We had 3 suites and clearly needed bedding for the fold out couches with the amount of people indicated when I made the reservations. However, they only provided the sheets and said they didn’t have anymore blankets or bedspreads so we had to go purchase 6 sleeping bags for those who were sleeping on the foldout couches. Very disappointing!

The accommodations were pretty straight forward. Comfortable environment and close to all the natural attractions of Twin Falls.
We went to use the hot tub and were told that it has not worked for some time and they would have to literally tear out the entire tub to fix. It would have been nice to know, as this was one of the amenities that we were looking forward to.
Other than that, everything was fine.

Checked into this establishment late in the evening while headed to SLC. Hotel was booked out and we were booked to detached building. Upon entering the room the AC unit was running but room was hot. Called the front desk and he tried to troubleshoot the unit. Asked for another room but was told hotel was booked full. Tried getting a refund through Hotels app but was denied.

It’s slightly rundown, my daughter is covered in bite marks… bed bugs maybe? Pool area is super dirty. Same bandaid was there for two days at least. They have a hard stance on no drinks in the pool area but there are rings on the table from drinks…? Maybe it’s just certain people aren’t allowed to have drinks? Children swimming alone in the pool with zero adults present but no drinks allowed. I wouldn’t recommend.

The only positive thing I can say is that this hotel is acceptable as a last resort. Unfortunately, the property was very dirty and poorly maintained. The elevator smelled strongly of urine and appeared as if it had not been cleaned in quite some time. There were cigarette butts on the floors, and the carpets looked like they had never been vacuumed.

The room itself was in poor condition. The headboards were falling apart, and the bathroom clearly needed maintenance and repairs. Overall, the hotel gave the impression that cleanliness and upkeep are not a priority. I am not sure what is going on with this property, but it was a very disappointing experience.

We had no hot water in our room. The toilet was backed up when checked in at 10:30 ish pm. We didn’t notice till the next morning. All the staff did was get us a plunger and we had to take care of it ourselves. The jets for the hot tub were broke and there was no sign. Staff said sorry and that was it.
When I asked about being refunded at least part of our stay they told me it wasn’t their problem since we booked through a third party sight.

We just stayed one night driving through. While checking in, we found that there are 2 bldgs, one with an elevator, the other stairs only. We were put in the non-elevator bldg upstairs. when asked if there was any lower room or a room in the elevator bldg, a male walked behind the counter and rudely said NO. With a knee that I’m having replaced in a month, a bad back, and lots of stuff to bring up for safe keeping, we were very disappointed. The rooms are in need of updating and there are stains on the carpets. We will NEVER stay here again. There are lots of other reasonable hotels in the vicinity.

Multiple wet spots on the carpet in the room. As we were checking in a staff member ran in between me and my kids with a cart. A housekeeper knocked on our door as we were trying to pack up to leave to tell us to check out. Staff were not friendly.

We were given an \"accessible\" room with a chair in the shower and a slope from the shower. When we walked in it stunk. We brought someone from the desk to smell and he agreed it smelled bad. We asked if we could change rooms as it was nauseating and we did not request an accessible room. We were told there weren't any rooms available. He came back with a scented plug in. We refused. That just adds another odor it does not fix the problem. After taking a shower I realized why it stunk. The water goes down the slope and into the carpet outside the bathroom. There's a water stain there. It most likely has mold underneath.

We stayed there last week. They have a building A which was maintained and then there was Building B which was like the building they forgot. The carpet was gross. The place had torn carpet on the stairs. It seemed like they only maintained building A. They forgot to do the same with building B. Like I said (A) nice …(B ) ghetto

The room smelled (like vinegar, strangely), there was a wear hole in my bedsheets, they seemed understaffed and less than caring (maybe due to the staffing). Also, I just wanted to watch some local news in the evening and could not locate any local channels on their DirectTV service. So, called and simply asked how I could find them, but the response was \"I don't know\", and no offer to look into it or anything that would have felt supportive. Disappointing stay.

Mattresses were absolutely horrible. We had two suites with 12 people total and nobody slept well. The breakfast is great. The view is stunning (little Switzerland?). The rooms were clean and the pool was good. The hot tub needed cleaning so we didn’t go in it.

Our stay was good but however when tried to take a shower the hot water would come and go but then there was absolutely no hot water.. Breakfast was excellent, staff was very kind and respectful, hot tub wasn’t very hot and the jets wouldn’t work. I would stay there again but hopefully there will be hot water.

The property and hotel were clean. The staff were friendly and polite. The room had a good size mini fridge and microwave. The continental breakfast had a really great variety, including Belgian waffles, biscuits with gravy, boiled eggs, yogurt, and a variety of breads and cereal, too. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Even though we didn't visit the pool or hot tub, we could see it was clean and well maintained. The hotel is in a great location, with many stores and restaurants nearby. You're not far from attractions like old main street and Shoshone Falls. We had a great experience.

Booked through hotel.com, had confirmation and our card was charged. On their end your payment to them was decline, the desk was helpful, but it was a pain to connect to a hotel.com person. We were given a room in bldg B, 2nd floor, which has no elevator in it. The hot tub jets did not work at all, and just luke warm but clean. Another quest says he stays there often, and it has never worked. Otherwise, it was a quite room and nice size. Need to fix hot tub or have a way of saying not working. we pick this hotel for that feature.

I didnt use the pool but the pool area and hot tub looked very clean. The elevator was a little slow. My room had some kind of candy like nerds scattered around like the vacuum didnt work or was not vacuumed at all. The bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of foods. There was grass around for dogs use. It was easy to find and there was ample parking.

Staff were awesome. We were not told where the breakfast was [Building A], Building B where we were did not have breakfast set up so we missed out on that for our stay. Room was mostly clean, but the building was in need of some major updates. We noticed someone putting a key card in each of the rooms going down the hallway in front of us which was a little concerning, so we reported that to the front desk. Really just needed a comfortable bed, and a clean bathroom for our stay. Had that, but would not have been happy had I had to pay more than I did for the room. Quality Inn's used to be well maintained, I would have compared to a Motel 6 in the day. Again Staff very good and receptive. Structure just needs a serious update.

Found a bed bug at the end of my one night stay. Thought I checked well before going to bed. When I woke and moved the sheets there was a bed bug. I reported to staff and their only response was that they would notify management. No apology. No attempt to improve my experience. Definitely stayed in better hotels. The only hot items for breakfast were some not so great eggs, sausage links and waffles. The rooms were good but the beds are hard and not comfortable at all and the pillows were horrible, actually had to ask for more just to stack them 😕 staff was very kind though and there is a pool and hot tub. So honestly my only complaint is the beds and pillows. It is located in a quiet and convenient location with several amenities in the area.

Make sure to inspect the room and bathroom. There was hair in the shower that wasn’t mine or my daughters. Dogs peed in the elevator and on the second floor by the soda machines. And still was there the very next day. What’s worse is there was a room attendant in the elevator that said oh nice more work for me. Wouldn’t recommend here for nothing.

My stay at the Quality Inn was overall a positive experience. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the front desk staff were especially friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

One downside was that we had planned to spend one of our evenings relaxing at the hotel, including using the hot tub. Unfortunately, we were informed right as we were about to get in that the heater had broken a few hours earlier. That was definitely frustrating and a bit of a letdown.

That said, the hotel offers good value for the price and is in a great location, which made it a convenient choice. Overall, despite the hiccup with the hot tub, it was a decent and comfortable stay.

Overall we had a horrible experience. The room was dirty with stains all over the bedding, curtains, floor, furniture. The entire building smelled like a mix of weed and cigarettes. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, very hard and lumpy. Because the beds were so awful we did not want to stay for the second night we had booked. The next morning I went to the front desk to let them know we’d like to cancel our second night but was told because I booked through Hotels.com there was nothing she could do for me and that I had to contact Hotels.com. She didn’t even bother to ask why I wanted to cancel. I did reach out to Hotels.com but they told me I had to work with the hotel directly to cancel our second night. The person at Hotels.com who helped me reached out to the hotel on my behalf trying to cancel and see if a refund was possible but was flat out told no.
Like I said, overall horrible experience. I will never recommend and never stay there again.

I've stayed here a couple of times and have been satisfied for the most part with my stay however this time was different. Had to request a full bedding change out due to various stains on the blanket and sheets. Also the room was in desperate need of a remodel. The door frame inside the bathroom has a rusted hole where it contacts the floor. The fire suppression sprayer in the bathroom was also rusty. The elevator carpet was very dirty. Finally there was a very large police presence in the parking lot our first night there. In conclusion I think we'll spend the extra $20-$30 a night for something a little nicer.

Very disappointed! I have stayed here before and it was much nicer. The whole building smelled like a wet dog. Carpet was coming off the stairs. My non-smoking room had nicotine stains on the smoke alarm and phone. Bed was very uncomfortable and needs a new mattress. We had a very nice view of the back of a building. Kids were running through the halls, screaming and slamming doors until 1:30 AM when I finally called the front desk and complained. Breakfast was cold. The only good thing about this stay was the staff.

First experience was the check-in. Front desk was vacant, we rang the bell and waited a few minutes. Then rang the bell again and was told to wait. We waited for about 10 minutes until being helped. We only had issues with one employee during our two week stay. The rest were incredible and super kind. The rooms were alright but there was zero to little noise cancelling from other rooms. Our next door neighbor was blaring music nightly and then would keep his TV on. It was a nuisance but you pay for what you get.

Check in was great. Staff was friendly and efficient.
Based on the website photos and information, the rooms are VERY misleading. My room was NOTHING like the photos. The carpet was filthy, the bed was not neatly made and the bedcover had holes. The bathroom smelled like urine and had mold in the grout by the bathtub. I tried to watch some television but was not able to because it wouldn't connect with the directTv box. I tried turning off the cablebox and turning it back on, pushed the reset button and unplugging the box and plugging it back in. Nothing worked. I called the front desk and was told to do the same steps. When I told her I already did those things she just said \"sorry\" and that was that. No television.
This was a very disappointing stay and I will not choose this place again or reccomend it to anyone else.

The check in staff was wonderful. I originally put 5 stars because that was the question. But when it asked for feedback, the question changed to an overall rating. Thats not cool. The overall stay was not 5 stars. After a long 9 hour drive, we arrived around 1 am and there was a bottle cap and questional white powder in a paper wrap under the mattress of one bed, there were lucky charms and blueberry muffin crumbs all in the sofa bed. There was a fry under/behind the sofa bed. There was a baggy with apple cores? In the fridge door and also some green cup on a stick thing... it was gross and the last thing we wanted to deal with in the middle of the night. The checkin person was very apologetic and fgot us a new room immediately, but it still made the overall experience poor. The lady that made the continental breakfast did an amazing job. We dis not use any amenties this go around.
