Bathroom in the room have black molded. Told the staff the day we check out and 2 weeks after to see if they fix the problem and they said no note was put in it. Very disappointed in them. They have lack of communication with staffing. And they didn't do anything to accommodate our stay. My family gpt sick after we stay there.

First experience was the check-in. Front desk was vacant, we rang the bell and waited a few minutes. Then rang the bell again and was told to wait. We waited for about 10 minutes until being helped. We only had issues with one employee during our two week stay. The rest were incredible and super kind. The rooms were alright but there was zero to little noise cancelling from other rooms. Our next door neighbor was blaring music nightly and then would keep his TV on. It was a nuisance but you pay for what you get.

The bathroom smelled like urine and had mold in the grout by the bathtub. I tried to watch some television but was not able to because it wouldn't connect with the directTv box. I tried turning off the cablebox and turning it back on, pushed the reset button and unplugging the box and plugging it back in. Nothing worked. I called the front desk and was told to do the same steps. When I told her I already did those things she just said \"sorry\" and that was that. No television.

The room was not clean there was an old baby bottle in the room that was picked up by the child staying in the room and attempted to drink out of it and in addition the bedding on one of the beds was not clean either. When addressed at the front desk my family was treated with disrespect regarding the situation.

The check in staff was wonderful. I originally put 5 stars because that was the question. But when it asked for feedback, the question changed to an overall rating. Thats not cool. The overall stay was not 5 stars. After a long 9 hour drive, we arrived around 1 am and there was a bottle cap and questional white powder in a paper wrap under the mattress of one bed, there were lucky charms and blueberry muffin crumbs all in the sofa bed. There was a fry under/behind the sofa bed. There was a baggy with apple cores? In the fridge door and also some green cup on a stick thing... it was gross and the last thing we wanted to deal with in the middle of the night. The checkin person was very apologetic and fgot us a new room immediately, but it still made the overall experience poor. The lady that made the continental breakfast did an amazing job. We dis not use any amenties this go around.

This is our go to hotel in Twin Falls when visiting my Brother. I love that it has family suites that accommodate all 6 of us. The breakfast is great with plenty of choices. Their pool is usually open till midnight and is in doors. Reasonable prices. The parking can be tricky and usually fills up fast leaving no where to park legally.

We chose this hotel for the hot tub & breakfast but the hot tub was out of order and the staff did not give us any information on the breakfast hours when we checked in so we missed breakfast. Every other hotel stay we have had has breakfast until 10 so it was very unexpected to have it close at 9. We would have liked to have been notified about these things prior to our stay so we could have made other arrangements. There were blood stains on the sheets of one of the beds and the hallway in building B smelled like weed.

They did not have a operating pool the second building has mold in the roof on the way to pool. Tried to use the phone to call front rest they did not respond. They only care about there main building only stairs for the second floor. I feel they advertise a better stay.

Outside doors are not secure you do not need a key card to enter from the side of the building. Most of the staff was not very friendly. A couple were very nice. We did not ask for a handicap room, but got one, so no tub, just a shower which was fine. I did not have breakfast, but my husband said there was not much choice and it didn't look great. I am not sure about that as there seemed to be some variety when I peaked in the dining area before leaving. The pool and hot tub were open the 1st day and was nice, although the jets did not work in the hot tub. The hot tub water was nice and hot though. The 2nd day the pool was closed as there was a leak somewhere that could not be fixed until the following morning. Overall though it was nice though.

I spent one night between day one and day two of a golf tournament. The key card didn't work on the end of the building and was intermittent at the room. There was a couple of big dark stains in the carpet in the room. I did use the pool and hot tub and that was fine. I probably would not recommend this property.

The clerk at check in was not friendly. Felt like I was bothering her. She was the same with the other people checking in also. Later that evening I went to the lobby for cold water which was empty. I asked if she could refill it. She said I would have to wait awhile. I checked back an hour later and still not refilled. Small things make a big difference.

Lobby area smell of smoke, elevator was covred in handprints and who knows what? As well as the carpet was so dirty throughout the hotel. The blankets, curtains & carpets in our room were covered in idk? Looked like a crime scene. I think this hotel needs a whole new cleaning staff. Like youshould be able to recognize that the \"white\" blankets have a questionable stain on them as well as the carpet and curtains. I felt dirty even after taking a shower. My kids didnt even take a bath or go to the pool, because it was so gross. I think the ladies who are running it need to think about cleaning it better.

Thank you so much for the amazing stay! I know it was only for 2 days for myself and those that came with me. We stayed during Magic Valley Comic Con. The hotel was quiet, and felt like walking into a hug every time we came and went. We felt safe, and comfortable. It was hard waking up, because we felt so snuggled in and comfy. This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at and I travel often for work. I usually love quality Inn and suites. They’re usually very friendly and accommodating. This one in Twin Falls has the worst customer service representatives I’ve ever dealt with they act like they are being bothered if you even walk up to the counter, they have no Friendliness to them at all. There was blood stains on the linens. It was disgusting and the AC never worked and they did nothing about it at all. I would never stay here again. Especially a gal that she said her name was Betty. She even rolled her eyes at me. I have never had this kind of service at the quality and before I came to Twin Falls.

Well it started with the elevator......the lobby looks fine and the staff were friendly but the moment you walk into the elevator you get a real look at how this hotel is. It's filthy.....the elevator floor is covered in dirt, mud, spills, grass etc. The buttons are covered in a weird grease and you are seriously scared to touch the walls. Hop out of the elevator onto your floor and you will find unvaccumed floors and stained walls. Lord help you when you hit your room

The staff were kind and made the attempt to show the customer they were valued, however the over all cleanliness of the several room I observed due to additional guests staying there, far overshadowed in negativity. Such as several of the the rooms including mine, had large areas of Black mold in the bathroom area cover the majority of the ceilings and or space above the shower area. Black mold has the potential of killing at risk individuals with health issues as well as small children and pets.
