The property was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Staff were generally polite and helpful, and check-in/out was smooth. There are no plenty activities to do so would recommend can enjoy this property by using day pass tour.

Excellent customer service. We were checked in by Marin (if I remember correctly) and realising it was our anniversary sent us a treat in our room. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Beach and area was well kept. Dinner buffet was great too. Memorable experience and would definitely visit again.

For a 5 star hotel i was expecting 5 star dining, 5 star transportation, 5 star service. Amenities were limited on the resort and transportation ro mainland was equally limited. The buffet breakfast was horrible, curry, and south east asia.
Last boat left mainland at 1.15am., Dubai dont slwep,, and it was on the last day we were advised Bout a speed boat for rent.
It would nice for them to advise gueat on restaurant near the al wasal.station, because its alot happening. Providing gieates with this information, maps would be very considerate and appreciated

Very fun and clean hotel. It is still under construction but it is a very nice place to stay. Has tons of amenities. The o oh thing is it’ll be good to have ferries more often so you don’t have to lose time or be rushing from the city to get to the hotel. But overall was pretty nice!

Our stay at voco Monaco Resort in Dubai was very nice! The reception team was incredibly helpful, especially with directions and ensuring a smooth transfer to the Marina for our boat to the hotel island. Check-in at the resort was efficient and quick, allowing us to head straight to the lovely beach while we waited for our room. We got text notification when our room was ready. The sea was so calm and clear – perfect for a relaxing swim!
The hotel itself is very nice and modern, with comfortable and practical room designs, and the cleanliness was superb. We also thought it was so cool to experience \"rainy weather\" in one of the hotel sections – a unique and memorable touch!
We experienced the kindness and helpfulness of everyone we encountered. A special thank you to Silvia and Matti at the reception desks for being exceptionally nice.
Our dining experience at the seafood restaurant was great – every dish was delicious, and our server, Sahil, was professional and courteous. The live band added a wonderful touch to the atmosphere. The breakfast buffet also offered a great and delicious selection. Even our departure was seamless thanks to the helpful boat concierge. We had a truly great time at voco Monaco.

With the understanding that this property is still under construction, the area that they do have complete is pretty amazing.
There is a raining street in-between two wings of the hotel and I have to say that this was awesome! It rained for about 90 sec every 30 min or so. European vibe with a cobbled walkway, murals, and a huge umbrella for photos. Lined w/ small patio tables under awnings so you can have a coffee (or food) on the patio with the rain. Very ingenious and fun idea!
They have a huge pool area and bar. The only thing I would recommend with this area is to change out the solid state lounge chairs with adjustables. They had a DJ playing music at all times, so music and vibes were great.
The room we stayed in was just beautiful, wrap-around patio with sea views on each side. There was 1.5 bathrooms, which was a first for me and oh was it super useful.
The food was good, no complaints there. Plenty of selection in the 2 restaurants or in the buffet. The waiters were so nice and attentive. Emmy helped us every day we were there, starting with our first dinner. She was super sweet, attentive, and had a great memory. Her smile was contagious!
Really, the only reason I did not give these guys 5 stars is because of the major communications issues after booking. There is a bunch of back and forth emails that could be easily resolved by just putting everything on a web page (welcome info, boat booking, airport transfers, etc).

Love the idea of the location!
It is located on one of the man made islands that are set in a shape of the world map. This particular hotel though is located on the islands called “The Hearst of Europe”.
Super awesome concept but i feel like execution completely failed. Stay with me, I’ll explain in details.
Pros:
- location - away from the city noise
- food - everything we’ve tried was delicious and fresh! You have to try seafood platter for 2 at La Reve restaurant
- staff - very attentive, smiling, checking on you all the time
Cons:
- prices - you are on the island and can’t get off for cheaper option so prepare to pay for expensive drinks and food
- construction - when we were there only one wing of the hotel was open, other three are still under construction but you don’t hear the noise though because if you are facing the pool, you will hear the music, so prepare to party and not sleep there
- quality - while they just opened 6 months ago, paint is already peeling off the buildings! Not just the one that’s open but even the ones that aren’t yet! And the light in the hallway is also already not fully working (it’s a sensor one but several LED strips was blinking while others were fine
- the beach - sand is super rough so as the bottom of the gulf when you get in the water. Not sure if that’s the typical sand in Dubai area but they should do something about it. It’s very hard to walk in due to seashells. Very rough sand.

This hotel is part of what will be a much larger complex. We were taken on a free boat trip to see the work in progress. We saw the coral institute and Smart Police Station. All fascinating.
Food and service were excellent and reasonably priced for a 5* hotel.
I got a great haircut from Zayed at the salon. Pool bar did great cocktails.
I recommend a beach/ sea view or street view room if you peace and quiet- the pool side has music all day and lights at night. The beach is a great place to watch the sunset.

This hotel is a great exclusive location and is designed very well! It has all the potential to be a top vibe. Good amount of resort activities to do, amazing views and the food was good. I enjoyed my stay. However, this hotel atmosphere is advertised to be as a party atmosphere 24/7 and it was not that. I do not know if I arrived on an off weekend but the vibes were low and crowd was scarce. And even with minimal guests the drinks were slow to arrive (basically we grew tired of waiting and left the poolside bar). I was disappointed because the location is amazing! I visited with my husband so it became a quiet and romantic weekend. We would visit again with a group of friends to liven up the vibe or only if we knew there would be a live crowd.

A wonderful place!

I really liked the food (the pastry chef is a GENIUS, the Saturday dinner buffet is AWESOME), the entertainment (DJ and the lady with the saxophone), the decoration & the amenities (comfortable bed, IOT control of your room from your phone), staff eager to help, fast internet, free transport option back to Dubai.

Please note that they are in a soft opening phase, so expect a few issues that you will need to report to management and resolve quickly!

In short: A nice place if you want to have fun with good food, fancy cocktails, champagne, wine and music!

Great experience except for a few things. The rooms were smaller than anticipated. There was only a small area of the beach where you were allowed to swim. Kayaking hours were extremely limited. They really need to add more yacht/ferry transportation times. Plus, the app said you had to schedule the ferry back to the mainland at least 6 hours ahead of time or you would have to contact the Concierge desk which is inconvenient. Overall, great experience but they need to iron out a few of the kinks.

Alles in allem schöne Anlage, wo im direkten Umfeld noch in den nächsten Jahren massiv gebaut wird. Der uns vom Hotel zugewiesene Parkplatz, war im öffentlichen Strassenland mit einer Höchstparkdauer von 4 Stunden. Das war zum Schluss alles sehr ärgerlich und man musste sich mit RTA App gut auskennen. Im Hotel waren ale sehr freundlich, der Check Inn hat eine 1/2 Stunde gedauert da alles sehr voll war. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung aber keine Sensation Meerblick. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und in Ordnung. Der Strand und die Liegen waren schön und die Hotelsnlage entwickelt sich bestimmt in den nächsten Jahren gut.

an ibiza-like hotel, with very high prices. For example, a cola costs 30 aed. When we arrived, we were greeted by three exotically dancing ladies with bare buttocks, which was very inappropriate. There were a lot of employees and supervisors, but none of them succeeded very well in creating contact/relationship with the customers. Many supervisors ran around and asked if everything was okay? What do you answer to that question when you are short of toilet paper or want a cola? Maybe they should ask if there is anything they can help with. However, we had a really good experience with an employee at the reception. She was very present. At the same time, there was an incredible amount of music noise everywhere in and around the hotel. Different genres that mixed with each other.

Man muss sich selbst um den Bootstransfer kümmern. Muss suchen, wo dieser startet. Man muss die Originalreisepässe dabei haben. Hier muss ein deutlicher Hinweis erfolgen! Wir kamen mit Hin-und Hertelefonieren und Bitten ausnahmsweise mit. Im Hotel mussten wir wieder lange warten. Mit Zusage des Managers und Weiterleitung der Kopien unserer Pässe konnten wir einchecken. Das Bad im Premiumzimmer ist zu klein. Das Abendessen im Außenrestaurant war eher Durchschnitt. Keine Beilage außer Gemüse beim Hauptgang. Wir hatten Fisch und mussten Reis extra bestellen u. bezahlen! Die Heizstrahler funktionierten nicht mangels Gas.
Frühstücksbuffet in der Brasserie auch nichts besonderes. Eine Kaffeemaschine draußen wurde nicht weiter gemanaget. Blinkte wg. Lehrung etc. Unser Tisch wurde erst auf Nachfrage abgeräumt. Alle Kellner liefen vorbei.
Insgesamt lohnt sich ein Ausflug nicht. Geld und Zeit verschenkt.

No hay reglas claras para el “ALL-INCLUSIVE”, en cada lugar son diferentes horarios, diferentes menus, con restricciones que no están escritas. Al final terminas pagando hasta por aguas EVIAN porque no estan incluidas, y asi mas ejemplos tan simples. Decepcion total del servicio ALL INCLUSIVE, la atencion del personal es excelente.
