Sketchy parking lot. Very dirty breezeways. Very dirty bathroom. Used towel in bathroom. Only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper. Was scared to sleep under covers. No frig. Do better.

There was a hole in the wall that looked like someone tried to patch it.
The toilet didn’t flush well with a plunger next to the toilet just in case.
The tub floor was stained, the toilet bowl was stained.
The sink did not drain well.
The bed spread had what looked like paint splattered and the corner of the spread was torn.
The experience was very disappointing.

Parking was easy. Attendant that checks in very pleasant we checked in fairly late. We were tired. We got to the room toilet paper was pretty much empty no sparrow rolls no spare anything in the room one trashcan for the room which includes the bathroom at the front door refrigerator had half drink Coke that look like it’s been in there for months you turned it over and it was hard for your freezer and ice on it but refrigerator didn’t seem cold at all. We didn’t notice in the morning when we got up, but there were Kleenexes all up and down the side of the bed between the wall and the bed toward the bathroom. Looks like somebody had a bad cold or something. It sounded like water running all night. Not in our room, but the one next to us seemed to be the case when we ran into the person in the next morning, he said he couldn’t stop it. Bathroom and a hotel is very old. Probably should not be serving the public I walked down probably a couple hundred feet to get the toilet paper and it was cold outside snowing and icy. The phone was disconnected. I had trouble getting it. Reconnected to call the front desk. The only thingI worked really well was the heater. Around the soap container it looked like it had mold in the shower. We went to breakfast the next morning there was none. There was an empty pancake dispenser. Nothing to drink. The lady on the desk was Mohr watching her TV show and taking care no bread no drinks nothing Wyndham needs to dump this one. A waste of money.

Microwave didn't work, they didn't have one in the lobby or kitchen. Room was dirty. The place was smelly. Breakfast was coffee and a waffle or raisen bran. No juice or tea .I WILL NEVER STAY AT SUPER 8 AGAIN!!!!

Stayed here over night for a funeral, got in late and had kids with me. The bathroom had pipes broke with the water constantly running (not just a drip). There was food left in refrigerator. Bathroom shower wasn’t clean. The floor was so dirty the kids feet were black.

Well let's start by saying I read some reviews and knew what I was getting myself into. Upon Entry the smell of cigarettes and the neighbor coughing up a lung told me I was in the right place. With her tv on full blast all night it was not a good nights sleep. Obviously I wasn't in town long enough to want to move, between the lighter I found in my bed and the burn holes in the sheets along with stains and hair I knew I wasn't going to touch the bed with any skin. But hey I don't expect much for a cheap room. Long story short I do not recommend this place at all!!! spend the extra money and make a decision based on is this room safe? Can I enjoy walking around barefoot?

If you are simply looking for somewhere really cheap to stay this is your place. The sheets were very stained and I'm not entirely convinced that they were not just left on the bed after the last people had the room. There was no smoke alarm as it had been disconnected. The paint in the bathroom ceiling was falling off and there was mold around the bathtub with an excessive amount of caulk around different things. Everything was rusted in the bathroom. We literally had just the end of a roll of toilet paper. The breakfast had no cups. They were out. The waffle mix appeared to be watered down as it just didn't cook right and looked much thinner than I'm used to seeing. The staff was friendly and the room was cheap for one night but you certainly know you're staying in a cheaper Motel.

Yes, it was very terrible. It was a nightmare.They changed me to 3 different rooms the first one had stuff laying in the tub from the ceiling that fell down the second one they told me to check out the beds were not made. The third one they told me to try looked okay at first, but then there was no heat. Only a little bit of warm air i went to the car and got a blanket and bought a electric heating pad. I have this all in pictures, it's just a nightmare. I still can't believe it had happened. The one room I went back into someone had walked in on me. Thought it was the wrong room, said he was sorry and now the door did not even lock. I used expedia, that is probably why I was getting bad rooms because there were many other rooms available, and they told me there was none.
Yes, it was a nightmare. I don't know why they have to do people like that.

Entry door had large gaps around it that let light and cold in. The rooms are neglected and I had to walk on foot to find a suitable room. All these bathrooms need to be updated. Some bathrooms have poles and others dont.

This smell i can explain roams free in the stairwell.

Someone needs to audit this location. Some rooms dont have numbers on the doors.

The staff was okay except when the tv didn’t work I stopped back to the office about getting it fixed. I was told they would send someone up soon. Came back and I was told no one came. I called three times twice being hung up on and the third they answered it. Told me they would send someone up. Never seen anyone. Now that’s what you call service then try to charge me for misc. I will never go back.

Honestly, I’m really disappointed with this Super 8. The little stay was a mess.

First off, the front desk staff were terrible especially the Indian lady working there. She was rude, dismissive, and acted like she didn’t care at all. We didn’t feel welcomed or helped in any way.

They put us in Room 100, and the second we walked in, the smell hit us. It was nasty and never went away. On top of that, it was freezing outside (about 2°C), but the heater in the room was so loud it kept making noise all night. Sleeping was basically impossible.

What made it worse was the bedding situation. The pillows were tiny like baby pillows and there was no real blanket. Just a thin cover that felt like a bedsheet. In that cold weather, that’s not okay. We asked for proper pillows and blankets in the middle of the night, and they just said they didn’t have any. No effort to find a solution, no apology, nothing.

When we complained about the smell, the noisy heater, and the lack of bedding, the staff literally told us to “refund the money,” even though we booked the room a week in advance. That’s not customer service that’s them telling you they don’t care.

Because of all this, we had to leave and change hotels in the middle of the night. That should tell you everything.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Clean rooms and basic bedding are the bare minimum, and they couldn’t even manage that — plus the staff attitude was just awful.

The room was neglected in that the door to the room has about a 2inch gap at the floor to the door. Allowing for gosh knows what critters to enter. The mattress was covered in plastic for who knows what reason. With the plastic on, the fitted sheet would not stay on. I don't even want to discuss the noise the plastic makes when you move. The bathroom area was in much needed repair, cleaning and more.

At first, I was given a horrible room. I’m not sure if the guy knew about it and intentionally did it or he didn’t know. I called and complained and the room was changed. The heater wasn’t good enough in both old and new room and I had to sleep with a jacket. The new room was better than the old room and also given the price hence my 3 out of 5 star.

No glasses in the room; the bathroom remodel was a disaster of atrocious workmanship, poor housekeeping, we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to even show up at the desk when we arrived at 5PM.

For breakfast there was a sign in the \"breakfast room\" that coffee (1 luke warm thermos) was in the lobby(?!?) There was a waffle machine and nothing else; no bread, muffins or pastry nor any juices.
The bed was lumpy and the sheets were scratchy.
Wyndham should get rid of that franchise location immediately
Apparantly any significant upgrade to this 1960s S-8 was confined to the lobby.

The room was the worst experience I’ve had. In hotels. The bed covers had small rips and the bed didn’t look made. The bathroom tub had water floating up with the hair of the next rooms’s occupant. When it was time to take a bath, the water was filling up the bathtub as I was taking a bath. It was so messy. The occupants of the other rooms had a beer party right in front of my door and sleeping was near impossible. Lastly the heater did not work and I had to wear layers of my clothes to sleep. I don’t think I will be a repeat customer.

The “breakfast” was packets of oatmeal. The replaced our towels one morning and not the next. Cable didn’t work on television. There were shady people lurking around (guy sitting in his car each night near the dumpster).

There were no parking spaces available near our room and we had to park on the other side of the hotel. We asked for first floor room and got a second floor room that smelled like smoke throughout. The microwave and TV did not work. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. We ask staff for extra towels but never received any. No breakfast items including coffee tea or juice.
This is by far the worst Super 8 I have ever stayed in.

The room was dirty. Bugs were everywhere. Water pressure at sink was almost non-existent. Extremely difficult to turn on shower. Tub was so slippery that it was difficult to stand up without falling. Without question the filthiest motel I’ve ever stayed in. The first room I was given, the bathroom stunk of sewage so bad I had to keep the door shut. The room was dusty. The blanket had several cigarette burns in it. The mattress was so old the top half of it was concave. The second room I had there was a dirty washcloth on the towel rack in the shower. The blanket was so filthy I stripped it off the bed and took it to the front desk and demanded a new one. The towels & washcloths were so dingy I went to Walmart and bought my own. This place is a health hazard!

Cheap but doable

First room smelled like sewer so had to switch. Next room was dirty and had to be cleaned before use. Hotel ran out of towels and toilet paper. One room in our groups door didnt lock so anyone could walk in. Positives were they let us use the pool and hr later for a bday and the rooms were updated but still need some care.

The price was awesome $68. The Holiday Inn right next-door was over $200. I'm not picky so if you're picky person I would not stay there but I just traveled seven hours and was tired. The bed was comfy air conditioner worked that's all I cared about room for fairly clean, got to watch a little TV and relax, no real surrounding noise they had a pool but I didn't use it since I got there late night. I would stay there again

They really should invest in new bedspreads. Ours had one large burn holes in it & several small ones. Big room for breakfast & I asked the day before if this was just dry cereal, they said, \"Oh, no, there is waffles & stuff\". Well, we could not find \"the stuff\" & the waffle batter was all gone & so was the orange juice when we arrived at 8:30. They were suppose to be open from 6-9. May use again because of the price & the location, but only if necessary.

I booked the hotel a week ago, but upon arrival, the room they initially provided was disappointingly dirty, appearing as though it hadn't been cleaned after the previous occupant. After presenting them with evidence in the form of pictures, they agreed to switch my room. However, the replacement room, while clean, lacked essential amenities such as an iron, oven, and fridge, which emitted unpleasant odors. Furthermore, the restroom fell short of expectations; the bathtub was old and prone to clogging, hindering the flow of water.

Okay to stay!

The hotel is good for mostly single travellers and for a short stay. The hotel is just okay and the breakfast is nothing but oats, cereal, waffles and coffee. We only took coffee. Overall it wasn't anything bad but just fine. The staff tried to help and was courteous. It is very close to the University and food options so was good for me for the graduation weekend.

Check in was easy and everyone was friendly; however, when we got to the room, you couldn't find a switch to turn on the lights. Then the toilet wanted to keep overflowing every time you flushed it. There was not an extra roll of toilet paper in case you ran out, only 2 towels for 4 people, there were bugs in the tub, and when I woke up there was a roach crawling up the wall beside my bed. This place needs a serious overhaul, deep cleaning, remodel, and upgrade!

Great nights sleep

Very nice experience. From the cheerful night clerk checking us in to the fully renovated room and absolute dream for a mattress….great nights sleep…fresh waffles and juice for our breakfast and now we’re ready to hit the road.
Don’t let the negative reviews or low star ratings scare you we’re so glad we booked here.

Sort of under renovation. It really should be raised and start over. Surprized it is not condemned. Breakfast was a joke. I would never recommend it when the next exit you have many more options. Poor choice on my part.
