Booked an ocean view room, good view and set back from the road. But a lot of road noise evening and morning, and corridor noise early morning do take ear plugs. Room is comfortable and large though. Big shower and bath.

Great pool area and plenty of sun loungers, always some available.

Breakfast is buffet and it is a multi-continental feast with plenty to choose from. Only irk was the long queue for coffee / smoothies most mornings, they need more than two servers.

Location is one of the best for peaceful location (relative), but down side it is a 20min taxi journey into the town because of sheer weight of traffic particularly in the evening. The road outside the hotel is nearly uncrossable most times of day due to the amount of traffic and no footpaths so you have to get a taxi (grab or bolt app) anywhere.

If you’re wanting to do sea excursions the transfer time to the marinas in the east and south of Phuket are at least 50+ mins away, 90mins at worst so it can be a long day.

Breakfast was great, staff came to the room to clean around 3pmish. There's a shuttle that takes you to beach or shopping and it leaves once an hour. They offer laundry, but it's cheaper just to go to the 7/11 nearby and do laundry there if they offer it.

Food was really bad. There was only one restaurant while they claimed that they have 3 restaurants. Left over food left out at swimming pool overnight which collected a lot of bugs. There was no walking road to the beach. There was no sidewalk to walk to any beaches while they just listed out several beaches. You just stuck in the hotel and it was far from anywhere u wanted to go. And it was an hour drive to airport mot 33 min. Overally I feel that I wasted my vacation staying there. There was not even one store close to the hotel. It was waste of money snd

We had a lovely time here, staff were great, friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily, bottled water and towels replaced when needed. Free shuttle service was very handy with good friendly driver. Buffet breakfast was amazing with serviced egg and drink stations. Only issue was room aircon wasn’t regulating properly, kept trying to freeze or cook us but would stay again.

The experience was great, as the hotel offers many options so you don't need to leave it to have a good time. The pool is very good and the staff on the pool bar is excellent! The breakfast is awesome with many different options and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is also good and Khine was very helpful explaining how the area worked. Definitely a great choice in Phuket!

I must say, we just went with what we thought was nice from the reviews, and it was awesome.
Krishina(sorry if i got the name wrong) she was great. She knew i was staying for over 12 nights, she made sure i got an awesome room but she was on hand to makesure my stay was great.
I loved the ppl hosting and more for the guys & girls who cleaned the rooms..

I had to switch rooms because the initial room I was given was surrounded by construction/renovation being made to the hotel's exterior. I raised the noise issue right away with the front desk and they were very helpful and efficient to move me to the other side of the building where it was quieter - they were extremely understanding and helpful.

Beyond this hiccup, the room was clean, huge, and had a great view of Patong. m

The only red flag I have were the loud and delusional tourists.

The staff was friendly. It was not super convenient to walk outside the hotel, but the hotel provided a free shuttle bus.

The first room I checked into had a lot of ants, hence my 4/5 star review. However, they were quick to give me a new room which was good. I wouldn’t say that this restaurant met my expectations for a 5 star hotel but it was not bad.

The facilities, the modern touches, the breakfast layout, the pools, the gym and the room size/layout are all top notch at this resort. The one drawback is that this resort sits across a busy street from the ocean. There is no beach to speak of. This resort overlooks a beautiful ocean view across a major thoroughfare. If you are okay with being 15-30 minutes away (traffic pending) from Bangla Road by motorbike, then this is the resort for you. The resort offers a free shuttle (baht bus) service to get to Patong. It’s slow, not on time and the service ends at 8 pm I believe. Renting a motorbike, or utilizing Grab/Bolt ride share services are essential at this location. Again, the resort is very modern and well maintained. Just plan to be away from most beach entrances and fun if you stay here.

Found the hotel to be really great, easy to get around as there was a shuttle bus leave hourly. The staff were really friendly and very helpful, food was very good and not over priced. The pool area was fantastic and very relaxing specially round the pool bar. Patty was great organising our phi phi Island trip she was so friendly and what she said she'll do she did. For our first trip to phuket we couldn't of asked for more I fully recommend Ocean front resort. Oh also the room was great very clean and the view from the balcony of the ocean and pool area was great.

Everything about our stay was perfect! Check in process was easy, the hotel was beautiful inside and out always. The hotel grounds and rooms were Very modern and up to date. Staff always provided assistance quickly and the breakfast Buffett had a good variety of food for breakfast or lunch. I really loved the location, it was not in the hustle bustle of Kamala or patong beach but a quick 5 min drive away if needed.

Found some, not all staff around pool where a little lazy, one person in particular on their phone always & not helping other staff. Lady with the glasses was exceptionally good every single time she saw us she went out of her way to help (sorry I can't rememberher name). Pool surrounds had rubbish around alot, not tidied up. Food at breakfast was fantastic but could have changed a bit more frequently as after 9 mornings it got a bit boring. Room - shower blocked unless we took blue cap out & mould in shower. Refrigerated air conditioning (not evaporated) would be more suitable in your climate as the room was always damp.

It is a lovely hotel and I had a beautiful room with a stunning sea view. However, when I walked into the room I was overwhelmed with the smell of cleaning products. The floor was also very slippery! Glad the room is clean of course, but it was very strong and did not clear at all after two days. The pool was very nice, but after a day of trekking through the heat I was very disappointed that the swim up bar was closed at 2:30 in the afternoon. Very nice staff. Location was okay, short walk to Patong, but there is not much sidewalk and part of the walk you are pretty much in the street.

The hotel is fairly decent and well kept. The staff were helpful, but my ordeal began from the onset. The moment the clerk took a look at me, she immediately grabbed the book in form and scratched a new room number on it. We ended up on the sixth floor the furthest room from anywhere in the hotel. The pictures are totally deceitful, there are two buildings and the main highway separating the hotel from the water. There's a water view, but not an oceanfront hotel. A very slick play on words. If you get one of those so called oceanfront rooms, be prepared to stay up all night because of the road noise or OD on melatonin like we almost did.

Th hotel was Beautiful, very big rooms and bathrooms. Great breakfast. If you are happy to stay in the hotel it would be great. The only disadvantage was the area. Not much around, as in shops and restaurants. A very busy road to cross to a not very nice beach. It’s a 15 minute tuktuk ride into the main part of Patong.

Nice hotel, room with nice ocean view. It is not very fancy so I would not say it is a 5 star. Breakfast selection was ok. There is a shuttle to take to patong beach. It is hard to walk to Patong from the hotel because there is no side walk around the hotel. There is a very good and safe food stand Aisha Halal that I highly recommend, and a tour Kiosk next to her that sells tours for very good prices.

We stayed 5 nights in a premier comfy room. The room was palatial at around 50sqm, good wifi strength from, very quiet. Breakfast buffet was truly excellent with something for everyone, we especially loved the smoothie bar. Only minor complaint was aircon was a little loud even on lowest setting and mini fridge didn’t work, but nothing you can’t get over. Staff were polite and helpful, room service options were abundant. It is a little outside of Patong beach (but one is aware of this trade off when booking) which means getting home at night is always a hassle with the traffic. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Loved this resort especially the pool area … gardens need a bit more attention. No welcome drink was offered or fancy details or towels on the bed as this is what most places do. Great buffet breakfast and staff very helpful. We absolutely loved VIVI and MALI that helped with the smoothies etc and later on at the pool bar! Two beautiful girls that work so hard and always have a smile on their face. Always polite to everyone even where people are rude and Will miss them so much. Overall we had a fantastic time in this newish resort with a free shuttle service to Patong every 1/2 hour.

They use fake pictures of rooms. They charge extra for the Ocean Comfy Room but falsly advertise it with pictures of the Grand Ocean Room. The Grand is cheaper, slightly smaller, but has direct ocean view. The Ocean Comfy is more expensive, slightly bigger, but has very limited ocean view, mainly pool view and ocean view that is blocked by cement walls and hotel trees. Both room types are nice but they are simply dishonest with advertising. When I expressed my concern they did nothing, they did not even offer a welcome drink or a cupcake. Never staying there again.

Excellent seaview hotel at the end of Patong Beach

We lived this hotel so much that we stayed an extra 3 nights. The location was perfect for us, on the outskirts of Patong Beach so away from all of the madness. We used the hotel shuttle in to Patong but didn't bother with the return journey as we enjoyed the 30 minute walk back. We booked a Grand Ocean View room and it is huge with a massive balcony overlooking both the infinity pool and ocean. All of the amenities in the room are of a high standard and there are lots of extras like a proper coffee machine. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them, especially if you smile and use your manners. We observed quite a few guests who thought it was okay not to say please or thank which made us cross. Please remember to treat people with respect. The breakfast was buffet style with lots of options, we are vegetarian and there was plenty of choice for us. There was a smothie/juice/coffee bar and an egg station along with the hot and cold choices.

This hotel doesn’t have a single flaw. Read reviews about the breakfast being poor before we booked. but this is so far from the truth. They have everything from freshly made smoothies,eggs benedict, omelettes, pancakes, Currys, pastries. The list goes on. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and the A/C is amazing. Additionally the hotel offers a free transfer to patong beach which is fantastic. Another positive is that the hotel will work alongside tour operators to help ensure everything is organised and efficient. Pool bar also a great touch to this hotel as there is always nice relaxing music and a welcoming face looking to serve you some fantastic cocktails at a cost effective price. A great hotel with amazing prices & services. Look no further than here. It’s perfect
