Very nice and helpful staff and amenities (lounges, garden, bar/restaurant, prosecco, tea, fruit, candy, chocolate at desk). In a nice location between the train station and the downtown. We didn't do the Innsbrucker card because we booked thing in advance but they could help with that. Very nice place to spend a quick night of our honeymoon - we loved the whole city and it's experiences(Nordkette and alswarovski).

Edgy hotel decor, but great service. Stunning views from the room and balcony. Room was small, but well planned. Clean & comfy. Staff were great, with little extras like small cups of tea on arrival, candies, apples. Only negative was the dim bathroom entirely in mini green tiles.

Great welcome and excellent service throughout. The hotel is well located to be able to walk to the old town or to the station (or the bus is nearby). The room was fairly compact but big enough and the bed was very comfortable. We were there on Sunday so tried the brunch which had a good selection and used local ingredients.

Individuell in many ways - a very happy hotel!

This hotel is exceptional. Everything about it is designed to make (and keep) you happy. And it works! From the friendly welcome, easy directions to parking, beautiful decor, free drinks in reception, large room with balcony, fridge and Dyson fan, chilled garden, honesty bar and roof terrace, gym, free welcome card offering free bus and cycle hire...... even the stairs were enjoyable to walk down and the cleaners happy to encounter you! Location exceptional also, in beautiful Innsbruck. An amazing stay - will definitely choose Nala again!

I've read reviews here and on other platforms and the word \"quirky\" comes up a lot, and I agree. We rented two rooms for our family of six. We were given two cottages and loved them. It was a unique experience staying here. I especially loved my cubby-like bed, and the bedding was extra comfy. The cottages are hidden in foliage, giving them an extra cozier feeling. We slept quite well since the property was quiet the entire night. The location is convenient. We were able to walk to the historical places, shopping, and dining locations within 15 minutes or less. I was only sad we couldn't stay longer because it became one of my favorite hotels.

Modern hotel with novel customer service approach

Excellent hôtel. Pleasant common backyard around a little pond and fountain; self service drinks (including beer and a couple other spirits, plus non-alco); common terrace over the backyard, simple spa underground with a small infra red cabin (doesn’t work nearly as strong as sauna but serves for chill time at late hours), good smiley staff, parking solution, good location. Comfort and style to date; all great.

I was blown away by how good my stay here was. The staff were so friendly and helpful - going above and beyond to help us out when they could. The room we had was great and had everything we expected included. We booked a cinema room and the tv/setup was great - the only downside was being restricted to Apple TV as it wasn't as accessible as it could be for things like YouTube or Prime Video.

Being set up with a Welcome to Innsbruck card was great for us and almost everything was nearby. Breakfast was amazing (although maybe a little pricey), and the on-site facilities like the self-serve bar and rooftop veranda were excellent touches that you don't see in many hotels.


I didn't use the downstairs facilities like the media room so I can't speak to those, but I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Innsbruck.

Wonderful peaceful haven

The hotel was perfect. Excellent staff, a great location just a little away from the tourist bustle with a wonderful garden and roof terrace for peaceful relaxation, and lovely extras like a free drink on arrival and chocolate when you left. The room was well appointed, very quiet and with great air con and shutters for the hot weather. The breakfast was totally worth the cost: a great spread you could enjoy in the garden to the sound of the birds and the trickling fountain. There were lovely quirky decorative touches throughout too. We hope to be back again.

A magical place in Innsbruck

This is one of the most unique and wonderful hotel stays I've had. The staff were wonderful and the garden was beautiful and peaceful. I would highly recommend the breakfast; the quality of the food exceeded all expectations and the variety of options was extensive. This was a nice property but our room smelled like cat urine. The hotel tried to say it was cleaning products and brought a perfume spray to try and mask it. Fortunately we only had to spend one night. The mattress we slept on was uncomfortable and would have been intolerable for more than one night. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

great location, staff and small touches!

Spent 3 nights at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect for getting around and is walkable to everywhere!

On arrival the welcome drinks were great addition along with the guest cards that provide free transport and chocolate on departure!! Super friendly and helpful staff.

We had a double room, 405. The bed is quite high and against the wall which is quite annoying with moving around. The mattress was a little firm however the two separate duvets was a good touch.

The main issue with this hotel is that the room was boiling. It was around -1 outside but as there is no air con the room was so humid and hot we had to sleep with the window wide open which I didn’t feel particularly comfortable with.
We also lost electricity a couple of times of two of the nights we were there, causing the electric to come on and off during the night waking us which is quite annoying.
However on telling staff at 7am when there was soon to be reflection staff the issue was fixed promptly.

On arrival at NALA, the friendly staff offered us complimentary prosecco and 2 free welcome cards, a scheme which gives you free transport on tram services and most local buses. Also gets you discounted entry to some attractions.

Our room (505) was immaculate, quirky, spacious and the bed was so comfy. Mountain views from the bed and living room made it extra special.
We didn't have breakfast there during our stay but noticed it was a popular choice with other guests.
Just a minute or two walk from bus and tram stops, 10 minutes walk to the main centre or 15 mins to the train station.
Great value for money, would definitely recommend NALA. We stayed 4 nights at end of January.

Super check in. Snazzy room! Our only two small complaints were the room was very bright from outside lighting. And there was a persistent scratching sound coming from the ceiling areas off and on while we’re were trying to sleep. Maybe it was creaking pipes?

The amazing NALA hotel 😉

It was indeed a great experience our stay at NALA... Attentive service with some courtesies during our stay there, Comfortable and functional room, in addition to having a safe. We didn't have breakfast. But it was our choice, but they offer it. Room services grade 10. Very clean and airy environment. The view from the window of our room overlooks the Alps, which were incredibly beautiful because of the snow.
Overall, the hotel staff is very efficient and helpful. I loved having chosen the NALA HOTEL to have this incredible experience in Austria.
