Une belle découverte que cet établissement en plein cœur de la nature. De belles prestations au milieu de la forêt et des étangs. Le brunch du dimanche est aussi à recommander. Un seul bémol: l’accès payant d’1 heure maximum au spa à un tarif excessif pour la durée.

Les chambres étaient glaciales, le niveau de qualité des chambres et de l’hôtel équivaut plus à un trois étoiles qu’à un 4 étoiles, le gel lavant mains ne fonctionnait pas, les couverts du petit déjeuner étaient sales et déjà utilisés, la configuration de l’hôtel ne me convient pas ! Larcher sous la pluie pour aller dans les chambres, au restaurant etc

Ce qui n’est pas compréhensible c’est que des chambres avec réelle vue jardin était disponibledisponible

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a beautiful setting surrounded by water and a lovely golf course. Great for walks with the dog. Bar and restaurant were really good. Enjoyed the food and the breakfast.

le cadre est magnifique , les employés s'occupant de la partie golf super
par contre l'accueil, le service vraiment à revoir , le we les tables du petit déj ne sont pas débarrassées assez fréquemment , les demandes sont super lentes , 1/2 h dpour des oeufs brouillés, pas de tv dans une de nos chambres, 205 la douche bouchée le soir de notre arrivée , certes on nous a donné une autre chambre pour nous doucher mais qu'en meme. de surcroit certes de gel douche shampoing sur les murs ok mais pas de démellant pas de creme , rien de superflu :(
mais le cadre est superbe 4 etoiles pour le cadre 2 et 1/2 pour le service , excepté pour le personnel du dimanche sur la terrasse exterieur .

Signage to hotel part of complex not very clear.
Checked in told where room was, but had difficult locating the room. Had to climb two flights os stairs from car park area. Hand rails were old and weather worn, my husband had several splinters in his hand from the wooden railings.
Hotel room was nice, quiet and clean. Shower was really good.

Food in main part of hotel, fine because it was a nice day, not sure would feel the same if raining.

Dinner taken was ok. breakfast next morning was fine. Not a great amount of fruit.

An escape just outside the city

This was a last minute switch from a place in town and boy, are we happy we did! We felt so secluded but also within 3 minutes of a giant grocery store and shopping area! The room was very spacious and the balcony overlooking the water was excellent. We took advantage of the kayaking. We ate both dinner and breakfast using our kitchen - sponge, dish soap, towel, and dishwasher tablet provided.

Séjour très désagréable.
Après avoir signalé qu'il n'y avait pas de chauffage dans le cottage 6 auprès de Guillaume de la réception, après dîner vers 21h30 toujours pas de chauffage. Au final, changement de chambre cottage 8 vers 22h30. Un sketch vraiment....Naturellement aucune excuse no geste commercial. Pour un 4 étoiles vraiment pas top, deplus la literie est à revoir....

All staff need immediate training in customer service. Rules & regulations the inexperienced staff need to work to are beyond a joke. Check in was late and staff made promises they had no intention of keeping. Worst receptionists I’ve come across They absolutely do not care.

Area: Lovely area and surroundings
Facilities: The classic suite was absolutely lovely. It lacked a fridge in the kitchen area and any pots, pans and cutlery but they may well be available on request otherwise we could have, happily, stayed there for weeks. Due to the pandemic, we were advised that the coffee pods and tea bags had been removed from the room but we were able to request them from reception.
The big, spacious living room with a double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, coffee table, armchairs and the massive balcony made it absolutely lovely. The bathroom layout was a bit weird with the toilet off the living room and the bath/shower off the bedroom and no soap for hand washing in either. Unfortunately, we were not able to experience many of the facilities as we were travelling with our kids but there was kayaking, golf, cycling, beach and a spa available on site.
Cleanliness: Due to the pandemic, we were advised that the room would not be cleaned whilst we were there, although this was the only hotel that told us that and, on check-in, the cleanliness was more than adequate.
Breakfast: the buffet breakfast was comprehensive and plentiful (although the chef needs to work on the scrambled eggs..).
Extra: one of our party was celebrating a birthday and we let them know whilst booking and they were very kind in offering a very nice presentation pack of fruit and macaroons.

Teenager Family Stop Over was Ideal Setting

Perfect stop over on way back from Puy du fou to Roscoff with two teenage boys. Small outside swimming pool was very small but was perfect for the cool off dip following a hot day at the park - is a shame they can't swim in the lake but the \"beach\" side section with the little island and the swimming pool with the table tennis section was just what we needed for the couple of hours of daylight we had at the hotel. Evening meal was lovely although a la carte is rather expensive the daily set menu was perfect and the service spot on. We did go for the slightly upgraded room to ensure lake view and were happy as that put us right on the end with the \"beach\" as our view out of the windows. There is no A/C so that would cause some people an issue but was fine for us and the timber is looking like it could do with a little TLC now but otherwise this was perfect and must be ideal for those that love golf!

Nice golf hotel outside Rennes. Lovely staff and great grounds for a wander or run. Hotel rooms on stilts over lakes. rooms very large. We had a room with a separate bedroom and a living room. Balconies were great - nice views over lake. Canoeing available. Pool very small and very cold.
Restaurant very nice, good food, not too expensive.

It is a good facility, but the 4 stars seems overstated. Swimming pool was not ready for use, and some details in the rooms were not repaired, like some water leaks have deteriorated ceiling paint and/or walls.

Nice golf course, large suite which was fairly clean inside. Only issue is the spider webs and cobwebs, on the balcony, outside the door, as soon as you walk through the grounds you spot them everywhere.
Huge webs that literally surround your room/suite and hang on your door.
Not the best start if you have a phobia of spiders.
The staff dont speak much english so hard to communicate and trying to order room service became a nightmare because of this so I gave up.
Its close to the airport, €19 in a taxi.
Dinner was lovely, however breakfast was bland and the food was cold
And under cooked.
Unable to sleep at night because of noise from the lake, wildlife seem to come alive at night and I heard my patio furniture moving at random times. A scenic place but not comfortable enough

Constructive Criticism

The hotel on first impression is excellent but there are one or two small issues which detract from what could be an excellent hotel.
There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room but no milk!!?? The heating is turned off due to the warmer than usual weather but when taking a shower in the morning there are only damp towels.
It is such a pity that an excellent hotel falls down on trivial matters that would make the hotel excellent.

wonderful setting

The setting of the hotel is lovely, very peaceful and pretty by the lake and golf course.
We had a suite which was very spacious and comfortable, however lacked amenities considering such good facilities. There was only one cup in the kitchen, and no milk for coffee so we had to request, basically you wouldn't be able to actually use the nice kitchen unless you took your own bits. It stated biscuits, there weren't any. We also had a baby cot, but did not want to use as not very good quality and we found dried up leaves under the sheet.
Regarding the staff, the person on reception was very nice and friendly, however the bar and waiting staff were quite rude and not attentive. We had to go up to the bar every time for drinks and orders, when it seemed other guests had table service, whether this was because we were English, who knows!!

Very quiet, but possibly out of season

A very comfortable suite for 3/4 people with lovely balcony with views over a lake. It was very quiet when we were there although with a golf course and spa available, which we didn't use, maybe it was not the right time of year. We arrived late on Sunday and despite being pretty much the only ones there, they opened the restaurant and did a very nice meal for us.

Wrong hotel to visit Rennes

This was booked by mistake. I had requested a hotel in Rennes and Expedia offered this hotel as a choice. Too far for Rennes. Hotel is nice, modern, clean, with very nice garden but not right for visiting Rennes and very hard to find.
Unfortunately the weather was not great and the room was cold. I was assured by the staff 4 times that they would adjust the temperature to my liking only to finally be told \"ah, sorry, I forgot it's summer and we can't turn the temperature up in the summer\". Eventually I got a different room, warmer and very nice. The hotel is nice if you want to golf but not right for visiting Rennes and the neighboring castles. The wi-fi didn't work from the room either.

The bed was very comfortable. That was the best thing. The room was cold and had terrible, dark lighting. There was no convenient public transportation into Rennes. We did not have a good stay. This might have been a better experience if we had visited in the summer. At least then it would have been warm.

A modern clean tidy hotel

We stayed for 5 nights whlst we travelled around the area, the hotel is clean and tidy and offers a good standard of services overall. There are plenty of local facilities (restaurants, bars Etc) to provide and cover all tastes. Rennes in a lovely city and Bruz offers enough to keep almost everybody happy. I'd certainly return again and would recommend to family and friends.

the hotel is in a very good location, out of the window and see the lake area for golf. closely track and a supermarket. No problems with parking. the room is large and comfortable, but the service leaves much to be desired. no air conditioning in the room, clean the room every day, but still remains room is not very clean. bring a bag of tea every 3 days, and only one. and of course in all the hotel is good and not expensive, I would recommend people to book him.

Beautiful quiet location

Located about 30min drive from the center of Rennes, the distance is worth it if you want quiet and beautiful surroundings.
The apartments (and that is meant in the best way) located furthest away from the arrival area have a view out towards forest, over the lake between the buildings.
Room was very large and comfy and the personnel I talked to were very nice and accommodating.
I would consider travelling back to this area to stay at this hotel.

we used the hotel as a stop off only. it was excellent. plenty of room for family of 5 at a very reasonable price. kids loved little beach. we didn.t use restaurant but used kitchen in apartment. staff very helpful. would definately use again. we didn't play golf but setting was lovely and it looked very quiet.

Arrived after 8 hours on the road from SW France. Very courteous staff both at reception and in the restaurant. Tolerated our basic French but could talk English extremely well. We had booked a family room that would usually have cost a fortune but we got a \"special low rate\" The room was a suite of rooms including 2 bedrooms and was perfect to allow us to relax after the long journey. The restaurant did not have a large menu but enough choice for us including children of ages: 5, 7, and 9. Not overly expensive either considering the quality of surroundings, food and service.

Lovely modern hotel

We spent one night in a big apartment, which had a big balcony and a nice view of a lake. The beds were comfortable and we had a kitchen to prepare our own meals.
The location is very quiet, and so was our room, once the people upstairs had gone to bed and their children had stopped running around, which could be heard quite loudly. It might be worth asking for a room on the top floor, so that you don't have noise from above. The kitchen could do with a bit more equipment, especially plates.
We did not try the restaurant, but it looked very nice. If you want to cook your own meals, there is a big supermarket not far from the hotel.

Quiet Location just south of Rennes, Wonderful setting amongst lakes and woodland. The accommodation is probably the best i've ever stayed in.
Booked a family room , we got a 2 bedroom department . With a large modern lounge leading onto a balcony overlooking the lakes. The restaurant was also excellent, serving oysters washed down by a glass if Chablis.

PLEASANT OVERNIGHT STAY AWAY FROM THE CITY

UNUSUAL HOTEL WITH MODERN ARCHITECTURE AND ROOMS NOT ALL IN ONE BLOCK, RATHER SEVERAL BUILDINGS SET AMONG GREEN SPACE AND A SMALL LAKE. PARKING WAS EASY NEXT TO OUR BLOCK AND ONLY A SHORT WALK TO THE CLUB HOUSE AND RESTAURANT.

Nachlawaai tot 5u in de ochtend door een trouw, we begrijpen dat dat een feest mag zijn, maar de overlast was overdreven.
Wel begrip (na receptie te bellen ‘s nachts) en het lawaai werd meteen beperkt.

Séjour tres agréable. Nous avons ete surclassés en appartement. Cela a compensé le fait que l'acces au spa ne soit pas compris dans le prix de la chambre.
L'appartement est spacieux, propre. Le petit déjeuner copieux.
Mention spéciale pour le cadre qui est extraordinaire. C'est tres calme parfait pour se ressourcer le temps d'un week-end.

La chambre est spacieuse, bien agencée et équipée. Le lit confortable. Le cadre agréable. J'ai trouvé cependant qu'il faisait un peu frais malgré le chauffage et mal isolé phoniquement pour 1 4 étoiles. Les inondations de la Vilaine ne permettait pas de se garer à proximité immédiate du logement. L'ensemble reste bien et j'ai pu accéder à ma chambre plutôt que prévu. Ça c'était top.

Moi qui espérais etre au calme en allant dormir au bord d'un golf, ce fut l'une des pires nuits de ma vie, avec des voisins (un groupe en séminaire) extrêmement bruyants (fin du vacarme à 4h du matin). 2h de sommeil. L'hôtel n'est bien sûr pas totalement responsable du comportement de ses clients, mais la moindre des choses quand on reçoit un séminaire est de demander la désignation dun responsable qui gère les fauteurs de trouble ou si ça ne va pas de faire intervenir les forces de l'ordre. C'est très dommage car les chambres sont plutôt bien et l'environnement très joli. Autre point regrettable, la plupart des appareils dans la salle de fitness ne fonctionnait pas.

Il y a des toiles d'araignées qui trainent au plafond, des cheveux dans la cabine de douche, un lavabo bouché, la théière pleine de calcaire, ça fait beaucoup. Je reviendrais seulement si je n'ai pas le choix

Site très agréable en extérieur. La chambre classique n’est pas d’un niveau 4*. Sans être pour autant de mauvais confort. Cela reste assez moyen. Toiles d’araignée autour du lustre central et dans un coin. Pas de sortie de bain. Nécessité de débrancher une prise pour faire chauffer le thé, les autres prises étant occupées par la télévision et la machine à café. Cette nuit là un bébé a pleuré tout l’après-midi et la nuit.

Un très bel endroit dans un cadre calme et apaisant. Bonne literie et excellent équipement. Personnel agréable et disponible.
Petit déjeuner bien mais pas exceptionnel, nous aurions apprécié un peu plus de diversité, bande son en boucle pendant 3 jours, à revoir.
Mais sinon séjour très agréable et proche de Renne et de cancale

Très bel environnement pour cet hotel au calme. Les chambres sont grandes, la literie confortable ; il faudrait juste rajouter un surmatelas sur les deux lits 'joints\" pour éviter le trou entre les 2 . Très bon petit dejeuner au calme sur la terrasse.
