I stayed at this Double Tree by Hilton for a total of three separate nights. I had distant travel away between each stay. In all three occasions, the accommodations were perfect for me. During the last stay, I had one maintenance issue; however, when notified, the staff responded quickly. The issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction. The issue would in no way change my preference to stay at this facility eery time I'm in the area.

After reading some poor reviews of this hotel I was a bit worried but I have absolutely no complaints at all. Beds were comfy and clean. Room was maybe a little aged but clean and in good condition. We really enjoyed our stay. Used it as a base for Boston for the World Cup. Ubers or lyfts into the city were costing about $40-50 but prices possibly were inflated for the World Cup. And there are cheaper transport options if ur looking to get around on the train.

The room Had ripped drapes. Dirty glasses were never taken away in a week time had to ask for coffee and cups, cream, and sugar.
The TV didn’t work for five days.
Didn’t know where breakfast was.
I asked for some compensation, but wasn’t given anything.

We thought it was strange that there was no complimentary coffee aside from the janky coffee machine in the room that spit water everywhere and could barely make an actual full cup. There was the option to buy it downstairs at the Starbucks or in the restaurant although that seemed like a bit of rip-off. Aesthetically, however, the place was pretty impressive.

It’s a nice hotel, stayed here to get off the highway for the night. I find there to be to many rules and extra fees for things here though. The pool says it’s supposed to be just for hotel guests but they actually allow people from the gym to use it as well. Also you can not have any pool toys in the pool at all floaties, noodles, sinkers tubes nothing. You have to pay extra for everything there’s no breakfast no coffee out in the lobby no water. There is an ice machine so that’s one good thing about it for a night it’s not bad. We got the king room with the kids beds which was my favourite part so the kids can have there own beds. One thing they should address though instead of hiding is the bed frame being out to far for the bed I ended up smashing my leg on the bar underneath because they hid it with a bed skirt left a pretty bad bruise too.

The front desk staff always seemed overworked, I feel like a lot of complaints about them aren’t fair, but that’s just me. They’ve always been helpful, and people have to understand it’s hard to juggle phone calls, emails and checking someone in in-person. Which is what the only person at the front desk was doing when I went to get my key fixed.

Room was clean, I’ve stayed here about three times and two times the shower drain had a problem, once it was clogged and draining slowly and another the drain cover just came straight off.

I do enjoy staying at this location, they have a side door that closes at 10pm but it allows you to park closer to an entrance if you use it at the right time. The fridge in my room could get very cold which was great because I was storing frozen meals in the fridge.

I booked this hotel because of the amenities. We got there and the receptionist said the pool closes in 15 minutes. The arcade was closed. The waterpark was closed. Everything was closed. We got there at 830. The waterpark didn’t even open the next day. Have no idea if the arcade did the receptionist would only tell us, just said it’s closed. Wouldn’t even tell us where anything was located..She was not helpful at all. The bathroom was not very clean, the tub had something in it. I am highly disappointed with our stay. Also no laundry.

My only issue was not having a real blanket on the beds. 2 sheet covers and a duvet does not count as comfort when 1 adult likes to sleep when it’s cool in the room and the other adult needs a blanket. I have a suggestion that there should at least be 1 warm blanket in the room. I’m sure it would be appreciated.

First impression of the room was the smell. It smelled like stinky feet. After about an hour the Carnival Cruise block of rooms turned it up! Walls were vibrating, sound like the were throwing bodies against the walls. Went to call the front desk, the phone did not work. Had to call the number I found online 25 minutes before someone answered the phone. She said she would send someone up, an.hour later walls were still vibrating. I had to call again from my cell phone, another long wait. Requested to be moved because the block of rooms that created a nightclub along with running up and down the halls like they had no home training was not going to work for us. They moved us to another floor opposite direction of the makeshift nightclub. Finally peace but very annoyed at that point. The new room smelled like stinky feet also.

Front desk staff was friendly and checkin was speedy. Room was clean but toilet had a hard time fully flushing. If you weren’t careful with the shower curtain in this particular room it would spray all over the toilet paper dispenser that was directly next to it. Otherwise, room was great, clean and beds comfortable. I’ve stayed here a few times for work and it’s by far one of the best places on the north shore as far as cleanliness and consistency. I do think the plumbing may need updating as my last stay, the shower had trouble draining

The rooms are very close and we could hear our neighbors all night, the halls were a maze and it wasn’t easy getting to and from our room, which was a little smaller than expected. The bath tub was dirty, and you have to pay for breakfast. However the pool is fairly big and has a hot tub. They have a great gym/workout area. There’s a water park but you have to pay extra, which we didn’t know. The breakfast was very good.

The sofa in the room was filthy with stains, the curtains were torn and the lampshade was stained and had multiple holes. This establishment should be ashamed to have the Hilton name. On the plus side, the cleaning service was adequate, the bed and the pillows were comfortable. The sunset was magnificent but don’t think I can credit the hotel for that, other than room aspect.

This is an excellent location for a large group or family setting. Highly recommended with friendly staff members. My wife and daughter indicated that the lobby area Women's bathroom was well used and could use some attention but the Men's room was just fine. The shower heads can use an update but the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The room was serviced each day as well. The on premise water park is a highly recommend and is large and spacious and can accommodate large crowds. A highly recommended facility for any occasion and event, and I have stayed here before. A big fan.

We’ve stayed here many times before with our pups for the Sea Dogs Bark in the Park event and have loved it! But this stay was definitely different and very disappointing. I don’t know if we’ll be back.
- There was only one staff member checking people in on a busy Saturday causing a line in the lobby. That person was also really patronizing when asking standard check in questions.
- The room looked clean but the floor desperately needs a good scrub and thorough vacuum. My socks were dirty and covered in other dogs’ hair after a couple hours. (My dogs don’t shed!)
- Overnight our (possibly underage and drinking?) neighbors were SO loud, so rude and very inconsiderate. I could hear parts of the conversation about having their ID’s ready. We called the front desk twice to ask for help and literally NOTHING was done. No call to the room, no knock on their door. I didn’t feel like being the crazy person taking it into my own hands so I plugged my ears and slept for maybe an hour or two all night. I was sick for two days after getting home.
- Breakfast was bad. My dog literally turned his nose away at the eggs and he LOVES eggs. All the plastic ware was face up (not handle up) so everyone touches the side you put in your mouth when grabbing one. The oj cartons were frozen solid.
- They overcharged me for my pet fee. $50 for one night when everywhere I checked it says $25.

Our original room had a bad odor/smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom didn’t have trash bags. Luckily, the staff was understanding and moved us to a different room with no fee or trouble. They also offered plant based cookies. I was very pleased with the check-in and check out at the location. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of even the second room was poor but the price was extremely fair and the location was only 15 minutes away from Salem. There was always plenty of parking and the hotel felt safe no matter the time.

The rooms are clean, but the beds were uncomfortable. The curtains had tears or were missing parts. We had 2 rooms and one of the rooms the TV did not work. The staff was SUPER friendly, and informative though, and apologized for the internet being down for a day.
We got tickets to the water park which conveniently 3 of the 4 water slides were down, and then a child pooped in the lazy river shutting that down We tried to wait it out, but got tired of that as it becomes very boring for a 13 yo. Also, conveniently you can not get your money back for that. My husband emailed them regarding this, and we still have NOT gotten a response from said email. We ended up just going to the hotel pool...which my son was very happy to have had that option.

The property is nice the rooms condition was not the bathroom toilet seat had deep scratches making it look dirty, the shower drain was old and moving also seeming dirty. The kids mattress were dirty should have protected covers. The balcony was filthy and you could hardly open the door. For the price they should look into minor cosmetic updates to make it more price appropriate.

I first want to say we did enjoy our stay but there were some things I felt were different from our first two visits. Our room door was slightly off, we would need to basically lift up the door by the handle in order to properly open and close the door. There was a strong smell in the room. Not dirty but it was a little off, kind of like wet towels or something. I did enjoy our time with my kids but felt it wasn’t as safe from the previous times. In the pool area, people were all over the place throwing themselves in the pool around smaller children, running around making it super difficult for the small children to enjoy the pool as well. I felt that there should be someone from the staff in the area to maintain safety. We enjoyed coco keys and I know it’s separate from the hotel but the same situation in the pool was what we experienced in coco keys. It felt like chaos at one point. Multiple kids throwing themselves down the slides at once, cutting in line, older kids spraying water on the tables where families were sitting and eating. Kids were pushing kids in line to go down the slides. I am always with my child who is 5 but I felt extra vigilant to make sure she was safe because the staff was completely ignoring some of the chaos except for one lifeguard who was being super helpful but can tell she was overwhelmed with how much she had to correct kids. I’m not sure how this can be fixed but I feel some safety precautions should be put in place.
