I could not take it anymore, this person constantly syping on me everyday to the point where this review is being taken down in the early hours of the morning??? Some of us are here for more than a quick hookup at the flick of their doorlock. I come back after some time and the same person is still here in 133 (a few months) and has been talking about us since arrival, insulting my manhood etc. I do not think i can come back to this place.

I chose to spend my entire week in Johannesburg at this hotel, spend my money, provide good tips, and they had the nerve to steal my belongings and fabricate some absurd story when I inquired about it. Management acts like they know nothing and makes no honest effort to retrieve my items, most likely to protect his staff. This is not the way you treat valuable customers. Though, I will say that the hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating when it comes to providing room and food services, they are liars and thieves and I will not be returning or spending my money here ever again when I return to Johannesburg in the future.

Town Lodge Sandton is an excellent choice with good location. Reception personnel very responsive & helpful. Housekeeping a slight problem insofar as Security Safe on arrival was non-functional. Help was provided so the Security Safe could be used, but was not in perfect condition. Dining room personnel all very responsive & helpful - particularly a lady named Linda.

The complete Guest House project was managed by the owners from start to finish. The interior decorating, hand made headboards, bed side tables, paintings etc.
