Incredibly small room, bed and shower was not great.
Location is excellent and worth the long drive from airport. That said, the service for reserved shuttle from airport was not great and fairly pricey. Shuttle back to airport was pricey, but the driver and service was much better.

Rooftop staff were amazing as they supported me through my fear of birds and managed to capture a memorable video feeding the bird with the blue mosque in background. This is why I gave 4 stars.

We were ther multiple days with an overnight excursion in between and they were all so helpful! They stored our luggage, changed rooms seamlessly for us when we had a minor issue and brought us fresh coffee every morning- which was fantastic. Concierge was helpful and not pushy and offered tips and directions as well as the adjoining businesses. We were welcomed daily as family by all and we truly miss them! The best!!

Location and rooftop terrace view are the biggest selling points for this hotel. Their Turkish breakfast is incredible (but pricey), and their dinner menu is very pricey, but the views from the terrace cannot be beat and guests get full access for great photos of both Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Though we had some problems with our first room, the hotel facilitated a move that made us very happy and comfortable. Hotel staff put in a lot of extra care and service touches that really elevated the experience of staying here. I will say that the Wifi was spotty throughout our stay, including after we informed the hotel and they took measures to fix the issue - likely not their fault but rather an issue with the provider, but do beware if staying here while traveling for business or meetings. If you are a light sleeper, note that you are pinned between two mosques and the call to prayer is definitely audible (I liked this, my companion less so).

My wife and I travelled from Michigan, USA and visited Istanbul and stayed at Seven Hills Hotel. From the beginning, it has been a wonderful experience with the hotel staff. They arranged Airport Transfer back and forth for a great fee and everything was perfect and on-time. Murat was our manager and he and his team were waiting for us and received us when we arrived at the hotel late at night (almost 1 am). We had the best checkin experience with Murat and Sina and they were so helpful. The checkin was a breeze and our room was on the third floor and it was exactly what we were looking for. Also, they offered us Turkish Apple Tea (yummy!) and we loved their hospitality. At that late hour, they took us to the terrace and we were able to get the most beautiful and spectacular view of the blue mosque and Hagia Sofia and the Bosphour. Murrat and Sina made us comfortable in a new city we never had been and they also arranged for a guide to take us to all the tourist spots next morning. Our guide Ece Duluk (AJ) was awesome, her English was perfect and she has indepth knowledge of the sites and their history and we had the best guided tour ever. Kadir, Ismail and Fatma were so wonderful and the checkout was quick. We plan to visit them again in Fall 2026 and stay at the same hotel and use Ece as our guide again. The best location, best food, best people and we strongly recommend to everyone staying in the hotel. Five Stars!!!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Seven Hills Hotel Special Class. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Sultanahmet, making it incredibly convenient to explore Istanbul’s top attractions like the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque, all within walking distance.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and always attentive, creating a comfortable and memorable stay. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a relaxing visit.

One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurant experience at Seven Hills Restaurant. The view is absolutely breathtaking—overlooking the city’s iconic landmarks and the sea—making every meal feel special. The food was delicious, with authentic Turkish flavors, and the atmosphere was truly unforgettable.

Overall, this hotel offers a perfect combination of excellent location, outstanding service, and an incredible dining experience with a view. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul and looking for a memorable stay.

We had a lovely stay at the Seven Hills hotel. The location is ideal, a very short walk to main tourist attractions, shops and restaurants. We were warmly welcomed by Ozan on our day of arrival he was so good and helpful telling us about the hotel and where all the attractions are. We were escorted to our room by Yahya who also is so lovely, he showed us our room and shows how everything works in the room. The room was comfortable and excellently maintained. Also, the view from the rooftop is spectacular you can see both of the mosque and the sea. Everyone in the hotel was so nice and friendly I would definitely go back and recommend to everyone to visit. Special thanks to all Ozan, Fatima, Kadir and Yahya for their first class friendly service. Thank you so much for making our holiday special.

Seven Hills Hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the warm and welcoming staff to its perfect location, every moment felt special. Dining with a breathtaking view of Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque made it even more unforgettable. Truly a place I’ll always remember,highly recommended.

The main selling point of this hotel is its location. You literally step outside, walk a short block, turn a corner and find yourself in front of Hagia Sophia and multiple other prime attractions. And the hotel’s rooftop restaurant has amazing views of everything.
Everything else about this hotel was also good. The staff was very attentive; they handled our check-in and checkout while treating us to tea and coffee. The room was clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint was bad weather, but that’s not really up to them. Would certainly recommend it.

Every thing was excellent. The only complaint is that someon openedmy safety box. They did not take anything, but when i came into the toom and went to get something I saw my passport, my credit cards and my driver's license in top of the safet box. When i left the hotel i told the person on duty. He told me that never had hapenned before. I was not me. Thesafet box hado no code. It had a key. I hid the kid in my jeans andput them away. I don't know how that person found it

The hotel is just the right size, not too big or small, yet rooms are very spacious and beds quite comfortable. Bathrooms very large, turndown service is excellent and replenishing with two bottles of waters and new towels. The staff was extremely helpful and Ozzy the concierge made us feel right at home, he got us a last minute tour guide which was magnificent, her name is nicknames Ozzy too, please request her for she is highly educated and very warm to spend time with. The rooftop restaurant is a magical experience for its incredible views. You definitely will love the area, it’s superior location across the street from the Four Seasons will make you feel like royalty without breaking the bank.. and short 5 min walk to the main attractions! I’ll certainly stay at Seven Hills again.

Our stay at the Seven Hills Hotel was excellent. Our room was spacious and exactly what was posted on their site. The staff were courteous and very helpful especially Ismail. We appreciate all the tour arrangements he made for us.
Breakfast is the same every day but much to choose from.
We would recommend this establishment and we will return here if we travel back to Istanbul.

I want to give this hotel more than five stars. From the moment I booked my trip to the minute I checked out, the level of service was nothing short of exceptional.

The views from the room were absolutely phenomenal, and the location was perfectly centralized to everything. But let’s talk about the personalized tour guide they arranged… oh man. Top-tier. Every single excursion was seamlessly organized by the hotel.

Flying in for a weekend from New York and having everything handled from the minute I checked in made the entire experience effortless and unforgettable.

I have visited Istanbul frequently, and this hotel is my top choice so far. The rooms are exceptionally clean, beautiful, and tranquil—far exceeding expectations for a hotel in an area where most hotels have outdated interiors and lackluster hospitality.
I would return to this hotel every time I visit Istanbul. The location is excellent, and the amenities are outstanding. Even if you opt not to have your room cleaned, they still leave water bottles at your door daily! I was particularly impressed by the kindness of Mr Oran and Fatima , who both welcomed us warmly and lifted my spirits. Everyone st the rooftop restaurant were super nice alway a smile and welcome you will a big Hello.
Thank you. You are truly one of the finest hotels in Istanbul. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and again. Thank you all For a time of my life in beautiful and amazing Istsmbul.

The service and housekeeping was superb. The Hotel is convenient, informative, and affable. The restaurant has an excellent breakfast, excellent lunch and dinner but the spectacular aspect is the view. Culminating with the view ( especially for children ) is the rooftop where they can feed the birds. The staff does a wonderful job creating a magical atmosphere for all involved. I travel a lot and recommend this hotel in the highest regard!

Staff were super helpful and the location is incredible. We had issues with our rooms, first one they gave us had drain issues so we declined as smell was awful, second room had a large generator outside the window and after one night of zero sleep they moved us and third room was perfect. They were happy to move us and it wasn’t an issue but I feel like the room that smelt of human waste should have been taken out of service until it was resolved. The one with the generator outside I guess they can’t do much about. So overall staff are friendly and helpful, rooftop restaurant is very good, rooms are clean and location is amazing. Avoid rooms 1001, 1002 and 1003.

We had an amazing stay at our hotel in Sultanahmet! The service was outstanding from start to finish. Fatima was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. Alper went the extra mile to make us feel completely at home, and his kindness truly made a difference in our stay.

A big thank you as well to Ozan and “Ozan 2” for being so helpful, especially with arranging a taxi and assisting us when we didn’t have Turkish currency. Their support made things so much easier.

The hotel’s location was perfect—central yet quiet, making it easy to reach the main attractions while still enjoying a peaceful environment. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again!
