Fast Internet. Good view from balcony of Matterhorn. Quiet neighborhood about 5.min from town center. Wished there was a microwave. There was laundry card and laundry facilities on first floor. There was 2 shampoo and body wash sachets. Nick allowed us early check in. Good place. Recommended.

We had an amazing stay and enjoyed having the windows open with the fresh mountain air and noise of the nearby creek. The apartment had everything we needed and was in a great location to walk to restaurants, the grocery store, and near the gondola station for mountain adventures. Highly recommend!!

Excellent view and facilities.

I’ll start with the view. Walking in and seeing the Matterhorn right from the balcony was amazing. The room had all the essentials including a well equipped kitchenette. I ended up saving a lot of money by buying groceries at preparing meals in the room. There was also a complete set of dishes, cutlery and cook ware. I was particularly pleased that laundry was available down stairs in the building and even detergent and a payment card for the washer and dryer was provided.
The main real negative I had was smelling a strong odour when I walked into the room. I couldn’t identify what or where it came from. Airing the room out dissipated it. But it would come back when the room was closed up while I was out.

The apartment I was given was clean, well equipped and had an amazing view…not sure if this ‘view’ is guaranteed so I will refrain from saying what the view was but you can guess. Couldn’t fault the accommodation we were placed in. Nice to see the apartment block had a quiet time (10pm till 6am) this was respected when we were there so we had 4 good night sleeps.

Place was very nice it has all the amenities you need I would say only downfall would be small shower and this particular unit did and It didn’t have a view of the Matterhorn. I would stay again

We really liked it. Large studio apartment.

We stayed 3 nights as part of a 2 week Europe vacation. The large studio apartment was a most welcome change to the usual tiny hotel room. It is a \"studio\", but really is the size of a one bedroom apartment, feels big. Full kitchen. Laundry available downstairs. About a 10 min. charming walk to downtown. Safe area.

Great location, outstanding service

The apartment was a little smaller than it looks in the pictures but had absolutely everything we needed, the interiors are new and clean and the location is fantastic.
In case you come home after a long hike, like we did, cable TV with all channels in multiple languages and been able to connect it to Netflix was a big plus.
The service provided by Bronagh, from Mountain Exposure, before and during the trip made a great difference, I couldn't ask for a better place and will definitively book with them on my next trip to Zermatt.

Nice apartment centrally located

Convenient, reasonably priced apartment. Good kitchen facilities and nice view from the balcony. Rooms were v clean. Access to shared laundry facilities which was useful for our 2 week stay. Decent amount of room in the apartment as well despite being a studio.

Amazing Studio

It was a great studio to stay in. Perfect location right next to the church. The apartment had great views and a nice kitchen, so we were able to cook our own food. The only thing I would recommend is providing basic service such as an Iron/Iron stand and regular cleaning. But overall, it was wonderful and I would certainly consider staying here again if I was to visit Zermatt again.

Good value and not so bad location

We were 2 families with two kids aged 10-11. The apartment provided good value in Zermatt where hotel prices are quite high. Instructions from the company were adequate for reaching it and accessing it. It is about 10 minutes from the town center. You can see the Matterhorn from just outside the building. There are a few stairs to reach the apartment which may be a factor to consider before you rent this place. Did not bother us.

It was a clean comfortable apartment close to everything. We were able to cook our meals and enjoy our whole stay. Emma who met us at the station was very friendly and full of local knowledge.

Bedding was inadequate because it was always too hot - the doona was suitable for mid winter and no other was provided. The apartment was poorly located - through a tunnel, up in a lift, across a roof top deck and then across another deck with very loose tiles. No hand rails and lots of drop offs - the outside area was dirty with building materials lying around.No instruction given to us to turn off the central heating so we roasted inside all the time even with open windows. We think someone lived there as the drawers were all full of personal things and we had to store our clothes on the floor. Otherwise adequate but overpriced for what it was. Site was good at Matterhorn end of Zermatt.

Gut gelegene Unterkunft, gerne wieder.

Unterkunft sauber und zweckmässig, in bequemer Gehdistanz zu Bahnhof und Bus. Gute Ausrüstung mit Geschirr, Toilettenartikeln, Reinigungsmaterial.
Schöne Aussicht auf das Matterhorn.
Unterkunft hat eine recht minimale Schallisolation, was bei uns kein Problem war, bei hoher Auslastung und je nach Gästen allenfalls störend sein kann.

Gerne wieder und damit durchaus empfehlenswert.

Recommended cosy little apartment

Room is closed to the stations, with a nice balcony. The room is smaller than I expected but has all we need. We cooked with no problem. The shampoo and shower gels that’s provided is organic and we love it.

Tonia was very helpful showing us all info we needed.

The only thing a little bother was the beds with wheels which easily slipped away. But overall we enjoyed our time there.

The room is clean and the kitchen utensils are adequate. The service is great which the hotel has quick response when we have problem. We can view the Matterhorn from the room. But one thing to improve is the wifi speed. It is quite slow and not so stable throughout the entire trip

駅までは20分くらいかかる場所に部屋があるが、マッターホルンに行くロープウェイに近くて良かった。
部屋は新しく大変綺麗で気持ち良かった。シャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープ、ドライヤー、キッチン用品(油を除く)が一通り揃えられていて、不自由はなかった。
しかし、私の夫がソファーに座ると何かのアレルゲンに反応し、鼻炎を起こしていた。(私は大丈夫だった)

good value apartment with balcony

We stayed in apartment \"Carmen\" for 3 nights. The address is their office address only, the apartment is near the first Gondola station.The location is ok. You may take bus from Zermatt train station. We arrived late and so we made call to ask them to pick up outside their office. There is phone booth opposite their office.
The apartment is clean and well equipped. The furniture and equipments are in good condition. Enjoy cooking and relaxing on the balcony after back from the mountains.
Generally, we love the apartment. Good value.

Nice location, not far from railway station, we arrived at 10 pm, still can find out the location not difficulty. Before arrive, also have a warm welcome email with how to get to hotel description in detail, very nice and warm notice.

Amazing view from balcony, can see Marrthron very clearly in a good weather condition, as a defect, a full view was blocked by the roof of a building where just next to balcony even though we were in 3rd floor. Besides of that, everything is perfect.

Widererwartet hatten wir ein direkten Blick aufs Matterhorn und konnten die Lichter der Erstbesteigung am Berg täglich verfolgen.

Das Studio klassisch geschmackvoll in Weiss-Braun eingerichtet und hatte alles Nötige was wir brauchten. Nicht überladen. Einfach Perfekt.

Jätte fint lägenhetshotell! Nyrenoverad, med bra service! Det ända som var tråkigt, var att det var väldigt varmt när vi var där, så vi var tvungna att ha fönster öppna och det går en fors utanför som ibland väsnas en hel del. Men man vande sig.

Zimmer auf der falschen Seite

Entgegen dem Inserat, bot das Zimmer keine Aussicht auf das Matterhorn, sondern auf einen lästigen Helikoper-Landeplatz, von dem aus vier Helikopter den lieben langen Tag mit Lasten starteten, diese an einen Punkt X brachten und zurück kehrten, um neue aufzunehmen. Kontaktperson am Bahnhof sprach kein Wort deutsch. Zimmer zweckmässig, grosser Kühlschrank, sehr bequeme Betten, Sauberkeit gut.
