The staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great and had a good selection of continental foods available. Parking was good with plenty of space.
The rooms were ok, very disappointed with the bathroom, particularly around the shower where mould was visible inside and out. The seals around the shower doors were also damaged.
There is a quick link to a bus service which is 30 mins away from the nearest metro.
The spa facility was very nice, although the sanu did not appear to work.

The room was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable, but we had a couple issues that made our stay not good. On the description it says that the seasonal pool is the outdoor pool, but in reality is the indoor. Really frustrating discovering after getting there, as we chose the hotel for the pool. The other issue we had was that our room’s AC would turn off every 2 hours. We told that to the hotel’s staff several times, eapecially in the middle of night, since we would wake up with the kids sweating, and they didn’t do anythint about it. We barely slept for 3 nights.

This is not a good hotel for US tourist.Hotel is 30 min away from center of Milan so you can only access by a taxi.You can get to a metro by bus but you need to download app and buy tickets online, which front desk lady didn’t have a clue about how it looks like. One day we took taxi to Milan center (81 Euros), next day we took taxi to the Metro ( 30 Euros), then took metro to Duomo. Visually hotel appears very nice,modern but rooms are small. We had executive room double but not sure was called executive.Small window in the middle of the wall creates dark room.There is only one plug on one side of the bed, and other plug by TV to connect your phone. It is an issue when 2 people need to charge the phone for the night.No shelves in the bathroom to put even bag with cosmetics.Only one soap. Also many switches for different lights in the room and for the bathroom .They are confusing( we had to press constantly to find the right switch for right area).Confusing room key that apparently created confusion reflecting red light outside the door ( meant we didn’t want clean room) . We didn’t know so despite telling front desk, our room was not cleaned,towels not changed. Found also piece of glass in the jelly during breakfast ,biting on it but overall good breakfast. Also pool opens late, at 10 am , closes 8pm but it is nice. Beds are twin size but comfortable.TV has few English channels including CNN. I requested hotel bill when leaving and was told to access in account (?).

Lovely clean,modern hotel. Staff were really nice & helpful & friendly. The room was quite basic but AC was good. Plenty of fresh towels & free refreshments in the fridge in the room. The outdoor pool was really nice but when it rained it would have been nice to be able to use the spa pool but it was closed. The food was really good & plenty of choice @ breakfast. You do need a car if you stay there as it is quite far from the train station & Milan City. We had to use a Uber all the time which was quite expensive. We were also to believe there was entertainment in the evening but nothing when we were there recently.

We stayed here for close proximity to lake Como and it was a great choice. The pool is gorgeous and we had a great swim. We stayed in a junior suite/suite with hot tub and it was a great space for two adults and a child. The food and cocktails at the restaurant are high quality. Lidl grocery store across the street. Just a great hotel overall. We visited the Alfa Romeo museum just a few minutes away which is highly recommended. You will need a car for this hotel and should not expect that it’s all that close to Milan city. We were very planful in determining location knowing this was a great option with a beautiful pool near lake Como versus staying in Como itself (which is very expensive). Do your research and you won’t be disappointed. Would happily return to this hotel any time. It is awesome

The hotel is nice. Rooms are clean and functional, and the bed is comfortable. Hotel staff are courteous and friendly and we found breakfast to be quite good. What we did not like was the location. If you go to Milan as a tourist don't stay here; it's far from the city and you will spend time and money getting there and back. In speaking with the hotel staff, we are not the first ones to book Litta Palace thinking it's a 6-minute drive to the city center as Expedia indicates, when actually their reference is to a suburban shopping center called 'IL Centro' and we incorrectly interpreted that to mean Milan's city center. To get to the Duomo you have to get a ride from the hotel van (at 15 Euro) to take you to the nearest subway station at Rho Fieramilano (10-15 min ride), then take a subway on the red line to Duomo which is 15(!) stations away. Again, this hotel is nice but not for Milan tourists. Expedia needs to do a better job of making this more clear.

Restaurant was shut and there are not many options around hotel to dine at, unless you drive. As the restaurant was shut not even the room service was available. There is a nice selection of toiletries but everything is in plastic packaging. The most shocking are tissues that are pack in sets of 4 all in separate plastic bag. As for VIP we got 10 Euros off for our drinks hardly a VIP experience.

Both outdoor and indoor pools were open and I used both. Staff was wonderful in taking time to provide directions and information. A bus stops right in front of the hotel (actually a one minute walk) that connects to the Milan subway system doe for 2.2 Europs you can buy a one day pass or for 7 Euros a full day pass. The bus ran perfectly on schedule so from the hotel to Duomo Cathedral took 40 minutes. David Eisenberg, San Francisco, Ca.

Great for 1-2 nights, not for a family holiday.

Very nice, well kept hotel, most staff were friendly and responded to our needs. Breakfast was fantastic each morning, apart from the breakfast packs that we were given on our last day were awful 3 x mouldy bananas some long life dried bread in packets, some warm yoghurts and some jam. I also do not recommend staying in this hotel with a family for more than 2 nights because there is hardly any storage in the family room (2 small drawers and half a wardrobe). Overall, great hotel for someone visiting on their own or to stay for a couple of nights.

Beautiful hotel with a beautiful outdoor area (pool, patio etc). Check-in was a breeze and the desk staff were great. Room was big, comfortable, and clean. Underground garage parking was super easy with big spots (helpful since we were given a bigger rental car than we wanted, for smaller Italian streets and parking lots). We only stayed one night due to an early flight out of MXP the next morning but it was a gem! Would definitely stay here again.

Great little hotel!

The hotel was a little gem albeit being right on a big roundabout. The inside of the hotel was very business like- clean and modern.

The outside space was what made the hotel shine a little oasis albeit right next to the road. The pool was big and clean and the sunbeds were comfy.There were also plenty of funky outside seating areas to sit as of an evening.

The breakfast was good but nothing too exciting.

When we stayed at the hotel the restaurant was closed for the summer which was a little disappointing. There are a few restaurants in the immediate area (walking distance) but your not spoilt for choice.

For a couple of days by the pool and relaxing I would pick the hotel again but you would need a car to get around.

Lovely hotel with great staff. If you can ask for the side of the hote away form the main road. It’s on a traffic loop and the road noise is constant all night, with the ambulance drivers navigating the traffic encircle routine with sirens blazing.

The hotel staff was excellent and vrry friendly. They tried to accomodate us in every way. The disapointing thing was lack of the shuttle to go even 5 miles. This is why we booked the hotel was to be able to shuttle back and forth to an event. No shampoo and conditioner was available.. No coffee ot tea available in the room. Room was kept too warm. We tried to get them to lower the temperature but it didnt happen. Brakfast was buffet was pretty good.
The Restaurant in the hotel was excellent. Great selection on menu and they were good about substitions. Would we stay again. I don't know the high cost of taxi's because of lack of shuttle may be the breaking point. The staff was excellent though.

It have staying here every year (for Lineapelle fair) since last 4 years, it’s very convenient for driving to the exhibition hall and also to close to the airport. Roadhouse restaurant across the road is very nice and they also have a McDonald’s next to it.
This time the internet was not working, that was the only down part.

Good value fairly classy hotel serves a nice breakfast and great coffee. Room smallish but fine for one person. Or 2 small people. 😅 Pool being rebuilt but no problem for me. Didn't fancy a swim anyway. All aside I will book again as it was great value.

Nice hotel near Fiera Milano Rho. Love the restaurant food, which was surprisingly good. I had 6 dinners in a row. All the staff are very nice & attentive. Room is good size & comfortable. They have hotel shuttle ferrying guests to and from the fairgrounds. Will be back.

We always stay here when in Milan

We love this hotel. It is spotlessly clean, the rooms are very comfortable. The suites are fantastic. We have stayed here four or five times during our year in Europe. We travel with our small dog and this hotel is very dog friendly. The staff are welcoming and helpful. They arranged for an evening veterinarian appointment for us so that we had the documents we needed to cross the channel back to England. Omar is friendly and a great host. The breakfast buffet is varied and generous. Underground parking on site. It just works so well for us.

Wow! Best hotel ever!

What a place, the name really does suit this hotel as it is a little palace. We only stayed one night as a stopover but wish it had been longer. We're already planning a holiday around Lake Como just as an excuse to use the hotel again. The staff are friendly and speak excellent English and the family room we had was more like an executive suite with a separated lounge area (by a large bookcase and entertainment unit) with its own tv along with the tv in the bedroom area. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower, separate toilet room (yes room) and Jack and Jill sinks. In the morning breakfast was a lovely buffet with some hot food but mostly continental type food although you can order other food too. There is a swimming pool and other facilities too but unfortunately we didn't have time to make use of these. Great hotel and we'll definitely be back.

Did not understand Expedia relationship!

Everything about the room, restaurant, and comfort were great; however, the reception desk staff did not understand the billing relationship with Expedia.

Because of that, my coworker was not able to get the rewards for himself for paying his portion of the reservation for his room, and I had to pay for both rooms myself. The staff there could have proactively contacted Expedia and educated themselves to receive better clarification and then could have impressively informed me of their understanding. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN.

In addition, they had been very quick to respond to emails prior to my check out, but once I was gone and had a question on a possible forgotten item in my room, there was ZERO response from the hotel.

High specification hotel let down a little bit by mediocre service. Room very good, breakfast ok. Great location for Expo if you have your own car or are willing to pay for taxis €25 each way. Hotel has limited shuttle service to the expo. Otherwise location is not great - next to a McDonalds and Lidl and an industrial park. Not great for pedestrians either, but you can walk 1/2 a mile to nearest restaurant.

Good hotel near Milano, perfect when visiting EXPO

The hotel is not in Milan, but nearby. Easy to reach from the highway Switzerland-Milano. The hotel is comfortable, offers very good breakfast and spacious rooms. The only minus is lack of kettle or coffee machine in the rooms or corridors. Great to stay when you plan to visit EXPO exhibition as hotel offers a free shuttle between them and fairs.

The hotel really impressed me. They are really organised. They have a quite sized parking. Rooms are very confortable and despite being next to the motorway, the silence is perfect.
The only thing that is not super is the neighbourhood, the hotel is next the motorway, so without a car you will be limited to the hotel. I certainly recommend this hotel but rent a car!

Very nice hotel! Chic rooms with spotlighting. Inexpensive mini bar.U We had a two room suite with whirlpool tub and shower. Free underground parking. Near McDonalds. The only downside is the location. The hotel is out of town. Go to Milan ~ 30 minutes. If this is not a problem for you, I recommend this hotel. Were at the Hilton the night before, so I liked this hotel more!

Amazing Stay with remote location

Hotel had an amazing room with jacuzzi tub and big shower. The room was in immaculate condition with very helpful front desk that spoke great english and a very classy bar on the first floor. The hotel featured a very delicious and affordable restaurant for dinner and included a free breakfast. The location was very remote and distant from everything, including the train station and downtown milan. Make sure you do your research for transportation options when staying at this gorgeous hotel. I would most definitely recommend this hotel. 4stars with a possible 5th star if the location was more attractive.

Very Good Business hotel

The Littaplace hotel located in the heart of industrial zone is idile for business proposes .
The Service is good and very professional , the food is great and the bar area is suitable for business meetings.
Free Wifi all around..

The only bad thing we have to say is that the room smell like an ashtray.Beside of that everything was above expectations! Very big and comfortable room and enormous bath room.Very nice breakfast - the best we had in Italy's hotel.

Superb hotel to attend Fiera Milano trade shows

I spent 4 nights in hotel litta palace to attend the Fiera Milano trade fair. My room was kept spotless each day. Breakfast was free and superb. The hotel provided a free shuttlebus that took guests to the trade fair and back daily. And all the staff were warm and friendly. The staff really made my stay memorable. The only disappointment was the hotel's location. Its located quite far from the city centre and also from the l'aeroporto Linate (where i arrived from). Its also on a busy motorway that doesnt encourage exploring the area - unless you have a car.
