The room is not maintained. It needs painting the air conditioning vents are very dirty and the toilet was constantly running water, a waste very unsustainable. The staff is not educated or well trained. The parking are itself is well laid out and surfaced by to enter from the road its a steep drop off, very dangerous for vehicles. The phones and TV in the entire property does not work, very poor in this modern day.

Less than 10 minute walk. Lots of food options just right outside your door. Will definitely stay here again.

No. The room was not ready when we checked in a 3:00 pm.
They assigned us another room and the air condition was to turned on so the room was very hot. The manager came turned it on and we waited outside for an hour before it cooled down.
It was not a welcome sight when we entered the hotel there was spied bed sheets and towels on the lobby floor.

Bed was very soft and comfortable.
The room did have a smell to it. Wasn't a horrible smell but it was noticeable. After i sprayed the smell was gone.
The bathroom was nice, however the shower and the sink was a disaster. The water leaked out every time i showered and the sink handle couldn't move back because it was installed too close to the wall. Which caused the water to come out very slow. The hair dryer stopped working.
The TV refused to turn on. I had to turn it on by hand and when it was time to turn it off, it refused to turn off. I had to unplug it.which is fine with me.
The air conditioner was very very cold which i love. The place was very quiet.the staff was super super nice. The location was a 10 min walk to the mullet beach. I would stay there again just different room

The staff was loud my room was on leave of the front desk and I could hear the talking. But the morning I went to the front desk to check out there was no one around to check me and another couple out. The evening before leaving I asked about airport shuttle they said yes the shuttle will be here to take you. There was no one at the desk neither a shuttle to take us to the airport. We both had 7am flights off the island. We had to scramble and call all these different taxis. Also the bathrooms needed to be cleaned much better the bath area look like mold or something . When talking showers the water would leak out on the floor. Not good. I do not recommend at all.

Stayed 3 nights — left early due to serious health and safety concerns.

We did not expect a luxury 5-star experience, but we did expect a safe and sanitary stay, which unfortunately was not provided.

Issues began at check-in. Despite having a reservation for two guests, we were given only one room key and informed that an additional key would cost $30, which felt unreasonable.

The most serious issue occurred around 4:00 AM, when I woke up to bed bugs actively biting me. This was not a single insect — there were adult and baby bed bugs present in the bed, on the walls, and on the floor surrounding the bed. Given the visibility and quantity, it raised serious concerns about a broader infestation.

When staff and management were notified, their response was extremely dismissive. There was no apology, no explanation, and no acknowledgment of the severity. Staff simply came to the room, confirmed the presence of the bugs, and told us to pack up and move rooms. There was no discussion of compensation, waiving fees, or refunds, despite the obvious health risk. We ultimately chose to leave the property altogether.

Additional issues:
•TVs did not work (we relied on personal devices)
•No hand soap in the bathroom dispenser
•Shower was poorly installed, resulting in water everywhere (as noted in other reviews)
•Bathroom finishes appeared worn, stained, and poorly maintained

While the WiFi was strong, it does not outweigh the serious sanitation and safety failures experience

Staff & people are wonderful, but pics imply beach access & pool( that would be false). Breakfast again is an extra charge which does not readily appear in the fine print. Nearest beach(public) is 20 minute hike down, then up hill. Because of pot holes & speed bumps, make sure your rental car has a good suspension. You will need it! Finding parking & traffic is a nightmare!

The check in staff did their best to be kind. The lobby was dusty and looked very untidy at checkin. The hotel room I was assigned was small felt like a jail with the very high and small windows. The soap dispenser in both the bathroom sink were and the shower were built into the wall and did not work. This together with the musty/dusty smell spoke loudly of poor maintenance. There was a bottle of body wash which you had to move back and forth from the shower and the bathroom sink. The AC was off when I entered the room and there was a very musty/stuffy smell. This did not ease as the AC started working. The bath towels were all shaped into swans but they were stained with what looked like dirt when I opened them. I was uncomfortable with the amount of hand contact it would have taken to roll the towels into that shape…from a hygiene perspective…but I had no option but to use the cleaner of the two towels. The toilet seat was not ‘swinging’ on the toilet bowl. All together, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I update them on activities I had planned and they told me the route or where they would rather recommend. They didn’t treat me as guests but rather as friends. People I knew from long time and we were reuniting. On my birthday I forgot her name but this amazing lady in charge of my room floor made me a drink , took pictures of me. Came to find out she was also a Leo. I really recommend this place. Anytime you can just walk up to the front desk and they drop everything to assist you.

The property is 3 stars for a reason. Its good for its intended purpose which is sleep and shower. However, if you want extra or clean towels you have to ask in the morning and they may “not have any”. If you want your room swept you also have to request it in the morning. Other than that the place was good and cheap. You definitely get what you pay for. Do not expect a room refresh without requesting it.

The only thing I'll rate well is the receptionist who's nice & helpful. Walking into the room, it was reeking from the caustic odor of chlorine. Phones in the rooms are there for \"decor\" & aren't intended to be working. No mini fridge; just a small 500ml bottle of Kirkland brand water (no cups). The shower and lavatory fixtures are askew, and when you shower, the water will run out & flood the bathroom, & run into the room if you do not notice quickly enough! The water pressure is good, though. This is a very, and I mean VERY, spartan hotel! Good luck if there is breakfast service, for it's not guaranteed. There is no coffee maker, microwave, or anything else to brew a beverage or heat water. The place is quiet, which is great because after an 8-hour trip, which started 02h00, I did need the sleep badly—I've been up for 2 days! I went to Carfour and bought a glass, knife, baguette, some cheese, some fruits, & a bottle of Alamos Malbec, and some cold cuts, which totalled $50... the baguette was stale. The roads in the neighborhood are more potholed than those in some of the most impovreshed countries I've visited in my decades of world travels. The lobby is clean. They include Internet service, but the cybersecurity is more sketchy than any place I've been, so, if you must, at least, use a reputable VPN service. The A/C in the room is quiet and effective, but not the bathroom fan. TV remote not working. This survey not allowing attaching photos.

The bed was comfortable. Came to check in at 3pm was there 30 mins before and there was no one at thw desk until 330pm. Got to the room and there was no toilet paper room was smelling very moldy and it was also dusty. The hallways were dirty as well. Welcome area dirty floors, bathroom dirty. Ladies always outside on sigarete break. Is like no one is following up with keeping the place presentable or clean. Its like its their home or backyard. Nobody comes take out garbage from the room during a 3 night stay. They took electricity and there was no back up generator. The wifi drops every 30 mins at least. If the people who you put as the face of your hotel do better, the experience will be way better

The staff was friendly but they do not provide toiletries and the rooms don’t have a fridge. You have to pay for water & the breakfast included (or may not be included) is bread, basic fruit & yogurt. Luckily there is a convenient store close by. The location was convenient, there is a beach 5 min walking distance & stores / restaurants near by. Maho beach is also 10min away by car. I love Saint Martin but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, you end up spending more than expected due to buying necessities not provided by the hotel.

My husband and I recently had a three-night stay at the hotel. It's a prime location for a stay of no more than a week. The staff were truly exceptional, demonstrating outstanding hospitality that warrants a perfect score. However, there are some areas that require enhancement. We faced challenges with receiving fresh toilet paper, he had to go request it from the front desk. Also, we were not provided with wash rags upon arrival and only received them the following evening(after requesting them ). The shower design is inadequate, resulting in a messy floor after each use. Our television was damaged only half showed while the other half was a black screen. The room was very clean we had no issues with that. Nonetheless, it's a viable option for a brief stay. As we spent most of our time outdoors, these issues did not greatly impact our stay.

When I book a hotel I expect to have everything that’s is suppose to be in my room when i arrive. In this hotel no wash cloth, no face towels, 55 inch TV has no volume to listen to nothing. On the floor which I stayed, the walls of the corridor needed painting. The shower is so small the shower curtain is touching your body while showering. The aircondition is nosey. And to top it all, folks right on the side of the entrance seats smoking marijuana. I will never book this place again unless these things are taken care of looked into fixing.

When we checked in and but into our room, I noticed there were no towels in the bathroom. We had been at the beach all day and wanted to shower right away. When I asked the staff member for towels she said they were all in the dryer and we couldn't get towels until the dryer was done. Are you kidding me? There's not a single set of towels available in the entire hotel? Then when we finally did get towels and take showers, I noticed that it looked like the shower had not even been cleaned at all as there was hair and sand on the floor of the shower. The shower was also broken and I had to hold the shower head the entire time. The only saving grace about this place was that it was in walking distance of an incredibly awesome hangout spot/ restaurant called Fat Tony's. If you are in the area you have to check it out! Great food, great drink prices, live music, great vibe! We even skipped out on the free hotel breakfast to head to Fat Tony's for $5 breakfast burritos and they were delicious! Impressive Bloody Marys as well!

Worst experience ever

I wrote Adonis directly 2 days ago before writing this review to rectify our situation. I still have not heard back so here goes:
There was not even basic hotel items in the room. Not a glass to brush your teeth with. Adonis said they no longer provide them.
There were no hand towels or wash clothes in the room. I was told only 2 bath towels should be in the room. There was no soap in either the dispenser in the shower or the one at the sink. I was told there was no refills for the dispensers at this time.
The shower door wouldn't close all the way and there was a gap between the wall and the side of the shower. It leaked and completely saturated the shower mat and left standing water all over the floor. We went to get another bath mat and towels and were told there were none until their laundry finished.
We couldn't get another box of kleenex because there was none.
The room wasn't cleaned the 3 days we were there and the wet towels were in our room the entire time.
Breakfast items were brought out at various times. I'm guessing this was so guests couldn't eat too much. What was brought out was never refilled once used up. We could have bought $10 worth of food at the grocery store next door and eaten better.
The worst thing was that the power went out. I was stuck in the very hot elevator for an hour because they do not have a generator and no one knew how to get me out. They had to call someone to get me out of the elevator.
And yet, they have not responded to me

They were nasty. I paid for breakfast and they said they would refund it but then they said they couldn’t because it was a third-party Expedia. The breakfast was garbage and it was a rip off for $30. The room was dirty and the TV stayed on all night we couldn’t shut it off. They took the remote to fix it and never brought it back. It was a horrible place and they were extremely rude. Worst Place and Manager Ever

We checked in the hotel, it was nothing as described on this website. Starting with the room - AC, Phone and TV were not working. AC was not fixed for 5 days. Crib came late in the evening, even upon mentioning in advance. While talking to the manager, she abruptly disconnected the call and refused to help. her exact words - this is transit hotel, why would you come here on vacation ? The towels were not replaced daily, bedsheets not changed. They also missed sweeping the floor, rendering it untidy for the day. Lizard kept roaming around on the walls of the room. The staff, some of them, were willing to help. But the manager refused to co-operate, and some staff was obviously following the manager's instructions. Worst place. I would not recommend for anyone, anytime.

My stay was a last-minute choice; however, the highlight of the trip was the welcome desk agent. She was warm and welcoming, recommended places to eat, and provided taxi options.

Unfortunately, there were several aspects of the property that I disliked. The room had a moldy smell upon entry, and the bathroom shower was not cleaned well. The shower door couldn’t open fully, causing water to run onto the floor, and there were no basic shower amenities available. Additionally, the AC did not work well, and opening the window only let in mosquitoes.

I would recommend that the staff wear uniforms to make it easier to identify who works at the property. Upon checkout, I left my keys with a random guy in an old-ish liked t-shirt, which was a bit concerning.
