This is our go-to place for the location. The area is perfect. Rooms are cozy. Yard is beautiful. Ceiling fans and fireplaces to cover both needs. Cell service is terrible and we could not get more than the food network channel on the tv but to be fair we didn’t ask them to fix it either.

We were placed in an ADA room that was not what we requested. It had a roll in shower that flooded the bathroom when we showered. The fireplace barely had flames when you turned it on. On a good note, the room was very large and if I was disabled and in a wheelchair I would have appreciated the room.

Everything was very clean having a kitchen was great but we didn’t use. It felt very homey with hardwood floors, etc.… I guess if there was only one thing I could change it would be the fact that you have two small 7 pound dogs that are completely house tray than everything and yet it was $40 a night for our dogs so we stayed two nights and just for our little doggies being there was $80. Other than that, I was very happy.

Power went out one day- that is not their fault, however I had a terrible experience because I had flies Everyday coming into my room. 117 s big as a dime - and it was disgusting having to chase and kill them Daily and at night!! I complained daily- No solution- never had this before but no compensation- i would never stay in that room again!!

The location and room itself was great. I was a little taken back by a $75 charge for having a larger dog. The plumbing was loud. Any time the person next to me used the bathroom or showered it sounded like they were in my bathroom. Overall, I would recommend this place if you want to bring your pets along, and want close proximity to the ocean. If you are a light sleeper and do not wish to be woken up early, I might consider somewhere else.

Could use a little updating but we decided it added to the charm of the place. We booked 3 days there, it was the perfect location. We brought our bikes rode to the wharf easily and the beaches. Our little perfect cottage made our weekend even more perfect. Will definitely stay there again.

Great location - walking distance to the ocean. Our room was at the very end next to the road which got loud around 8 in the morning. Room was small and bed was ok. The toilet was VERY low to the ground. The hair dryer did not stay attached to the wall when used. Will not stay there again.

The room was very small for the cost. Also the room shown in the Expedia ad which caused me to rented the room was different than the one we received. When I spoke to the manager he indicated that there was some obscure warning in ads indicating your room may not be quite like this. This is in my mind very misleading and unfortunate. This cottage was great for my girlfriend, our two dogs and myself. We were lucky enough to get the very first cottage on the property. The neighborhood is very quiet and we got to enjoy the nice beach breeze and deer sightings! Very convenient to walk to the beach, restaurants and shoppes. The office staff were kind and friendly when checking in as well as helping out with additional blankets and towels. They have a nice small park area for the dogs to run around and do their business and had bags easily available for pick up. Definitely would stay again!

We usually love the Bide A Wee but this stay in the handicap room left us longing for home. The mattress was so thin and so were the pillows. The shower spills over to the drain in the middle of the bathroom which makes walking on the tile dangerous. It was quiet at night and convenient to the beach and town.

We always enjoy our stay here. The setting outside is peaceful and you can hear the ocean in the distance. There are plenty of sitting areas outside, an in ground firepit and bbq’s. It is very pet friendly with bags to cleanup after your pet. Our bed was comfortable, and amenities like utensils, pots and dishes were available, as well as soap and shampoo. The beach, lighthouse and golf course are within walking distance.
