This is a great location for vacation with family. A awesome view of the beach. Right across the road from the hotel. The staff is really friendly and not so bad breakfast daily.

The place could use some updating. There was a ticking sound in the ceiling that kept us awake during the night since it stopped and started. Otherwise ok. I’ll book here again

The hotel itself is older and looks like they are updating the outside. The room and breakfast area were clean and well maintained. The pool and pool area needs upgrading. It also needs to be cleaned more often. They (staff) are a little over the top regarding pool towels.

Curtains didn’t close because they were missing a panel. My husband fixed the toilet because it ran all night on our first night.
Breakfast was very good. Had a different assortment every day. Not a lot of tables for seating so we ended up sitting at a table with strangers every day. (A bit awkward)

Well I spent a lot of money on what I thought was a good clean hotel, right next to the beach. The entire building is outdated. The walls were dirty, the room , when it was finally ready for us , smelled disgusting, like vinegar. The shower and sink were disgusting. For the amount of money I spent on it , I definitely was expecting a clean room without the funky smell. The service was slow . I waited over 20 minutes just to check into my room and when I finally did get help my room was not "ready" . I am very disappointed and I probably won't ever stay there again.

Being charged for parking 15.00 a night plus they taxed 2.26 taxes with the parking Was not aware of the parking fee and I feel it was unreasonable to pay for parking especially the rate they charged. Will never stay there again.

Great location if you're here for the beach (just steps away). Very friendly staff.

Breakfast buffet was hot&cold but pretty basic. Housekeeping only every 3rd day (fine with me) but you can request additional towels and items anytime.

It's a pretty old hotel so the rooms are also pretty basic and unfortunately we were there for heavy rains so a few of our rooms experienced leaks requiring relocation. A/C was fine.

There is a good restaurant across from the hotel but most of the other restaurants, stores and nightlife are on the other side of the island, about a 5-10 min car ride.

Bottom line, works for a beach location but don't expect too much.

Location is fantastic. Easy walk across street to the beach. Room was adequate. Could use a chair to sit in. We used one of our beach chairs. 1 out of 5 for the very low low toilet. Tv fine but an in room guide would be nice. Or even just a note saying TV guide is on channel 25. In room clock didnt work. Bed and bedding was fine. Towels OK. Ice machine nice. Now breakfast was 3 out of 5 no waffle maker. Staff was 5 out of 5. Helpful and breakfast area very clean. Fresh juice was great. We would stay here again.

Very heavy dust in the bathroom vent. No hot water for showers both mornings. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Coffee was good. Unfortunately, our first night we had a barking dog across from us that barked continuously for 45 minutes. We finally called the front desk and it stopped. This was an absolutely amazing last minute find and booking through Orbitz was the only way we were able to afford it and have the opportunity at such a late landing. The location of the hotel ended up being a dream destination, the handicapped shower was sooooo good it has prompted a new design for when we get home! They offered service animal accommodations + being a pet friendly hotel it was clean, clean, clean and free of odors! We had a leak in the room that I would have liked to have seen it handled more professionally because it caused quite a bit of an issue for us with wet items and unfortunately they will face large repairs on their end…..
but nothing would change my overall happy review of our experience there and I would recommend it to anyone!

Great location and Si was great. Helped us to upgrade our room and get settled. The rooms are a bit dated and even though we had a jet tub, there is no way I’d take a bath in there. The jets were not clean at all.
There was a party going on in the room next to us. At about midnight, I called down to the front desk to ask them to keep it down. Si came up and took care of it immediately. We woke up to the waves on the beach feeling well rested.

I know it’s pure profit but think about the people who stay with you. Bad thinking. People remember. Also it was party time for the kids that were there. Loud slamming doors. Beating on the door to get someone’s attention. I heard them up to 2:45 AM. They should have been thrown out with no refund. I’ll probably stay there but if I stay awake because of a them. I will expect a refund. So kick them out for the people who are not there to party.

The room that we stayed in was on the backside of the building facing the parking lot. The room was dated. There was visible wear to the room, especially the bathroom. The tub showed mold in the cracks. The breakfast wasn’t bad. The location is great. The pool looked like it needed to be resurfaced on the bottom. After staying here, I feel like I overpaid for an outdated room in need of repairs/remodeling.

The room was great and check in was GREAT but check out is when they lost stars. The lady at the counter was more interested in singing summer of 69 than helping me check out. She checked out someone in front of me and made me stand there and wait for her the I guess clear their room key or something and sing. If she would have just checked me out and the people behind me out she could have cleared all the key cards out when we were gone.

The staff members I encountered were very helpful. They were really the highlight of our stay. I liked the fact that there was a guest laundry on our floor. I LOVED the fact that the hotel was dog friendly.
We did not eat breakfast. We had a pleasant view from our room, and our room and bathroom were clean.
The hotel is in a great location—lots of things to do and places to eat within walking distance.
All in all, even though the hallways are quite rundown looking, this is a good place to stay, especially for pet lovers, if you just want a few days at the beach.
