First when we arrived , I have noticed my Room Main Tv was broken , I have immediately notified one of the staff member, sent email and called after hours staff member on the phone but for 4 days there was no contact at all from anyone I did get an email saying someone will contact me on saturday which never happened, Both rooms had different facility. Room 1 did not have a espresso machine and sodastream . So all on all both rooms have different facility but same charges???

I had one of the most wonderful weeks of my life staying here. The resort is surrounded by beautiful nature, the pools are perfect for relaxing, and the whole atmosphere is calm and healing.

The staff were kind and helpful, and I loved how easy it was to feel at home and at peace. It was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday and enjoy time by myself. I left feeling recharged, happy, and full of gratitude.

Would find walk to 324 a bit much in hot months with luggage. Pillows not too good to sleep. Great pools.

Our late check in was seamless. The facilities were excellent. We stayed in a budget room that was on the tiny side but had everything we needed. Only issue was a light bulb in the lamp on the bedside table that was dodgy and it tripped the power point switch so we weren’t able to charge our phones or make a cup of tea or watch tv. As it was late at night my son and I discussed if our lack of power was urgent or not because there was a sign to say a $50 fee applies to non urgent after hour calls. We decided to wait until morning and go to reception. The maintenance guy doesn’t start work until 9am anyway. The lovely lady on reception made me a nice cup of tea whilst I waited and charged my phone in reception. Aside from that the place is lovely. There is a lack of parking though and we parked on the road for the duration of our stay. The day spa area and the beach pool areas are lovely and we met some nice people sitting around the pool. Palm Cove is a lovely spot and would highly recommend this resort. Just a short stroll to the beach and all the action.

We had a great stay at the hotel. We arrived after hours and had to retrieve the key from a safe. The process was easy and we were in our room in no time.
Room was clean and tidy. It was a spacious room and the living area was great. The stay was quiet and the we felt safe at the site. 1 minute drive down to some great restaurants on the foreshore. Pool was good and was easily accessible from the room.

We were in apartment 35. It was more than ample with a well equipped kitchen, huge bathroom with even a laundry hidden behind mirrored sliding doors. Loved the back gate access to the very short walk into the centre of Palm Cove. Quiet location, loads of pools to choose from with the resort. Well maintained gardens. Easy drive north to Port Douglas and beyond or south back into Cairns. We throughly enjoyed our time there. Thank you to the staff who made it possible.

This was my first stay by myself and it has been nothing short of incredible. All staff are so friendly and the spa facilities are easily a 10/10. The pool area is so beautiful and it is only a short walk to the beach. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property and staff were amazing even helping us get to the airport on time when our Uber and subsequent taxi did not arrive on time. However, we stayed in room 19. These rooms are owned by individuals and this particular room had a bed from hell. It was more comfortable sleeping on the floor and that was with 3 mattress toppers. The couch was the same. Couldn't sit on it for more than 5 min without getting a sore bottom. We would love to stay again but only if we were guaranteed we would stay in room 19.

The property gardens are lovely, as is the pool. I stayed in the budget room as I was traveling solo. It was clean and comfortable enough, but only has a mini fridge and microwave. Staff was very courteous and easy to book excursions. Palm Cove is an amazing little town with a lovely beach and good restaurants, only 10 min walk. Located 35 min from airport and Cairns CBD. I took the bus to go in to the city (1hour). I would definitely stay at this property again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Mango Lagoon and would highly recommend! Beautiful, well maintained pools which are lit up at night, with multiple sun lounging areas.

Very helpful and friendly staff who are happy to give advice about activities to do during the stay. Brilliant happy hour with delicious cocktails. No food available, but with it being so close to other restaurants and shops we didn’t find this an issue. There is a also a well maintained bbq which we didn’t get round to using but would be a good option.

Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach which has many restaurants and bars. Bus stop which goes directly to Cairns less than a 5 minute walk.

Room was simple, but very clean and had everything we needed- very good value for the price we paid.

Overall couldn’t recommend this stay enough!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone, great experience all around.

Note: The only reason i didn't give 5 stars for the \"Staff and Service\" category was because they sold us a practice cocktail, made by a new trainee learning how to make the drinks. Even she looked uncomfortable selling it to us - but her boss insisted. I tasted as you'd expect for a training exercise. The bartender herself was lovely and friendly though.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment as a family of 3. It was perfect for us - spacious, comfortable, nice to have kitchen and laundry facilities and best of all easy access to all 4 pools! The resort and spa are beautifully peaceful with well maintain gardens. Would stay again!

We arrived to a friendly welcome. There are 4 pools, and we stayed in a budget room. Had a microwave and kettle, bbq access in the general area. We had a king bed, but was two singles joined together, so had a divot in the middle. Some people disregarded the no smoking rule which was disappointing. Easy 10 min walk to the palm cove main strip. Overall, positive experience though.

The pools were amazing, and the location very convenient to other bits of Palm Cove. A massage eased my sore neck after a long drive and a lot of walking the previous day.
Our “budget” room was very basic, not even a chair to sit on. There were no towels in our room when we arrived; we went to Reception who only had 1 towel to give us at that time.
The cafe’s oven was out of action for the whole time we were there.
There was no facility for recycling - in a place which is so close to the World Heritage listed Daintree.

Not bad, it could be better.

Comfortable stay

We had a lovely stay at Mango Lagoon resort, in a two bedroom apartment by a pool. The pools are nice and clean with shallow area for toddler and young kids. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is close to Palm Cove beach, a half an hour drive to Port Douglas and Cairns, an ideal base for exploring.

When the furniture is due for refresh
I'd recommend replacing the wicker furniture set with something that doesn't trap dirt and food.

Lovely reception on arrival from friendly helpful staff, great location and grounds, with easy access to pools and rear access for a short walk to the beach. The rooms were clean and bright with great kitchen and bathroom facilities. Our ground floor appartments had a small courtyard that had a gate that opened directly into the pool. Our stay felt luxurious yet relaxed with easy shopping close by to allow for an apartment style holiday with the surroundings of a beautiful resort. Would happily return again
