The view was amazing ! Clean room and so spacious , I booked the ocean view with jacuzzi. The stuffs are super friendly and I enjoy their breakfast a lot and the view at the restaurant . They have free shuttle go Patong beach and back every 2 hours and the stuff give helpful advices for local tours.

Very nice hotel with great views. But being on a hill, its very windy, steep and hard to walk around. Lucky they had the free buggy service. We didnt realise the twin beds in our 4 bedroom villa were on the lower level. Harder for the elderly to walk down the steep stairs.
The villa was clean and well kept. Breakfast venue had great views and the food was delicious. The gym was well equipped and the views were also stunning.
Highly recommend for big group/family get aways. Free shuttle to Patong was very handy.

My entire stay was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and kind and the breakfast in the morning was amazing! My compliments to the chef! They had a shuttle to Patang, which was awesome! Literally everything was amazing. I will definitely be coming back!

Great service from everyone. Noi in the dining room was very helpful as she spoke good English and answered our questions about Phuket areas.
The staff are all there to take care of you.
As we are seniors we did note the steps to our suite did not have a handrail so made it difficult
for us.
Otherwise I would recommend Indochine to everyone as a lovely place to stay.

Jacuzzi room had a fantastic view across the bay and a great sun deck.
Outdoor shower was a bit quirky and felt open until you realise it’s very private so no one can see you.
Room was comfortable, breakfast had a good spread and way very tasty, lots of options.
Worth staying a few days to spoil yourself

The staff is very friendly, however, they do not speak very much English. The place is clean and they are doing construction. Our room was amazing with our own pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast buffet every morning was delicious. Close to Patong Beach! They only offer glass water and coffee, nothing to go.

The property was nice. It was far enough away from Patong Beach so noise wasn’t an issue. The view from our room was beautiful. The room had all the amenities but it wasn’t as clean as I like. The breakfast was great and it was included in our stay. If you want quiet time away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the beach, this is the resort for you. If you want night life and a variety of choices, this would not be the place for you. Great staff and customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Indochine Hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting atmosphere that set the tone for my entire stay.

The rooms (4 Bedroom Villa & 3 Bedroom Ocean Suite) I stayed in was absolutely beautiful, spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. The décor reflects a perfect blend of contemporary luxury with traditional touches that evoke a sense of local charm. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities provided (think high-quality toiletries, a plush robe, made me feel like I was in my home away from home.

Otherwise. The location was treat. Very close to both Patong and Kamala Beach. Transportation, via grab made it convenient to get to all the hotspots within a reasonable amount of time. Honestly, its hard to find something that was wrong during our stay. Everything went perfect and I plan to return in the future.

My family just spent, 9 wonderful nights at Indochine. You will not, find a better vuew of Patong, than you will from this Hotel. The staff are all beautiful, incredibly caring, kind people, that just want to make sure everyone is ok, nothing is too mu h for the staff at Indochine. A wonderful breakfast each morning, with plenty to chooae from, the restaurant serves beautiful food, that you just sit back and take in the views.
The onmy negative we have, and it is not in the hotel, but it is just the distance the hotel is away, from most things. Tbere is a 150m walk to the nearest 7/11, but other than that, everything is at a distance. There is a lovely restaurant directly across the road from the hotel that serves lovely food, with a view. Just be careful walking left or right from the hotel, as there is no footpath, so you're forced to walk on the road. Our other somewhat of kore of a frustrating is - even though the hotel offers a free courtesy bus in, and back from Patong, which drops off and picks up, directly opposite Bangla walking street, we thought that there was not enough drop off amd picks ups. The firat drop off into town is from 11am, the 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, 8pm and the last drop off being 10pm. The pick up times are meant to be 15 minutes past each of those drop off times, but that is rarely the case as the traffic is horrile.

We stayed in a sky suite and it was fantastic. The view was beautiful over Patong. The sun was on the balcony and plunge pool all day. The room was kept clean and it was very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and would do anything for you.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The three-room villa was not good at all. All rooms very old and not clean. Its very difficult to get in to your villa you need to tack tik tok then will you have to walk and then long steps then you walk to the room. You will need almost 25 min to get to your room. When you ask them to tack the food they will leave it at your door for very long time (pic attached). Overall I wouldn’t recommend it

Important to note.
- located on main road to patong( traffic noise all day and night)
- all rooms face road/ close enough that you can’t avoid noise
-45 min from airport (take a Grab- we paid about $700 badt, cheaper than airport cabs)
- not short walking distance from anything but restaurant across the street (food is amazing)

Other than that…
- room is beautiful, clean and comfy
- 2 pools, both are beautiful and clean
- staff are super nice (slight language barrier, translate app might have came in handy)
- shuttle runs on time from hotel. takes a while for patong pick up, I t’s not 10 minutes after the hour posted in shuttle schedule.
- lots of steps, if you have trouble walking or climbing stairs, not recommended

Great location, quiet & relaxing but still near enough to all the activities & beach at Patong. Excellent hotel shuttle service to/from town. Great plentiful staff, every one of them, from reception, porters & house keeping really friendly & helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.

Built on hillside so great sea & coast views but inevitably some stairs/steps. Reception operate excellent “on demand” (free) transfer services to/from higher points of the resort.

Nice restaurant (with terrace) and good breakfast with ample (international) items available, although it would benefit from air conditioning inside the restaurant.

A delight to stay there …a number of CEOs from the major worldwide hotel chains should try a stay ….as they could learn a lot about how to run a hotel where the guest is still the priority and not treated as an inconvenience.

IndoChine was a beautiful resort up above the fray of Patong. The resort shuttle was great for getting us to and from town. We loved relaxing in the private pool in our 3 bedroom villa and the surrounding grounds were lovely. The morning breakfast had a huge and delicious selection of options. Wonderful!

One of the worst experiences of my life. I booked a sky suite with plunge pool. When I arrived to the room, I knew I had been scammed. The view was nice, but the room was worn down(headboard falling down), dated, and dirty. The plunge pool is really just a bath tub. It’s only deep enough to cover your thighs/waist…definitely can’t swim. Also, there’s no temperature regulation so it’s just warm water. More so, the jets didn’t work when the guy showed me how to use it. The worst, though, was that I discovered an animal (either a rat or a mongoose) in my room at about midnight the first night. I called reception immediately, and they sent up a guy. He looked around for like two seconds and was like, “I don’t see a rat”. He barely looked. So I called reception again, and said I did not feel comfortable staying in the room. I am six months pregnant. They agreed to switch me to a new room at 12:30AM. This new room was cleaner, but it was just a standard room. I called expedia as well to bring up these issues and they basically said there was nothing they could do. The new room was right by the busy road, and you heard all of the noise all night long. It literally felt like you were sleeping on the sidewalk because of how loud the noise was. The second day, reception called me and agreed to refund me the difference in price between the two rooms, but said that I had to contact Expedia first to initiate the refund request. Neither the hotel nor expedia has refunded me to date.

The vehicle escorts to and from your room make you feel like your living the high life and the free transfers to and from Patong are very convenient. Buffet breakfast is one of the best we have had. Would 100 percent recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Patong but away from all the crazy action. 10/10. Loved it.

5 stars! This place was beautiful, convenient and accommodating. We stayed for 6 days and everyone of the staff members were friendly and treated us like family. The breakfast buffet was top tier, the reception team coordinated our pick up/ drop offs and excursions. We also celebrated my daughters 17th bday and I requested any suggestions on how to make ot special and they offered to decorate her room while we were out exploring for the day. My daughter was so surprised when we returned. Priceless memories. Thank you IndoChine for such a great experience!

We loved our 3 bedroom Villa with a private pool and a view of Patong! New Years Eve fireworks were incredible to watch from the patio. The gigantic flat screen was perfect for watching Netflix at night and American football on Sunday. Our kids had the entire lower level with a bathroom and patio to themselves. Every member of the staff was amazingly kind and so helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer. The only one thing that we didn’t care for were the bees that got into the house.

This is a nice hotel, but it's on a main road so you need to factor in transport. The shuttle is at 11am, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm and 8pm, so not as frequent as we had hoped (but not as bad as others). Breakfast is lovely and the view was amazing from our 2 bedroom pool villa. We were in a room high up so we walked down but got a free lift up most times! The staff were very friendly and happy to assist, didn't have to wait long at all. Overall would recommend if you want a bit of calm a short drive from the main Patong Beach / Bangla Road hustle and bustle.

We got a really great jacuzzi villa sea facing and it was truly breathtaking. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was the best I’ve had anywhere in Thailand before.
The view from our villa was absolutely great and the outside balcony furniture was also nice.

However, they really need to take notice of the little things like the maintenance inside the rooms. Our balcony door was in a bad condition, the bathroom door did not close. The TV is an absolute abomination as it is such a small tv placed weirdly on the side was of the room and it hardly contains any english channels, apart from it being a non-smart tv so you also really cant play netflix or anything else on it.

Nitty gritties aside, we had a really pleasant stay and the hotel staff was very accomodative and helping.

Not impressed with the upkeep of the property at all. Stairs and communal areas really in need of attention and unsafe walking at night time due to the poor maintenance of these areas. Food was also disappointing, albeit I did order spicy seafood salad it was not good, had very bad food poisoning as a result. Cannot recommended this establishment.
