clean. Had a small kitchen area with a fridge. About a 15 min walk from the old town, so nice quiet location. On the main tram line as well. Staff very pleasant

Modern hotel located 15 minute walk from the old town. Everything about the room was high quality. There was even a very small kitchen with microwave, fridge and even a coffee-machine with free coffee pods given each day.

Отдыхали семьей в family room. В номере отдельная спальня с большой кровать, дети спят на раскладном диване. Номер просторный, есть кухня с плитой, кофемашина, большой стол и кухонные принадлежности. Есть все для комфортной жизни.
Из минусов - в номере отсутствует вентиляция. Из-за этого на окнах скапливается конденсат (особенно в спальне) и образуются ЛУЖИ вдоль всех окон. Они не просыхают никогда! От этого в углах спальни образовалась плесень. Дети сразу промочили ноги, когда рассматривали вид из окна.
Так же в отеле нет собственного ресторана, поэтому завтрак организован в одном из сетевых ресторанов, расположенных на первом этаже. Завтрак вкусный, но неудобно то, что горячие блюда и напитки нужно заказывать по меню. Из-за этих минусов ставлю \"4\".
