Charming alpine hotel, but pricey

The view and service at breakfast were the best part. The hotel is incredibly charming, though the main living spaces were a bit small and difficult to navigate around with 5 people and luggage because of the layout. We had a meal downstairs at Binis the evening we arrived and it was good. The check in was a bit clunky, the housekeepers walked into our room at 8am the morning we were checking out, and when we checked out we needed to pay the City Tax and they could only take cash so they sent me to the bank. We had two showers in our two bedroom apartment and one didn’t work at all.

If it hadn’t been so expensive, I would have been very impressed. As it was, we would stay there again but couldn’t decide if it was worth the price we paid.

What more can I say, wonderful people that run a hotel that is perfect for any traveller! I saw families with kids in their element, lots for them to do... couples chilling near the fire, or using the spa area... then boarders like us who used it as our base! The staff are amazing and would want to stop there again! A credit to a family run business and you deserve every success!

Absolutely loved this hotel and the tub, food was great, pizza downstairs at binis is amazing! Grocery store two min walk away in front of bus stop with great prices. Was not hard to get to via public transportation with a lot of suitcases. Hotel gives you a free bus card. Lovely town with good views of sunset. Would stay again!! The croissants were amazing at breakfast, as well as the eggs. Also elevator is great.

A fun and wonderful hotel. The room was quiet and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the mountains. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The kind owner directed us to the restaurant next door. The food was very good. Service was excellent. The owner was also kind enough to give us bus cards. We used the cards to take the bus to Christmas market in Innsbruck.

Nice Hotel Full of Art

We stayed one night. We received a nice welcome and obtained a nice room. As name suggests its quirky and full of art. The downside was in the bar and breakfast area it was very cluttered and appeared dirty with dust and uncleaned ashtrays. Cutlery was piled in three old half open draws. I'm sorry in the dark with accent lights might look good but in daylight dirty. Breakfast was questionable fresh????

A great hotel in innsbruck. Only 15min from the airport. Great rooms and a big tub that the kids loved (the parents loved too). The breakfast buffet was great and the kids loved the play area. we would definately stay again and recommend this place to others. Very Charming decorations as well.

We were late flying into innsbruck from baltimore and the hotel was a wonderful place to rest and recollect ourselves after a rough flight. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The were happy to accomodate our 5y/o daughter's questions and our 1y/o son's need for a crib. The kids (and Parents, later) loved the huge spa tub in the room. The views are amazing, the children's play areas lots of fun and safe, the breakfast buffet very tasty and international. We loved this place and would go again.

Best Hotel in the Area

The spa was delightful, I had an amazing massage. The steak dinner at the restaurant was perfectly cooked and delicious. The hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly. I had a great night sleep and the next morning enjoyed a hearty breakfast. I would recommend staying here, it's only a 10 minute bus ride to Innsbruck. The views are spectacular. I plan on staying here again.

The hotel is located about 5 KM outside of the city and has a bus that runs regularly to the city. It takes about 25 minutes to the city. But if you like the mountain view, this is an excellent place to be. It has a lot of characters you won't find in other standard hotel. The view and access to nearby mountains are fantastic. The breakfast and dinning room are both amazing. The room I stay in is a little cozy. But i rarely stay inside. Plenty of space in the hotel to chill.

Delightful Alp Art!

A lovely, well appointed hotel in beautiful surroundings. i was just passing through, but this would be a great place to relax or as a base for excursions into the mountains. The room was large and unusually laid out - a pleasant change from the often found melamine boxes in many places. There was a kitchen area in my room that was handy for preparing drinks. There is limited parking, but this is easily accessed to the hotel, with a convenient elevator and exit to street level. The hotel is very clean and well serviced. There is a good bar and restaurant and other eateries close by. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The only problem I experienced was the frequent chiming of the bell from the clock tower, every 15 min during the day. It is a pleasant bell and helpful if you are clock-watching, but could be annoying. Otherwise, delightful. It is certainly a place I will plan to stay again in the future.

Artsy eclectic hotel

We were only here for one night. Our room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The view was besutiful. We loved the eclectic antique finds used as decor. We would recommend all of our friends to stay here!

A great place to stay a few miles from Innsbruck

The hotel is very welcoming. Our room was comfortable. The hotel breakfasts were simply superb - everything anyone might want (including gluten-free breads) and much more than anyone could possibly eat. The hotel is located in a small town that is about 5 km from Innsbruck. There's frequent bus service to the center of town. If you stay for two days or more, you get a card that includes free bus service and a ticket to a mountain lift.

Lovely hotel, highly recommended

Hotel was spotless, very nicely decorated and staff were very friendly. Nearby buses into the centre of Innsbruck and to the nearby ski slopes. Stayed here for a short winter break - would love to see Innsbruck in the summer and will be returning to this hotel again.

This is a fun hotel that's a bit out of the way, but it's a great value for the price. The building appears to have been recently upgraded and remodeled, and my room was comfortable with a nice view. I would certainly stay here again.

We had room # 301 with balcony. Country style ski hotel, clean but old style furniture and decoration, breakfast was good but choice was limited, street noisy during the day but quiet after 9:00 - 10:00 pm. Very close to outdoor activity and the city.

Nice little hotel

I had a great stay at Alp Art. Inly the second night that there was a celebration going on down to where my room was. They started since 8pm and carried on till 3pm. That s only ine night. The rest i had a pleasant stay. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. My room had a balcony where i could enjoy freah air in summer evenings.

The location is a bit away from innsbruck but i found it enjoyable commuting to town seeing nice view along the way. Around 15-20 minutes by bus varied by weekends and weekdays bus schedule. The bus time is very precisely reliable.

The hotel looks beautiful and the breakfast was good. The main plus of this hotel is the service. The people at the reception were very nice, spoke English very well and were extremely helpful suggesting sites to visit. They provide free bus tickets to Innsbruck which was great for us. Innsbruck is beautiful and highly recommended. The only problem with our room was the shower. It was flooding and although we asked to fix it after our first night, it was still clogged on the second day so it was very difficult to take a shower without flooding the all bathroom. The glass door for the bathroom that included the shower and the toilet was also problematic. You cannot close it properly and you really don’t have any privacy when using the toilet. If we didn’t have those problems I would highly recommend this hotel but having problems with the shower when 5 people is using it, was definitely a major minus. Lucky for us that we stayed only two nights.

Great Hotel to Explore Innsbruck

Had a great stay here:
- Very friendly staff
- Clean room
- Great breakfast
- Check in and check out was easy
- Good shower
- Kettle in room and good drinking water straight from the tap
- Great advice from staff concerning activities / sightseeing. Local tourist office is also next door to the hotel - lots of maps / brochures
- Only about 15 mins from town via bus. The hotel gives you a Guest card which acts as your free bus ticket to and from town for your entire visit. Hotel is located 50 yards from bus stop on same side of the road.
- You can buy Innsbruck Card at the hotel - highly recommended to save on local attractions / cable cars.
- Could go back at different times of the year for different experiences - hiking in summer and Christmas markets / skiing in winter.

Fantastic little hotel in a great location.

The hotel is in a great little village up in the mountains and caters to the ski crowd. I was there in summer and got to enjoy a great atmosphere without too many people and incredible views of the beautiful alps around Innsbruck. The hotel is very rustic with a b&b type of vibe or a boarding house. Lots of wood and little areas to relax. Quite unique and beautiful. The breakfast spread was excellent and tasty and the staff very friendly. Especially the lady at reception who could not do enough to make me feel welcome in an already friendly city. She was wonderful and understands the concept of customer service. I would definately stay there again.

Situated at the bottom of the mountain, cable car in walking distance, 15 minutes into Innsbruck, bus stop just up the road. Best of both worlds, city just down the road, mountains in walking distance. Hotel staff very welcoming, bed very comfortable, breakfast enjoyable. Bar next door , excellent food and drink. Great small hotel!!

Wonderful hotel with really nice rooms! They upgraded our room with a covered porch w/ spa tub, and a separate room for the kids!! Breakfast had lots of options in a nice room! The staff and owner were really helpful with finding parking in Innsbruck, and finding kid friendly things to do nearby!!! Large room with a decent view, about 8 minutes from downtown Innsbruck.

Warm welcome from owner. Made us feel very comfortable throughout stay, as if we were personal friends. Hotel has all modern conveniences, new and extremely clean. Decor is eclectic and whimsical done very tastefully. Breakfast spread incredible and served in beautiful sunlit room. Grea coffee machine. Free parking and wifi that actually worked in our room, which has been rare during past two weeks! Six minutes to Innsbruck but felt a world away. Definitely would stay again!! Perfect!!

Alp Art Hotel, Jan 2015

We went skiing in the Innsbruck area, but before our arrival at the hotel Alp Art we had no idea about what what we were going to do to get on the slopes (lessons, ski equipment, ski passes, getting to the slopes etc) . We got to the hotel too early and were still welcomed in. Within an hour our ski holiday had been practically organised for us. The hotel staff were extremely helpful from the start. The hotel is quaint and homely, and a nice environment...we make good use of the sauna, steam room and infra red room after a day of skiing! Only negative is that we paid for a double room but it was actually two single mattresses put together (not the same really).

Cute Hotel with Spectacular Views and Great Staff!

My husband and I stayed here for part of our trip for our 10 year anniversary. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and all spoke excellent English. They helped us make reservations, gave us directions, and recommendations to restaurants. We had some of the best food in Austria at one of the restaurants we ate at in the town.. Great selection for breakfast. Everything is very charming!! We hope to make it back again one day and would definitely stay at this hotel again!!

Lovely classic Tyrolean family hotel

The Alp Art hotel is just my type of hotel . Small , cosy , relaxed , and lovely staff , who within the informal relaxed atmosphere never the less deal with all ones needs . The family who own and run the hotel are lovely and have managed to create a lovely balance between relaxed informality and professional service . The village of Gotzen is near various skiing slopes and is surrounded by beautiful scenery .

Rather than stay in Innsbruck we chose this hotel just outside of town--about a 10 minute drive. The place is located in a small town that has a grocery store and bakery a short walk away. Breakfast was a large spread of food in their upstairs with large windows that look out to the mountains and hills.

Disappointed barely two star hotel.

Booked this hotel on the outskirts of Innsbruck on the strength of their excellent reviews which we're sorry we can't verify. Art is in the eye of the beholder and whilst we appreciate quirky we found our room was cluttered, tired and shabby. The shower head was broken and leaking water. The towels were very small, very thin and rough. The bottom sheets on the bed were balled and pillows inadequate however the top doona cover was quite good quality. The ground floor room is obviously not one to pick. May be family zone as toys, car seats etc in passageway.
The breakfast appeared extensive but would have preferred less and fresher.

Fresh Mountain Air - incredible sights

We stayed at Alp Art Hotel as an overnight stop on a longer journey. We had a very nice and relaxing evening - staff was friendly and services oriented. No restaurant at the hotel so we were recommended a few in the area and the one we chose was excellent - especially as they had animals that the kids could pet. We stayed in the family suite which was more than enough room fora family of six. Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious and amazing view of the mountains. The only problem I have is that noise from the road just outside the hotel - there was \"traffic\" all night long. Regardless, the stay was great.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Stayed in the suite room which was spacious for 4 people.

Only disappointment were the very old and rough towels, as well as the jaccouzi not quite as good as expected. Breakfast was okay.

Delightful Experience

Our rooms were not yet clean when we arrived, but they offered us some beverages and we relaxed on the back patio until the rooms were ready. They also provided us with a map of the local area and recommended some attractions/restaurants that were very enjoyable. The hotel and rooms had a lot of character, which is just what we were looking for. Also, the hotel is VERY kid friendly--lots of toys and even a ball pit to play in. Though we chose the hotel because of its location along our route of travel, the worst thing I could say about our stay is that the main road through town is well traveled throughout the night. It didn't keep us awake all night, we were just surprised at the steady traffic that passed at 11pm. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and plentiful. Upon checkout, they gave us homemade soap to take as a gift. Great experience! We would definitely stay again!

The room beautiful, very well arranged. The location is practical, just outside of Innsbruck. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choice. There was even sparkling wine.

Beautiful hotel in a superb location - special.

Beautiful location with splendid mpuntain views from our room and the breakfast room. Relaxed but attentive staff. Great breakfasts. The room was wonderful with whirlpool bath, beautiful shower, loads of room and storage space. Unusual decor whihc made it feel really special. Couldn't have got half of this in the UK for the price. Only shame was that the bar was often closed give that it was the \"shoulder season\".

I loved the Alp Art Hotel. It was exactly what I was looking for -- I literally started hiking by leaving the hotel, didn't have to cab / bus to an entry point to the higher elevation. Also, an easy busride into Innsbruck, and on weekends they have a late bus, so you can stay out late. The staff was very helpful and friendly in helping me find everything I needed, even spending some extra time in showing me the local map in detail. I will definitely stay here again if I find myself in Tyrol!

WOW This place is amazing! A must visit

We decided to stay here overnight on our way from Italy through to Germany after reading the great reviews. I had high expectations after so many positive reviews and the hotel did not dissapoint. It is situated in a pretty little town not far from Innsbruck, we travelled by car so only a few minutes down the road with designated parking. I am sure getting there on public transport would be easy too as 100m away there was a busy bus station in the heart of town. The room we stayed in, a Lizium, had great views and was 1 of the biggest hotel rooms I have stayed in. The spa (we did not have time to use it) overlooked the hills! We walked down the road to a great spot for dinner with authentic local food, and also had a great walk around the country side and up to the ski lift (not operating in the summer months) but a great spot to look at the hills surrounding the town. We have made another reservation to head back after such a great stay, cutting short our planned stay in Salsburg, this hotel impressed us that much. Dont take my word for it, go and check it out!

GREAT, REALLY !

Everything was perfect. Great place. Very warm welcome, and all the explanations for places to visit. Next door is an Information Center. Breakfast will feed you for the day. Bus nearby to go to Innsbruck without having to find a parking (expensive). When we go back to Innsbruck, this is THE place we will go for sure.

I was disappointed that our first room was not air-conditioned; we got little sleep the first night because of road noise. The hotel moved us to an air-conditioned room that was very lovely. The first room also barely had enough room to walk around and not room for our luggage; the second room was very large and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with variety.

Alp Art Hotel - Highly Recommended.

On arrival we were given an upgraded room which was an unexpected surprise.

The staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

The breakfast was excellent and included sparkling wine each morning, excellent.

We were given a great amount of advice and help in choosing places to visit and at the end of our trip we were booked in to our flights from reception.

Hotel also included wiFi. Overall one of the best stays we have had. Highly recommended.

beautiful hotel with wonderful services

The hotel is tastefully decorated with antiques in local Alp style, with nice touches such as in-room Jacuzzi and outdoor terrace (with giant chess set which our children are very fond of). The view is beautiful with mountains in the background, and the rooms are bigger than usual hotel rooms with sitting area. It’s only about 10 minutes drive from center of Innsbruck. Most of all, the staffs (Donette and Nicole) are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They have answers to all our questions about local sites and attractions, and went out of their way to provide ice-bags, etc. when my wife hurt her ankle. We can’t be happier with the choice, and will definitely come back if we’re in the area again in the future.

simply breathtaking!

Our stay was beautiful from start to finish! the rooms are each unique and pretty. The views from our room were spectacular. The breakfast was spectacular- champagne and caviar,no less- eaten in their gorgeous dining room complete with sun roof.. An experience fit for royalty. But the real star was the service; Donata was so warm & helpful, helping us in practically every aspect of our stay, from transport to outdoor activities. Thank you so much-we can't wait to come back!

Outstanding hotel comparing to the price.

The hotel is really something! Imagine family business that tries to be 5 stars hotel! They are not 5 stars hotel, but the fealing the breakfast, the tretment of the personnel, and some other things are feel like 5 star hotel! I will definitely recommend to stay there if it is on your way! It was amazing, and by the way they have sauna there so don't be shy and use it! :)

It was the best time of our entire stay in Austria indeed! Would like to mention that the owner is a very sweet lady, we got an upgrade and lovely food that was made specially for us since we are vegetarians. Breakfast was very nice. wow-what a fabulous experience and at a good price

ALP Arts was the creme de la creme of our hotel stays while we traveled a month throughout Europe. The staff was superb. We arrived later than expected and they greeted us warmly with a complimentary drink. The room was fantastic. It was spacious,beautifully decorated and with a Jacuzzi in the room. In the morning, the staff called and asked if we would like breakfast after the nomal closing time because of our late arrival. This too was complimentary service. It was the royal treatment. We almost hated to go on to our next destination.

I visited with my family and we were all very pleased with the hotel. It has a great modern feel but at the same time maintains the authentic austrian alps vibe we were looking for (certainly a difficult balance to achieve so well). The hotel staff was very outgoing, they were very friendly, and very nice. The hotel bar is also very unique. Overall, we had a great experience.

Great find and very reasonably priced!!

My husband and I stayed one night for a ski weekend. It was a wonderful treat and very close to the ski slopes. Very friendly greeting when we arrived, an upgrade to our room, which was beautiful with modern amenities but a bit of an Austrian feel. We had a wonderful 4 course dinner that was very reasonably priced and were given 2 free drink coupons for the bar!

Breakfast in the morning had a nice selection.

Very Nice Hotel

This hotel was very nice and an excellent value for the price paid. The view out the door and from the balcony was great - full view of Innsbruck and the Alps. The room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was great and the staff was helpful and spoke very good English for a dummy like me who only knows 10 words of German! It is a bit of a drive from Innsbruck, but that means it is a bit quieter and less expensive, and it was easy to drive into Innsbruck since I had a car and a GPS.

Excellent choice for Innsbruck!

This hotel provided anamzing personalized service. The front desk staff was very helpful, and it is a 10 minute bus ride into Innsbruck. This hotel is highly reccommended for its unique enviroment, its friendly service and proximity to Innsbruck! Beautiful views lovely for a romantic trip or with friends and great to keep in touch with the free internet. We loved the champagne at the breakfast.

Good Hotel 20 minutes Outside of Innsbruck

Summer trip, the public bus is decent and runs from Innsbruck to Goetzen every half hour. The stop is 200 feet from the hotel but there are no street signs. Great Views. Nice laborous hikes in the Alps nearby. Restaurant next to Hotel is good. Swimming pool is free and big but is 2 miles away (we walked it both ways for fun). Hotel is adorable, clean and well decorated. Fine for couples and families. I saw a large kids room too. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was ample. Place must be great in the winter near ski lifts etc. It's not in Innsbruck, but I would return if I was back in the area.

great little out of the way place.

This is a great hotel in Gotzens, Austria, just a 12 minute bus ride from Innsbruck. My boyfriend and I just stayed 2 nights 8/11 and had a welcoming reception and a hotel room with balcony that overlooked the Alps. During our 2 weeks Europe, these were the only 2 days of rain, so we spent quite a bit of time in the room, which was small, but comfortable. The reception provided us with several options of indoor activities and umbrellas if we wanted to venture into the rain. Without the rain, it would have been ideal for hiking and exploring the alps. We did manage to get out for a few walks, but nothing major. We will have to plan to return for that, and I would stay at the Alp Art hotel again.
My boyfriend and i caught the bus from Innsbruck train station to Gotzens. After the big climb up the hill we passed the hotel and got off in the one stop in town. Overall, it was very easy to find and the bus was very conveniently located to go back into Innsbruck old town center.

Quaint location - beautiful surroundings

My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way to Italy. The hotel was beautiful - so many things to look at. The receptionist spoke English very well and was very helpful in suggesting a nearby place for dinner. Breakfast was delicious as was the room it was served in. Parking and internet were free and always appreciated. We would stay here again for sure!

We used this as a stop over hotel on a journey south.
It was fairly close to main route and easy to find. Very good bus service into Innsbruck to see sights, very peacful location for a good nights sleep before continuing journey. All comforts - bubble bath on balcony, chocolates on pillow, champagne on buffet breakfast, not usually included in a hotel at this reasonable rate.

Europe's friendliest hotel staff

We thoroughly enjoyed our three days at the Alp Art Hotel The staff at Alp Art Hotel was without question the most welcoming and couldn't have been more friendly. We felt as though we were staying more at the owner's home rather than at a hotel. The manager and daughter of the owners allowed us (2 families of 4) use of their family room for a picnic dinner and evening of games. Giving us access to their kitchen and facilities. We absolutely felt right at home at this hotel.
Located about 20 minutes from Innsbruck, the efficient bus system makes the city sights within easy reach.. And the neighborhood and restaurants provide an authentic Austrian life experience. Be sure to take a walk around the vilage. Just lovely.
The rooms (family suites) are very quaint and decorated in Tyrolian decor. They are spotless and have incredible views from every window. Our suite had 3 balconies -all with stunning views of the nearby Alps.
Breakfast was the best we had in Europe with jaw-dropping views of the Alps as you savor their Latte. What a way to begin the morning in Austria.
We just thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Alp Art. Hated to leave their company and their neighborhood. All 8 of us in our party loved this hotel and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else upon our next Innsbruck visit. We highly recommend it.

Hotel near Innsbruck

We had an excellent stay and would return again. The service was excellent and the service staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. My only complaint is that the pullout bed that my daughter slept on was uncomfortable and the bathroom door was made of sliding glass. Although the door fir the whole motif it was clumsy and noisy when trying not to wake others if you needed to use bathroom.

Good location if you are driving. Excellent restaurant next door, Bini's. Nice shower, nice breakfast buffet. Pretty view of the mountains. Elevator too. Good Internet service in room. The desk staff, Donatella, was extremely helpful and friendly.

Unique Hotel

This hotel is wonderful and quirky, the service was excellent, when our shower broke we were put in a better room straight away.
The owners were very helpful in directing us to the best way to get around Innsbruck. The hotel has a tourist information center on the ground floor which bus tickets and the bus stops 100 yards down the road.
We went in June so very quiet and peaceful, I suspect in the winter for ski-ing it is a hive of activity, the lounge/bar area is amazing and the breakfast room is quite something, the whole hotel has to be seen to be believed.
Please try and visit the village church it is breathtaking inside.

Alp Art Hotel, near Innsbruck Austria

This is a small hotel in a small suburb of Innsbruck, but perfect for our trip. It was easy to get to, free parking, wonderful free breakfast and a gorgeous view. The view from the window was of the Alps and a beautiful onion domed church, which did ring bells starting at 6am. All in all, I would definitely return there for another stay.

This is a very nice small, clean friendly, family owned hotel. I really enjoyed my stay there and I spend 200+ nights a year in hotels.
Free and fast internet, free breakfast, close to grocery store and pub, what more could you ask for? OK then, YES my room had a Jacuzzi tub that had a great view of the ALPS. The staff are great! Stay here, you will like it!

Would love to go back again.

The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. The only slight complaint was that the mattress on one of the beds was a bit lumpy but apart from that the hotel was excellent - very clean and interesting - traditional yet modern. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a City Break in Innsbruck but wants to be outside the hussle and bussle of a city and have great views of the mountains. It was also very close to a small and very quiet ski area.

A very welcoming atmosphere, great service, professional staff( not only friendly but also very qualified, offered great sugestions in terms of places to see and accessing them). Food and accomodation was by far one of the best I have experienced in my trip this year( I have stayed at hotels ranking from 3 to 5 stars in Italy, France, Austria and Germany) and I only regret the short stay. Quirky but good value

Hotel was very quirky, modern exterior hiding oldy worldy interior public rooms and bedroom, but was both amusing and charming, with great views. Good choice of breakfast, including plenty of healthy options. If you have a car and don't mind staying a few miles' pleasant drive outside Innsbruck, then this hotel offers great value.

Alp Art Hotel is a real work of art

This is a great place, it lives up to its name, it is filled with art, artful crafts, quaint and interesting furnishings, and all mixed into very modern facilities. This includes an elevator which guests can access directly from the parking area. Why don't other hotels think of this? You couldn't ask for more lovely views in a quiet environment. The room was so comfortable, I wished I could have stayed another night or two, at least. The breakfast qualifies for a review of its own, easily the best breakfast of a three week holiday! It's not just a work of art, it's a work of some caring people who've created quite a marvelous place.

Alpine hotel, short drive to Innsbruck

Hotel had a mixture of trendy/alpine/new age decor/feel. Room was pretty small, but had what we were looking for. There is a gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains from the hotel; there was a communal deck off our room that we could go out and look at the scenery. One of the highlights of the hotel was the breakfast buffet which included meats, cheeses, champagne, juices, fruits, and cakes.
Hotel is near some restaurants but many were closed on Sunday evening. Drove in so don't know how difficult it is to take public transit into Innsbruck. A good, relatively inexpensive option to visit Innsbruck. Parking in Innsbruck was not too bad.
