This hotel is very dirty. They don’t show you picture of the bathroom because it is very dirty and tiny…smaller than cruise ship bathroom of “interior room”. The floor is dirty and the bed sheet is dirty.
At 5am, a stranger knocked on my door and continuously kicked on my door. It was very unsaved and I didn’t have any means of contacting the staff bc there was no phone in the room and I wasn’t given a contact number of the reception.

I under up in another facility cause I didn’t see myself sleeping there. The place was clean however I just didn’t like the neighbourhood and the fact the door of the room was outside, that didn’t make me feel safe so I left. The staff were nice though!

It is an OK place for a stop on the way at a very reasonable rate. Staff was helpful too. I know you can't complain much at this price point but a shower where anybody larger than a 5 year old will find it impossible to even turn inside. Couple of feet extra in the bathroom would make this a much better experience.

Temperature at Lyon was about 30°C and a working airconditioned room was a necessity. My room was very clean also note worthy is the black bi-lingual (French & English) receptionists was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 nights stay at a fraction of what i would have paid at Geneva!

Get what you pay for.
If it is a cheap bed/ shower you want overnight, then for price you cannot complain. Parking ok and restaurant 10 feet away with genuine 15% discount. Rather out of main area, but that is why it is a fair price. Just about swing a cat if you needed to. Clean but slightly tired. Value for money though. Just 5 mins off A7 if that matters.

Low cost, clean budget hotel.
This is a budget hotel like Motel 6 in the USA. I have stayed in two different Premiere Classe hotels in France and they both look the same (inside and out). A great low cost room with a bathroom and modernized furnishings, clean and functional. Do not expect a lot of service, but the staff is available when needed. Be extra careful with your belongings. Free parking and Wi Fi.

OK for a pit stop
This is a low cost place, so the free wifi was good, so was the (tiny) bathroom, and the bed was comfortable enough. On the less good side, the walls are thin, the pillows meagre, the space in the room (esp by N American standards) was cramped. The breakfast had great coffee and a good spread of cold things like cereal, bread, cheese, yogurts. The customer toilet by the breakfast restaurant in this hotel is no longer available to customers, it's now staff only. Reception is open 24/7, with a night watchman after 9.00pm but he can check you in.

Cheap and cheerful budget hotel but ideal for us
Stayed in this hotel many times when visiting family in the area. It's cheap and cheerful and the rooms are small and some sleep up to 3 people (1 in a bunk) but serves our purpose of just needing a bed for the night. Always find it clean and we actually find the beds quite comfortable. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very busy during the week as lots of contractors seem to use it, so it can be difficult to find a parking spot after 9pm - lots of white vans - not a problem at weekend though. Traffic noise can be disturbing so we normally ask for a room on the side facing the campanile hotel which is further away from the nearby busy roads. The past 2 times, the 3rd bed has not been made up, which is a bit annoying, but the bedding was available in the room. There is free wi-fi which is easy to access and reliable. Breakfast is ok and fairly standard.

Great location from the main roads and ample free parking. 20min walk into Lyon and to the river. Simple but efficient breakfast. Ideal for a night's brief stay.

Great for a 1+ nights
It was a nice and cozy place. I stayed for one night and it wasn't bad at all. They had ac/heater, bathroom with a shower a sink, outlets next to the bed and night table. The only downside was that they do not provide shampoo and toothpaste but it's not a big deal for the price. If you are taking a taxi or uber, just be wary it's a bit of an odd area. It's nice they have an automated check in for people who come in late (also they have someone who is at the front desk late at night).It was a nice stay for one night and I would definitely take it again if I was traveling abroad.

The room was clean & cheap and the automatic check-in worked this is pretty much everything positive you can say about this no-frills place. The rooms are very small, especially the shower was nearly unusable for an average male (6'1) and the area around the hotel looks very depressing. You better have a rental car to get in and out of this place.

A good hotel for people on a budget. Tidy and clean rooms. Staff were courteous and helpful. Receptionist/Manager Thierry was very helpful with regards to getting directions and other routine services. Being a budget hotel the rooms/bathrooms are tiny and there isn't much of a communal area. - The cleaners are extremely irritating. They started harassing us from 8.50am and kept coming back after we'd turned them away once. The last thing you need after a late night! We could hear them constantly banging on everyone else's doors and getting turned away too. It was as though they just fancied trying their luck by coming in 3 hours early.
- Our room was very small. It wasn't really a problem but my friend is pretty small and he still found it a bit tight using the bunk. I'm 6'3\" and certainly wouldn't have wanted to try sleeping up there!
- The wifi is very slow but it's better than nothing.

Petir déjeuner décevant : pain surgelé semblable à une bicotte, il suffit d'augmenter d'un euro pour servir du pain frais s'il le faut....beurre sorti trop tard du réfrigérateur, impossible à étaler et café amer. Propreté très moyenne, cheveux dans la salle bain, papier toilette 1er prix, situation geographique près du périphérique avec le bruit du rodeo moto de cette nuit....cloisons fines permettant de suivre les allées et venues des autres clients....en résumé je ne recommande pas

L'option possibilité de se restaurer au \"Campanile\" avec une réduction de 15 % sur le montant de l'addition, quand vous précisez que vous résidez (avec badge à l'appui) en face du \"Première Classe\" est plutôt intéressante. Rien à dire de spécial à dire sur ma chambre, je pense que je reviendrai séjourner dans cet hôtel.

À mon arrivée le premier jour j’ai retrouvé la chambre avec une forte odeur de cigarette, la couverture était recouverte de taches en matière blanche…, et le dessous de lit était rempli de poussière et des déchets plastiques.
De plus la télé fonctionnait partiellement.
J’ai donc signalé le problème de télévision le lendemain matin, comme le soucis de télé ne pouvait pas se résoudre instantanément j’ai été changé de chambre.
Je n’ai absolument rien à dire sur la 2e chambre, tout était parfait et pour tous les jours suivant de mon voyage.
