Some people may like the hotel...

The staff were friendly. I didn't like getting a phone call asking if I wanted to book dinner the week before. Also the plug in the bathroom didn't work and 30 minutes before check out the key card did not work. The shower is in front of the toliet without a door which I am not a fan. Maybe put a picture of that in the details. Also the clear glass bathroom door with the hole to open not a fan. The room was also very hot. Would I stay again.... probably not BUT for people who like outdoors and family this maybe nice for them. The village down the street, the people were very very friendly.

Et besøg værd

Opholdet var rigtig godt, og vi kommer der gerne en anden gang. Et spændende sted også med mulighed for vandre og cykelture. Afløbet fra bruseren var stoppet, og vandet løb på hele gulvet. Vi påtalte det 3 gange, man lovede at få det ordnet. Håber det er ok for de næste besøgende.

Relaxing after a hard days work

With Eindhoven, the dutch techno hub, being just a few minutes drive away, I choose Kapellerput on a frequent basis.
In the middle of quite nature, the mindful staff at the Hotel and a refreshing choice of furniture and design, I find a perfect work-stay balance.

What a lovely setting and beautiful facility! Only draw-back: conference and corporate clients clearly get priority. Also, our room was on the courtyard, and being a summer night, we had to have the window open. It was very noisy, until we called the front desk at 12:40a.m. Check-out time of 9:00a.m. Is way too early.

Very Interesting Arty Hotel

Only passing through on our way through the Netherlands, but Hotel Kapellerput was a great place to spend and evening and morning. Wish we had more time to experience all it had to offer. Love the art work

Voor eerst een mindere ervaring

Kapellerput is een prachtig hotel in een prachtige natuuromgeving. Ideaal als uitgangspunt om te wandelen of fietsen en helemaal tot rust te komen. Dit was ons derde bezoek in zes jaar tijd. Eerste keer dat het qua kamer echt tegenviel. Er was een zeer lage bezetting en toch zaten we met mensen naast en boven ons. De mensen naast ons waren redelijk luidruchtig in de aanpalende badkamer zowel 's avonds als 's morgens vroeg. Ook boven ons werd er geroepen. Wij kwamen voor de rust maar die werd ons niet echt gegund. Ook het hoofdkussen viel tegen -eerder voor rugslapers- waardoor ik met nekpijn opstond. Verder was de kamer echt niet schoon, de bedwand, zelfs de kleerkast vol vieze vlekken, haren in de badkamer,voegsel van de tegels in de badkamer geel ipv wit en zelfs een spinnenweb met spin aan de waterkoker. Weinig controle op hygiëne denk ik dan. Jammer voor deze keer, hopelijk volgende keer wel weer tevreden.

Mooi maar vochtig in de kamer

Op zich mooie kamer maar wel vochtig. Buiten was het warm en klam. Binnenklimaat van de kamer daardoor erg vochtig. Te weinig klimaatbehandeling. Daardoor ook klamme nacht.

Nice environment, good food, great breakfast. The beds are very comfortable. The only drawback is the bedroom layout with the toilet and shower in different compartments, each with open glass doors, leaving little room for privacy. So for conferences where everyone gets separate rooms I am sure it is really fine, but for couples, maybe not so suitable.

De kwaliteit/prijs verhouding is niet goed voor de kamer. Verouderde badkamer met veel kalkvlekken en gele kitranden/voegen. Als dat opgeknapt wordt en alles krijgt een fris likje verf dan is het wel weer beter. Ontbijt voor 21 euro per persoon is bijzonder gemiddeld en saai.

Prima hotel met nette kamers en goede bedden.
Ontbijt is prima verzorgd en.locstie is schitterend.
Kamers zijn gehorig maar dit valt op door de stilte rondom het hotel en het is zeker niet hinderlijk.

Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig und die Lüftung im Bad läuft auch Nachts und ist im Schlafraum leider sehr deutlich zuhören. Für jemand der einen leichten schlaf hat, so wie wir kann das ein Problem sein. Frühstück war sehr teuer mit 17,50 EUR pro Person.

Hotel gedeelte gedateerd en erg summier.1 persoonskamer prijs/kwaliteit daardoor niet in verhouding. Overigens is het personneel uiterst snel, bekwaam en vriendelijk. We hebben de dag erna een workshop gevolgd en daar is alles prima voor elkaar!

Mooie locatie maar ontzettend gehorig

Locatie is erg mooi, personeel vriendelijk, maar waar een hotel voor bedoeld is, namelijk de overnachting laat hotel Kapellerput het volledig afweten. Het is er ongelofelijk gehorig!! Je hoort de buren snurken en precies op welk tijdstip de iPhone (dat zachte geluidje) op de oplader gaat.

I.p.v. een groot bed kregen we 2 eenpersoons beden. Het viel ons op dat er geen ligbad aanwezig was. Iets wat je niet verwacht voor een hotel met dergelijke prijs.

Ik zou hotel niet aanraden omdat het overnachten - primair doel van een hotel - een probleem kan zijn vanwege de slechte isolatie.

Warm met mooie kunst, maar zeker nog wat te leren\n

Een leuke binnenkomst bij het hotel, warm en uniek in haar uitstraling. Ook hing er een bericht dat ze genomineerd zijn als finalist; de verwachtingen lagen dus meteen hoog! Maar helaas...

Het maken van een kopje verse muntthee was iets te moeilijk en ook wachten op een uitsmijter duurde heel lang. Dan naar de kamer; best prima. Maar het bed was niet heel fijn en de badkamer klein en oubollig. In het restaurant was het rustig, maar daardoor raakten de vier medewerkers van de bediening de focus juist kwijt. Vieze glazen op tafel en vies bestek. Lekker dipjes bij het brood, maar geen idee wat het was! En dan de prijs/kwaliteit... veel te duur voor te weinig smaak (en te weinig keuze op de kaart).

Wat er prachtig uit zag op de site, en versterkt werd door een nominatie, heb ik zelf in de praktijk helaas niet ervaren. En de kern ligt voor mij toch écht in de punten die ik hierboven noem.. en niet in het (wél positieve) \"omhulsel\".
