The room did not have an electric kettle and iron. The mini fridge was not working properly. Shower got flooded every time on showering and was not fixed despite informing the reception.

1) I did cancel my 4 nights and rebooked a 2 nights stay and paid them. Because I did that they put both of my reservations in the cancellation folder. Hotel was overbooked because of the conference. At the end she found one non-cleaned room. She told me that you should have called us to explain. 2) The was talking over the cellphone for personal matters while helping me and getting a second personal call to the hotel line also. So I let you imagine they mess up your reservation and laughing over the phone with friends. 3) This same lady told me that I must pay 3 euros for the city tax for tourism, I told her it is fine and asked her if I can pay that with credit card. she replied yes sure you can do that. So my second and last night I am arriving at the hotel 11pm after a long day and I have to go to the airport 4 am. So now a different lady, I stopped an asked her about reserving a taxi for 4 am. With her poor english she replied sorry you must pay now your 3 euros taxes, so I pulled my wallet and gave her my card, she replied NO \"rude tone\", I told her that I was advised I can pay with CC, she replied NO, they will take 10% fees. I remembered that I had some euros left in my room, so I said ok and turned to go to my room. She stood up from behind the counter and was yelling Sir, You must pay now, I asked how much extra do you want me to pay to be able to use my card? with a calculator, she replied 3.5 euros. I gave her the card and finally problem was solved

When we arrived in Linz, it was Saturday evening and there was virtually no one on the street. After checking in, we found that the hotel restaurant shuts down after Friday for dinner. We went out looking for an open restaurant but could not find one. We stopped of at a BP gas station and bought some food and went back to our room. This is probably a nice place for business travel, but not for a family on vacation looking for a fun place to stop off at.

Séjour de 3 nuitées pour raison professionnelle. Excellent accueil. Parking en sous-sol. Chambre spacieuse et moderne. Bonne insonorisation des locaux. Sdb très moderne et fonctionnelle. Wi-Fi performant. Le buffet de petit-déjeuner est frais et varié. Restaurant attenant à l'hôtel de grande qualité. Seule surprise: le prix du logis était légèrement plus cher que prévu lors de la réservation.

Leider gibt es nur ein kleines Fenster in diesem Zimmer.
Da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind haben wir die Parkgarage genutzt - 12 € pro Nacht ist schon ein stolzer Preis.
Das Frühstück haben wir außerhalb eingenommen, da uns der Preis hierfür zu hoch war.
Der Rezeptionist war sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps zum Abendessen gegeben.
Wir würden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Nettes Hotel mit relativ zentraler Lage in Linz. Grund meiner Buchung war die Nähe zum Design Center. Betten sehr bequem, free WiFi. Insgesamt alles ordentlich, jedoch vielleicht nicht das günstigste Hotel. Im Preis sollte zumindest das Frühstück dabei sein, dieses kostet aber zusätzlich, worauf ich allerdings verzichtete, da ich morgens nur einen Kaffee und eventuell eine Semmel esse, dafür war mir der Preis zu hoch. Weiters on top kommt noch die Gebühr der Parkgarage, alles zusammen dann eigentlich zu teuer. Insgesamt aber sicher empfehlenswert, wenn man vom Preis absieht....

Mein Standardhotel bei Kundenterminen im Ausland (ich reise aus München an). Ich war jetzt schon mehrfach dort und war immer sehr zufrieden.

Das Personal war extrem zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Einziger negativer Punkt war, dass der Architekt beim Entwurf der Zimmer nicht immer an die Bedürfnisse der Kunden gedacht hat. (Dusche geht wegen dem zu kleinen Ablauf über, kein Seifenspender beim Waschbecken, WC und Dusche miteinander verbunden, Licht im Badezimmer beleuchtet auch das Bett, sodass die 2. Person bei jedem Gang aufs WC geweckt wird). Trotzdem ist das Hotel weiterzuempfehlen, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt.
