The hotel is located in a calm area about 10 minutes' walk from the city centre and close to many interesting spots like the Tivoli Neu stadium, Bergisel Ski Jump and City Park. This casual lifestyle hotel and youth hostel offers the flair and comfort of a modern designer hotel, as well as the charm of this centrally located family business in Innsbruck.

We stayed for one night before taking the ferry over to Norway. The place was lovely but the two sofa beds were very firm so it was difficult to get comfortable enough to sleep.
There were no trash receptacles so we had to find a plastic bag to use
The beach was incredible so because of that we would stay here again.

Great location, but everything is DIY or pay

The location is wonderful. The place nickels and dimes you for everything, even dishwasher tablets. There is also only a curtain to separate the bunk bed room from the rest of the apartment.

If you want to be close to a great beach, then this hotel is only 300 metres away, we could see and hear the waves. Overall it was good, however we went over the Christmas period and the hotel was almost closed, the reception was only open between 9am and 11am and the internet was not working and nobody got around to fixing it and the pool was closed. I am sure in the summer the facilities are more available.

It is situated in a residential area out side town, which is great if travelling by car. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And we enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

Great location next to the North Sea. The apartments are lovely - with comfortable and quality furniture. The pillows could be a lot better but that's my only complaint. We will definitely be coming back for another stay!

Perfekt för familjesemester nära havet

Trevlig semesterkomplex vid havet och en fantastisk strand. Välutrustad lägenhet med allt man behöver. Vi tog med egna lakan och handdukar och gjorde egen frukost (matbutik SPAR finns i närheten några hundra meter bort). Går annars att hyra lakan och handdukar och köpa till frukost. Ta med egen kudde om du vill ha det bekvämt. Kuddarna var enormt stora och höga. Mycket aktivitet för barnen, aktivitetsrum med pingis, spel mm. Inomhuspool, tennisbana, minigolf, fotbollsmål. Rent och snyggt!!

Nice location but rooms need an update

The sleeping sofa was not flat. It was leaning outwards and thus challenging to sleep on. The so called sleeping sofa seemed to be a DIY work by the staff. Thus the quality of the beds were bad.

We founds bugs in the bathroom, probably coming from the drains, two of three days. No aircondition in the room made indoor climate moisture.

One of the electric sockets were impossible to use because it was only a centimeter from a heater.

Nice location and very close to the sea!

To voksne og to piger på 9-10 på deres første fælles tur til smukke Tannishus og Tannisbugtvej/strand. Dejligt sted. Pæne omgivelser. Indkøbsmuligheder 500-700 meter væk. Pigerne var specielt glade for poolen, der dog havde en dybe på 1,60 meter. Det er et rigtig dejligt sted og vi kunne godt se os alle fire komme igen. 25-30 minutter i bil fra Skagen.

Huoneisto oli siisti ja sijainti rauhallinen. Meillä ei ollut juuri maisemaa, pusikkoa sisäänkäyntiä vastapäätä. Ei haitannut, meren kohina kuului mukavasti. Keittiö oli pieni, mutta pärjättiin. Ei sänkyä, kaksi vuodesohvaa, mutta yllättävän hyvät nukkua. Lyhyt matka rantaan ja oikein hyvään Spar-kauppaan. Ravintolan palveluita ei käytetty. Menisin toistekin, hyvä hinta-laatusuhde!

Fint boende vid havet.

Det var en varm lgh en kylig sommardag, inte så bekväma sängar tyvärr. All utrustning fanns, undvek att använda köket då all disk/kaffekannan inte var diskad ordentligt. Inte så ovanligt att det är så. Stannade bara en natt. Fint läge vid havet, trevlig personal. Lugnt. Hade gärna haft mer städgrejer, tex handskar och rengöringsmedel.

Terrible. Stay for that price

In general, it's a quite nice place for Long stay with kids but not for the short trips. I was surprised they rent for one day. This is not Hotel. They even don't offer any towels or sheets. If you are coming for one day what you supposed to do we was quite surprised. Then we don't have how to make our bets and how to take a shower. If you don't have towels and reception is closed. This is guest house not Hotel. Do not rent this one for one day .

Der direkte Weg zum Meer war großartig und auch der Poolbereich,einfach toll. Der Spielplatz und die Minigolfanlage waren schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Toll war es, dass das Zimmer direkt am Spielplatz war. Das Zimmer selbst, könnte man aber uhrig nennen,es war schon sehr eng.Beide Schlafsofas konnte man nicht ausklappen.Orgendwas stand immer im Weg. Für 2 Nächte war es in Ordnung. Restaurants haben etwas gefehlt aber vielleicht auch nur für unseren Geschmack. Das Personal war toll und nett.

Die Lage ist super,das Meer ist quasi um die Ecke.Ein und Auschecken waren unkompliziert,Personal sehr freundlich.
Das Apartment verfügt über eine tolle Küche ,ein großes Bad ,einen Essbereich und einen Fernseh.Außerden befanden sich zwei Sofas im Raum,wobei ich erstmals eines davon als Bett umbauen musste,das für mich sehr schwer war.
(BANDSCHEIBE)Musste in der Nacht feststellen ,das es nicht bequem war.Leider waren auch alle Stecker aller Lampen und dem Fernsehgerät draußen(hätte damit keine Probleme gehabt aber es standen überall Möbel direkt davor ,es war sehr eng .Für mich war es sehr ärgerlich und mega anstrengend. Kann mann doch vorbereiten, wenn Gäste ankommen, die zwei Wandleuchten am (Bett)gingen auch mit Stecker nicht.
Noch ein Tipp an die Rezeption, fragt den Gast gleich, ob er Bettwäsche und Handtücher dabei hat,dann könnte man ihm das sofort mitgeben und ihn nicht nochmal kommen lassen.
Ich habe es sowieso niergendwo erlesen können,ab welche Kategorie des Zimmers,die Betten fertig bezogen sind.
Habe ich wohl überlesen.

Utmärkt lägenhetshotell med bra restaurang

Bra städat och fin lgh, dock kunde bäddsofforna vara lite bekvämare. Restaurangen på Tannishus erbjuder väldigt god mat för både avhämtning och för att avnjuta i restaurangen. Mycket trevlig personal överlag på hotellet. Vi åkte på mycket utflykter i närområdet då det fanns mycket att se, jag rekommenderar särskilt Skagen och Råbjerg Mile.

Et dejligt sted at holde ferie - også for hunden. Dog vil det være en kæmpe forbedring, hvis terrasserne bliver lukket helt af, så man ikke behøver at have hunden i snor, når man sidder ude og nyder det gode vejr. Også af hensyn til forbi passerende, som kan blive meget forskrækkede
God mad i restauranten, som også kan fås som take away - ligesom morgenmaden.
Lejlighederne er ikke ret store, men der er, hvad der skal være.

Tannishus, hvis du ønsker sol, hus og strand

Boede i komplekset Hubertus på 1. sal med kik til havet. En dejlig stor lejlighed med lukket sydvendt altan og opholdssted foran, så rig lejlighed til at følge solen rundt.
Dejlig restaurant, hvor der også var mulighed for at købe varme retter som selvhent, som vi prøvede den ene dag, og som var lige til at spise med det samme som arm mad.

Vår familj hade härliga avkopplande dagar. Nära till fin badstrand. Vi hade ingen tur med vädret så vi uppskattade att kunna bada i poolen och njuta av värmen i bastun.

Tæt på strand.

Der er hav udsigt fra vores værelse og fra en del af de andre lejligheder. Ganske kort vej til strand 5 min. På vejen møder man 3 ishuse /grill. Perfekt og dejligt sted. Man kan vælge at passe sig selv men kan også vælge at tilkøbe det hele.

Manglende klargjøring av rom

Resepsjonen var stengt ved ankomst, det manglet info fra hotellet, samt at rommet var ikke klargjort for 4 gjester, selv om vi hadde gitt beskjed om sen ankomst. Må leie sengetøy. De har god elbil lader på stedet, som er rimeligere enn lading i Norge. Rommene er litt trange for 4 personer

En kold ferie i januar

Det var jo et lidt koldt ophold her først i januar. Det vidste vi jo godt, men med høj sol og stille vejr var det fint til lange ture langs stranden.
Desværre var der jo ingen bemanding eller service, da vi kom, det vidste vi, men vi regnede med at nøglerne var lagt ud. Det var de så ikke, så vi måtte gå en ekstra tur i byen, hvor det eneste, der holder åbent på sådan en søndag er Spar købmanden og kirken.
Lejligheden var ok og varm, men der var ikke varmt vand. Vi havde håbet på at få en lejlighed ovenpå med lidt udsigt, men det skulle man nok have bestilt på forhånd.

Perfekt för familj

Perfekt boende för oss som familj. Fin lägenhet, och ett plus för att smågrejer fanns som disktabletter, kaffefilter, diskmedel. Barnen älskade poolen. Fantastisk strand precis nedanför. Bra restaurang. Minigolfbanan var kul, men lite sliten. Aktivitetsrummet hade gratis pingis, andra spel såsom biljard kostade tio kr. Allt som allt är vi väldigt nöjda och kommer gärna tillbaka.

Vi fik en fin modtagelse i receptionen. Alle var meget imødekommende. Vi syntes at værelserne er meget slidte og gammeldags. Alt virker slidt på stedet, selve lejligheden, var slidt og gammel, sengene var gamle og møbler gamle- alt i alt ikke noget man havde armene over hovedet.
