Las condiciones de la habitación están bien, pero la limpieza es terrible. El olor a sudor de las personas que se hospedaron anteriormente permanecia impregnada en la habitación, en realidad debimos habernos ido a otro hotel sin embargo al llegar tan tarde no teniamos otra opcion que quedarnos a mal dormir por el olor. Es un gran contraste con lo adecuado de la habitación

New hotel with high quality fittings. Lovely bathroom/shower. 5 min walk to nearest restaurant only issue but ideally located as a stop over hotel. Room had mini kitchen but this is only a paid option for more than one night.

Great hotel with gym facilities

This is the second time I've stayed here, as I was pleased with my last stay. Service was great, really helpful staff. They have a cardio suite with bike, treadmill and elliptical machine. I stayed in the building across the way from the main reception/building. My room was modern, spotless, comfortable and spacious. The wifi can get a little slow at peak times there, but this may be different in the main hotel building. There is a kitchenette available for an additional fee. I am planning on staying here again next time I'm in the area.

used hotel as one nite stopover. hoping for meal but outside caterers used so couldnt guarantee wat i wanted so went elsewhere. a tabac close for cheap drink. carrefour 10mins. pizzeria about same plus restuarent in town centre which all require driving.
bar at hotel had poor selection.i have stayed in better places for less.overall severed its purpose but..!

Convenient location

We were there to visit friends so it was a convenient location for our daily getting together. The room was clean but if you have never traveled overseas you will think the room \"small\" but it is not. We managed to communicate with the front desk quite well, despite our limited French. It is on the main thoroughfare and quite easy to find - a lovely, hotel for an economical cost. Breakfast is available but we never tried it.

Da in Rennes alles ausgebucht war, haben wir ein Zimmer hier gebucht. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer top. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten war ein großes Plus. Wir sind zum Essen nach Rennes gefahren - etwa 15min Fahrt. Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas schmucklos/funktionell, aber i.O.

Dommage pour un hôtel 3*

Dommage pour un hôtel 3 étoiles que :
- que l’on soit obligés de demander de balayer la terrasse privative car couvertes de miettes, mégots et toiles d’araignées un peu partout.
- que le support du sèche cheveux soit cassé et réparé avec du sparadrap. Sécurité ???

Personnel sympathique et accueillant , bravo à eux.

Je n'ai pas eu le droit à l'espace kitchenette

Bien que j'avais le droit à une kitchenette elle était fermée par un rideau et on voulait me faire payer un supplément alors qu'elle était indiqué dans le descriptif lors de la réservation.

hôtel bien placé, très propre d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix.
avantage qui est aussi un petit inconvénient : il propose des chambres pour 4 personnes qui sont économiques,mais le 2ème lit qui un peu de circuler, surtout quand on est quatre !
A part ce petit inconvénient nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, les chambres sont spacieuses propres et fonctionnelles avec une cafetière à dosettes dans la chambre un vrai petit plus.
La salle de bain est très grande et propre.
Le personnel est tres accueillants et professionnels.

Court séjour de 2 nuits choisi pour une question de proximité. Établissement moderne à la déco actuelle. Studio spacieux, salle d’eau également, kitchenette. Literie king size un peu ferme et comme souvent oreillers pas adaptés (très mauvais pour les cervicales). Parking souterrain et aérien. Petit déjeuner excellent. Personnel agréable et souriant. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Étape post-réveillon pour départ le lendemain.

Séjour de courte durée (1 nuit) mais très agréable (ma fille a adorée son lit). De l'arrivée jusqu'au départ, un personnels bienveillant et professionnels. Je recommande.

Nous ne savions pas qu'il y avait des travaux dans l'hôtel. En soit pas trop grave puisque nous n'avons eu aucune nuisance sonore, cependant la chambre était poussiéreuse, j'ai trouvé que c'était une négligence et un irrespect vis à vis des voyageurs. Pour le tarif exercé j'ai trouvé très limite. Le plus désobligeant c'est l'impression ressentie lorsque, après avoir réglé, j'en ai fait part gentiment à l'hôtesse d'accueil, qui parut SURPRISE!!!. Manque de discernement ou un désintérêt pour le bien être des client de passage...??? En bref joli hôtel, jolie chambre qui demande tout de même un personnel plus consciencieux.

Tout est bien, mais la chambre est petite et viellissante:
une seule prise (dans une twin), chants décollés sur les meubles, SdB viellotte, etc.
Par contre literie et robinetterie sont de qualités, le hall et les parties comunes beaucoup plus modernes, et le personnel aimable.

Rapport qualité prix à améliorer

L’acces est compliqué (il faut re garer son véhicule après check-in) car les deux bâtiments de l’hotel sont indépendants et ont leur propre parking. La signalétique intérieure faite maison est insuffisante et un peu agressive (« reserver en direct c’est réservé Français » affiché dans l’ascenceur).
Sinon la chambre est spacieuse et propre mais l’équipement est un peu simple pour un prix de 92 euros la nuit à 10km de Rennes : pas de clim, une machine à café mais pas de bouilloire, pas de verre à eau/dent...

Réservation efficace, bon accueil souriant et courtois, chambre bien isolée (calme) donnant sur des jardins.
Environnement conforme à l'aspect d'une banlieue de Rennes.
Bonne impression générale.
Seule petite réserve sur l'entretien : quelques traces restant dans la salle d'eau et joints de douche partiellement moisis.
L'accueil m'a assuré que ce défaut était provisoire, les chambres devant être rénovées très prochainement.
J'y reviendrais à l'occasion.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen

Das Hotel macht von Außen einen guten Eindruck. Auch der Empfang ist schön,leider ändert sich der gute Eindruck sobald man aufs Zimmer kommt. Das erste Zimmer hatte eine Dusche bei der die Halterung abgerissen war. Das Zimmer hat übel gerochen und war genau über einer Baustelle. Das zweite Zimmer war besser. Es hatte hier und da Schimmel und die Handtücher hatte Löcher aber ich habe es für eine Nacht ausgehalten. Das Hotel hat maximal ein Stern. Ich würde es niemanden weiterempfehlen.
