It is situated on a clean quiet street within walking distance of a Metro station. My room is in very good condition. Everything works.White bed sheet, white mattress, white pillow case, white bath towel that make it easy to judge cleanliness.I prefer that they provide a hand towel. Staff was very responsive in answering email queries during booking process. Check in check out very efficient. Front desk staff are most helpful and friendly. They speak good English. I did not take breakfast.

Lovely hotel.

Excellent location if you are attending any events in PSG stadium or going to the French Open. They are both walkable in around 25 minutes.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and made our stay better due to this.

My only concern with the room was the noise of the AC unit as it kept sounding if there was water running around inside it. Otherwise the score would have been 5 stars.

The breakfast they offer is decent for €14, they have cereals, cooked meat and bread plus a few other things.

I would recommend a stay here.

Perfect location for Parc des Prince 10 min walk.
20 mins in car to centre of Paris.
Billancourt has lots of decent small eateries. Ye's was the best. La Bonne Addresse was an ok sports bar.
It is a compact hotel the staff on reception are excellent.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the pillows were poor
The carpet was worn and stained around the window and the skirting board filthy.
The bathroom was ok but guests need more than one towel each .

Check in was 3:00. Only 1 person working so it took awhile and desk person had to check if rooms were cleaned. Elevator didn’t stop at 4th floor so we went to 5th floor and had to take the narrow straps down a floor. Air conditioning worked great in our room. Room had a musty smell but that went away when the air was running. If you eat gluten free, request gf food options for breakfast when you check in.

Perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was excellent but the lady got the three mornings we ate was miserable! I think she’s not happy at her job and needs a new one. Geeze! Otherwise was nice. Small but clean and excellent if your using for French Open. Could walk there and back and very safe!

Stayed for a few nights for easy access to Roland Garros. Hotel located 5 min walk from Metro. Small but perfect - very friendly reception. Received a cute tennis ball pouch with some chocolates which was a really lovely touch, especially as we were attending the tennis.
Extremely clean and quiet. Small rooms as expected in Paris but nice to have a separate bathroom. Would have liked an in room safe and fridge but understandably a lack of space. There was kettle for tea/coffee making facilities which was nice. Overall a perfect stay for our requirements!

The hotel is located close to Roland Garros grounds. It was about a 15-20 min walk. I was there on a Monday morning only, and it looks like some of the cafes in the area (eg La Dolce Vita) don’t serve food until 12pm. But the rest of the area seemed to have more food options, I just didn’t have time to visit other places because I was heading for the tennis matches.
The hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating. They did have a coffee machine that made espressos and other hot drinks; you can order from the staff. They also served teas. Cost was €2.50 each and apparently can be ordered any time of day.

Could have been fine, but the staff left me in the elevator stuck between floors for 90 minutes! It was a 95-degree day and there was no AC in my little prison. They made no attempt to free me from the elevator and did not update me regarding why nothing was being done about my situation. I finally had to rip the door apart and climb up 3 feet to reach a small hole I made and wriggle free. No apologies of any sort from the management; instead, they tried to double-charge me for breakfast on my way out the door the next morning! Just awful treatment.

Hotel is a short walk from the M9 metro station which gives you direct access to the Eiffel Tower and many other area attractions. Is also a short walk to parc de princes if your visit is football (or soccer) related.

The lock to our door did not work twice. Once when we checked in with all our luggage and the second time when we brought dinner to our room. We had to wait while another guest was checking in to get our lock reset. By the time that was done our food was cold and the beer warm.

The room had to be re-keyed twice. Once when we checked in with luggage and all. The second time was when we were having dinner in. Consequently because we had to return to the the front desk and waited while others checked in our dinner was cold and our beer warm.

We booked this hotel for our visit to Roland Garros. So the location was perfect, just a 15 minute walk to RG. It is near to local shops and bars and is a very friendly place. Only bad thing, our room was next to the lift and we could hear it during the night. Nothing too serious though. Staff are great and very helpful.

An unrelaxing stay

We arrived to find painters in the foyer, wires coming out of the walls. Unfinished even though we booked 3 months previously. We booked 2 twin rooms only to find 2 very small doubles. Impossible to accommodate 4 adult friends. No refund was offered and we had to find alternative accommodation at a neighboring hotel at our own cost. Friendly staff but unable to help us. Window was stuck shut in spite of reporting it twice to the staff. We were eventually offered another room, which we had to make up with the sheets from a double to a twin. This was given free of charge in view of all the trouble caused. An unrelaxing stay, never to be repeated.

Superb service from staff and help with storage luggage for 8 hours after checking out, as well as help with arranging taxis within 5 minutes. Would highly recommend this place!

A great cheap spot for PSG and more

It was fine, easily accessible, clean and tidy, super friendly staff and super proximity to PSG's ground which is, I imagine, one of the main reasons. One criticism though would be that the internet was patchy and dropped out a lot, fine for e-mails but not for streaming things. I would happily recommend it at the price aside from the wi fi.

Longing for more; lovely people at the hotel..

Hotel was very nice. The two ladies at the reception were very helpful and provided a lot of information on how to move around in Paris and where do you go. The hotel is very close by to Roland Harris and business center. You can travel to all touristy places in about 30 minutes from hotel. We returned late in the night but found the neighbourhood very safe.

This meant we only had breakfast on the first day, and also means we would not return to this hotel despite it being good otherwise.

Stayed 1 week during EUROs. Hotel staff was great, the hotel itself is also great, very clean and modern. The breakfast is a bit over-priced for what they have, but we did only eat once on a Saturday, maybe its different during the week. Only think I would have liked more, would have been a mini fridge in the room. Other than that, its a great place to stay.

I chose this hotel because it was close to an office I was visiting and my \"usual\" hotel was full. This is a small and low key but friendly hotel. Well located close to the river and a subway station. Small but modern room that is decently equipped and very clean. Good bathroom. The hotel does not have a bar or restaurant but it has a breakfast area. Breakfast is very good here. For lunch and diner there are various nice restaurants in walking distance. This hotel offers good value for money.

I had stayed there a few years ago, and was pleasantly surprised to find the lobby was refurbished. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the night was quiet. I almost gave room comfort a 4 out of 5 because they are small, but decided not to because most if not all rooms for that price range are small. I didn't eat breakfast there, so I can't comment on it.

Excellent B&B in Boulogne Billancourt

Stayed for 7 nights on business as very convenient for the office I was visiting. I was a little concerned as usual hôtels used for business are 4* with more facilities.

The rooms are very compact, but extremely clean, comfortable and well decorated. The bathroom is supplied with soap and shampoo which is unusual for a small B&B. Breakfast was fine aswell, fruit, yoghurt, croissants, toast, cereal, cheese, fruit juices and coffee/hot chocolate for 9 euros. The wifi is excellent and reliable even on the top floor.
The staff were really helpful and pleasant.
So only comments would be for a longer stay, especially if you are alone and don't want to eat out everynight - there is obviously no bar or room service.
All in all a very nice place and would stay again if I needed to be in the area or even for central Paris as very convenient for the metro line 9.

My son and I stayed in Paris for four days and I'm happy we found this hotel. The room was affordable, considering it's in Paris and very close to a metro station, which was only 3 or 4 stops from most of the attractions we planned to see. The surrounding neighborhood was a bit more residential, so it was quiet on the weekends. It did get a bit nosier during the week so if you have a trouble sleeping without total silence you may want to ask for a room that doesn't overlook the street. Our room did overlook the street, so there were a couple of time I was awakened by traffice, but isn't wasn't a big deal. There are many restaurants nearby, including everything from French bistros to McDonalds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They supplied us with maps and seemed to genuninely care that we had a nice time while visiting their city. They all spoke varying levels of English, but considering I only speak high school French their efforts were very appreciated. The hotel room was newly renovated and clean. The body soap/shampoo they provided smelled great and the hairdryer was great to have. They only give each person one towel and pillow, though. We probably should have asked for more, but didn't so I can say what their policy is. The size of the room and bathroom is small, but my son and I could move around in it easily enough and the bathroom is actually larger than I expected it would be. If I go back to Paris, I'll be happy to rebook here.

Pleasantly Surprised!!!!

My First trip to France was amazing! I first stayed in a dumpy, stinky, cigarette smelling hotel in Les Ulis for my first 13 days... then moved to \"The Acropolis\" I found Street parking very close to the hotel(no hotel parking so you're on your own) I opened the door to the hotel & was greeting by a friendly doorman who is there 24 hours! I got my room key & went up the tiny elevator to the 4th floor. As I navigated through the small winding hallway.. I get to my room. I wave my key & Viola! green light & i'm in! the room is brand new! New Bed, New floors, New Bathroom, NEW SHOWER!! the room/hotel is amazingly Quiet! I stayed here for 9 days straight. They have a great self serve Coffee,Espresso, Cappuccino machine that is amazing.. the breakfast is small consisting of pastries, yogurt, cereals.. no fruit.. only fruit cups. Location is GREAT!!! only a quick 4 minute walk to Marcel Sembat Metro station line #9. So access to Paris is Great! I was there for the Women's Rugby World Cup so I could carry my Camera gear with my straight to Stade Jean Bouin Stadium which was about a 15 minute walk.. VERY EASY! And it's only 10 minutes from the Versailles Gardens.. I visited in mid August which most of the town is on Vacation.. so Parking was FREE THE ENTIRE TRIP!!! a bunch of businesses were closed.. but A TON were open!!

first, i burnt myself with the shower water. i have a high tolerance with hot water. i usually shower very hot water...but it seems like the shower goes above 40C. thats hotter than the hottest japanese hot spring! i had a minor burn. and also, the bathroom had a bad design. the water flooded into the room....and when i went to the front desk to ask....he responded \"so,what do u want?\" even for the low price i would never ever stay there again

出張でパリに来て一昨年に続き2度目の利用です。シーツの一部に汚れがあったのが少し気になりましたが、部屋にはエアコンもあり、快適に過ごすことができました。滞在中にストライキがあり、空港までのタクシー利用や予約の相談に乗って頂き助かりました。フロントの方は英語も堪能で、とても親切でした。また、ロビーに無料のウォーターサーバーがあるのもよかったです。
良くなかった点として、毎朝朝食を頂きましたが、そこでの対応は不親切でした。水やジュースのピッチャーがあるのですが、その蓋が甘くてこぼれやすく、私も床にこぼしてしまい、それは私の責任で申し訳なかったが、担当した女性の方は謝っても許してくれない感じでしたね。また、後日、私以外のお客さんもジュースを床にこぼして汚していて、それを私のせいにされたのも心外でした。アジア人を差別しているのか？とも感じるほどです。フロントの親切な男性の対応とは正反対でした。

Tres bon accueil ce qui sera quasiment le seul point positif.
Moquette de la chambre tachée, odeur pas très agréable, table pas propre, des cheveux par terre dans les coins de la salle de bain, une douche très très étroite avec les joints de la porte très sale, pas de serviette pour les mains ni de gobelet et la pedale de poubelle de la salle de bain cassée donc au regard de la propreté générale on n’a pas très envie de la toucher à la main.
Dommage car l’emplacement est idéal.

He llegado muy tarde pero la recepción es 24 y el servicio muy amable. No he comprado el desayuno porque es caro pagar un buffet por lo que suelo desayunar (cafe + croissant). Los ruidos de la calle se oyen demasiado (camión de limpieza y otro traficó pronto por la mañana) pero la habitación es confortable y tiene una Smart TV. Esta muy cerca del metro.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel mit für Paris sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, kurzer Fußweg zum Prinzenpark-Stadion. Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr klein und schmucklos, aber funktional und sauber. Für ein oder zwei Nächte gut geeignet.

Nice stay at the Acropolis

Spent two nights here. The hotel is small but well organized, tidy and clean. Good breakfast with all the essentials even though offering is limited. Airconditioning in the room.

Locatie prima, kamer schoon, badkamer heel schoon maar douche cabine te klein. Snelle incheck en uitcheck. Ontbijt niet heel uitgebreid maar prima. Brandalarm ging af om 01.45. Waarschijnlijk niet voor een ieder duidelijk genoeg dat een E-sigaret ook verboden is!

Laila is een topper. \"Bijna\" iedereen van het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

La clim était déréglée et/ou en panne. Je n'ai pas pu dormir tellement son bruit envahissait la pièce. C'est bien dommage car l'hotel est propre, le personnel accueillant et serviable. Mais une nuit blanche dans un hotel 3 étoiles pour un défaut d'entretien c'est inacceptable, alors surtout que j'étais en déplacement sur Boulogne pour un rendez vous professionnel tres difficile et important le lendemain de ma nuit à cet hotel
