Staff were beautiful, room was nice sized. But the site said it was a non smoking room. It was not, I woke with raspy voice & my hair stunk like smoke. This was recent smoking. When I said something in the morning the staff apologized and stated they do have people sign no smoking but said there is not much they can do. I have stayed here for many years. The service has continued to go downhill this stay I didn't have paper towels in the room and usually there are tea bags for hot tea not this time. When we stayed there in June the toilet was sort of clogged I reported it to the front desk and was given a plunger. I didn't expect that. I am disappointed in how things have changed. Some places you still advertise breakfast but there isn't any. That's enough will probably try some place when we come again

This is by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had (coming from a world traveler here).We left 15 minutes after check-in due to health and safety concerns, drove down the road and booked at the Hampton Inn instead.
Strange people and filthy hotel. Lobby smelled horribly of marijuana and stale cigarette smoke plus what appeared to be a geriatric \"resident\" with a cane and dressed in a nightie, hanging out at reception.
The staff lady at reception seemed normal for about 2 minutes and asked if we wanted a 1st floor room or something higher, so we asked for something higher. Her tone and body language suddenly changed (horror movie strange!) and she informed us that there was only 1 room left on the 1st floor then gave us a weird smile. We said that was fine (despite the parking lot and hotel being empty). Keycards didnt work. Had to go back and the receptionist tried to fix the card and said that if she couldn't get them to work she would have to put us in a different room. Wait, what?! First you offered us a choice, then back-tracked and said there was only 1 room left, but now suddenly you can move us to another room?
It didnt even matter though because she got them working and we got into the filthy room which was filled with stale cigarette smoke, dirty sheets, etc. and the windows looked out into the pool room filled with junk, furniture and an empty pool ( website lied).The people/place is creepy and not at all safe for female travelers.

Overall not a bad hotel except that part of the ceiling fell down hitting me on the head and i also stepped on fallen plaster and some got inbedded in my toe. I told the front desk staff and they didn't allow me to speak to the manager or fill out an incident report. Overall not at all pleased

The shower was not clean, mold on curtain. Stated no pets saw a big dog while leaving. Chain was broken on door. Room and hallway smelling like smoke. Lamps were not working had to move mattress to turn on surge protector. Worst experience will never stay there again.

10/10 do NOT recommend. The lobby area is nice and clean and the front staff were extremely friendly but that’s where the praises stop. The hallways smell of cigarettes and mold. The supposedly clean white sheets and pillows on the beds are stained with who knows what kind of bodily fluids. Dead bugs in random corners throughout the hotel. Microwave in my room that did not work and a stove in my family members room that did not work. Iron but no ironing board. Tv in room but no tv remote. Rust stains everywhere from floor to ceiling. Cleanliness is not a priority at this establishment

I chose the property for the kitchenette. When I arrived there was 1 plate, 1 spoon, and 1 knife, for 3 people. There were no pots or pans. There also was only 2 sets of towels for a reservation for 3. They normally have a set or two of extra towels tucked away in hotels. None here.

The front desk was amazing and got me more of the items missing. But, this was something housekeeping should d
o. Unless housekeeping has notified management and management chose to do nothing. The building is run down. The highlights of this property is the employees care, and there is physical space being a suite.

The place was very dirty. My room looked old and I think people lived in the hotel because some room doors were decorated with wreaths, etc and you could smell food was cooking. The elevator broke and I was on the third floor, so I took the closest stairs to leave and when I got to the bottom the door was locked leading outside. I had to take all my luggage back upstairs and find another stairwell, then it led me outside to the back and complete opposite end from the parking lot. Would not recommend.

Our Greetings and support of service was Awesome and very friendly when we first arrived. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t up to par. We had to clean the drains, walls, inside of the refrigerator and the kitchen floor was very sticky. We never used the air conditioning and heating unit because it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in years.

When we arrived, we thought check in was running smoothly, but had to go back to the lobby 3 times and the room key still would not work. She gave us the master room card, which we had to bring back down. Then we had to leave without keys, and pick up when we returned. We were not the only one, others were having the same issue. The carpet was very nasty. With huge dark stains throughout the room. The bathroom needed updating. Needs to be deep cleaned. The TV was so small needed a pair of binoculars. It was convenient to where we went and if they cleaned the carpet and vacuumed, it would not have been so bad. The bed was very comfortable.

Front desk staff were great and very friendly. Now the room is a different story. The carpets were stained and out right disgusting. There were dead roaches and other insects throughout the room along the walls. Did not see any live ones though. Hotel definitely needs a renovation but you can def tell it’s an extended stay type hotel. The upkeep is horrible

Wasn't comfortable taking off my shoes or anything. Took a shower, no hot water. This is not even legal. The place should be shut down.

They put us in a room that looks like it was an out of order room. The room was just dirty, the curtains were falling off the rod, look like roach dropping in the kitchen cabinet, carpet was filthy didn't want to walked on it found a dead bedbug around the mattress. Pros; kitchen (minus oven / toaster. Price. Location. Staff was friendly.
Cons: carpet in hallways & room was vintage 1993 in looks and aroma. Desk chair was broken. Ceiling had quite a bit of peeling popcorn ceiling. Walking down the after-thought ramp in the hallway you could easily hit you head. The bathroom had a disgusting yellow substance dripping down the walls / door.

The staff, absolutely excellent, friendly, professional. The room….not so excellent. It wasn’t all that clean, it’s “run down” and came across roaches in the room. It was only for one night stay, but enough to not ever book here again. The owner should seriously considering “bombing” the place to rid of cockroaches.

On arrival we found out that there was a power outage in the region. We had chosen this hotel because we needed microwave, fridge and air conditioning. Since that was not working we decided not to stay and look for other hotel with electricity. The staff was very kind and understanding and willing to answer questions from Expedia to look for a refund. We could not see the room.

There was 2 AC units the one didnt work and the other one barely worked. (I brought my fan in). I cant sleep if im hot. My windows were overlooking into im assuming a banquet room or storage room. Which was kind of creepy and the windows were unlocked and one opened. The 3rd was like a mirror. The ice machine on my floor didnt work and i saw no vending machines(sign said there was) i was extremely uncomfortable didnt sleep and i know payment was not refundable. I would have went and complained had it not been late in the evening and my child being with me. The staff member at the desk for check in was extremely nice.

Was outside for a total of 15 minutes the city police drove on property and thought we were drug addicts, then proceeded to say “ well if you seen any please call us”
Their was lead pencils stuck in the AC unit and the cover was broken .

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, thats where it ended.
This was one of the dirtiest hotels I've stayed in. The elevator looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in years. We get to the room and the place was disgusting. Its obvious the floors werent vaccumed. The carpet was so stained and gross, we decided not to take our shoes off. The window shears were shredded, presumably from an animal since its a pet friendly hotel. The ceiling had so many patches from leaks, it looked like a checkerboard. The paint in the bathroom ceiling was peeling too.
The furniture in the room was stained. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable and the pillows were like cardboard. The room was very much in need of an overhaul.
I wont be staying at this place again.

Large kitchen in separate room but utensils were dirty. Two plates were in the dishwasher when I arrived and carpet needed to be vacuumed. Front desk staff was accommodating. The room had not been vacuumed. Furniture had white dried substances on it. Bathroom door had dried soda dripping down it. Two roaches in the tub in the bathroom. Dead bugs on the vanity. Grease smeared on the light switch in the bathroom. Bathroom fan broken. Make-up finger and hand prints in the shower and on the door frame. Colored pencils in the heating unit vents. Bath towels were brand new and not washed.

This is the grossest place we have ever stayed. The wall next to the bed had drips going down it of what I’m unfortunately guessing to be bodily fluids. Headboards had drips too. Carpet was full of hair. The kitchen was disgusting with drips and splatters everywhere. Drawers were full of dirt and old food. Burners on stovetop did not work. Bathroom shower curtain smelled heavily of mold and mildew and was stained. Hair was everywhere. We’ve stayed in a lot of mediocre places but this was borderline unsafe.

Check in was great. Left about an hour after check in to go eat only to find someone urinating in the parking lot. the next morning went to shower and notice the shower rod was messed up and the shower curtain would not stay closed. Asked for maintenance to come and fix while we were out. Maintenance did come to the room and left the shower a mess without fixing. Also, there was dirty wash clothes left in room from prior guests. The breakfast that was advertised turned out to be nothing more than a basket on the front desk with just a few items to grab and go. Not overly thrilled with this hotel and will not be using it again when visiting the area.

My wife and I had one night at this hotel(three star).
We brought a handicap daughter on a handicap stroller. But, in order to go my room, there are four section of the hallways with three steps. There are ramps but it was very narrow so it was hard to pull the handicap stroller there.
At the hallways, the smell of stale oil that can be smelled in an old factory made me sick.

We checked in a bit late- only to find that the bathroom sink was clogged, something (maybe a milkshake) had been spilled all over the side of the nightsand, the walls looked like they hadnt been cleaned in a long time (dried liquids running down them)... when I went down to the front desk to discuss this, the woman was no longer at the counter, I waited for about 5 min before giving up (again it was late). The beds & bedding were clean & comfortable, but I would not recommend staying here. The pictures are not an accurate representation of the property, they must be from many years ago.

The booking said free breakfast included, which was a lie. What they gave us was coffee and a choice of a pre-packaged danish or a granola bar. They called it \"breakfast to go\". LOL. Overall the place is a little old and tired. Renovations maybe a work in progress (new looking carpet in the room, but plenty of dings in the walls). Tiny 19\" TV. I DO NOT recommend anyone booking this place. Hotel.com rating is 6.8 out of 10, definitely too high.

This hotel is VERY old and in desperate need of upgrades and new items. The curtains, for example, were rotting. The fridge is failing, the kitchen had VERY few utensils and pots...nothing anywhere near sufficient to make anything other than basics. The bed was broken, as was the toilet seat. The bathroom is extremely old. The carpet has to be from the 90s at best. The room had dirty floors and leftover soap in the shower. Many items were deteriorated. It obvious someone had kept a pet in this room as there were claw marks on many items. And the room did not resemble the pictures on the website from the standpoint of newness and furnishings. The staff on the other hand was wonderful...they did the best they could.

This hotel is under renovation as of Sept 2022 with so many things out of order, there is no breakfast as promised in the listing (coffee & Danish is all you get daily), the room ceiling are falling apart and linens on one of the twin size that was sold as queen bed was stained.
The hotel has potential if they can closed down and renovate the building but i wouldn't be back or recommend it.

First of all, we get there late and they put us in the wrong room that doesn't have the right beds and doesn't even have a working toilet. Very run down and dirty.
Then we get put in our proper room where there are pieces of the wall falling off and are all over the floor not to mention all of the BUGS in the bathroom. Not to mention the toilet in this new room barely worked (we had to go in the back and re-adjust multiple times) The door keys didn't work for either room we were in and we were kept up by the ice machine that our room was very close to. The grab n go breakfast had stale granola bars and also there were just abandoned cars in the parking lot. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel is so run down. It smells terrible. The rooms were in serious need of updating. The sheets were stained. The carpet was nasty and the shower wasn’t cleaned before I checked in. There was old used soap from the previous guest left. The kitchen was probably the cleanest thing in the whole room. I wish I would have read the reviews before booking. Lesson learned.
