I will compliment Monica. Unfortunately, I met Monica on the day of checkout. If she would have been there on the day of check in i believe things would have been much better!

No ocean view just very slim ocean glimpses only b

I didn't get the ocean view in the picture my bedroom looked at a concrete wall an my balcony had some water glimpses but mostly viewed the building in front. From the lounge room the closes to the window you can not really see the ocean like in the website only glimpses if you sand on the balcony. The hotel apologised that the room I booked wasnt available so I paid for 1 bedroom ocean view but didn't get that one. They did offer free airport transfer next time for the mistake but I dont want to risk paying full price and being forced in the cheap room again it's really not worth it. Shame because my first 10+ visits to this hotel has been amazing in the room in the photo but it only takes 1 bad experience to make me not want to return.

Lovely clean room. Beautiful pool overlooking the ocean. Unfortunately the service let the experience down. I phoned to order meal and drinks at 5pm (menu said available from 7am-9pm). I was told the restaurant now closes at 3pm. To get dinner I had to walk down a dark lane some distance (didn’t feel overly safe being a young female alone). The hotel is like a rabbit warren, it was a 10 minute walk from my room to reception. Service was slow, it took 40 minutes for me to check out. Overall, a very nice and clean place to stay with beautiful views; however, not in a very convenient location. I felt it was a little overpriced for what it was. More than happy with the room and view, but would probably try another location next time 😊

Awesome stay

My overall stay was awesome. Big rooms, sea view with plunge pool and jetted tub. Equipped with basic kitchen appliances, microwave, oven and huge fridge. I would just like to highlight that the toilet bowl keeps on flushing on its own which annoys us at times. The carpark has urine smells and hope that something can be done to it as the smell was a total turn off.

Lovely view. Plenty of room, comfy beds.

Apartment was roomy and the view magnificent. However the whole place is looking tired after just 5 yrs. Spa pump didn't work, bath plug broken, shower heads need a good clean. TVs in every room however we could only manage to find 3 Thai channels. Take your own codi box. Internet connection seemed fine. This place is further than a walk to Patong. We couldn't get there for under 300 baht. Which is fine if you just want to hang out in your apartment or go touring. For the price, there are better options further south.

Worst hotel ever!

There were cockroaches in the room and no actions were taken. Toilet and bathtub were very dirty. Curtain rail fell in the middle of the night. Towels were always so smelly. What is housekeeping for when you don't change the bedsheet? Waste of time. No room service after 4pm, really? Said there's jacuzzi in the room but it's just an empty and dirty tub with ants and no bubbles. I feel so cheated. Given that it was our honeymoon stay, it's the worst. Hotel. Ever.

Fantastic!

I really enjoyed my stay there.The staff was really friendly. I loved how quiet this place was. Loved the internet TV especially. The place has a travel agency that can book tours at a 50% discount on many tours. The taxi to Padong was a bit expensive, 200 Baht to get there and 300 to return. Fortunately the Priviledge Residences offer a free taxi at 10am and 4pm. Great view from the balcony and the pool. Would stay there again.

Breathtaking view, helpful staff

Recently stayed with my partner at The Privilege Residences. Our room was spotless, the view was amazing, the staff were friendly and the tour information guy was so helpful with exchanging money, booking tours, driving us. The restaurant staff were amazing the food was fresh. All up we enjoyed ourselves, were so relaxed & cant wait to return!

Terrible hotel, it’s a scam

We booked this hotel when it had a 73% discount it was priced at over $500 a night, when we arrived the place was disgusting, the staff were trying to keep my passport instead of a deposit, there was not pool bar, no restaurant, we just left immediately and didn’t even bother staying and they wouldn’t return the money we paid for the days.

Great location & value for money.

My second time staying at this hotel. Overall it offers very good value for money. Rooms/apartments are large, well decorated and comfortable. Good wifi connection, soft beds and powerful showers. Some comestic work is need on the exterior of the building though.

Location wise it was perfect for - close enough to Patong (10 mins by taxi/tuk yuk or 25 mins walk to Patong).

The staff are friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay here again.

Plunge pool

Great room and great people. The process of getting to the room (couple flights of stairs and 3 elevators) was a bit frustrating, especially with luggage. With the view we had, I guess you can say it was worth it.

The plunge pool did not have water in it upon arrival, that was annoying as well.
I would recommend this place for a group of friends taking a trip, not a couple.

This hotel has many defects

We booked a 2-bedroom duplex for our 4 days trip. The fabric sofa was dirty upon check in, lots of stain on the seat and armrest. The bathroom upstairs was dirty, especially the filthy wall. Low water faucets upstair was a headache. Aircond upstair was very warm on first night, malfunction the following night, we complain to the management and 2 guest were move to another room which the aircond had no problem but the wall power supplies upstairs were all burned, as in blackened and u would be able to smell charred. Apart from that, hotel guest would be charged if used tableware was not cleaned. And yet no dishwasher detergent and sponge was provided.

This residence is lack of long term maintenance. In short, it doesn't worth for the price.

Quite part of the busy city

Not easy to get to, it's around 15 mins drive to patong beach. Not recommended if u are not traveling light, changed 3 sets of lifts, 2 sets of stairs before getting to the apartment.

Due to the location of the apartment, most tuk tuk and taxi driver will not take you up to the hotel.

The power sockets in the rooms cannot be use with travel adopters. Wifi signal can only work in the bed room.

2nd time staying here however standards has dropped drastically. The staffs were unhelpful & didn't take our feedback seriously. During our first stay, everything was perfect hence we our return visit. Book 2x one apartment duplex room w plunge pool however was told that there wasn't enough room for us to stay side by side or have the same exact room as we book so they upgraded one of our rooms to a totally different layout (not even pictured in the website). Room was equipped with a king size bed (as claimed - but actually got queen bed. The room that we initially booked was a big king size bed, that our family member got) and a jacuzzi - small and dirty. And only one small TV. Compared to the room that we initially booked for, there were 2 TVs and a big plunge pool. Aside to that, the room that was \"upgraded\" was noisy at night. Noise of water running through the pipes. Requested for another room & insisted we have the same room as we initially booked and they say OK we can move next day as it will be vacant the next day while they will send someone to check on our room. However to our disappointment, we were told that the occupant will be extending their stay instead so we will not be able to move out and that they claimed our room had no issues after checking. Just ridiculous how they're so ignorant. Totally regret coming back the 2nd time! Service suck, you don't get what you paid for. Booked room 1-2months before, still no vacancy? Then pls do not put up 4 reservations.

Great Apartment!

Experience at the privilege was nothing short of great. We found it really easy to access to the main side of Patong. Within a couple minutes drive away. Apartment was nice, and the stay was enjoyable! Would definitely return in the near future.

If you more friendly to the customer the more your will attract customers.... During all my trips alive the world this is the first place to be asked to leave the passport as guarantee ..... What passport for guarantee ? I'm not your enemy and I didn't come here to steal from you....
During check in around 8 pm there were 2 staff one friendly man and one angry lady as we are her enemies....
The flat itself is wonderful view is amazing but....

BUT the way go up there was so risky and far if you don't have car
Some points you can't see what coming on the other side especially if you going to building 1 parking
There was a plunge pool at the room but no hot water and they will tell you it last 3 hours to be filled \"nb . They switch off the pump so it would take longer time\" manually you can switch it on.

Fire alarm need to be fixed
Wifi keep disconnecting
Please be more friendly

Nice hotel with free drop off too patong.

Hotel it self was good. Very clean and Good facilities. Was sad to see that there was construction going on which ruined the view. Had to change to an upper level room which required some effort. Staff are nice and friendly. Information regarding the construction should be provided on the website.

Its more of a service apartment kinds .. we enjoyed our stay ..very nice place to just go and chill when you need a break.. though the beach is not quiet near its kind of walkable.. City centre is around 3-4 kmts from the place but you do get lots of tuk-tuks from the main road...

We stayed 1 night in 5 bed rooms apartment and the room condition is good with kitchen. However, the pressure of the water was not strong enough when we took a shower. The jacuzzi which outside the bed room is very dirty but the inside one is acceptable.

A few years ago we stayed at Bay Cliffs right next door this motel was being build - it is far less superior than Baycliffs but double price the set up is all wrong with a 10 minute walk and lifts to reception - the rooms are roomy the water is rubbish 1 hour to fill bath and 2 days to fill private pool - housekeeping in room was very poor - areas are dirty and unclean. Female receptionists not helpful male reception workers very helpful... not at all a 4-5 star standard -

Amazing experience

We all were treated with a great smile even when we reached the hotel at around 11 in the night. We took the 2bhk with plunge pool and just loved it as soon as we entered the room. The overall experience was brilliant.

Pleasant stay in a comfortable unit

We stayed in Privilege for 7 nights and really enjoyed it. Quite, comfortable and excellent service. A few small things however. 1. The pump of the outside jacuzzi was disconnected but the large jacuzzi bathtub made op for this. 2. The unit has a small kitchenette but no zink downstairs so dishes have to be carried to the bathroom upstairs. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay. We will certainly recommend this resort.

Very nice stay

We stayed 3 nights at the Priviledge and had a wonderful stay. It was very nice to come back after a hot day out to just step out our back door and into the wading pool to cool down. The hotel is located on the outskirts of town so in order to get into town one must either rent a scooter or taxi which was no big deal. The hotel is quiet and the rooms very spacious. It was very nice to have two floors to relax. The bedroom and bathroom was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would certainly stay here again.

One Bedroom Sea View with Plunge Pool

Stay at The Privilege Residences for three days. Great atmosphere, far from Patong Beach. It is worth for the price I paid, the staffs were helpful and friendly. The view from our room was great especially during the sunrise and sunset. I love the Jacuzzi too.

Plunge pool not filled and dirty
Bathrooms had hair in the bathtub
Room smelt very bad, we called reception and no one assisted, was not aired out
Called kitched at 4:01pm and they were closed at 4:00pm
Ants in the kitchen
Wifi not working unless ur on the kitchen bench
No instect repelent
Dishes were dirty we had to clean them all over again
Reception attendent did not assist with entry to hotel of arrival and we were locked outside
Water pressure to showers were very low
No one told us how to call out
Kitchen said to get breakfast to our room and reception did not agree the following day
No communication within employees and upon checking out the security guard took half our bags to a different location to where it was meant to be and reception had no idea of where our bags were. We had to go back to the building we were staying in and look for them ourselves. Our building was 3 buildings away, 4 different lifts and a flight of stairs away which takes about 10mins in that heat. Not pleasant at all!!

Value for money (Sea view room a myth)

Nice apartment - offers good value for money. The apartment looked almost as nice as it does online. But quite nice nonetheless. We booked a sea view room but did not get one - which I was not pleased about. Though there is a lovely view from the pool & rooftop bar. But in general it proved to be a pleasant stay.

The location wasn't at all that bad. A ten minute tuk tuk ride to Patong beach (25 minute stroll, which is quite nice after sunset). There's a small cafe in the compound which is nice.

If you want to be a little away from the hustle and bustle but still close enjoy what it has to offer, then this would be a good place.

Nice modern hotel however, still a lot of construction going on. Best to pay a bit more and stay in one of the ocean view suites as lower down the construction noise goes on from about 7am until 6pm. Staff are friendly, and rooms are nice.

You will need a car to get around. Great view from the pool. Large clean duplex, a lot better than the 4 star hotel we stayed in a day earlier. Placed looked empty but they said they were full. No late checkout allowed.,No insects, but a dip pool in at the balcony that was questionable and the indoor bathtub, jacuzzi was also questionable. Hotel is managed by sleep with me hotel.

Nice hotel but waaaaaay too far away

The hotel is around 2-3 miles away from anything. You either walk for 30-45 mins to the beach or spend at least 200 baht for an one way ride to the beach or coming back to the hotel. The hotel is nice but the location is awful. Renting a motorcycle would solve the problem but I consider it very dangerous to ride or drive in Thailand of you are not used to left forward right backward driving directions.

We are family of 6 and booked a 2 bedrooms suit with Hotel. Hotel is up to standard, clean and safe. Front desk staff are helpful & do speak English. Location is not very good as it takes about 12 minutes to walk to family mart. Overall I am satisfied except with the many rules in the room, for example stain in the bed sheet, fine XXXBaht. The hotel allow us to have late check out till 4pm, very appreciate that. All the staff are very helpful in this raining day season. and very considerate and helpful seeing me holding a 3 months old baby when I was walking or eating. My children enjoys the rooftop swimming pool very much as well as playing in the private plunge pool when it was raining.

Sono tanti anni che mi reco in questo posto ed ogni anno che passa le condizioni scadono sempre di più. La piscina è eccezionale con una vista spettacolare. La camera è pulita ma i mobili sono vecchi, scarsi e malandati. Ho dovuto richiedere una luce da notte. Il divano è molto usato e la doccia non erogava acqua calda ne un getto abbastaza forte. Ho dovuto richiedere diverse volte l'aiuto alla ricezione ed al personale. Sto cercando alternative a questo posto per l'anno prossimo. L'ubicazione necessita di un piccolo trasporto per raggiungere il centro di Patong (calcolare il traffico)

Di ritorno tutti gli anni

Sono oramai diversi anni che mi reco in questa sede. Il posto è splendido, poco fuori Patong, si può ammirare una splendida vista su tutta la baia. Il personale è molto attento e soddisfano al meglio le tue esigenze.
I mobili sono semplici e vecchiotti, ma funzionali. La piscina situata sul tetto è eccezionale, sebbene non ci sia ombra.

家族と2泊しました。
プーケット空港からタクシーで向かう時、少し分かりにくかったです。
部屋は最高でした！2ベッドルームに、それぞれバスルームが付いて、とても便利でした。
キッチンに塩などの簡単な調味料があれば、もっと良かったと思います。
けれど、また宿泊したいレジデンスでした。

地點雖不在巴東中心點，但位置上都ok ,去巴東Night market 10mins 左右，而且附近也十分寧靜。我們住 3-Bedroom apartment with sea view , 每房都有獨立洗手間，6個人一起住非常適合。

Extremt dålig service! Långt ifrån stan, måste ta taxi eller promenera ganska långt. Ingen bärhjälp uppför alla trappor. Det sitter lappar överallt som hotar om böter om man gör si och så. Man måste diska innan städarna kommer annars får man böter. Hittar dom några fläckar eller om det är för stökigt så får man böter. Usch för detta ställe! Man kunde ju inte ens slappna av. Vi fick slut på toapapper och vi var en familj med två toaletter, men vi fick endast ta 1 toalettrulle sa hon? Snåla.

ニューイヤー花火の観覧には最高！

パトンの中心部からは、タクシーで行き来することになります。部屋は2bedroomでしたが2階もあり非常に広く家族5人でも言ったり出来ます。部屋付のプールは、浴槽程度のものですが、屋上に景色の良いプールがあり楽しめます。
ホテルというよりはマンションで、4棟が繋がった作りで部屋によってはエレベーターと外通路を乗り継ぐことになり、非常にわかりづらい。

3套房內的私人池極度不知所謂，沒有有水，只有放剩的泥水及10多隻浸死的黃蜂.....
叫了house keeping清潔，只用垃圾鏟撈起死去的黃蜂......fxxk

청결상태 최악

해변에서 직선 거리는 가까우나 실제로는 절벽이라 직진해서 해변에 갈 수 없음.
해변까지 걸어가려면 30분 이상 소요.
바다 전망 객실이었으나 바다거 거의 보이지 않음.
객실 청소 상태 최악. 여기저기 곰팡이가 가득하고 침구에도 곰팡이가 있었음.
청소, 침구류 교환 요구했으나 거절당함.
청소해주거나 침구류를 교환해주지 않으면 나가겠다 하니 나가든가 말든가 식으로 서비스함.
온 집안에 곰팡이 냄새 가득하고 2시간 동안 창문 열고 에어컨 틀었지만 소용이 없었음.
스파를 트니 이물질들이 함께 나옴. 정말 최악.

객실에 금고 있지만 금고로 기능하지 못함.
뒤에 전원버튼 끄면 자동으로 열림..

가지마세요. 돈만 버림.

差到不得了！我訂既房係3 bedroom既apartment ，但黎到就求其俾左間2 bedroom apartment 加一間 1 bedroom 既apartment 我就當係3bedroom apartment ！我一家4口2個小朋友就算俾多間1bedroom既apartment 我都冇用啦！唔通叫我兩個小朋友自己訓一個apartment ？叫佢地轉番3 bedroom俾我就話冇得轉，但得俾既價錢係3bedroom既價錢，我話咁冇呢間3房就退番差價就算，酒店叫我搵番hotel.com，但打去hotel.com又賴係我地自己唔要佢俾我地既3房，所以冇得退差價！跟本就兩邊都推黎推去！重要呢間酒店係極度度污糟，個所謂既池起晒青苔，望落10年冇人清理過咁，床單有污跡，叫執房既姐姐換過張但佢話之前一日有換過所以唔會換，但我想講呢張污跡床單我都未訓已經有，估計係上手訓完都冇換過！整體所有野都係極度極級極品差差差！嚴格黎講係搵唔到有一樣野好！清楚房間都係極度求其！超級後悔揀左呢間野，有機會黎布吉千萬唔好揀呢間

Motorbike günstig zum mieten vor Ort, Tour Veranstalter für günstige Preise vor Ort, freundlich nettes hilfreiches Personal, Schöne große Zimmer mit großer Terrasse, das einzige was nicht meinen Vorstellungen war, war das Pool auf der Terrasse

Stor potential men en del brister.

Lägenheter med stor potential men som tyvärr lider av att det snålats och fuskats en del både i byggnation och underhåll.

Vi bodde i en duplex-lägenhet med vardagsrum och balkong med två egna pooler (grunda) på nederdelen och med sovrum och badrum samt balkong på övervåningen. Gott om plats och perfekt med egen pool för att enkelt kunna ta sköna morgon- och kvällsdopp. Alla ytor är stora men köksdelen saknade nåde vatten och diskho! Sovrummet var bekvämt men det fanns inga läslampor. Badrummet hade både dusch och stort bubbelkar. Tyvärr led hela lägenheten av viss lukt från fukt/mögel.

Parkering finns i bottenplan både för bil och mc vilket behövs med tanke på att det är en bit att ta sig in till Patong eller andra närliggande stränder. Vi har bott permanent på Phuket och känner väl till ön och för oss är Kalim ett utmärkt val att bo på, nära till shopping och aktiviteter i Patong men ända lugnt och tyst.

Det finns en gemensam takpool. Tyvärr lite omständigt att ta sig dit då man behöver röra sig mellan grannbyggnaderna men väl där är det fantastisk. Stor och med fenomenal utsikt - väldigt vackert! Tyvärr saknas möjlighet till skugga så den lämpar sig bäst på morgon/kväll eller för de som vill steka i solen.

Frukosten serveras på en takservering alt. får man den levererad till lägenheten. Fyra alternativ att välja på; amerikansk, continental, vegetariskt eller thai. Välsmakande och riklig men inget utöver det vanliga.

Forfærdelig oplevelse!

Min kæreste og jeg har lige tilbragt 14 dage ved dette hotel, og det får IKKE en eneste god anmeldelse herfra. Hotelpersonalet forstår sig ikke på service - og forstår knap nok engelsk. Ydermere er værelserne slet ikke som vist på billederne eller som beskrevet i teksten. Beskidt og ulækkert, det var hvad der stod på menuen i de 14 dage vi var afsted. Vandet fra bruseren og vandhane virkede konsekvent ikke, personalet blev gjort opmærksom på dette 3 gange, uden der blev gjort noget ved det. Vi skulle betale ekstra for ketchup plet på sengelanet, da vi forlod hotellet, hvilket betyder at vi ikke engang har fået gjort det rent under opholdet. Ydermere blev vi nærmest beskyld for hul i døren der var fra tidligere lejer, som vi heldigvis havde taget billede af ved indtjekning. Hold jer væk, alt for mange penge til alt for lidt indhold..

Hotellet fremstår på bilder som helt perfekt. Rommene er store men vedlikeholde har vært dårlig.
Det virker som de har veldig fokus på å få erstatning for ødelagte ting, men f.eks en sofa full i flekker, private badebasseng med brune striper i blir ikke byttet/ryddet opp i.
