Clean room. Great location for the Isle of 8 shrimp festival
Toni
Nice stay. Good breakfast! Clean and quiet room!
Abigail Myrtle
We had a great stay in Home2 suites in Fernandina beach. I love the vibe! We’re looking forward to revisit!
Bridget
We had sheets left on the sofa and saw a couple of water bugs
Pauli
Be sure tile flooring is cleaned. Ours had evidently been mopped but whatever product was used was sticky. No walking around barefoot.
Elizabeth
Room was very spacious as it was a suite which had a dishwasher, microwave, huge fridge/ freezer and even dishes and utensils to use. Hotel was centrally located with easy access to everywhere but you do need a car for most places. Only a 10 minute walk to beach from hotel though! Negatives were that pillows were too soft, shower water pressure was a bit low and room/hallway was musty smelling. Amenities were meager considering this is a Hilton. Breakfast was just okay although they had various options. Ice cream store next door was a plus.
Brad
Excellent

Staff were sweet and helpful as always. We’ve been coming here for years, the staff remember my kids and treat us like family. Breakfast was OK, location is great, and rooms are clean. Will be back next year.
Melissa
Walked in room was very clean, nice fridge, microwave and TV’s staff very friendly bed very comfy and had a wonderful bath! Also outside there is a cute little pond with lots of Florida wildlife we seen a snake a gator and turtles! So fun and cool! Beach is right up the street and an ice cream hot dog shop next door great place to stay if you have kids!
Elaine
This is our third or fourth time staying at this hotel and we always have an amazing time. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. We will come back again.
Kathy
The hotel was clean and centrally located for our vacation to Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island. Really, the only big complaint was breakfast was subpar. The only decent thing was making your own waffles. Bacon was paper-thin and greasy. Egg bites were less than flavorful. You get the idea. Some fresh pastries would have been nice.
The shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower were empty. Luckily, we bring our own, but these should be checked.
Staff was super friendly and overall a good stay.

Breakfast was delicious everything was great
Michael
Only negative was the ice cream for sale in the lobby was $9 a pint. That's $72 a gallon.
Stacy
The staff and location are excellent. Our only issue was the room. There was a very musty smell to it when we arrived. I called housekeeping to ask if they could change our sheets in the morning as they smelled so bad. They offered to do it immediately but we were fine waiting. They cleaned and it really helped. But the room itself smelled like water had been sitting. Other than this, the breakfast, location staff and amenities were excellent.
Gordon

I gifted this trip as a mother daughter trip. My mother and I enjoyed every moment of our stay and convenience to the beach and other places. We will definitely return knowing that this hotel is pet friendly. Plus Randy was an amazing clerk who provided great service and advice for restaurants and things to do.
Tresa
This hotel is in a good location within walking distance to the ocean and a few good eating places. My room was great. Queen suite and everything I needed in the kitchen. It was quiet too.
Parking was plentiful and easy. Lighting was good. The hotel had all the amenities you would expect and then some. A really nice exercise room. Nice pool. Great grill area outside of the pool. Nice sitting area out front with a fire pit. I’ll happily stay there again.

Our stay here was quiet, clean, breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. Much better experience than the Hilton Garden Inn we were in prior to this trip. Would recommend this location and will stay again in the fall.
Kevin
Clean and good hot water.
Dave
The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had some minor problems with the shower and it was fixed in a short time. We liked that the hotel was within a short walk to the beach. Some good restaurants nearby. Overall it was a great stay.
thomas
The breakfast had a lot to be desired. The bacon was really greasy. The flat eggs were cold. The staff were very friendly & polite. The room was clean. But toilet had an issue with flushing. The fan ran all the time whether switch was on or not. And sink’s drain you pull up to let the water drain out was broken. So you had to manually pull up the plug to let the water out!
Phyllis
Convenient, close to the beach and other restaurants. Hotel very clean, nice breakfast.
Matt
Large refrigerator, microwave, dishes and utensils are in the room. Also two grills outside by the pool and small fitness center. Excellent value overall.
Lacey

Wayne
All good for what we needed
Heidi
Such a cute property with a kitchenette and desk to work from. Right next to the ice cream shop. Very pleasant and friendly staff and a great breakfast available, even for those to eat healthy. :-)
Celeste
Breakfast was a good mix of hot and cold food. Everything you need to start your day. It's close enough to everything but quiet. Laid back. Clean rooms with an assortment of really nice pillows. The ac was loud but that's every hotel. Staff is awesome. Friendly, helpful, accommodating. I would stay here again.
Terrie
One of the best places to stay in Fernandina. Always greeted with kindness and rooms are always great.
Excellent location and always stay here when visiting.

The size of the room with the small kitchen was a nice surprise. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. The workout room had nice machines along with weights. A grill was out near the pool so that was nice but It didn’t look like it was cleaned very often. Thats really the only problem we saw.
Lica
Breakfast was good & easy convenient free parking.
Patricia

For a $75 pet fee the least they can do is mop the floors. It was pretty bad.

Location close to Main Street. Clean, friendly staff.

Your advertising is misleading and the fact that you advertise pillow top mattresses. It could be further from the truth than any other place. That I've ever stayed at. I enjoyed your stay and your style of hotel gearing. But your beds do not advertise. If you can't live up to em

Definitely earned 5 stars 🌟, kind & exceptional staff. Especially Kudos to Taylor on arrival Tiana who worked the holiday with just as much hospitality and took our photo at the decorated Christmas tree in our dressed best! The buffet breakfast Definitely one of the best around, hostess kind and smiling! Great accommodations, the full-size refrigerator had me! Dishwasher... had a trouble free and quiet stay. Noticed very quiet hallways and all night. Nothing on floors, no food smells, simply perfect stay. Traveling with special needs family member... this was among the best setup to make our stay simply wonderful. I recommend them highly especially in Fernandina Beach, great team. Will recommend to visiting friends, family that plan to have stays, here.

Nice property for our stay. Only issue was the refrigerator made a loud knocking sound from time to time. It didn’t wake us up but it should be evaluated. Room 211.

The hotel was amazing. They thought about all the things a guest might need. Smooth check in and check out and convenient location and parking. Reasonable pricing for all the amenities they provide. Breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. Overall, had a wonderful experience.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The staff were amazing!! So friendly and personable. The rooms are spacious and fit an extended stay hotel it was fairly quiet.
Angel
The area is not ride share friendly. Make sure to rent a car or be prepared to walk a little
Anne
Digital key for easy check-in and check-out, and when a shower item needed refill, a person can do it through the app and the matter is taken care of, fast. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Also very quiet.
Chris
Great location near Fernandia Beach. Hotel was perfectly located and had great service
Ted
The staff was very accommodating, and the parking was easy to access from all sides of the building.
Rafael
The room we were in had a pet smell. We have had pets and know what it smells like it is a shame because the property otherwise was excellent.

Clean room. Updated. Space for everything on a trip. The staff was very nice at front desk, breakfast and housekeeping. Breakfast is always the best out of the hotels stayed at. So many options and yummy. The pool was nice and clean and had some chairs and umbrellas around too.

Very nice place. Love the homey feel and the location. We walked to beach, dinner, and ice cream both nights!
Barbara
My stay was perfect. Clean room. Good breakfast. Good housekeeping. Friendly and helpful staff.
Charles
Average room, below average cleanliness
Usually Home2 Suites is my go-to hotel. My room in this one was poorly cleaned and maintained. The reeked of old urine and the AC would not remove humidity. (maintenance issue). The public areas of the hotel were about average in cleanliness. The morning breakfast staff was doing a good job.
Adriana
The room was spacious, the staff was friendly and it’s close to everything we wanted to see/do.
Darcie
Staff was great. Lady at the front desk that checked us in was so friendly. My kids loved swimming! I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, easy parking, good breakfast, clean hotel
Elijah
Great location, nice hotel & service!
We enjoyed our stay. Bed comfort was good, but pillows could be better. The breakfast buffet needs some work, variety. Eggs seemed processed. Overall, the room is beautiful and the stay/location good! Convenient to everything!
Joamel
Gracias por la estadía
Brooke
I loved how friendly the staff was during the stay and all the features that came with the suite that we stayed in. It was like a small apartment! I also loved that they offered “clean” and “natural” foods as part of their breakfast. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and when we come again, I know where we will be staying!
T
Great Breakfast
Adrian
The options were okay for the morning. The bed creaked and almost felt like it was going to break every time I entered. Internet access was quick. Room was clean.
Donna
Best Hotel!
This hotel is awesome! Lots of sitting areas, really done well. Rooms are perfect for families. It’s a little far from I 95, but kinda worth it. Close to Beach.

We’ll be back
We have stayed here for our beach vacation every year for a few years now. Great service, location, price, amenities and breakfast. Great for a family. My girls love the complimentary apples and fruit water in the lobby.
